💟 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐢
💟 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 💟⁣ ⁣ 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐬 𝐭𝐨: visibly brighten & help restore skin barrier. Help reduce the appearance of fine lines and provide intense hydration. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 : biomimetic peptides, niacinamide, ceramides, hyaluronic acid, shea butter and soybean sterols ⁣ ⁣ Hands down. One of my top cerave products! ⁣ This is one of the few thick occlusives I don’t get breakouts from. I think it’s just fabulous and i’ve only been seeing positive results from using it. This is a perfect moisturizing cream if you’re on tretinoin like me. Works great especially on dry patches. It is balmy and thick but it spreads well. It feels a lil greasy on my t-zone after applying but does fade overnight. This also still layers well with other products. I don’t have fine lines or wrinkles but this leaves the skin sealed with moisture throughout the night and makes the skin looking rejuvenated when you wake up in the morning. I see realistic results from this and I think it would deliver what it claims after a period of time. I believe mature skin would benefit the most from this product 👍🏻⁣ ⁣ - on some nights I would use this on my eye area only. this makes a great non-irritating eye cream! 💜 ⁣ ⁣ 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞: $13.98 for 1.7 oz on amazon. (quantity is like half of the bottle’s size only) ⁣ 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

SAME INGREDIENT | Hyaluronic Acid
SAME INGREDIENT | Hyaluronic Acid
DR ROEBUCK'S - No Worries Hydrating Face Moisturizer EIGHT SAINTS - Pep Rally Gel Radiance Serum Two products with the same ingredient! These both have hyaluronic acid even though they are very different products. Hyaluronic acid is a popular ingredient because it draws moisture from the air to hydrate the skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. I love this ingredient because it’s moistuizing while still gentle for my oily skin. The Dr. Roebucks No Worries moisturizer is a great basic moisturizer. The texture is amazing and provides a moisture barrier without making my skin too oily. It has no synthetic fragrance and minimal ingredients. In addition to hyaluronic acid, it also has macadamia oil which is another moisturizing ingredient. I can really feel the hyaluronic acid working in this product because of the bouncy texture to my skin after I use it. The only drawback to this product is that it has essential oils which can be sensitizing. Eight Saints Pep Rally serum is a hyaluronic acid and vitamin C gel serum. It has a bouncy, liquid gel texture and goes smoothly onto the skin. I can also feel the hyaluronic acid working in this toner because my skin feels so hydrated after use. I don’t really enjoy the scent of this product at all! This also has vitamic C but I didn’t see much improvement with this ingredient being added. In my opinion, the Dr Roebucks moisturizer is a better method of application for hyaluronic acid. Has anyone else tried these? ✨

✨ STAY HYDRATED WITH HYALURONIC ACID
✨ STAY HYDRATED WITH HYALURONIC ACID
✨ Crystal of the day: Amethyst ☯️ ✨ Hyaluronic Acid is one of my favorite ingredients to look for in different products and incorporate into my routine. ✨ Its a molecule that can absorb as much as 1000x its weight in water and moisture, which means its attracting moisture and sucking it into your skin after you apply it! The results are a plump and hydrated complexion, that can eventually fight signs of aging with consistent use, due to the fact that your skin loses its ability to retain moisture as you age. ✨ GOOD MOLECULES - Hyaluronic Acid Serum Price: $6.00 for 1 oz. Details: Water based serum with Sodium Hyaluronate, the stable and favorable derivative of hyaluronic acid, and Vitamin B5. Three different molecular weights of hyaluronic acid for maximum benefits and water retention. Rating: ✨✨✨✨✨ I really love this serum, especially for the extremely low price point! It does what it claims and the ingredients are very simple and effective. Since it is a water based serum, wetting your face before application is not necessary because the water in the serum gets instantly sucked into your skin! I combine this with my Niacinamide serum from the Ordinary right before my moisturizer and I really feel ultra-hydrated and supple every time! Highly recommend for anyone looking to incorporate this ingredient! ✨ philosophy - Renewed Hope in a Jar Water Cream Hyaluronic Glow Moisturizer Price: $39.00 for 2 oz. Details: Key ingredients include Norwegian glacial water, “enhanced” hyaluronic acid, and pineapple extract. Claims to increase skin’s hydration by 86%. It has a water-cream/gel-like consistency and a pale blue color, fast absorbing with a cooling sensation. Rating: ✨✨✨✨✨ This moisturizer is INCREDIBLE! It is truly the best moisturizer I’ve ever used and I would absolutely repurchase it over and over! The price point is already not bad, as just under $20 per ounce, and philosophy has frequent sales (I got mine for 30% off!!). The water cream consistency feels so lush and luxurious on my skin, it has a natural cooling sensation that is amplified if you keep it in your fridge. My face looks amazing after I apply it because of how smooth glowy and plump it looks! The downside is that it contains fragrance and a small amount of dye, but I don’t find it to be irritating at all or lingering, and the scent is SO lovely! It smells very light, clean, and refreshing (faintly like your man’s favorite cologne 🤤). Truly my favorite product and I highly highly recommend it! ✨ Both of these products would be great for any skin type, especially since it focuses on hydrating the skin with WATER instead of oil, which causes breakouts for some people!

