Nothing tugs at the heartstrings of beauty lovers quite like a shiny new eyeshadow palette.
Nothing compares to my Subculture palette
ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Subculture Eyeshadow Palette Anastasia Beverly Hill’s Subculture palette got a lot of controversy when it first came out. People were hitting pan on it quickly, and the blended weirdly together. Later, the brand re-released the palette to be pressed a little more evenly. This new version is the one I got. Even though the palette got mixed reviews, I would never give it up. With it, you can make yourself look like you came from the 1960s or 80s. I haven’t found any other palette with a unique color combination like this. And its range of dark and light, shimmer and matte, have helped me make both bright and grungy looks. The mattes take a little work to blend, but then again so do most mattes. The shimmer shades like Electric and Adorn go on your skin like butter. These colors are really vibrant, and contrast well with the moodier shades. In this picture, I used Dawn as a base over my primer. Then I blended New Wave all over the lid and crease. I lined my lower lid with Roxy, highlighted my brow bone with Cube, and spread Electric all over my inner corner and lid for a pop. I connected Lid with Electric to create a gradient effect. Cube is especially beautiful. It’s a white with purple reflects, so it goes perfectly with almost any color in the palette. Subculture may get mixed reviews, but it definitely has its place in the makeup world. Every time I want to feel celestial, or do my makeup like Twiggy, I reach for this baby.

Stoned Vibes Eyeshadow Palette
So aside from the gorgeous collectible packaging with its 3D plastic gem design, holographic gen design, and colorful artwork with little painted crack designs. On the back it says made in Korea and each color of eyeshadow is named after either a gem or a philosophical concept such as the “third eye.” It comes with a brush and a very clear and helpful mirror. The eyeshadow is well packed yet requires no pressure to get on to your brush! And the colors are gorgeous! Most of them some sparkly crushed material mixed into them to give that gemstone affect. When I saw this it was sitting right at the Ulta entrance (smart) and I caught the sparkling and that was it. I bought it haha! I might be part cat... or bird. I’m planning to give my current single color (pink) set and this to my sister. She’s 10 and probably won’t really wear it but one day haha. We had a girl day once. She really liked learning make up with mrs. Her mom passed away from cancer last year so I’ve been trying to be her female role model because I might be nuts but I’m the sanest person in this family 😂. I don’t think she’ll use this palette for a long time. She’s a modest young lady. I plan to buy the gift set for myself instead because it has all the colors of lip gloss and stuff.

Viseart has my heart
My growing 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 collection: 1. The Avignon is probably my favorite cool toned palette in my collection. Cooler tones don’t look great on my very warm toned skin. Many cool toned palettes turn muddy on me or look bruised. These shades somehow work, and I can still create effortless and beautiful looks. The duochromes in this are gorgeous! I’m so glad I was able to grab this. 2. The Warm Edit I bought after my experience with the Dark Edit. It is pretty standard in terms of the warm shades included but this is the type of staple palette that I use day to day. I use could not resist these shades, and I plan on pairing it and mixing it up with the Dark Edit. 3. The Dark Edit was my first @viseart palette. It exceeded every expectation, given its small size. Every shade worked on my skin tone and I was able to create a wide range of looks for most occasions. I am still in love. 4. The Petite Pro in Apricotine feeds my love for soft, bronze tones. I thought this palette would be ashy on my skin tone, but it is not. I can get such easy and beautiful looks from this. I love the small size and versatility. 5. Theory Palette in Siren was kind of an impulse buy. The shades are gorgeous, and the shimmers are true Viseart quality. I enjoy the shimmers in this more than the mattes, two of the mattes don’t quite work for me. I am still able to use them as transition shades but I would’ve preferred one of the lighter mattes to have been a darker shade. It is still a beauty and I’m glad I have it! I purchased these palettes.

Clean your eyeshadow palette hack
I saw this hack on TikTok were someone was cleaning a eye shadow palette using a makeup wipe, round compact, & circle motions. I thought I would try it on my contour palette from Tarte. Link below to the video I saw. https://vm.tiktok.com/t4QVTg/ It’s a simple process as you can see. Materials needed: 1): eye shadow/contour palette 2): Makeup wipe 3): round compact that a malkeup wipe can fit around tightly. Steps: 1): wrap compact with makeup wipe 2): rub in circle motion over palette. It picked up the loose powder up And cleaned my contour palette. I recommend this to anyone that has an eyeshadow palette or contour palette that needs to be cleaned. Try it out and tell me what you think tarte - Limited-edition tarteist contour palette version III I am fair complexion and These colors are great for my skin tone and every day use.
