DATE NIGHT MAKEUP TUTORIAL! 💋✨
DATE NIGHT MAKEUP TUTORIAL! 💋✨
I’m back with not one but two makeup tutorials! I’ll be posting my full face of colourpop date night and bridal glam makeup looks I posted over the weekend! This is the date night smokey glam look. I used the COLOURPOP - Bare Necessities Shadow Palette for this eye look. You can follow the video tutorial above or if you prefer a step by step and/or hate the sound of my voice 😅😢, see below! 1. Build the crease using a fluffy crease brush and a cool toned stone color. 2. Taking a bent liner brush, draw out the crease above your normal crease using a deep brown color. Blend out the liner using a angled brush first, detailed blending brush and then seamlessly blend into the crease. 3. Cut the crease by following the bottom of the drawn line using a angled brush and light concealer. Blend it out down to your lid. 4. Pack on a nude champagne color on the lid. 5. Draw out a wing using a black eyeshadow and smoke it out. 6. Highlight your inner corner and brow bone. 7. Finish off with mascara and lashes! Hope y’all like these tutorials! Lmk if ya want me to change it up in the comments! Until tomorrow, Xoxo 💋 #CherieCreator #CheriePartner

FULL FACE OF COLOURPOP pt 4: Bridal Glam ❤️👰🏻
FULL FACE OF COLOURPOP pt 4: Bridal Glam ❤️👰🏻
walking down the aisle glamorously. My final look for the full face of colourpop series! I am nowhere near getting married but as a makeup addict, I always think about my bridal glam. I go back and forth on what kind of glam I want to do. So for now, I chose a classic smokey look but tried out different lip colors. I really like how this look turned out and my favorite lip combo was the pink nude 90s lip which is COLOURPOP - Lippie Stixin Parker and COLOURPOP - Lippie Pencilin BFF3. But y’all came for the final verdict on Colourpop as a brand. Below will be the products I think you should definitely buy, avoid and Colourpop’s final score. But first make sure you cheer and follow me! What you should buy COLOURPOP - Bare Necessities Shadow Paletteor any Colourpop palette! So affordable for very pigmented, blendable shadows COLOURPOP - Super Shock Highlighter: holy blinding light! Good god! This highlight will illuminate the darkest room ever. COLOURPOP - Colourpop Pressed Powder Blush: Pigmented and blends like a dream COLOURPOP - Lippie Stixand COLOURPOP - Lippie Pencil: HOH MAI GOD. This lipstick and lip liner was my first Colourpop purchase. I never looked back. These are tried and true. COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Concealer: WOW! You can fake hydrated skin with this product! What are meh: COLOURPOP - Brow Boss Gel: it’s fine. It’s no Glossier. - Boy Brow. Nuff said. COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Tinted Moisturizer: I love this product but it wasn’t the best for the bridal look. So I have to put it on the meh category. What you should avoid: COLOURPOP - All Star Matte + Blur Primer: there’s better primers out there. This doesn’t need to be in your collection, COLOURPOP - No Filter Finishing Powder: Meh. There are better pressed powders out there. I can’t tell if I picked up product on my brush and if it worked. OVERALL: 8.5/10 : Colourpop has a great range of products that can compete with the most expensive brands. But there are some products that are meh and to avoid. If yall like this series, lmk what brand I should try out next! Until tomorrow, Xoxo 💋 #CheriePartner #CherieCreator

FULL FACE OF COLOURPOP pt 3 : DATE NIGHT 💋💫
FULL FACE OF COLOURPOP pt 3 : DATE NIGHT 💋💫
This glam date night look will have you date mesmerized. I created a cut crease smokey eye that will leave your date speechless. This is the 3rd installment of my full face of series. I test out a brand’s versatility across four basic makeup look occasions: daytime/work, night out, date night and wedding. I posted the work and night out looks last week so go check those looks out! Give them a cheer while you are checking them out. I also posted a tutorial on the night out look so check that out as well. But if you also wanted to see how I achieved my work/daytime look, head on over to my IG, @bealizbeauty. And hit that follow while you are at it. Ok onto the product breakdown and my review: Face: Check out my work and night out looks. I used the same face products and my opinions hasn’t really changed for these products Eyes: As you can see, I created a smokey eye cut crease look using the COLOURPOP - Bare Necessities Shadow Paletteand I must say, this look is FIERCE! I really like how my cut crease turned out. When you finally achieve a cut crease look, you have to celebrate by creating a 1 min borderline narcissistic montage of lip syncs and VHS prequel filters. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ INITIAL THOUGHTS: y’all know how I feel about this palette. To attempt at a cut crease, you must equip yourself with makeup brushes that will help you. For me it’s a trifecta of Morphe brushes. The MORPHE - E38 Bent Liner Brush, MORPHE - M160-1/16 Angled Eyeliner Brush, the MORPHE - E36 Detail Crease Brushand the MORPHE - E29 ANGLED BROW AND SPOOLIE Brushare my go to cut crease brushes. Lips: I wanted to go for a 90s lip using just the COLOURPOP - Lippie Pencilin BFF 3 to line my lips and topped it off with COLOURPOP - Lux Lip Oil. INITIAL THOUGHTS: ❤️❤️❤️ yes on both the liner and lip oil. And that’s it! So far so good on Colourpop’s versatility. IMO , it’s passed 3 out of the 4 tests so we shall see tomorrow how it will do with wedding/bridal makeup, Until tomorrow, Xoxo 💋 #CheriePartner #CherieCreator

FULL FACE OF COLOURPOP pt2-Going out glam 💋💫
Back again with the full face of series! Using all Colourpop products, I created this night out on the town glam! If ya don’t know, I started a new makeup series called “Full Face Of” where I use one brand for my full makeup look. I will be testing out the brand’s versatility this whole month and creating different popular makeup looks with the products. This month I will be testing out Colourpop cosmetics. Yesterday I created a workplace/ day glam makeup. So please go check that look out and give it some cheers. After you check out and cheer my day glam post, check out my product breakdown and first impressions for this look below. Eyes: Palette:COLOURPOP - Fame Pressed Powder Eyeshadow Palette : this isn’t as great as the COLOURPOP - Bare Necessities Shadow Palettebecause there was A LOT of fallout! It was quite annoying. But the shadows were pigmented and easy to work with. Face: See yesterday’s post. Same products were used but the primer was much better today than yesterday. Lips: COLOURPOP - Lippie Stix in Parker : Awesome formula! Matte but not drying at all. COLOURPOP - Lippie Pencil in BFF 3: UMMMM no wonder people love this! This liner plus the lippie stix is one of my favorite combos! LIKE 😍😍😍 definitely do this combo! And that’s my 2nd full face of Colourpop look! All in all using the Colourpop products, I was able to create a cute night out look. I was a little disappointed in the fall out from the palette but I gained a new lippie combo! Until tomorrow, Xoxo 💋 #CherieCreator #CheriePartner
