BEST & BLAH 👉🏻 Sephora Edition 😌🙌🏼 We all know the holy grail products we can find at Sephora. For me, I flock to the shelves for Ouai, a haircare line quite popular in the IG community 💡Before trying out their line, I was always skeptical of the value in their products. Come on, is this really worth it? I was an avid fan of it's a 10 haircare - Leave-In Conditioner Spray Product , my holy grail for my wavy, thick hair (which, is extremely damaged!) I could always count on that single product after washing my hair to smooth my hair and aid in softening my ends. Eventually, I had to try out Ouai haircare. After bleaching my hair to its absolute end, I knew I needed to find quality products when it came to styling my hair. My hair had always been picky with the products it uses, especially when it came to styling products. Sticky, thick and too drying formulas turn me off. So, when needing to find my “best and blah,” I knew I had to put Ouai in the hot seat. 1. OUAI - OUAI Wave Spray This one left my hair tacky, even with a minimal amount of product sprayed on. My waves weren’t much defined as they would be without this product. This one is $12 (small bottle) at Sephora. Worth it? No, not in my opinion. A better alternative is NOT YOUR MOTHER'S - Beach Babe Soft Waves Spray . 2. OUAI - OUAI Volume Spray Hmmm.. perhaps my hair is thick enough to have volume already. Nevertheless, I was not a huge fan of this volume spray. I used it before blowing my hair out and all it did for me was add more product onto my hair, no volume. Worth it? No 😭 I tried my best to like this product but I can’t bring myself to pay $26. 3. OUAI - Dry Shampoo Foam A NEW DRY SHAMPOO FAVORITE! I love this formula (mousse-like) and the smell. It leaves a refreshing and cooling feeling on my scalp. Worth it? YES. I’ll definitely be buying this again, worth the $28! 4. gisou - Honey Infused Hair Oil This is a great hair oil, don’t get me wrong. I enjoyed the packaging, the consistency and the result of my hair after smoothing this into it; HOWEVER, $46 doesn’t sit right with me for a hair oil so is it worth it? Not for me. 5. eva·nyc - Mane Magic 10-in-1 Primer I enjoyed the smell and lightweight spray of the nozzle, offering a lighter application of the product. But, too much and your hair gets STICKY. Beware of the amount you use. If used right, it’s worth your time. Worth it? $12 for a great heat protectant is worth it to me! 6. gisou - Propolis Infused Polishing Primer Ehhhh, I couldn’t find the value in this for me. I heard a lot of people talk about their hair feeling smoother after styling once using this; however, I personally couldn’t notice a difference. I loved the creamy texture but I can’t purchase it again. Worth it? $34 isn’t worth it for me 😭

How to Care for Long, Thin and Bleached Hair ☀️
How to Care for Long, Thin and Bleached Hair ☀️
I have very long and thin bleached hair so it gets very dry easily and also can get extra oily at times with regular washing. I wash it in the morning, brush it through and let it air dry after adding in some products below! 1. Add Hydration ✨Bleach dries out hair like no other so adding hydration back into your hair is going to be important. I use a variety of products for this. One thing I like is to use really nourishing shower products like the Olaplex conditioner. These products are gorgeous and make my hair feel better and softer. Their unique technology repairs hair from within. ✨Another product I love is the Gisou hair oil which is good for hydration but also styling if you’re just leaving your hair down for the day. It smells amazing and the honey is great for hair. It tames flyaways, somehow just makes hair look better and hydrated. ✨Hair masks can also be very useful and Olaplex has one too. I also like the Amika hair masks for extra hydration and try to use these at least once a week to repair and hydrate. 2. Detangle ✨One product I love to use right after washing is the leave in conditioner spray by It’s a 10! This has so many uses, hence the name, but I love the smell, nourishing and detangling properties of this the most. The detangler aspect is also useful so I’m not causing unnecessary damage when brushing if I have knots. 3. Take a Hair Supplement ✨After starting my first, I’ve found that my hair definitely grows faster and feels better than before! I use Hush & Hush supplements. They have them for hair, daily vitamins and one that is super amazing for nighttime if you’re struggling with relaxing and sleeping. You can use my name as a code to save money too if you’d like (“chelsea”). This is important because you’re giving your body what it needs and more to care for your hair health and also your body. 4. Use Products with Extra Heat Protection ✨I personally like Amika’s The Wizard because it smells amazing and does the job. Generally, temperatures over 450 F won’t break or damage hair but I avoid lots of heat and styling just because my hair is already damaged and dry, but when I do I always use products with extra protection. Regular hair cuts help too to prevent additional breakage at the bottom! Hair Styles & Tips for People Who Can’t Do Hair
Hair Styles & Tips for People Who Can’t Do Hair
I have very fine hair that doesn’t really hold shape well and I’m also not great at styling it so to make up for that, I’ve found ways to make my hair look good and enhance simple styles! ☀️All natural☀️ Using a hair oil can help smooth the style and even take your natural look and bring it to the next level. All I did in this video was use my regular shampoo and conditioner and then I used the Gisou hair oil which is absolutely stunning. Using that helps tame flyaways and gives whatever my hair is doing that day more of a shape and style. It also has a light honey scent that I cannot get enough of. 👱🏼‍♀️Blonde Maintainence As a blonde, I use purple shampoos and other purple products to keep it from being too brassy. I find this can be really effective if done on dry hair too. My favorite purple shampoo is by Milkshake. It smells amazing and is so pigmented that it stains my hands for a few seconds before washing off. This shouldn’t be done every wash because it can be drying but does really help! ✂️ Regular haircuts are also very helpful in order to keep hair healthy and prevent increased breaking. This can also help with styling by giving you a certain foundation to work with. I also like to use leave-in conditioners to help my hair, my favorite being the It’s A Ten original one. I also use Olaplex products to repair hair from within. 💕Scrunchie bun My favorite scrunchies ever are by Invisibobble. They’re soft but have the structure of those plastic hair ties that are highly effective. For this, I’ll make a ponytail, twist it around itself, add a bobbi pin for any pieces that are out and put the sprunchie on top. 💊 Hair Supplements Having a vitamin in your day to day routine can really help with hair! I personally use Hush and Hush supplements and feel like they’ve helped my hair grow a ton. They’re a bit pricey but you can use code “chelsea” to save. gisou - Honey Infused Hair Oil it's a 10 haircare - Leave-In Conditioner Spray Product invisibobble - Sprunchie Scrunchie OLAPLEX - No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner HUSH&HUSH - Deeply Rooted Dietary Supplement

