Dupes ALERT🚨: These Drugstore Beauty Brands Amazed Me!
Just because something’s expensive doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s good – or, at least, better than something cheaper. Luckily, there are some fantastic drugstore brands out there with dupes that work just as well (or sometimes even better!) than the more expensive options – and after trying out a lot of them over the years, I’ve summed up the best available here.
My go to makeup! Perfect for summer!
I’m a big believer in less is more! My makeup routine is almost as simple as it gets. I’m all about getting my makeup done and getting on my way. This lil look was for a date night 😜 GET THE LOOK: tinted moisturizer! SEPHORA COLLECTION - Matte Perfection Tinted Moisturizer This is my favorite tinted moisture ever! It gives great coverage and looks pretty natural. I am only wearing it in places that I need coverage! For me that is my under eyes and a few spots on my cheeks. It is a matte finish and very long lasting. It does have a pretty powerful floral fragrance that I hate, but I’ve gotten use to it lol. blush! FLOWER - Blush Bomb Color Drops BEST DUPE FOR GLOSSIER CLOUD PAINT!! I bought every single color in this blush. It’s a liquid/cream blush with a great applicator for just the right amount of product. A good range of shades with great pay off, pigment, and longevity. eyes! Glossier. - Skywash Sky wash in echo is my new favorite. Not only is it the perfect wash of color on my lids, but it is so quick and easy to apply. A cream eyeshadow with a doe foot applicator. Just dab some product on and tap it in with your finger. ARDELL - Self-Adhesive Lash I usually do mascara, but it was a date night.. so why not?! I love to wear the wispies for a natural look. They’re super comfortable and easy to work with. brows! SEPHORA COLLECTION - Retractable Brow Pencil Waterproof I’m currently using a Sephora brow pencil. It’s honestly no different from any other pencil. The price is much better than ABH or benefit and that’s mostly why I’m using it. It gets the job done and stays put!

Drugstore Dupe | Benefit VS Maybelline
Primer plays a vital role in achieving a long-lasting, perfect-looking skin finish. One of the most famous primers would be Benefit’s Porefessional primers. However, they are on the pricier side, even for the mini sizes, therefore the search for the perfect dupe begins. Maybelline’s Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser is one such candidate, which is also one of my personal favourites. Original product: Benefit’s Porefessional Matte Rescue Price: $56 (50ml / full size), $25 (15 / mini size) Benefit’s Porefessional Matte Rescue is a relatively new product from the Porefessional line. It prides itself in having a lightweight, water-based gel texture that can absorb excess surface oil. It feels very refreshing on the face, and melts instantly into the skin, leaving a natural-looking matte finish. I did notice its blurring effects where the appearance of my large pores was reduced. I have very oily skin, but this primer helped my base makeup stay on longer throughout the day. Despite it being a mattifying primer, it felt very hydrating, therefore, it is also suitable for dry skins. Nevertheless, it is quite pricy and doesn’t really blur out fine lines nor smooth out rough skin texture. The fragrance is also too strong. Dupe: Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Price: $16 (20ml / one size) Unlike Matte Rescue, the Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser comes in a balm-like texture that feels a bit heavier on the skin, even slippery where it just sits on top of the skin. However, because of this texture, it is able to really blur out any fine lines and rough skin texture. I was also really impressed by its ability to minimize pores. Overall, I felt that my skin did look like that of a baby’s, soft and smooth, as if someone put in a filter for my face. Given the price, I am not mad at the texture even though the Matte Rescue felt better. It is also worth-noting that this product is fragrance-free and non-comedogenic, making it safe for sensitive and acne-prone skin types. Conclusion: Why spend extra money when you can achieve the same result for a fraction of the price? The Baby Skin works just as well in achieving a long-lasting, matte finish, and even better at blurring out fine lines and smoothing out rough skin texture. It worked beyond my expectations, which is why it being one of my favourite products.

Is it REALLY a drugstore dupe for Laura Mercier Ginger?
When I bought the romand - Zero Velvet Tint, I also bought ROMAND Better Than Cheek [ROMAND X Anne of Green Gables] - 07 and I was surprised to find that it's a drugstore dupe forlaura mercier - laura mercier Matte Eye Colour- Ginger. Although you can see that Laura Mercier Ginger is more of a pink shade while Romand is more orange from my arm swatch, it actually looks the same when applied on my face! Laura Mercier's powder is very compacted, doesn't easily fly and is less pigmented than Romand's, so it's very beginner friendly and you don't have to be too careful when you're applying it. It also blends easily. Romand's powder is also very soft and silky and offers a higher color payoff. Beginners need to be careful when applying it. If you're thinking about getting Laura Mercier's Ginger but don't really want to spend that much, you can go for Romand's blush 07 instead.

Drugstore hair oil DUPE!
I love finding drugstore dupes and I found a good one for your hair! Making your hair healthy requires a lot of moisture and attention. I love using hair oils after styling to keep frizz away and always before bed to add some moisture. The ogx - Renewing Argan Oil of Morocco Penetrating Oil is around $5-6 at the drugstore, which is extremely affordable. This product claims to have heat protection and will help strengthen your hair from the inside out! Perfect for all hair types! The MOROCCANOIL - Moroccanoil Treatment is a great product. But the price for what your getting—not so much. It’s a basic Argan oil just like the one above, but is is $34 for the 1.7 oz bottle. Not worth the money even though it is a great hair oil! 💋🤍 #cheriepartner
