Fine lines and wrinkles treatments
These are best Fine lines and wrinkles treatments users on cherie app recommend.
This is how to attack fine lines and creases, whether you're 20, 30, 40
Fight fine lines Your 20s While there's no way to completely stave off lines, the following game plans—targeted to your age—will protect and repair your complexion, setting you up for healthy skin year after year. Swear by sunscreen. Wear SPF 30 or higher every day!Blocking UV rays prevents collagen—the network of tissue deep within the skin that keeps the surface plump and line-free—from breaking down and creating deeper lines. Sunscreen is the number-one treatment to avoid developing lines and aging skin. One study showed that wearing SPF not only wards off UV damage but also improves skin's texture. Got sensitive skin? Look for products with titanium dioxide and/or zinc oxide, which are gentler than their chemical counterparts. Your 30s You may start to see fine lines around your eyes. People with lighter skin tend to see lines earlier than those with darker complexions, possibly because more melanin in skin equals more wrinkle protection. Add a retinoid. This ingredient works by creating cellular turnover to exfoliate the skin and repair DNA, which reverses sun damage and reduces the appearance of wrinkles. Over-the-counter creams with retinol, like Eve Lom Time Retreat Intensive Night Cream, are gentler than prescription retinoids (like Retin-A), so they're good for those with sensitive skin. To minimize irritation, begin applying every other night (not during the day, because the sun diminishes the effectiveness of some formulas), working up to nightly use. Your 40s Don't skip SPF and retinoid. Applying them consistently can keep your 40-something skin looking a decade younger. Still using an OTC retinoid? Ask your dermatologist for a stronger, Rx version, says Dr. Shamban. Opt for a serum with growth factors. Not to be confused with growth hormones, growth factors are produced naturally by the skin and help repair free-radical damage and maintain smoothness. As we age, our skin produces less of these substances. But using a serum with growth factors, like PCA Skin Rejuvenating Serum, nets you fewer wrinkles and creases, according to research.

Finally those Fine Lines are Gone!
Under eye areas is one of the first areas to show the signs of aging on our face. The reason why it shows the signs of aging sooner is because the skin around our eye area is the most delicate area since it is thinner than the skin on the rest. It also has fewer oil glands than the skin on the rest of our face. After a lifetime of sun exposure and repeated facial motions as I always do, those skin looses its elasticity, fine lines and wrinkles started to show up on my under eye area. My major concern with under eye area is my dark circle and finalizes. I am in my mid 20s towards 30. I am looking for a product that deals with my fine lines and puffiness, have some anti-aging treatment and not too heavy. A lot of cosmetic companies are fabulous that shameless over exaggerating their eye products can do for customers. And I’ve tried a lot of products, so far from my experience, there isn’t an eye cream that you can purchase over the counter would eliminate any of the symptoms. Lets just be honest, there is no magic eye cream like that. I don’t want to be harsh, depending on what your issues are and how serious they are. Some of them can be improved in certain levels. Some of them may need special treatment like fillers or laser and surgery and of course, lifestyle that can effectively eliminate these eye issues. The eye product i am looking for is something that will strengthen, hydrate and nourish the skin. And at the same time, keep it supple and protected in a long term to prevent the signs of aging. ESTĒE LAUDER - Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate Matrix I used this serum before bed and in the morning, and I just adore the scent. One thing I really like about it is the great formula which is truly moisture-rich to the touch. Meanwhile this product is also absorbs so promptly. Unlike many other heavy eye products, this one just glides right on, absorbs quick without feeling sticky, It’s been so helpful in improving the look of my eye area over the past 6 weeks. My fine lines are not as visible. It did helped in diminishing off the fine lines under my eyes which is apparent in the pictures. I can feel my under eyes instantly soak sit up. Really enjoy the feeling, It's so nourishing and feels like a treat on your skin! Highly recommended if you are looking for early anti-aging eye products.

