HUM Vitamins For Skincare and Overall Wellness
HUM Vitamins For Skincare and Overall Wellness
Taking your daily vitamins not only support your overall health but also your beauty. I have been using HUM Vitamins for a few years now . I like that HUM is a cleaner vitamin, you can read the ingredients easily and they breakdown each ingredient on their site and how it supports your body. These vitamins don’t upset my stomach like other vitamins do 😩also they have a vitamin for just about everything ! From gut health to collagen ❤️ and they are affordable. They are also vegan, non gmo, gluten free,no preservatives or artificial colors. Here are the vitamins I take from HUM (in order from picture) 🎀Daily Cleanse🎀HUM - Daily Cleanse Detox Supplement This vitamin is a detox , it has green algae and a combination of herbs like dandelion leaf, red clover, beet root etc that help to detox the liver, lungs, lymphatic system , kidneys and skin. You take 2 of these capsules daily. If your organs are clean you won’t have it showing up on your face. It’s important no not just detox your skin but detox the body as well❤️ 60 pills 🎀Base Control 🎀HUM - Base Control This vitamin is your daily multivitamin , take 1 pill a day with food. 30 pills Taking a multivitamin daily just helps to fill in the gaps, we don’t always eat all the minerals and vitamins we need. Having balanced minerals and vitamins is important to keeping your skin looking vibrant. 🎀Gut Instinct🎀HUM - Gut Instinct This vitamin is a probiotic that supports digestion. The balance of good bacteria and bad bacteria is important. Not only does balanced gut Health supports immunity but it will also help with your skin and overall health. Take 1 capsule a day on an empty stomach. 30 capsules. 🌞Here Comes The Sun 🌞 HUM - Here Comes The Sun Vitamin D Supplement This is a D3 vitamin which supports your mood, skin , immune system and calcium. I had an experience where I was feeling lethargic all of a sudden, so I got a blood test and I was low in vitamin d. Which shocked me because I thought I got enough sun🤷🏼‍♀️ that’s when my doc suggested spending more time outside, eating foods with vitamin d and taking a supplement. These are soft gel and you take 2 a day with food. 60 softgels. The HUM vitamins are amazing and I take them daily along with eating good and drinking plenty of water to keep my skin looking its best ❤️ If you have any questions about HUM Nutrition vitamins comment below #cheriecreator

😍 = would repurchase or have already 🙃 = didn’t love it, didn’t hate it 💀 = would not repurchase 😍 Sunday Riley Juno Facial Oil- I’ve gone through about four bottles of this. It’s an antioxidant rich facial oil that’s a bit on the heavier side (I prefer to use at night). This stuff works wonders for my skin. It hydrated and balances out my combo skin and leaves me looking glowing like my skin just drank a green juice. It even helps with my acne. Favorite oil of all time. 😍 Hum Daily Cleanse- I bought these in a frenzy when I was going through a weird bout of adult acne and I was amazed. Not only did they clear up my skin but my skin is brighter and glowier than before. Have already repurchased these. 😍 Sunday Riley A+ High Dose Retinol Serum- This is my favorite OTC retinol I’ve ever used. It’s pretty strong for over the counter (.5% when converted by the skin) but I use this nightly with no irritation and it really helps with dark spots, acne, and firming. I also love that this has such a lightweight texture (I find some retinols can have sort of a thick pasty texture that I don’t love) and is balanced with soothing ingredients like CoQ10 and honey. 💀 Supergoop x Rebecca Taylor Defense Refresh Setting Refresh Setting Mist- This was kind of strongly fragrances to me and every time I used it I felt like I was inhaling the product which kind of freaked me out. It also made my hair greasy when I used it so I would not repurchase. 😍 First Aid Beauty Barriar Repair Cream- This stuff is amazing. The texture is really unique it almost foams up inside the jar but once you apply to your skin it’s lightweight and incredibly hydrating. In my opinion a great $30 dupe for the Tatcha Water Cream. 😍 Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask in Mint Chocolate Chip. I still prefer the berry one but any Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask is a win for me. Nothing makes my lips smoother and plumper than this product. I’ve been through I think 7 tubs now. 💀 Belif The True Cream Moisturizing Bomb- I know everyone loves this stuff but I just wasn’t sold. It was a little too fragranced for me and I honestly just forgot I had it for awhile. It wasn’t awful or anything but it didn’t really wow me and I would not repurchase.

