My Korean Skincare Routine for Acne and Marks❣️
I’ve struggled with acne for 8-9 years and have even tried accutane, yet I STILL struggle with acne! It’s only been a couple of weeks, but I think I finally found the right skincare routine for my dry and acne prone skin! All these products in the picture are cruelty free and are from Korean Skincare brands! For my skincare routine, I start with the Saturday Skin Rise + Shine Purifying Cleanser, then use the Banila Co Dear Hydration toner, follow it with the Aromatica Rose Absolute First Serum, use the Mizon Snail Recovery Gel, then the Aromatica Rose Absolute Eye Cream, and finish it off with the Mizon A.C. Care Solution Acence Blemish Out Pink Spot treatment! Three times a week, I use the Femmue Gypsy Rose Calming Mask as well! I love the Saturday Skin cleanser because it doesn’t dry out my skin! Every other cleanser I’ve tried lately irritates my skin and strips it of its natural oils, leaving my skin dry and flakey! Not this one! I use the Banila Co toner because it has peppermint extract to help calm acne! This product does not dry out my skin either! The Aromatica serum has niacinamide to help calm acne and fade PIE (Post Inflammatory Erythema aka the RED/PINK marks leftover after a pimple). The Mizon Snail Gel has snail mucin to help with acne while also hydrating with anti-aging effects! My skin has definitely been more hydrated! I use the Aromatica Eye Cream under my eyes (obviously). I haven’t noticed a difference with my dark circles, but I mostly use it for extra hydration to prevent wrinkles. The Mizon Pink Spot treatment is to shrink any pimples! BUT GUESS WHAT!? I don’t have anymore pimples after 2 weeks! I barely even had any purging from these products which was super shocking. The Femmue mask is really nice because it doesn’t dry out my skin unlike a lot of other clay masks! I hope this helps anyone who is struggling with acne or PIE! Saturday skin everyday
I was introduced to Saturday Skin by a friend who works for Sephora. Around the same time she had told me about it, I had also read an article online about this “up and coming” skincare brand. I was intrigued, because “clean” products are very in right now, and I wanted to give them a try. For the most part, this brand is at a pretty average price point at Sephora. This Rise + Shine cleanser is $26, which isn’t necessarily the worst price out there. I actually didn’t buy this at Sephora, I used to have a FabFitFun subscription, and in-between their seasonal boxes, they do flash sales, and this was included, so I was able to purchase it before it sold out. It has actually been a nice cleanser. I use it in the shower, and in the evenings. It is designed to be a gentle cleanser, good for people with normal, oily, combination, dry, or sensitive skin. It has a soft creamy texture that lathers up quickly, and there isn’t really a scent to it, which is nice. Sometimes some cleansers have a strong scent that is just hard to have to breathe through while you are washing up. I would recommend this product, because I unlike other cleansers I’ve tried in the past, my skin feels genuinely cleaned after using.SATURDAY SKIN - RISE + SHINE Purifying Cleanser

My Korean Skincare Routine for Acne!!
SATURDAY SKIN - RISE + SHINE Purifying Cleanser AROMATICA - Rose Absolute First Serum MIZON - Snail Recovery Gel Cream BANILA CO - Dear Hydration Toner I was on accutane for 4 months in 2019, and I thought I found the cure for my acne. Unfortunately, I started breaking out again in February of 2020. My breakouts went back and forth, but either way they left me with more PIE (Post Inflammatory Erythema aka those RED/PINK marks leftover from acne) My skin was also insanely dry and painful!! Any face wash I used just burned and irritated my skin even more! I didn’t have a consistent skincare routine, so I turned to peachandlily.com to look for a Korean skincare routine that’s also cruelty free. I think I found my new go to routine! It’s pretty simple, but after only 2 weeks I am satisfied with the products so far. Of course they don’t create miracles, but I don’t have any current breakouts (which I’m surprised my skin didn’t purge), my skin is MUCH more hydrated, and I feel as though my PIE looks slightly lighter! I started with the Saturday Skin Rise + Shine Purifying Cleanser, then use the Banila Co Dear Hydration toner to help with my acne, follow it with the Aromatica Rose Absolute First Serum, and finish it off with the Mizon Snail Recovery Gel! The Saturday Skin cleanser surprisingly leaves my skin moisturized! The Banila Co toner has peppermint extract to help calm acne. The Aromatica serum has niacinamide which is supposed to help calm acne and fade both PIE and hyperpigmentation. The Snail Recovery Gel has snail mucin to help calm acne and also moisturize with anti-aging effects! Overall I’m very satisfied with this new routine, and I will update in a month to see how my skin is doing!

Moonie Monday faves 🌙💖
I thing like a stack of Sailor Moon tapes and skincare! I’ve repurchased the SATURDAY SKIN - Waterfall Glacier Water Cream 3 times now (not at full price but on sale) and I love it. Gel-water creams are my favorite moisturizers because they work best for my oily skin. The SATURDAY SKIN - RISE + SHINE Purifying Cleanser is really nice; not too stripping with a light lemon scent. GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon + AHA Glow Sleeping Mask is a cult classic for a reason. My skin is glowy and radiant in the morning!

Saturday Skin Cleanser + Serum Review
SATURDAY SKIN - Bright Potion Probiotic Power Serum SATURDAY SKIN - RISE + SHINE Purifying Cleanser At this point, I've tried (and mostly loved) nearly everything Saturday Skin makes, so I had high hopes for these. Saturday Skin gifted me their Rise + Shine Gentle Cleanser and new Bright Potion Probiotic Power Serum (both exclusively available at Sephora ), my thoughts of which are mixed. The cleanser seemed right up my alley with its creamy texture, so I was surprised to find that my skin felt dry and stripped after rinsing. It foamed up way too much for my liking, which I'm guessing is the drying culprit, and I ended up needing an extra layer of mist and moisturizer. At $26, that's not going to work for me. However, I have been absolutely loving the serum! Full of probiotics and activating prebiotics, as well as niacinamide (brightness + texture) and Irish moss (hydration), it does a whole lot in one bottle. Admittedly, I've only used it for a few weeks, but so far my skin has really responded well to it- I use it both AM and PM, and my skin always feels soft and plump afterwards. It absorbs quickly, so you don't have to wait too long to apply moisturizer, which is key for my rushed mornings. Plus, the packaging is pretty darn cute. It's not inexpensive at $51, but considering how much it does (plus you only need a couple pumps per application), the price could be worth it if you're looking to go in on one serum/treatment for daily use. I'll definitely report back after a longer trial period, but as of now I definitely recommend!
