Consonant Vitamin E & Oat Antioxidant Serum
Product Function: The Consonant Skincare Vitamin E & Oat Antioxidant Serum is an oil-based serum that seeks to improve the long-term health of your skin by reducing redness and dehydration. It claims to give more youthful-looking, hydrated, and illuminated skin. Product Target Concerns: signs of aging and hyperpigmentation. Vitamin E is one of the best ingredients for reducing hyperpigmentation, making this great for those of you who have sensitive or dry skin, since this is such a gentle and nourishing formula. Texture: feels just like an oil, but it’s not too thick and heavy on the skin. Overall Thoughts & Opinions: First off, I love that this is such a simple formulation, containing only two ingredients- Vitamin E and oat oil. I received this as a PR sample from the folks over at Consonant, and I am truly so impressed by this formulation. Since incorporating it into my routine in August, I’ve noticed a visible reduction of dark spots and hyperpigmentation. I’m also loving it for the days that I use Differin, since it helps lock in hydration and prevent transepidermal water loss. The results won’t be immediate, but they will be visible if you’re committed to using it. Would I recommend? Definitely, if it’s in your budget. It’s expensive at $63/30ml, but if that’s within your budget, this is definitely worth checking out for the results it gives, especially since it’s so effortless Rating: 💛💛💛💛💛
Kismet with SkinCeuticals’ C E Ferulic
C E Ferulic is a serum with 15 percent L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), 1 percent alpha tocopherol (vitamin E) and 0.5 percent ferulic acid. It is designed for dry, normal and sensitive skin. SkinCeuticals also specified that it was made for “sensitized, dehydrated, discolored and aging” skin conditions. 🙋🏾♀️ My dermatologist gave me samples of two SkinCeuticals products — niacinamide and the SKINCEUTICALS - C E Ferulic With 15% L-Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C Serum to help with my hyperpigmentation. While the brand website says it formulated for dry, normal and sensitive skin — my skin is oily because it is so dehydrated. Now that you know the background let’s circle back to my hyperpigmentation: C E Ferulic, which is an oil, did make my Dalmatian spots fade quicker than normal. (I have been using it for about 3 months.) I would have give it 4⭐️, but I cannot justify the price for the average person. Would I recommend it? Like any product it does take time to work and I am not sure that it is worth the $166 price tag. If my derma wants to give me more samples, I wouldn’t turn her down. Yes, if you have money. But there are cheaper alternatives if you don’t have $166 to burn.

Eye Treatment Oils.. are they worth it??
The market is full of good under eye serums & eye creams, but what about an eye treatment oil?? I have several under eye brightening creams, masks, and serums in my collection, but an oil made specifically for the eye area was something that I did not have & had never tried. One day I was reading a post from one of my favorite beauty creators on Instagram, and he was bragging on this SALT BY HENDRIX - Eye Babe eye treatment oil, so I impulsively jumped straight on their website and ordered it. The website claims that Eye Babe is a gentle, yet hydrating formula loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals to provide the under eye area with a surge of moisture. I was intrigued by the sound of that to say the least.. I was also really surprised that this product was fully organic & made from natural oils. With ingredients like argan oil, jojoba oil, rosehip oil, pomegranate oil, watermelon oil, seabuckthorn oil, and vitamin E to say I was excited to try it would be an understatement. So far everything about this product screams YES, and it's also worth mentioning that along with their products being all natural & organic, their brand ( based in Sidney, Australia ) is vegan & cruelty free. Another YES. This eye treatment claims to be good for all skin types, and can be used both morning & night, and is said to pair beautifully over top of your favorite eye serums & creams. That was something that really stuck out to me, because I love layering and it's important that products play nice with one another. When the day came that she finally arrived in the mail. I couldn't wait to get home and play around with it. Apon opening it I was surprised at first by how heavy the oil looked, but even more shocked to see how light it was when I actually felt it on my fingertip. It has a silky-smooth consistency and believe it or not, absorbs so easily into the skin. I can't speak on long-term results at this point as I've only been using it for a few weeks now. But so far, I absolutely love it. As I've moved into my mid-30's I've noticed the pores around my under eye area have become a lot more visible, and since adding Eye Babe into my routine morning & night, I can definitely see a difference in that area and that my pores don't seem nearly as visible as they did previously ( which is super suprising to me because I thought it would possibly make them worse ) I also noticed that my makeup has looked better, less cakey, and just overall smoother & more radiant looking. So, my final thoughts.. This is a beautiful product all & all and I'm really glad I decided to purchase it. Would I recommend it? Absolutely! #CheriePartner @cherie

super ingredient: VITAMIN E 🔍
have you heard of vitamin E? this super ingredient is fairly new to the mainstream cosmetic scene, but there’s a lot of promising claims including: -moisturizing -slowing the effects of free radicals -fights inflammation -antioxidant -may promote wound healing because the data on vitamin E is still developing, make sure you do a patch test if you have a history of allergic reactions to skincare. YMMV! some of my absolute favorite skincare products have this super ingredient in common. Then I met you - Living Cleansing Balm part one of the duo cleansing system, this balm is incredibly luxe and gentle. it’s an almost therapeutic experience, and it removes makeup SO effectively. the best part of this balm is it leaves your skin still feeling soft and supple, no harsh stripping! PETER THOMAS ROTH - Peptide 21 Wrinkle Resist Serum this serum is VERY expensive, but one of the only things I’ve tried that I can say is truly worth every penny. I have used this when I have stubborn cystic acne and this was the only thing that helped clear my skin. it’s extremely hydrating and can be used on your eyes as well. if I could only use one serum for the rest of my life, it’d be this one. it has all sorts of great ingredients in it, including vitamin E! Sweet CHEF - Sugarcane + Vitamin E Lip Sleeping Mask this lip mask looks like the glossiest, yummiest gloss. but it’s a mask! I love using it overnight, but I’ve worn it out and about as well. vitamin E is one of the main ingredients and I can honestly say it hydrates my lips beautifully. have you tried vitamin E? #cheriecreator #cheriepartner

Product Empty | Sephora Vitamin C & E Glow Serum
This serum is part of Sephora’s clean beauty line. It retails for $20. I really liked this serum. It took a few uses before I began to notice results. My skin did appear a little brighter while I used this product. I actually did repurchase it, so I have another bottle in my skincare drawer, but I haven’t opened it yet as I’ve been using my Kypris antioxidant serum which I love. I would recommend this product if you are looking to help your skin out with brightness and an appearance of a little more radiance. Again, results come with time so you have to be patient with this product.

Magic Vitamin E pills
I did my diligent research for Vitamin E oil. I’ll sum it up for all you beautiful people. Benefits of Vitamin E oil Helps to reduce fine lines/ wrinkles Minimize scars Helps to moisturize Help people who have Eczema How I use it: I really want to improve my skin and decided to use a vitamin E oil pill. I’ve used vitamin E oil in the past but it was not in a pill form. I notice that the pill form have a more thick consistency and a little hard to work with. I had to get a needle to pop the oil out and apply a small amount. I use a dapping motion to help travel the product throughout my face. It’s like blending a concealer into my face. The pill form is a lot more concentrated than the one that I used in the past. Where to get it? You can get it at your local drugstore How much is it? It can range from $5-15 depending on what brand you get. Tips on how to use it: A little bit goes along way!! Trust me !! If you still have left over from the pills I highly recommend to use it on your legs, arms, or wherever you desire. What brand I use? I just use the Costco brand (Kirkland) Cons: My oily friends; don’t use this on your face or else you’ll just clog your pores. Some people may have an allergic reaction, so test it out on your hand.
