What the Freck?
Freck has a cactus based skincare line and I’m down for cactus anything. This mask has goodies in it like: Kaolin clay: pulls toxins and impurities gently Prickly pear seed extract: calms inflammation and redness Kelp extract: antioxidants to calm and fight inflammation The mask comes in a cute, paint looking tube. It’s an ivory color and you don’t need to add water or mix anything to it, just spread it evenly on your face and avoid your eyes. It’s thick, feels like a paste, and has a slight smell to it but not fragrant or perfumey. I’ll leave mine on for about 15 minutes, rinse it off, and then proceed with my morning or night skincare routine. I like doing this mask around the time I get my period because that’s when I’m more prone to breakouts. Freck has been great about being open to what they can do for the black community. They have donated to BLM funds and have donated to the Los Angeles Peoples City Council freedom fund to support bail funds. They recognize that they can use their platform to spread awareness and I will continue to support them! The mask is 3.6 oz and $22 9/10 tell a friend 😛 Cruelty free 🐰 Vegan 🌱 Gluten free 🌾 No alcohol 🍷 No parabens No phthalates
