My Tips to Avoid and Deal with Aging
I have extremely dry skin and my face is seeing signs of aging and gets some wrinkles and expression line on it. I have been actively doing whatever I could to fight wrinkles and postpone aging. Here are some of the tips I would like to share with you: · Do not ever underestimate the magic of enough moisturizing. The basic yet fundamental steps of skincare lie in moisturizing. Our skin is composed of various layers that are like a sponge, absorbing water, and then getting plump. Therefore, using products that are nourishing is really essential. Doing this well means you have fulfilled the basic level of skincare. There is a wide range of moisturizing products to choose from, drugstore one or a high-end one, from lotion, serum, cream to masks .etc. I have posted lots of products of this kind on my homepage, such as La prairie cream, Elizabeth Arden capsule, First Aid Beauty cream, Filorga cream .etc. If you are interested in them, you can go and find detailed introductions to them in different passages that I have written. · Use good quality sun cream to prevent the loss of collagen. Ultraviolet rays are the invisible killer of natural skin and will contribute 70％ of aging problems. UVA can penetrate into the skin dermis and inactive cellulose and collagen in cells. If this continues to happen, our skin will easily get loose and full of wrinkles. I prefer ISDIN as this provides SPF50. The physical block is generally better than chemical block as the former does almost no harm to our skin. · Pay special attention to some technologies and ingredients. Filorga NCEF series specifically deal with the problem of aging. They are famous for their hyaluronic acid. Natura Bisee has its creative new technology with marine DNA. Olay, Sesderma, Clinique serum all contain niacinamide which is a versatile one to combat aging. But remember retinol products （like the ordinary alph）cannot mix with niacinamide, the combination of which will make no effect of either ingredient. These are my tips for dry skin anti-aging combat. I hope you can benefit from it.
What Are Ways For You to Prevent Wrinkles?
See this guideline to reduce your wrinkles. Wrinkles, frown lines, and all the tiny and tedious curves that we don’t want on our faces. Personal Recommendation: I’ve noticed that a consistent skin routine and the most important above all of these is wear SPF sunscreen of at least 35+ everyday does wonders for your skin long-term. There’s been a study done on identical twins. Twin A has a skincare routine and always wears sunscreen everyday. Twin B doesn’t have a skincare routine and often likes sun exposure. When the two were put together, Twin B looked significantly older, more acne-prone, way more wrinkles and dark spots, and overall had an aging complexion. It was so dramatic, but these were facts we could all see with our own eyes. Credit: IG @masteresthestician101 Please support them and follow them for all your skincare needs.

$65 SERUM = WORTH IT?
alright, let me start by saying that in no way can i freaking afford to blow 65 smackeroonis on this. i received it in my allure beauty box for the month of june and literally, already finished the bottle 😩 the texture of this serum is so unique. it contains little microbeads of: hyaluronic acid: water magnet for hydration chlorella extract: for clearer, brighter, & firmer skin vitamin a: anti-aging 👉🏻 MY EXPERIENCE: $65 seems a bit much for this serum. it claimed to give a noticeable different after one use & personally, i feel like i was reaching for anytime i suspected i had a “glow.” BUT i loved the way my skin felt throughout the day whenever i used it. it definitely felt softer & my skin never felt nor looked dull. this doesn’t necessarily mean that i had a glow, i just didn’t look tired. i could still achieve a glow if i used this with other products like the GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon Glow PHA+BHA Pore-Tight Toner . (be mindful, glow recipe did some shady stuff when releasing their stats on pull up for change. i DO NOT currently support glow recipe & thus, will be planning to give this toner away. i just wanted to mention every detail of my routine). 👉🏻 WOULD I REPURCHASE? no. i didn’t even purchase the first time but no. my favorite serums are good molecules’ GOOD MOLECULES - Super Peptide Serum & GOOD MOLECULES - Niacinamide Serum . cheaper alternatives that actually work AMAZING for your skin. overall, great serum & innovative idea. the beads blend magically with the serum once applied & it smells like nothing. i wouldn’t spend the $65 price tag tho 🤮
