some of my favourite products that I discovered and fell in love with this month: > neutrogena body mist sunscreen SPF 50: because SPF is very important, especially with these 40 degree days here in Australia! > mermaid oil: perfect for dry skin, has been an absolute lifesaver on my dry days when my skin is feeling extra sensitive! > rosehip oil: a staple in my routine, and relatively affordable, highly recommend for any fellow dry sensitive skin gals or guys! > sheen screen lip balm: my favourite lip balm with SPF, made using lanolin for extremely dry lips with a little flush of peachy goodness too!
trilogy-Certified Organic Rosehip Oil
my top three facial oils
these three oils are my absolute favourite facial oils to combat sensitivity, dryness, psoriasis and eczema! I usually decide to use only one with my routine at a time, depending on how my skin is feeling! Here’s when I reach for them, if my skin is: 1) extremely dry, flakey, sensitive => mermaid oil 2) in need of a little hydration => rosehip oil + HA 3) doing ok and it’s nighttime, and I just want something light and moisturising => jojoba oil
the Jojoba company-100% Natural Australian Jojoba Oil
perfect companion for travel bags & gym bags
FIRST IMPRESSIONS | I’ve been using this for a week, and so far, really good! A few drops go a long way, and this is what I pack in my gym bag for after my shower - i can’t be bothered packing my entire skincare routine with me, so my post-gym workout skincare routine goes a little something like this: toner, mermaid oil, moisturiser, sunscreen and lip balm! this oil is perfect for dry skin and it got the tick of sensitive skin approval from me because I didn’t react to it at all! this is probably one of the few sample products that I will actually repurchase myself.

And because an international pandemic is bound to bring up feelings of stress and confusion, it’s important to choose exercises that not only benefit your physical health, but that also cater to your mental health as well, like yoga.11 HOURS AGO
6 Skincare Tips from a Celebrity EstheticianIt’s been eight weeks since COVID-19 has caused us to shelter in place with the goal of putting an end to the novel coronavirus. While social distancing is playing an essential role in our health, the same can’t be said for our beauty routines. For beauty buffs, the lockdown has meant an abrupt halt to our routine visits to our facialists, dermatologists, and everything in between. What’s more, staying indoors has limited our exposure to vitamin D (which our skin needs to thrive), heeded unhealthy eating habits (which can wrack havoc on our skin), and turned us all into our very own (albeit mildly inexperienced) esthetician. To ensure our skin and well-being is taken care of during such a confusing time, we tapped into celebrity esthetician Renée Rouleau. Below, she’s sharing six self-care tips to practice as you social distance.May 20
