Attention! We're gonna focus on eyeshadow today! Applying eyeshadow is a really crucial step to your makeup looks, and lets take a look at our Cheire users' discussion on eyeshadow! @Unknown399755“When I went to use the shadows, they have a wet consistency, even the smudge pot one. They are loose as well. So of course I used a primer. I waited for each shadow to dry even Stila liquid shadow Fairy Tale but I still had to wait and add another coat and another and another just to get an opaque consistency. But no matter what and how long I waited, the eyeshadow would move around and I had to apply five coats just to get the look you see on my arm. ” @emily_colourpop is the best💗 theyre very affordable and have better quality than some high end brands when it comes to eyeshadow and glitters! For other Cherie members, feel free to comment below and talk about your questions about eyeshadow. I'd love to hear your reviews of the products! S/O to all the experts who generously left comments and solved others' problems! 👀👀👀 Don't forget to follow your best friend CheriePick, an official Cherie account, to interact with other Cherie members and get the best content in the community. Hello, beautiful people! Let's talk about Eye Creams today. We have lots of beauty experts in our Cherie community that have something to say about eye creams. Let's take a look at some of our Cherie members' comments on eye creams to understand why and how we use it. @Mallory “Your skin looks amazing! The one thing I would recommend is a hyaluronic acid serum for the redness (I like the Paula‘a Choice one) and an eye cream because u have some slight dark circles! I used to have terrible dark circles but the Inkey List Caffeine Eye Cream has made them vanish. Also I love ur hair!!” @veedim“I definitely am a bit oilier in my t-zone and battle with dry patches in the winter months so my skin is a bit combination as well so this works for that. If you have super dry patches I recommend opting for a heavier moisturizer in the evening, but the PM CeraVe moisturizer seems to work for me all year round. What I do for my dry patches is actually use the CeraVe eye cream on them to give them a little bit of extra love” For other Cherie members, feel free to comment below and talk about your ways of dealing with blackheads. Hello, beautiful people! Let's talk about body lotion today. While we don't have that many people who have shared their experience on this topic, we still want you to read some comments from Cherie users on body lotion to get some inspiration! As these comments are relatively short, we invite y'all to make posts covering body lotions - don't forget to @me in your posts! I saw @relpixela was also an body care expert - come and share your body care expertise with us😛! @Kimberley_Whitman “Have u tried the tinted body lotion from LovingTan? I like it because it has not only three colors but also a more comfortable texture than Bronzing Mousse. If you want it more lasting, I recommend the same brand of tanning mousse. And I will first exfoliate and then use the lotion, this effect will be more durable😊” What are your choices of body lotions? Feel free to comment below or make posts and @ me. Attention Babes! We're gonna focus on Kiehl's today! Lots of users in our Cherie community have been using and recommodating Kiehl's to other Cherie users. Let's take a look at the comments on Kiehl's from our Cherie users. @Kimberley_Whitman“I’ve been meaning to check out this Kiehls calendula serum.. Glad I didn't place the order, but for dry skin, have you tried Kiehls ultra facial cream, the star product of this brand? The moisturizing and functional ingredients it contains are very classic formula. Among the moisturizing ingredients, Squalane has a good affinity for the skin, can promote the metabolism of the skin, and ease the irritation of the skin care products to the skin. BIS-PEG-18 METHYL ETHER DIMETHYL SILANE is a water-soluble silicone wax with good moisturizing. This one is my HG, but not fit oily skin.” @Nadeen07“The Kiehls one feels good on the skin but I also found it to do nothing for my skin and I’m in my teens. For my eyes, I love using Murad Vita-C for eyes. It stings a little sometimes but shows great results” What are your opinions on Kiehl's? Feel free to comment below and talk about your experience of using Kiehl's. I'd love to hear your reviews of the products! Surprised? Salicylic Acid Can Save Your Skin!
Surprised? Salicylic Acid Can Save Your Skin!
