Beautiful blush duos
Here are two of the COVER FX - Monochromatic Blush Duo . If you’ve tried these please share your experience! 😊 These are a hot item so I snagged these shades while I could. Originally I purchased the cool, dark pink shades- Mojave Mauve. These are super super pigmented so that duo was too dark for me. There are six shades- here are the two lightest: 🍑 Soft Peach (top) & 🌸 Pink Dahlia (bottom) . See the swatches (no filter of course)!! . Even though these shades are lighter than Mojave Mauve the matte color is still VERY pigmented (maybe since they are talc free?) so a light hand and a lot of blending is needed. The shimmers are meant to be a blush “topper”, but I love using them alone for a sheer wash of color and prefer them to the matte shades! These are, for me, an ok purchase, but not a must have because I have a bit of trouble with the matte side. Those of you with better blending skills will love them! These retail for $38 which is a good value since they are BIG and you get two shades. I rate them 4/5, they lose a star for the matte blush being a bit too pigmented and harder to blend out.

Sweet as heck 🍧
I feel the need, once again, to share with you my undying love for Colourpop’s super shock everything. I picked up this blush and highlighter from the Pony x CP collab, the packaging is so cute, the formula is amazing, these shades are absolutely gorgeous! This COLOURPOP - Super Shock Blush in shade Double Bubble is a warm, terracotta shade with the tiniest golden shimmer. It’s a beautiful blush, easy to apply with your fingers and is long lasting for a blush! Now the COLOURPOP - Super Shock Highlighter you already know I adore these highlighters if you’ve read my past reviews; this one is from the same collab as the blush in the shade Glow Burst and its divine. It’s a pink-peach toned highlight that I also happen to love to use on my eyes. I think these are around $7-$8 and are definitely quality!

Fenty Cream Blush Review, Swatches, & Looks
I purchased 2 of the FENTY BEAUTY - Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush recently. I had at least 5 of them on my Sephora wishlist, but ultimately decided I should pick colors that are more unique to my growing cream blush collection. I chose the shades “rosé latte” (browny-rose) and “cool berry” (cool mauve-berry). “Cool berry” has some shimmer in the pan, but it barely translates on the face. Both leave skin with a dewy finish, though the product does mostly dry down. You can always put a bit of powder on top so the product is fully dry. Both wear decently well throughout the day, and fade gracefully after about 8 hours, though will still be visible (at least on me) for 10+. Longevity can be increased by setting with a tiny bit of powder or a powder blush. They are both pigmented but sheer out once applied, and can be easily and quickly built up, making these good for a variety of skin tones. This collection features a bunch of beautiful shades - including some “unconventional” ones like a hot orange and lavender. There’s something in this line for everyone, which is what I love about Fenty Beauty. I included photos of myself with the blushes applied semi-heavy to my skin so you can see the color. No bronzer or highlighter. I love how they look! I can’t pick a favorite. I apologize in advance about the appearance of my eyes. I’m currently dealing with some sort of reaction and I can’t wear eye makeup 🥴 Did you pick up any of the Fenty blushes?! Leave a comment below if you did! $20 each About my skin: dryyyyyyy, wearing Undone Beauty concealer in “pink petal light” all over my face for a quick base. Still testing that so no rating yet. #CheriePartner

This Pixi shimmery blush is so beautiful to look at. Not only is it a great highlighter/blush... ive used it as a gorgeous eye shadow too. They make amazing beauty products at affordable prices. Th gorgeous swatch was easily done with only 2 swipes of my makeup brush so you can make it lighter or darker if need be. This shade is also named “Fetch” and runs about $16 online and at local Target stores pixi - Glow-y Powder
I Swear This Is The Best Dupe
Skin tone: fair to light My original choice Benefit Gold Rush benefit - Gold Rush Blush Price: $30 for 0.17oz/5g This blush has been popular in the past few years. I bought a full size of Gold rush, but cannot find it. So I bought a blush bar which includes some hot blushes. The one in my picture is the travel size Gold Rush. Gold rush is peachy brown tone blush. It’s not that pigmented but buildable. It is makeup beginners friendly. You will never apply too much blush, which makes your cheek too red. This shade is really useful. It's not only blush but also a bronzer. The slight brown tone can make a soft facial line. The shimmer is also slight. The best dupe Milani Baked Blush 05 Luminoso MILANI - MILANI Baked Blush Price: $7.99 for 0.12oz/3.5g This blush is a big size compared to many other blushes. Many people say this Milani baked blush can be used as an heirloom. It’s also a peachy tone blush. Compared to Benefit Gold rush, Luminoso is slightly more orange tone rather than brown tone. But when you apply it to your face, it is hard to tell which one is what. Milani blush 05 Luminoso is highly pigmentated and long-lasting. Last time, I wear it to the gym, after sweating it still looks fabulous. It’s sweatproof. One point I have to mention is the shimmer. The shimmer is exactly the same with Gold rush. So, Why not buying Milani baked blush 05 Luminoso? It’s so affordable. Only 7.99, you will get a big size high-quality blush. It even comes with a brush in its case. (But the brush is not that good I have to admit).

My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.Feb. 17
