This is the dr.ceuracle Royal Vita Propolis 33 Ampoule. It’s formulated with 50% propolis extract and 10% Seabuckthorn tree extract. The propolis extract has antioxidative and anti-inflammatory properties plus seabuckthorn is naturally inflammatory as well! . ℍ𝕠𝕨 𝕕𝕠𝕖𝕤 𝕚𝕥 𝕗𝕖𝕖𝕝? . This consistency of this serum is pretty watery, almost like an essence. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave my skin feeling sticky at all. I use two droppers worth of the serum to cover my face and upper neck area. . 𝔻𝕠𝕖𝕤 𝕚𝕥 𝕨𝕠𝕣𝕜? . I used this twice a day for a week and a half and found that it’s slightly moisturizing but nothing amazing. It’s a decent serum but I wouldn’t go out of my way to use it or replace one of my other serums with it, so I wouldn’t buy another bottle. .

Antioxidant Serum - Sunday Riley A+ Retinol
The Sunday Riley A+ High-Dose Retinoid Serum is an advanced strength retinol serum that contains a 6.5% solution of stabilized Retinoid blends and botanical retinol-alternative extracts into the skin. It targets fine lines and wrinkles, dark spots, and fullness and uneven texture on the skin. This Sunday Riley Serum has a lighweight, creamy consistency that blends beautifully into the skin. I have fairly sensitive skin and had never used a retinol product before giving this one a try. It’s safe to say that I was a little nervous but I tried it anyways and haven’t looked back. I’ve been using it for about 3 months and love it. It provides amazing results without drying out the skin. If I have any breakouts and use the A+ Retinoid Serum before bed, I always wake up with a noticeable decrease in pimple size or the inflammation. This product have a little high of a price tag but that is true of almost all retinol serums. It’s $85 for 30mL of product but in my opinion, it is worth this price tag for the results that it gives! I would definitely recommend this serum if you are looking for a great retinol. I think the formulation would work well for a wide range of skin types! SUNDAY RILEY - A+ High-Dose Retinol Serum

A serum for face AND eyes?
Time to talk about another small business! Moon Beings is a newly-launched skincare line with galactic-themed products, all of which are vegan, cruelty free, and packaged in recyclable materials (they also offer a recycling program for all their products). I received the MOON BEINGS SKINCARE - Saturn Anti-Fatigue Face and Eye Serum before it launched in exchange for a review. This serum has argan oil, hyaluronic acid, and astaxanthin, an antioxidant that’s 800x more powerful than COQ10, 6000x more powerful than vitamin c, and 100x stronger than vitamin e. All these ingredients are in a base of organic aloe, and the formula feels similar to aloe gel, though it’s less viscous (it feels like a thick essence to me). It has a neutral scent (there is no added fragrance). This product claims to plump skin and reduce inflammation and scarring, and I think it follows through on all three. I looked forward to using this in the mornings before my makeup because it made my skin so plump and vibrant, and it never pilled with other products I use. I’m working on clearing up some acne and post-acne marks, and this seems to be helping my skin to heal. This brand has really got my attention, and I’ve got my eye on their cleansing balm and mask next 👀