my healthy hair care routine
my healthy hair care routine
good morning everyone. I’m going to be sharing if you guys my every day and hair care routine And the products that I use to keep my hair healthy , Shiny and protected. so I normally don’t wash my hair every night because I don’t want to dry my hair out and I do have highlights in my hair so I also don’t like to wash the highlights out too often I like to keep my color lasting in my hair for a while and it usually does. so I wash my hair about 2 to 3 times a night maybe four ,when I do wash my hair I like to use these products to protect my hair from any heat or if I just let it air dry I still like to use the leave in conditioner to protect my hair leaving my hair feeling soft and smells really nice as well I love to use the Revlon brush when I do wash my hair I love that it gives me a full balance and my hair looks fuller and shiny when I don’t use the rash I usually like to braid my hair at night so my hair is wavy The next day I try not to use too many heated products on my hair I love to curl my hair sometimes but I don’t think I’ve curled my hair in a while I’ve just use the brush and braided my hair just to protect my hair from any heat but I never have a problem with my hair when I do use heat I also like to get it trimmed a couple times a month I don’t always get it trained but when I do I like to get it couple times a month but I’m just letting my hair grow out as well my hair is always been long but I’ve always loved cutting it short because I love having mid length hair and it’s really fun to sell but I also really love having long hair too it’s just a lot to maintain but it’s really simple to take care of it and also to just use the right products to find for your hair / hair type so my hair type is thick and long it can get pretty frizzy sometimes so that’s why i use the frizz serum to tame flyaways... it’s fun to style long hair to 🤗 it's a 10 haircare - Leave-In Conditioner Spray Product TRESemmé - Keratin Smooth Keratin Infusing Smoothing Serum TRESemmé - Buy 2 & Save Shampoo & Conditioner Set

Detangle With Me! 🧶
Detangle With Me! 🧶
My hair was a hot mess. I have natural waves that aren't quite curly enough to be pretty by themselves. Every time before styling or washing my hair, I need to detangle my hair. I hate doing that. I felt like it was torture to brush it everyday. It was painful, stressful and feel like you are damaging your hair as well. And it is terrible when you actually see so much hair all over the place and feels terrible of losing so much hair as well. I figure this is the perfect time to share how I find out the best way to detangle my hair in my own way. And hope that would be helpful for you girls as well. Cus, trust me I know how much headache you are having. Find a good detangling brush. You have to use a nice brush that help you detangle your hair. This brush I have here, I’ve been using it for almost a year. Quo - Shine & Smooth Paddle Brush This brush is my favorite wet brush on the market. It is not the best perfect brush, but, it fulfills all what i need from a brush. It bends just enough to let go of the tangles that would normally result in a snarl on a different brush. There are few reasons I love about this brush: 1. It has nice sturdy handle which makes it super easy to work with; 2. It has long bristles, this really helps to get into tangles and knots to help detangle. 3. This brush can also be used to define curls. 4. Easy to clean it's a 10 haircare - Leave-In Conditioner Spray Product And I also recommend using a detangling product - like this detangling spay to help you work through. This spray has a very light consistency well actually watery due to its ingredients. It’s not sticky at all but smooths the hair right away after using it. This product significantly reduces the frizz. I’m surprised the natural airdrying still left my hair feeling very soft and shiny. The detangling properties are great, I can quickly tell if I forgot to apply it before trying to comb out my long hair.

It IS a 10!
It IS a 10!
“$10, 10 ingredients and 10 uses” or something like that used to be the motto for Its a 10 when they first came out. I remember getting samples of this product from our distributor at the salon that I worked in and thinking the packaging looked a little dated... (I know, I’m very snooty)... but after spraying it through the hair of one bleach blonde after another and swiping my comb straight through their hair with no tangles, I was a full on believer. It’s a 10 is one of those old faithful products. More exciting things will come and go but this leave in conditioner and detangler, their signature spray, is something you can always rely on. The ingredients are a little more chemically then I like but other than that it’s a nice simple line up. Silk amino acids help to restore hairs strength and vitality. Sunflower seed extract acts as a natural sunscreen. Citric acid and green tea will help detox your locks from pollution and harsh water. To use, spray on damp hair as you are getting out of the shower and style as usual. I also like to spray a little bit into my hands and run through dry hair to remoisturize the ends.
