Hey Cherie Beauties, Today I wanted to share some makeup hacks I learned on Tik tok. These hacks will help you look like you have fuller and plumper lips. I get asked a this question a lot, but I actually don’t have lip fillers. I’m just ethnically ambiguous and my fuller lips came from my Filipina roots 😉 lol. Anyway let’s get this started. 🤍STEP ONE: EXFOLIATE Not only exfoliating will help you prep your lips, it also helps blood flowing which naturally helps plump the lip. I use ELF’s lip exfoliator in coconut. This is such an important step especially if you’re using matte liquid lipsticks e.l.f. - e.l.f. Lip Exfoliator 🤍STEP TWO: LIP LINER Slightly over line your top and bottom lip. You don’t want to go too big because you still want this to look natural. Make sure you are using a darker shade of your lipstick. Typically, the darker the shade, the fuller they look. I used Kylie’s lip liner in Candy K KYLIE COSMETICS - KYLIE Matte Lip Kit 🤍 STEP 3: LIPSTICK/LIQUID LIPSTICK Apply your lipstick shade of your choice. Just make sure it is a shade lighter than your lip liner. I used Dose of Colors liquid lipstick in Truffle DOSE OF COLORS - DOSE OF COLORS Liquid Matte Lipstick 🤍STEP 4: PLUMPING LIPGLOSS As a finishing touch, use a plumping gloss to really enhance the lips. I used too faced lip injection gloss. This really tingles and burns. It is slightly uncomfortable not gonna lie so if you’re sensitive, I would skip this and go for another lip gloss. Too Faced - Lip Injection Lip Gloss 🤍 STEP 5: EYELASH GLUE (OPTIONAL) If you really want mega volume I would use eyelash glue and glue your lips together. This is uncomfortable, but if you want your lips to look bomb in photographs for short-term this does the trick! SEPHORA COLLECTION - House of Lashes Eyelash Adhesive I had so much fun doing this! I hope you try it and remember that all lip sizes are beautiful Francesca 💋 #CheriePartner

Liquid Lipsticks That Last Thru Dinner & Dessert
Liquid Lipsticks That Last Thru Dinner & Dessert
Liquid lipsticks were allllll the rage a couple years ago. Though that’s not the vibe of the beauty scene right now, liquid lipsticks are awesome to have in your collection for longevity purposes. Big date, heading into work, or wedding to go to and need something to last through sipping beverages and eating? Long-lasting liquid lipsticks are perfect for these! I have no shortage of liquid lipsticks in my collection, but these ones in particular are formulas I recommend. I pulled a few to swatch and “model” in staple colors that I wear often. SEPHORA COLLECTION - Cream Lip Stain Liquid Lipstick in shades 13 “marvelous mauve” (mauve) and 01 “always red” (mini, true red) have been in my collection for several years. Don’t come for me - they don’t smell and the formula still works great! This collection has almost 100 shades, so there’s something for EVERYONE. I have owned other shades in the past and have 1 or 2 others still around. The mousse-y formula is lightweight, comfortable, and doesn’t dry out my lips too much. They do leave behind a bit of a stain when they fade, which I like. $15 full size. Some available in sets. MAYBELLINE - SuperStay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick in the shade “seductress” is a consistent go-to shade for me. It’s a nude with hint of peach that goes with so many different makeup looks. This formula can be quite drying and difficult to remove, so I suggest applying a good lip balm and choosing a nude shade or else you’ll be scrubbing your lips all night trying to remove deeper shades (unless you don’t mind this). The lasting power is awesome (8+ hours)! Once my lips feel dry I apply a gloss on top and I’m good to go for even longer. These range for $9-11 depending where you purchase them. DOSE OF COLORS - DOSE OF COLORS Liquid Matte Lipstick in the shade “warm & fuzzy” is another go-to of mine. It’s a warm peachy/pinky nude. I have 2 or 3 other shades, as well. The formula is very thin (yet super opaque) and comfortable. Not quite as long-wearing as the other lippies in this post but still good (about 5 hours before some fading). DOC lippies are sometimes on sale at Ulta or on their website, so I recommend picking up a shade or two during a sale, though the quality is totally worth full price at $18 each. Note: Sephora Collection and Maybelline are not considered cruelty-free. I do only purchase from cruelty-free brands myself, but wanted to share these anyways. #CheriePartner