Awesome Face Oil for Combination Skin!
What’s the first thing we think of when it comes to hydration? Water, Squalene, Essence...and a whole bunch of other things. But what about oil? I recently ran out of my DRUNK ELEPHANT - T.L.C. Framboos Glycolic Resurfacing Night Serum and I figured it was time to get my third bottle. The ingredients in the bottle help with removing dead skin cells, dryness, and help cell turn over. Little did I ask myself WHY my skin had dry patches and why the dry skin kept coming back. Like everyone else, I thought dry is dry, I’ll always have this and it’s normal. Then, I got breakouts from makeup and had to deal with additional problems. Little did I understand, I was only solving the symptoms and not the root of the problem. BUT THEN I DISCOVERED OILS! After using SUNDAY RILEY - Juno Antioxidant + Superfood Face Oil not only was I able to go without a moisturizer for two days(which is a lot for me), I was able to see my skin really improve over a weeks time! I didn’t have any dry patches and oddly enough, my redness on my cheeks weren’t as prominent! I don’t usually mind the redness because it gives me a natural “blush”. However, having less red cheeks means less time to spend on doing makeup, so it’s an added plus! I was wondering why this stuff worked so well. This blend has a mixture of oleic acid and linoleic acids, perfect for hydrating the parts of my skin that were dry and my acne-prone areas. Dry skin needs Oleic Acids and Oily skin needs Linoleic Acid. I opted for something that has both, because Acne/Combination skin needs a little bit of each oil. For the past two weeks, I have only used this oil or another face oil with TATCHA - The Dewy Skin Cream and have seen AWESOME improvement in my acne scarring and NO DRY PATCHES! I can even go without moisturizer for two days! If this oil is a bit spendy, I would also reccommend trying pura d'or - 100% Rosehip Seed Oil ! More on this oil in a later post!

(VERSED) JUST BREATHE SERUM
the VERSED - JUST BREATHE Clarifying Serum is a serum for acne-prone skin that helps clear up and decongest pores. it's pretty thin, almost watery. it has niacinamide, which is known for helping the appearance of pores. clearing up gunk and minimizing pores is only part of its job, it also causes inflammation to be calmed, which also helps with the appearance of the skin and pores. i've been using this for a couple months now and it is a great serum that tightens pores and calms breakouts. i think it has really helped to keep my skin looking smooth and decongested. i would recommend it if you have trouble with pores or the occasional blemish, and at $20/1oz, it's not a bad price. 4/5 stars.

My Favorite Face Oils
I always steered clear of moisturizer because I had very oily skin. I would have never even thought to no less put oil on my face but here I am every morning and night slathering my face with oil. Sometimes we can over produce oil because our skin is dehydrated and some people are just pre disposed to being oily. One product that has helped me get my oil under control in NATURIUM - Niacinamide Serum 12% Plus Zinc 2% and I also started adding retinol to my nighttime skin care routine. I don't feel like my face is dry very often but I did start to feel like it needed something more than my moisturizer. So I started adding oils to the last step of my routines and I loved the results. My skin looked so healthy and bright. Oils can do more than hydrate they have other benefits!!! NATURIUM - Vitamin C Face Oil I use this oil in the morning because I already use a lot of active ingredients in the morning but I still want the even skin tone and brightening effects. NATURIUM - Virgin Marula Face Oil 100% I use this oil at end of my baby facial routine and if my skin is starting to feel a little dry, it's the most hydrating of all the oils listed. Marula oil can also smooth skin, sooth redness and strengthen the skin barrier. NATURIUM - Plant Squalane Face Oil 100% I use this oil all the time!!! I have used this oil in place of the oils listed above. Morning, night after treatments you name it it's good for it. This is good for people who are oily, acne prone or who have combination skin because our bodies produce Squalene with a E, Squalane with an A is a refined version of Squalene because apparently it's very unstable product-poor shelf life. Squalane doesn't feel heavy in my skin just gives me that added hydration. It also helps to protect against environmental aggressors such as UV rays and pollution. BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Tea Tree Balancing Oil I love this product because it's a 2:1. Squalane with the added tea tree oil. I get the hydration and the acne fighter. Tea tree oil is knows to be an antibacterial so it helps fight skin imperfections. I typically use this at night. Last but not least Rose Hip seed oil, I bought this on off Amazon. What doesn't this oil do?? It brightens, firms, exfoliates, you can put it in your hair and even treats wrinkles. In my opinion its heavier than the Squalane oil but lighter than the Marula oil. This is my newest addition so I have been alternating this in the morning with the vitamin C oil. I have also bought a larger bottle and use it all over my body after the shower. I don't really like the smell but I typically shower at night so it fades by the morning. My skin definitely has a nice glow but I think I need some more time to see if it evens out my skin tone. What's your favorite face and body oils?!
