My P.M Routine 👇🏻
I am combination dry skin, moisturizing has been set in the chief need. When I close to 30 years old, except moisturizing product, anti-aging products are also necessary. P.M sisley - BLACK ROSE CREAM MASK SHISEIDO - Eudermine Revitalizing Essence sisley - Ecological Compound The biggest difference between A.M and P.M is using the Sisley Black Rose Cream Mask. This mask features anti-aging and moisturizing. I use it for 3 times a week. The texture is cream and presents the light pink color. It gives off a smell of rose, very exclusive flavour. After cleaning up, to apply a thick layer on your skin, and wait for more than ten or twenty minutes to wash off. After washing off, you can obviously feel that your skin is smooth and brighten. It can clean the pores and make your skin glow. After cleaning the mask completely, I am going to apply Shiseido Eudermine. I have bought-back this toner for many times. If you are dry skin, I recommend you to go to buy it quickly! It can keep your skin in a newly-born condition! Collocation with Sisley ecological compound，the function of anti-aging and moisturizing are all covered by this routine. A.M SHISEIDO - Eudermine Revitalizing Essence GUERLAIN - Bee Glow Youth Moisturizer In the daytime, in addition to not applying Sisley black rose cream mask, I will replace Sisley Ecological Compound with Guerlain abeille royale youth watery oil, which is more hydrated than the previous one from my experience. Only ensure that the skin is moist enough, the foundation and subsequent cosmetics can help you skin present the best condition. Sisley Ecological Compound is for all skin types, and the Guerlain abeille royale youth watery oil is more suitable for dry skin people! In addition to season change, I will change my routine. Any other periods I have been using this routine for over three years.

Products I've tried to treat acne....
I have combination-oily and sensitive skin. I was also acne-prone for 7 years and I still have acne scars. I'll be sharing some products I've tried before. 💦Facial Cleanser -Chanel La Mousse Anti-Pollution Cleansing Cream-To-Foam A gentle, paste-like facial cleanser suitable for sensitive skin and evening use. Rub to create a foamy lather before use or use it with a facial cleansing massager. -CAUDALIE - Instant Foaming Cleanser A morning facial cleanser. Those with sensitive and fragile skin can consider cleansing in the evening. 💦Essence SK-II - Facial Treatment Essence (Pitera Essence) It increases skin immunity if used long-term. It also won't cause acne breakouts and is super refreshing! It's effective in lightening acne scars but does nothing for pockmarks. LA MER - The Treatment Lotion A small amount is enough for the whole face. I find it a little sticky for me and I don't feel like it adds anything to my skincare routine. SK-II - Facial Treatment Clear Lotion Toner As a double cleanser before using a toner, I don't suggest daily use for sensitive, acne-prone skin as I don't feel it doing much at all. Albion Essential Skin Conditioner It cleared acne effectively at the beginning. But somehow it didn't work as well after a while. I still use it as a lotion mask sometimes. SHISEIDO - Eudermine Revitalizing Essence Strongly not recommended! It has a really sticky texture and causes acne breakouts. 💦Serum SHISEIDO - Ultimune Power Infusing Serum Concentrate I highly recommend you to use this after a toner. It's non-greasy and it won't cause breakouts. It keeps your skin healthy if you use it long term! I think it has a restorative effect. LA MER - The Concentrate It repairs damaged skin and lightens acne scars, but I won't suggest everyday use as it causes bumps. Kiehl's - Midnight Recovery Concentrate It also features restoration effects and I normally use it after applying Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate. I'll squeeze three drops onto my palm, then rub it between my palms until it's warm and massage it onto my face. It also doesn't cause acne breakouts! You'll find your skin feeling rejuvenated the next day. 💦Facial Cream SK-II - R.N.A. Power Radical New Age Cream I think it's too thick and heavy for oily skin during summer, but it's suitable for winter use. It's also suitable for acne-prone skin. LA MER - The Moisturizing Soft Cream LA MER - The Moisturizing Cool Gel Cream I suggest the soft cream for winter use. It has a great scent and it won't cause acne breakouts. However, you'll find your skin oily the next day. I suggest the gel cream for summer use, but those with severe acne-prone skin can skip this step.