MUST HAVE MAKEUP PRODUCTS I am a makeup artist, so it is my job to continuously look for new and upcoming makeup brands and products. I love these specific brands because they are inexpensive, yet effective. Let’s start with … 1. L.A Girl - Break Free Palette “Be You” ($9.59 - 1.23oz) - I love this palette because it is fairly bigger than most palettes I see on the market at this price point. - The colors are rich and creamy - AMAZING palette for Summer and Fall ** I do however wish that the colors were more diverse. I find that some of the colors look exactly the same. That’s the only downside to this palette. I would recommend this palette for beginners and for olive and darker skin tones. 2. Dose of Colors - Liquid Lipstick “Cork” ($18.00 4.5g / 0.16oz) - Vegan - Cruelty Free - Gluten Free - Paraben Free The color is that of a nude brown Liquid Matte Lipstick has a velvety high-fashion matte finish which envelops lips in rich, long wearing color. It applies as a creamy liquid but after a few minutes it dries to an ultra comfortable matte finish. I love that this lipstick is rich in color and it lasts awhile, too. I recommend exfoliating before using the lipstick, it has a tendency to dry on the lips. 3. Morphe Lipliner - “Bar” ($4.00) - The color is a dark brown with red undertones. Great for an ombre lip or an nude for olive to darker skin tones. - Long lasting color and pigment payoff - Creamy texture and smooth consistency 4. Mac Cosmetics - “Fix +” ($29.00 100ML/ 3.4 US FL oz.) - a lightweight water mist that gently soothes and refreshes skin and finishes makeup. Ingredients - Water\Aqua\Eau, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract Benefits - Soothes and refreshes skin * Hydrating * Sets and improves the quality wear of makeup up to 12 hours * Dermatologist tested * Ophthalmologist tested * Non-acnegenic Recommended Usage - Hold bottle 12 inches away from face and spray evenly. - Use alone or to finish makeup. - For face products, apply your favourite powder foundation and lightly mist all over face to set and hydrate. - For colour products, apply your favourite eye shadow or pigment to your preferred brush, lightly mist bristles and sweep across lids for an intensified shadow look.

I Turned Myself into an IG Filter 😱😳
I Turned Myself into an IG Filter 😱😳
Hello beautiful! My makeup inspiration today is from IG/Snapchat filters. I love using them so I thought I would try to re-create them. I noticed a common theme when it comes to “beautifying” filters. They always tend to make your lips fuller, give you faux freckles, fox eyes, a drunk blush look and a faux tan. That’s exactly what I did! ✨ FAUX TAN I used a foundation that is a few shades darker than my skin tone. I used Juvia’s I am Magic foundation because it is full coverage and perfect for that flawless IG look. I also used a ton of bronzer. I love Becca’s Sunlit bronzer. This gives me a sun kissed skin all year round. I love the shade Ipanema sun. Juvia's PLACE - I am Magic Velvety Matte Foundation BECCA - Gradient Sunlit Bronzer ✨FOX EYES 🦊 The most important thing about this look is the fox eyes. Use a cool toned eyeshadow and make sure you blend it upwards. You want that lifted look. I used CP going coconuts palette. I used the shade coolada on the crease, shredded on the lids and nutty as an eyeliner. There are plenty of tutorials on YT so check them out if you’re curious. Lashes also really helps with this look. I used House of Lashes in the style “Bodouir Lite” ✨LIP FILLER LOOK I have a video on how to fake lip fillers so go to my page and check it out if you’re curious. But I pretty much just over lined my lips using a darker shade liner. I used Kylie’s lip liner in Candy K and DoC’s matte lipstick in Truffle. DOSE OF COLORS - DOSE OF COLORS Liquid Matte Lipstick ✨FAUX FRECKLES I used Colourpop’s freckle pen in dark brown. Using an eyeshadow with a liner brush works too. I have also used light brown eyeliner in the past to dot faux freckles on my face. Eyebrow pencil works too. Use whatever you have ✨INSTA EYEBROWS I used Benefit’s microfilling pen in dark brown to give me instagram eyebrows. I sealed it with Glossier’s boy brow in brown to intensify the look. ✨DRUNK BLUSH I noticed that these filters always give me a flushed look. I used Rare Beauty’s liquid blush in joy. This definitely packs a punch will give you that drunk blush look while still glowing from within Rare Beauty - Soft Pinch Liquid Blush Follow all these steps and you are now an IG baddie 😉 Remember that filters are just for fun and they are unrealistic. You are beautiful without them! I hope you try this out. Xoxo, Francesca 💋 #CheriePartner