Dreaded forehead wrinkles tips and my results!!
Let’s talk about the dreaded forehead lines. What causes forehead wrinkles? The main causes of forehead wrinkles are smoking, sun exposure and genetics. Wrinkles are defined as the creases and lines that form in your skin over time. While some can be controlled by lifestyle choices, other factors are merely genetic or a natural extension of the aging process. As you age, the skin becomes less elastic and more likely to sprout wrinkles. Exposure to ultraviolet radiation also increases the incidences of premature forehead wrinkles. Because of the associated change in blood supply to the skin, smoking also leads to more wrinkles. Lastly, repeated facial expressions and movements such as squinting can leave permanent creases and grooves. What are some ways to get rid (or soften) them? Be Diligent in Your Daily Skincare Taking care of your skin early will pay off big time during the time that wrinkles would normally begin to appear. An effective cleanser will rid the skin of harmful impurities and preserve the natural protective skin barrier. This process will help to promote young and fresh looking skin tone and balance. An effective moisturizing protocol will also trap water in the skin, giving the face the hydration that it needs to stave off wrinkles and fine lines. Exfoliating with an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) As one of the greatest tools in the fight against skin aging, AHAs work by promoting new cell growth. The most commonly used AHAs to reduce facial wrinkles are glycolic acid and lactic acid. Many exfoliators contain AHAs as the primary active ingredient. By sloughing off dead skin cells, the exfoliation process brightens skin tone and evens out wrinkled skin. Using serums and treatments like retinol, vitamin c serums, and targeted wrinkle serums like the one I use, MATRIXYL 10%+ HA by The Ordinary. The Ordinary Matrixyl 10%+HA is a water based serum that includes matrixyl, a well studied peptide complex that reduces the look of static and dynamic wrinkles. $11.50 Ingredients- Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin, PPG-26-buteth-26, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Carbomer, Polysorbate 20, Ethoxydiglycol, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin. My results so far! The first picture was taken on August 26th and I have used this serum am and pm every day since. You can really tell my forehead is much plumper and the biggest wrinkles are no longer as deep as they were. A few of the small ones are almost gone!! I am incredibly happy with my results so far! What do you think? Can you tell a difference? ❤️The Ordinary - Matrixyl* 10% + HA

HERBIVORE - Bakuchiol Anti-Aging Serum I was hesitant to purchase more Herbivore products because I was honestly underwhelmed by some of their stuff but after convincing from a friend I got the Herbivore Bakuchiol serum. I was shown the light. I used this at night and mixed with an oil and woke up to a dewy, hydrated, plump, fresh feeling. The texture is almost jelly-like, a bouncy consistency. What I love about the Bakuchiol is that it is 100% natural, plant-based retinol. It packs a punch like strong retinols but gentleness. The texture of this serum is really light and it sinks in after my toner/essence. Its hydrating and has the benefits of anti-aging to work on fine lines and loss of firmness. It has PHAs that resurface skin to enhance absorption and strengthen the skin. It also contains tremelia mushroom which gives great hydration by its ability to retain 500x the moisture than water. The full price of a 30ml bottle is $54. I would repurchase again. I would recommend to a friend if they’re looking for something gentle that provides the powers of retinol but also hydrates!

Completely erase your deep wrinkles with this
I have struggled with harsh lines since my 20’s. The furrow line in my forehead is so pronounced I didn’t believe there was a skincare solution. I’ve switched my nighttime and daytime routine around three times since I started Cherie because of the knowledge I’ve gained from Cherie members and board certified dermatologist Dr.Dray. Here is what I do; Morning Routine 💙I rinse my face with water - DO NOT CLEANSE (I have an article on my page as to why you should not cleanse in the morning please check it out) 💜 AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) this product makes your skin smooth and brighten and it actually preps the skin to allow better absorption of the next product 💛Vitamin C serum is applied, vitamin c helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines 💚hyaluronic acid it plumps my skin up 🧡neutrogena hydro boost with spf 50. This is a water gel lotion with hyaluronic acid 🤍I finish with Avene moisturizing protecting lotion, this lotion I swear by it. It doesn’t claim to reduce fine lines but as soon as I put it on all my forehead wrinkles smooth right out. ➡️sometimes I add Vaseline to the sensitive areas of my face if I’m staying home the under eye where crows feet are and the furrow in my forehead. Doing this protects the skin barrier because it locks in the moisture from your products and slows down their absorption rate which means you benefit more from them. Nighttime routine 💛oil based cleanser. Oil based cleansers break up makeup, sunscreen and sebum more efficiently than regular gel cleansers 💙gel based cleanser next, it completely cleans the face from any left over oil cleanser ♥️ toner maybe twice - three times a week but not everyday as it’s winter the air is dry, toner can be even more drying 💚Retinoid serum comes next, but the face should be dry. 🧡Niacinamide to reduce the appearance of pores and fine line. 💜Vitamin E at the end of the day helps your skin barrier restore itself from the pollutants and uva and uvb exposure 🤎moisturizer is second to last on my routine, 💖last but not least in fact one of the most important things is SLUGGING! petroleum jelly is smeared on my face focused on the underlines where crows feet show, the furrow on my forehead - I don’t do my neck. I explained up above why this benefits you. ❇️so after 1 month of doing this my wrinkles have erased and my pores look great❇️ Fourth Ray - Reveal 10% Alpha Hydroxy Acid Serum TruSkin - Vitamin C Serum Fourth Ray - Hyaluronic Hydra Duo Skincare Kit Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Water Gel Sunscreen Lotion SPF 30 Avene moisturizing cream DHC - Deep Cleansing Oil CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser Neutrogena - Rapid Wrinkle Repair Retinol Oil Fourth Ray - Remedy 10% Niacinamide Serum Vitamin E from TrueSkin Avene moisturizing cream Vaseline - 100% Pure Petroleum Jelly, Original