My morning skin routine
Today I want to share what I usually use for my morning skin routine. At first, I want to introduce my skin type: I have dry skin during most of the year, and I could be a little oily in my t-zone during summertime. I’m 22 right now and I will still have pimples sometimes. So what I care most is moisturizing and maintain the status of my skin, trying not to get more pimples. If you have similar skin type and requirements, you can see what I use to get inspiration! SHISEIDO - Eudermine Revitalizing Essence Because I would have little oil on my face when I wake up, I usually wash my face with only water in the morning. After that, I will apply a moisturizing skin lotion. I use the Eudermine Revitalizing Essence from Shiseido. Eudermine is one of Shiseido's oldest products introduced in 1897, which you can tell from this red glass packaging. This softening lotion delivers immediate moisture and absorbed quickly. But there is alcohol inside so if you have sensitive skin, I recommend you try it in store and then make your decision. GUERLAIN - Abeille Royale Bee Glow Youth Moisturizer The next one is the serum. Because I have dry skin, I love using oily products. But I hate products that are too oily, and I feel like I can’t absorb them and make me have pimples. This serum is called Youth Watery Anti-Aging Oil from the Abeille Royale collection of Guerlain. It combines the richness of an oil and the freshness of toner, making skin smooth and plump. The only weakness is the price, I almost finish two bottles in the past 3 months, even sometimes I will use something else. 😭 So if you want to try it, there are always discount on shopping websites, keep watching! SHISEIDO - Essential Energy Moisturizing Gel Cream The last step is the cream. I prefer something light in the morning, so I use Moisturizing Gel Cream from the Essential Energy collection of Shiseido. There are three products in this collection, Cream, Gel Cream and Day Cream with SPF 20. I tried the first two and I feel like the gel one feels waterier and easies to absorbed. I don’t have too much expectation for cream except moisturizing, and this product is enough for me. That completes my daily routine in the morning. Hope you enjoy it!

What I use for emergency skin repair?
Today I want to share my skin routine when I have breakouts before my period, or my skin feels uneven and has small pimples on my face because I eat too much unhealthy foods and stay up late. I usually do this routine no more than five days and I can see the great results. The most important point is “less is more”, so I would only use one repairing product and focus on moisturizing so that there won’t be too much burden for my skin. For the first step, I will apply a moisturizing skin lotion with a cotton pads, which will help me clean the skin better. I use the Eudermine Revitalizing Essence from Shiseido, and I think you can choose any lotion you like if the ingredients are simple. After wiping my face and neck, I will use it one more time without cotton pads to give my skin a good base for the next step. The next product I use is the Advanced Night Repair Intense Reset Concentrate from Estee Lauder. Using Chronolux S.O.S. Technology, this treatment rescues and resets the look of skin fast, and I can tell the difference in one night! This product has Tripeptide-32, which is a patent ingredient of Estee Lauder and has great antioxidative effects. The salicylic acid and resveratrol inside can help with pores, breakouts and make the skin brighter and more stable. Besides, dimethicone, squalene and hyaluronic acid are for moisturizing, so if you have oily skin, you can omit cream afterwards. The last step for me is moisturizer. I use the True Cream Moisturizing Bomb from Belif. I really love this brand, and they have different texture of moisturizer. If you have combination or oily skin, the Water Bomb is also a great choice if your expectation is only stay hydrated all day and all night. Because I don’t want to have too much products on my face when my skin is sensitive, so keeping my skin hydrated is the most important thing for me. And this product does a great job. So that is my skincare routine when I need emergency repair and I would only use this routine when needed and go back to my normal routine after I feel better. Hope it can be helpful for you too.

I'm probably a bit biased from my years studying Japanese, but I don't think j-beauty/skincare gets as much attention as it deserves; it's an incredible nexus of ancient traditions and cutting edge technology. No shade to k-beauty, which I also love, but I wanted to talk about Japanese lotions since they're often confused with other products because they share the same name. Lotions are, for the most part, a toner/essence hybrid that provides hydration and preps the skin for the products applied next. By that description, they lean towards being more like toners, but it varies- most are thin and watery in texture, but some are more viscous, so coupled with the fact that some lotions brighten or soothe in addition to providing moisture, the terms are used somewhat interchangeably. Here are some that I've used: ▪️ SHISEIDO - Eudermine Revitalizing Essence obviously isn't labelled as one, but it's described as a softening lotion since it both hydrates and contains enzymes to gently exfoliate/brighten ▪️ DHC - CoQ10 Lotion is listed as a toner, but also has anti-aging properties from the antioxidant coenzyme Q10 ▪️ LenaJapon - Moist Balance Lotion Rich is super thick, and actually meant to be used in lieu of a moisturizer, so it's not as easy for serums to sink in afterwards ▪️ BEAUTY PIE - JAPANFUSION HYDRA PREP LOTION (STEP M1) does pretty much exactly what its name says, but can also be applied multiple times (as some mists or essences are) for extra moisture ▪️ SEKKISEI - Lotion also identifies as a toner, but does way more than just hydrate- it reduces pigmentation, evens texture, and refines pores