Hyaluronic acid + Niacinamide a powerhouse combination!
Hyaluronic acid + Niacinamide a powerhouse combination!
When you are a skincare fan like me, it’s common and possible to make the big mistake of combining products with ingredients that shouldn’t be combined (I’m guilty of it!) that’s why it’s important that we do some basic research on whether the products we combine are a good or bad idea. It’s a lesson I had to learn the hard way. If you combine the wrong ingredients, there is a chance they cancel each other out along with their benefits, or worst-case scenario, you cause some damage to your skin. No one wants that, so a simple google search will do the job. Or simply keep a list on a notebook or your phone for easy access before buying skincare products. A combination I personally like to use is hyaluronic acid and niacinamide since I started to notice more aging signs in my combination skin and I wanted to get rid of dark spots as well. I’m sure you’ve heard about these ingredients but what do they actually do? Hyaluronic acid: Is a substance that is found in a natural way on different tissues and organs in our body, it has the ability to attract and retain water, which makes these tissues stay in healthy condition. Sadly, as we get older this substance decreases in our body over time, and as a consequence skin loses hydration, elasticity and become saggy and flaccid, it is then when wrinkles start to become more noticeable. For all these reasons, hyaluronic acid is one of the most popular ingredients in skincare product and cosmetic procedures. Niacinamide: Also known as Vitamin B3, it’s an antioxidant with a lot of great benefits. It reduces acne thanks to its Anti-inflammatory properties that calm irritated skin and also regulate sebum. It makes the skin texture better overall and reduces pores size. One of the main reason people use this ingredient is to fight hyperpigmentation and diminish acne scars, evening out skin tone. It’s ideal for sensitive skin and dry. I’ve been using 2 products in particular that have hyaluronic acid and niacinamide as their main ingredient respectively. Although there isn’t an established rule with these 2 on which one you should use first, in this case I use the cleanser first and the cream at the end of my skincare routine. (Hyaluronic Acid) Cerave – Hydrating Facial Cleanser: I particularly like this facial cleanser because it never leaves my skin dry like other cleansers I've used. It’s also non-comedogenic, and if you suffer from acne, it’s something you need for sure. It also helps restore our skin’s natural barrier that protects it from pollution and environmental hazards. It barely has any fragrance and leaves the skin really soft after using it thanks to the hyaluronic acid in it.   CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser (Niacinamide) Tony Moly - Panda's Dream White Magic Cream: If you take packaging into consideration when it comes to choosing a product you will love this one! It’s one of the cutest looking products I’ve ever seen. This cream comes in the shape of a lovely panda and I love using it especially when I plan on going out because it gives my skin a natural luminous appearance whenever it feels dull. The Niacinamide in it is in charge of reducing dark spots and brightening the skin. I really recommend this one! TONYMOLY - Panda's Dream White Magic Cream

Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-C
Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream My favourite drug store face cream! I tried the regular neutrogena hydro boost gel cream but didn’t like the smell. When I saw this I had to get it. The gel texture is amazing. It absorbs quickly into my skin, doesn’t clog my pores, and makes my skin feel so soft. It’s fragrance free, oil free, and contains hyaluronic acids, which I’m currently obsessed with. If you live in Canada like I do, you’ll understand that the winter weather can really dry your skin out. Once I started using this I haven’t had any dry patches like I used to. This is probably close to my 20th jar. I use it morning and night and cannot stress enough how amazing this is. You just have to try it yourself :)

Girl you need Hyaluronic Acid in your life
Girl you need Hyaluronic Acid in your life
I’m sure you’ve been hearing about it everywhere and here’s why‼️ Your skin naturally produces hyaluronic acid to help skin stay moisturized but as you get older you produce less. You can apply it topically to compensate for this and keep skin hydrated! More hydration means less wrinkles. Works for any skin type woo hoo! Acts as a shield against environment stressors like air pollution You can use it every day, even twice a day to keep skin hydrated and looking good! Why I love The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 The price point! At $7 its super affordable No alcohol, parabens, silicones, sulfates, or oil Hyaluronic acid paired with B5 helps support skin hydration Works great under your moisturizer and makeup/ can be used both morning and night Really has helped me get rid of dry patches that plagued my skin and also has helped my overall skin appearance. *Tip: apply to damp skin so that the product doesn’t feel sticky on your skin!