Hi babes😊! Always confused what salicylic acid is and how it can help with your skin problems? Take a look at the comments blow from our Cherie users! @CrystalClearSkin“I recommend getting an exfoliating cleanser to get rid of the bumps! also Salicylic acid should help as well. neutragena is a brand that has many cleansers with both, I am currently using the grapefruit exfoliating cleanser from them.” @Kim_Seung“No it not suppose to tingle you might a sensitivity to The product. I had the similar experience to, it wouldn’t burn to put the product on but the products I buy on after they would burn my skin. So I stopped using it and the rest of the products I put on didn’t burn on anymore. This product might not be for everyone as I stated in my review of the product. You can also try vitamin c if you have dark spots or Hyper pigmentation. Or Salicylic acid if you have dry skin and experiencing breakouts. I would recommend Face oils like Rosehip oil, Safflower oil, Jojoba oil, and etc...” @kenoelk “Salicylic acid, glycolic acid, or lactic acid are ingredients that will help. Using them won’t make it go away right away, it’ll take a hot sec to push all the gunk out! I saw someone commented about The Ordinary, and that’s a great place to start! Also, Paula’s Choice salicylic acid exfoliant is great! I’ve also been using the CereVe retinol that seems to help with stubborn ones. Make sure not to use too many products at once, but rotate them in your routine.” @Blyssey_CBE “Hi babe! Pore sizes are generic and you won’t be able to shrink them unless you do something invasive like microneedling. The key is keeping them clean to make them look smaller. Salicylic acid and niacinamide are great. Murad’s hydrating (green) toner is what I like to use since it’s alcohol free.” What's your experience of using salicylic acid? My fellow Cherie users, share your experience and tips below to help each other out. 👀👀👀 Don't forget to follow your best friend CheriePick, an official Cherie account, to interact with other Cherie members and get the best content in the community. 🤔How to Save Your Dark Spots?
🤔How to Save Your Dark Spots?
Bebes, I'm not gonna lie, dark spots are so hard to deal with. They can be caused by excess sun exposure, acne, or even hormonal changesis - literally one of the most difficult skin problems to get rid of. But babes, don't worry - take a look at these super useful tips on saving your dark spots, and I guarantee you -- these tips work! You got this! @MatthewBorst "First of all, don’t be so hard on yourself your complexion is not horrible at all!! Definitely listen to everyone’s advice about using a daily SPF! It will prevent your current dark spots from getting darker and prevent new ones. It’s also sooo important to wear SPF daily (even when inside) when you’re using strong acids. Also check out the Inkey List’s Vitamin C + EGF serum which will help brighten/even out the complexion (vitamin c) and will also stimulate new cell growth beneath the surface (from the EGF) which is important after using strong acids. Consistency is key - you got this!" @Kim_Seung“For dark spots I recommend using The ordinary Niacinamide 10% Zinc 1% this product is really great for oily skin. And it’s specifically for dark spots/Hyper pigmentation. It has niacinamide which helps sooth the skin and also Help brighten dark spots. Zinc is also a really great ingredient if you want to get rid of hyper pigmentation. You can get it at Ulta or Sephora. ($5) Or if you prefer vitamin c serum: Hyper skin Brightening Vitamin C serum. This product uses absorbic acid which is the most stable form of vitamin c. To help with Hyper pigmentation/dark spots. It also contains Aloe Vera to help reduce sensitivity. And a bunch more Plant extracts. ($36) Or if you want a cheaper Vitamin c serum. Naturium: Vitamin C Complex 22% this also contains Absorbic acid whic is the most stable form of vitamin c. It also contains Papaya extract to Gently exfoliate your skin. These are just recommendations that will work for Majority of people. Everyone’s skin is different and unique!💜” Oh and I forgot to add that Getting rid of dark spots takes time. Give it a few months before actually getting the results you want. But if that doesn’t work I would recommend micro needling. But have it done by a Professional because you can mess up your skin if you buy one online. What's your experience of dealing with dark spots? My fellow Cherie users, share your experience and tips below to help each other out.
