Save my hair please!! How do I save my waves??
My whooooole life...I thought my hair was straight. It was wavy under and pin straight on top. But recently I’ve been noticing that I actually have quite a lot of waves, especially when I’m out of the shower. How do I get my waves back?? Hair history I’ve bleached and dyed my hair for a long time now and so my hair is very dry and damaged. I also have a LOT of hair and it’s very thick/coarse/heavy. It frizzes a lot and I just kinda..deal with it. I tie my hair up a lot or clip it up so it’s out of my face but would love to wear it down naturally if possible. CGM I discovered the curly girl/guy method (CGM) on Reddit last summer and tried it out and was shocked at how wavy my natural hair is (shown on left). I tried it and gave up. It was a lot of steps and I didn’t have a diffuser, which kinda killed my waves once it dried (shown on right). I now have a diffuser but are there any tips on how to get the CGM right? I would loooove to get my waves back. Help me save my hair please!!!
Will this save my hair?!!
HELP!! My hair has been in the same routine regarding colour and treatments for over 12 months so it’s nothing out of the ordinary there! I am brunette and had balayage via foils over 12 months ago now.. my hair dresser applies a toner each time I have my roots done (every 6 weeks) For some reason my hair has gone really strange this last month where the blonder part has become really dry and the ends have changed texture and feel really course! So in a bid to return my glossy locks I’ve just had 2 inches cut from the ends because the texture had changed, dry and brittle, and have gone back to brunette! I’m about to introduce these two products MOROCCANOIL - Weightless Hydrating Maskand MOROCCANOIL - Treatment Lightinto my hair routine! I’ve used MOROCCANOIL - Treatment Lightin the past and my hair loved it! Here’s hoping I see some results soon 🤞🏻💕💁🏻♀️
Save my hair!
I've always been really insecure about my hair. I straightened it every day throughout high school and years later my hair is still suffering 😔 I'm not sure what hair type I have I think maybe 2b? It's been color treated in the past so the bottom 50% of my hair is damaged as a result. I guess I'm just looking for advice on how to make my hair soft, hydrated, and more manageable? Thanks in advance ❤️❤️
The conditioner that saved my hair
Skin type: combo, acne prone. Hair type: thick, neither oily nor dry This is the best best best best best best best conditioner I have tried from little old CVS. GARNIER - Whole Blends Smoothing Conditioner With Coconut Oil & Cocoa Butter Extracts This conditioner is supposed to tame and smooth frizzy hair. The product itself is thick in a luxurious way and is little scented. I bought this product because I was attracted to the “Whole Blends” concept; it seems to have less artificial ingredients then other conditioners that I have tried. Also, I love cocoa butter and coconut oil for my hair so that was a plus. The product itself was very affordable, I spent like under $5 for it. Listen, my hair has never been smoother or silkier than now!!! As you can see from my picture, my bottle is week loved for a reason. My hair just constantly looks and feels healthier. My locks have way more of a shine now and is soft and easy to brush through. I am pretty generous with how much of this product that I squirt into my hand each time but I don’t feel guilty about it because of the price. I overall love this stuff and I recommend it to every body. Sooooo therefore, I would recommend this to anyone who has frizzy hair or wants their hair to be more silky and nourished-“looking, on a budget. THE PRODUCT IS SO WORTH IT- it’s so freaking cheap but performs like a high end conditioner. I’m telling you, this is a hidden gem that everyone needs to know about. Enjoy 🤟🏼