Boosting Your Confidence with Lipstick
Boosting Your Confidence with Lipstick
I love nude lips - nude gloss, nude lipgloss, even just a tinted balm! But if I want an easy confidence boost then my go to is a bright pop of color! I go for bright oranges, true reds, pops of pink, and in the fall and winter will even reach for deep burgundy shades. When I’m wearing these bright shades I want to be sure it stays where it’s supposed to be and doesn’t end up all over my face, so my go to formula is liquid lipstick. Liquid lipsticks dry down, are completely matte and shouldn’t transfer. The perfect liquid lipstick should be all those things, but also not leave your lips too dry! I’ve found one brand that fits the bill for me - Dose of Colors. Their liquid lipsticks come in a variety of shades (including nudes for all skin tones), don’t dry out the lips, are pigmented, and don’t transfer. I’m wearing the DOSE OF COLORS - DOSE OF COLORS Liquid Matte Lipstick in the shade Merlot, but also love the shades Chocolate Wasted, Pinky Promise, Berry Me, Coral Crush and Brick if I’m looking for a confidence boosting color! At $18 for each liquid lipstick I think the price is right in line with other similar brands like Too Faced and Urban Decay. The founder of the brand started as a makeup artist and the brand reflects that! All of their products come in a variety of shades, are extremely pigmented and super easy to work with! #CheriePartner

Cherie Made Me Buy It! 🍒 💗
Cherie Made Me Buy It! 🍒 💗
Hey beautiful! As you all know, eyeshadow palettes are my favorite makeup item and doing my eyes is what I’m always looking forward to. I have heard of Juvia’s Place before and the hype around their products. I wasn’t convinced until @emily_made a few posts about it. She is another Cherie creator here who also loves eyeshadows and creating amazing looks. You should check her out if you haven’t already Juvia’s Place claims to have the most pigmented eyeshadow in the world. The nomad palette and the warrior palette caught my eye the most so I purchased them. I also know that people have been hyping up their magic foundation and concealer so I picked those up as well. I was the most excited about the Nomad palette. It has autumn leaves colors and neutral browns. I thought it would be a perfect summer-fall palette because of the yellows, golds, moss greens and burnt orange. This eyeshadow is definitely pigmented, but buildable and not too punchy. Not gonna lie, I was afraid that this would be way too pigmented and hard to blend out, but that’s not the case at all. Overall I am impressed with this palette. The price is similar to Colourpop range, but I think the shadows are more pigmented. All eyeshadows performed well except for the dark brown shade in the last row. It was a little bit patchy, but it wasn’t hard to blend out. I wasn’t planning to do a cut crease look, but since this was so patchy on my lid that I had to and covered it up with middle shadow cool toned shade. I don’t like how it doesn’t have shade names, but it’s not a deal breaker. SWIPE RIGHT TO SEE THE EYESHADOW LOOK Juvia's PLACE - The Nomad Eyeshadow Palette The I am magic foundation is way too thick for my liking. It reminded me of MAC’s Studio Fluid and KVD’s lock it foundation. It is high coverage. I believe this is the most full coverage foundation in my collection at the moment. I wore it for the first time today so I cant give a full review, but so far it looks beautiful on the skin. I’m just not a fan of how thick it is...but I’m not really a full foundation type of girl. I got the shade Bogota 500 and I think it’s a bit too dark for me. You can see the my face is a bit darker than my neck and chest. I will make a post sometime this week regarding a full review and wear test. Juvia's PLACE - I am Magic Velvety Matte Foundation The concealer also has a thick consistency. It reminds me of ELF 16 hour camo matte concealer and Tarte shape tape. While I’m not a huge fan of thick foundations, I love a full coverage concealer because I suffer from dark circles. I like this so far, but again I have to wear it and test it more in order to do a full honest review. Juvia's PLACE - I Am Magic Concealer Overall, this post is a first impressions post. I will come back sometime this week to do a more in depth review. So far I love all the products I received. What is a product that Cherie made you buy? Francesca 💋