It’s been a while since I’ve done an acne update! I feel like I have gotten to a comfortable place where I think I know know what works for me. Even though I still have some scarring and texture to deal with, overall I am happy with where I am at. What has helped me tremendously is sticking to simple products and making sure not to over-apply. Some days I don’t apply anything I’m the AM, especially if I am going to workout. I’ve found that when I exercise or go to work with something like The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%on my face it will clog my pores. Best product recommendations as of now: 🧼 Cleansers: If I wear makeup I remove it with The Ordinary - Squalane Cleanser and then my daily wash is just VANICREAM - Gentle Facial Cleanser . These products don’t break me out or strip my skin and I feel like they are simple, reliable staples in my routine. 💧Moisturizer: I love Vanicream’s Daily Facial Moisturizer with hyaluronic acid and ceramides! I found it on Amazon so I’m not sure how many stores actually have it, but it is truly great for sensitive skin! I have combo skin and my cheeks are much drier than my t-zone, so I only apply sparingly in my oilier spots. Occasionally I will use dear, klairs - Free Freshly Juiced Vitamin E Mask to moisturize instead, but if I do I usually only use it in combination with dear, klairs - Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Drop . 🔴 Acne Concern: I have been using DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel for roughly two months now and it has significantly tackled my enlarged pores, angry red spots, and even some dark spots and wrinkles. I only apply this at nighttime after my moisturizer. Some days I will apply a niacinamide serum or a mask of sorts (I love this one from the CRÈME shop - Acne Warrior Acne Fighting Hydrogel Forehead Patch Kick Acne Right in the Blemish ) but I have honestly been trying not to overwhelm my skin with too many chemicals or largely unnecessary products. ☀️ SPF: I don’t use spf when I’m going to the gym because I almost always breakout from it, but when I’m not going to be sweating a bunch I use The Ordinary - Mineral UV Filters SPF 30 with Antioxidants when I’m not wearing makeup and then bareMinerals - Complexion Rescue Defense SPF 30 when I am. 🌈Notes: I am kinda greasy looking in the vid because I just put on some niacinamide serum and moisturized! :) My maskne is under control thanks to Differin and I am still taking HUM - Daily Cleanse Detox Supplement for skin and overall health. I also have been cutting my nails really short because I suffer from dermatillomania and tend to pick/scratch at my face and scalp a lot. Hope everyone is doing well and taking care of themselves!

I struggle a lot with scarring
I struggle a lot with scarring. I have hugeeeee pores and nothing i do seems to help. I was washing my face with PAULA'S CHOICE - Clear Pore Normalizing Cleanser but just recently Switched over to CeraVe - Renewing SA Cleanser For Normal Skin I use Mad Hippie - Vitamin C Serum in the mornings Then The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Then earth science - Perfect Hydration, Oil-Free Moisturizer It is oil free and unscented ! I then finally use PAULA'S CHOICE - Youth-extending Daily Hydrating Fluid SPF 50 That is my morning routine. At night i do the same cleanser then i use The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 8 Percent AHA Gel Exfoliant ACURE - The Essentials 100% Plant Squalane Oil earth science - Perfect Hydration, Oil-Free Moisturizer I exfoliate once a week with YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Yerba Mate Resurfacing Energy Facial I don’t get too many zits anymore. I thought I had fungal acne but I’m not quite sure I do. Really struggling with blackheads, enlarged pores and scarring. For vitamins i recently began taking these again: LOVE THEM HUM - Daily Cleanse Detox Supplement And started vitamin A, vitamin b5, and zinc. I also take a probiotic from Trader Joe’s and recently bought these and will be starting them soon as well. #Hum - WING MAN[products]#[FiveStars] Which includes supplements that detox the liver. Im not sure if I’m overdoing it but i just am getting desperate. It might not look that bad but it really makes me self conscious. Any advice is very appreciated 🥰

Acne getting worse this year
Acne getting worse this year
Hi guys! I’m new to Cherie. I am 22 years old and have always had occasional pimples along with black heads on my nose but now my acne is out of control. On my chin line the pimples are constant and then I have large painful pimples which come up on my checks. Plus, textured forehead with occasional pimples. I began with trying the 10 step Korean skin care routine with the double cleanse which helped my redness and made my face look bright but did not help with the acne Then I tried black wolf face wash which seems to help but doesn’t stand a chance against my 12hr work days. Now: I’m trying smacne which seemed to have a lot of good reviews. SMACNE - Acne Treatment 30 Day Kit but have only used it for a few days For years I have used LANEIGE - Water Sleeping Mask which I love! It seems to improve my face over night Clean&Clear - Advantage Acne Spot Treatment CeraVe - Hydrating Sunscreen Face Lotion SPF 50- I hate the texture of this sunscreen but it was $15 so I’m trying to use it up I am on birth control and when talking to my doctor she said I should see a dermatologist because BC should only help acne not cause/ worsen it. I have reduced the dairy I consume, I drink green smoothies with fruits, veggies, flax seed, collagen, and apple cider vinegar most mornings. I also try to drink lots of water. This is kinda my last ditch effort before seeing a dermatologist. I legit am happy to be required to wear a mask at work because i am not confident with my skins current state. Thank you in advance for any advice! Right now I’m just trying to try one new thing at a time and give it plenty of weeks to see the effect. Full list of products that I have tried: THE FACE SHOP - Rice Water Bright, Light Cleansing Oil THE FACE SHOP - Rice Water Bright Rice Bran Cleansing Foam COSRX - Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence LA ROCHE-POSAY - Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser for Acne Prone Skin dear, klairs - Supple Preparation Facial TonerThe Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling SolutionI think my skin is too sensitive for this HOLIKA HOLIKA - Good Cera Super Ceramide Cream (MALIN+GOETZ) - Grapefruit face cleanser- this used to work for me but it stopped helping with my acne SKINFOOD - Royal Honey Essential Queen's Serumdear, klairs - Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Drop HUM - Daily Cleanse Detox Supplement
