Natural Deo That WORKS 🌱
Years ago, when I made the transition from antiperspirants (containing sweat-inhibiting aluminum) to natural deodorant, I was heavily relying on baking soda in the right deo formulas for me. A couple of years ago, however, my armpits started getting irritated from baking soda in natural deodorants, so the new challenge was to find a baking soda FREE natural deo that WORKS. And here I am now, months later, still loving routine. - The Curator Natural Deodorant I even like its scent of cocoa & eucalyptus! It’s a creamy paste, that holds together well (not clumpy, not runny). I just give a pea sized amount a quick warm up between my fingers and then apply it directly to my armpits after a shower, and it lasts me the whole day! Well, by hour 6, I may smell my natural scent if I give the armpits a whiff, but it’s not BO. Remember: natural deo doesn’t stop you from sweating, but it kills BO-causing bacteria. If you don’t want any “white clumps” on the inside of your shirts, just make sure you really work the paste into your pits. Otherwise, it’s pretty easy to wash out. They just released a “roll on” recyclable tube, so I’m pretty stoked to try that. And another sustainability point is that it’s refillable at local refillaries... where COVID isn’t super buggin’. What’s your favourite natural deo?