SKIN INC-My Daily Dose of Glow
SPF💙 ☀️One of the most important things for your skin and your skincare routine. This helps with anti-aging, dark spots, facial redness and of course helps prevent skin cancer so why don’t more people use it? ☀️ It took me forever to hop on the sunscreen train because I have memories of sunscreen being thick, sticky and chalky with a dog pulling at a little girls bathing suit on the bottle. All of that is appalling so why would I want to go back?🤣 ☀️Luckily, sunscreen has come a LONG way and now comes in various forms. It’s in moisturizers and make-up now too! There are lots of ways to incorporate it so it’s just about finding what you enjoy. ☀️My favorite chemical screens is currently the mini and empty angel on the left. This is the Paula’s Choice Youth-Extending Hydrating Fluid. It’s basically the feel of a moisturizer but in the form of SPF 50. It’s fairly liquidy so it blends in quickly and doesn’t feel sticky at all. It even gives me a glow! I just ordered their popular mineral sunscreen as well to see which is the true queen👑 I’m also loving the Mineral Matte Supergoop Sunscreen too!! It doesn’t always rub in perfectly but it’s awesome besides that. ☀️I really struggle with Umbre Tinte personally. It makes my face feel really sticky and that drives me crazy but I’d be willing to try it again because my best friend swears by it. ☀️There are different options in that some are chemical and some are physical. Chemical screens convert sun rays into heat while physical screens reflect the rays. Chemical screens can be sensitizing for some but I personally haven’t had an issue yet. ☀️The key is to find one you like that is SPF 30-50 and wear it everyday, even when you’re inside! Those rays still come through the windows! ☀️What’s your favorite sunscreen? Fine Lines And Wrinkles: Differences & 5 Tips To Prevent Formation
Looking youthful, vibrant, and strong is a desire for many people. In fact, if many people had their way, they’d remain young forever. But, natural aging is just part of life, and there is no escaping it. Neither is it something to be embarrassed about. Aging is marked by the appearance of large and deep folds of wrinkles, which, admittedly, can be an unpleasant sight to some people. That is going to be the main focal point of this article.
My Favourite Anti-Aging Products
“Anti-aging” is pretty much a marketing term. The only things that are going to have drastic results on deep wrinkles are office-only, like Botox and filler. But the best way to fight visible signs of aging is to prevent them and slow their arrival. • Sunscreen: There is legitimately not a single better way to protect your skin’s youth- and health! Sunscreen is so, so important, as windows do not block the aging UV rays and more studies show blue light from electronics also damages unprotected skin. UV rays not only cause/worsen wrinkles and fine lines, but also dark spots. DRUNK ELEPHANT - Umbra Sheer Physical Daily Defense Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 30 is wonderful for dry skin (and/or winter use) and PAULA'S CHOICE - YOUTH-EXTENDING DAILY HYDRATING FLUID SPF 50 is amazing for all skin types and those who wear makeup. • Retinol: 0.1% Tretinoin is the strongest retinoid you’re going to find and likely the best for fighting signs of aging- but for prevention, everyone probably doesn’t need that kind of strength. If you want to avoid a prescription, look to retinols, available in up to 1.0% concentration. Retinol increases collagen + elastin production and stimulates skin renewal, via increasing cell turnover. This helps to fade dark spots, improve plumpness, and lessen fine lines- plus it’s known to be helpful for some acne cases. I have been enjoying the gentleness of PAULA'S CHOICE - 0.3% Retinol + 2% Bakuchiol Treatment combined with PAULA'S CHOICE - Retinol Super Antioxidant Serum (0.1% Retinol). I would recommend them for all skin types, though dry skin may appreciate The Ordinary - Retinol 1% in Squalane or another concentration. • Antioxidants: Antioxidants protect skin from environmental aggressors, like pollution and oxidative damage from free radicals. They soothe skin, help prevent fine lines, and can brighten skin, vitamin c being the most popular and well-known. DRUNK ELEPHANT - C-Firma Vitamin C Day Serum is a fantastic 15% l-ascorbic acid serum that lightens hyperpigmentation and dark spots significantly, but my sensitive skin prefers The Ordinary - Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2%
