DIFFERIN - Acne Treatment Gel Differin did get my acne under control. I did not experience purging, thankfully. The product itself did not sting, but caused my other products to sting. My face was very dry while using this. After finishing one tube, I decided to stop due to irritation. Differin caused extreme sensitivity. Micellar water that I previously used now causes chemical burns. I have yet to find a sunscreen that does not cause burns. Overall, I would recommend this product if you have tried all other treatments first.
DIFFERIN-Acne Treatment Gel
I put differin on my skin when it was a little bit dry and it caused a big reaction, my skin was red on my cheeks for a week. For that week it burned when I applied it so I stoped using it until my skin got back to normal. I’ve started using it again but I was in the sun the other day for a long time and the differin made my cheeks sensitive and my cheeks are red again. Not as bad as the other time. It is kind of spotty and not very cute. What can I do to prevent this irritation? What products might be good for me and my skin type. My skin is oily in the t zone and dry on my cheeks. I only get actual pimples in the t zone. My cheeks have tiny bumps though. THANKS!

Top Tips for Treating Hyperpigmentation!
I have combination, oily skin that is prone to breakouts, the breakouts lead to hyperpigmentation which is my biggest skin concern. I've been dealing with hyperpigmentation for what seems like forever and have learned some important tips when it comes to it! Tip #1: Use SPF religiously! For anyone dealing with hyperpigmentation this is the most important tip because the sun's UV rays can cause pigmentation to darken. SPF is also essential because many treatments for hyperpigmentation, like acids, can cause the skin to be even more sensitive to the sun. My top SPFs are: elta md SKINCARE - UV Clear Broad Spectrum SPF 46 Supergoop! - 100% Mineral Smooth & Poreless Matte Screen SPF 40 SKINCEUTICALS - Physical Fusion Uv Defense SPF 50 Tip #2: Use Vitamin C in your routine! Vitamin C is an antioxidant that lightens dark spots, it also contains an enzyme that helps to prevent melanin production - effectively preventing hyperpigmentation! My Vitamin C products are: SKINCEUTICALS - Phloretin CF FARMACY - Very Cherry Bright 15% Clean Vitamin C Serum with Acerola Cherry URBAN SKIN Rx - Even Tone Smooth & Glow Enzyme Mask Tip #3: Niacinamide is a powerhouse at fighting pigmentation! Similar to vitamin C, niacinamide fights and prevents hyperpigmentation. It also helps to treat acne which for many of us is the main cause of our hyperpigmentation! My favorite products with niacinamide are: PETER THOMAS ROTH - PRO Strength Niacinamide Discoloration Treatment THE inkey LIST - Niacinamide Tip #4: Add a retinoid to your routine! Retinoids speed up the cell turnover rate, which for pigmentation means it helps to fade dark spots faster. I use a tretinoin, which is a prescription you can get from your dermatologist, but there are other great options like retinol! Here are my favorite retinol products: SKINCEUTICALS - RETINOL 0.5 Retinol night cream DIFFERIN - Acne Treatment Gel Additional Tips: Acid is your friend, but don't overdo it! Protect your moisture barrier! Healthy skin will heal the fastest! If your breakouts are hormonal, you may need to do some research into your diet! I've cut dairy and eggs because my body doesn't tolerate them and they were leading to hormonal breakouts.

OMG！🌟Best couple for acne
These two are the best couple of products for my acne-prone skin! I have been fighting acne since I was 16 and nothing has been able to clear my face totally. Until last month my dermatologist recommended SkinCeuticals serum and Differin Gel to me. After using them a few days a week for one month, it is very helpful for helping reduce breakouts and calm redness-prone skin. These two products really had made a difference and also seem to have clarifying qualities to it. Phyto Corrective Gel is a hydrating, soothing gel serum with botanical ingredients ideal for calming and hydrating skin. The key ingredient contains hyaluronic acid, cucumber, thyme, which help to soothe and calm skin. I think it does exactly what it claims. It calms the skin, reduces redness, is moisturizing and calming. I have been using it for more than a month, consistent night and day use is the key and not putting too much on because a little goes a long way. Best discoloration product ever! Differin Adapalene Gel, this is a great acne treatment. Prescription-strength retinoid provides the fastest results—you'll start to see changes in about a month. So it took only a fast 3~4 weeks until my skin was completely cleared, and I've never been more confident in my skin ever! I like that it absorbs easily when applied and does not irritate my skin. Since using the product regularly, I have seen a significant difference in my acne breakouts, and my skin is more even-toned. It is also smoother & softer.

6 Skincare Tips from a Celebrity EstheticianIt’s been eight weeks since COVID-19 has caused us to shelter in place with the goal of putting an end to the novel coronavirus. While social distancing is playing an essential role in our health, the same can’t be said for our beauty routines. For beauty buffs, the lockdown has meant an abrupt halt to our routine visits to our facialists, dermatologists, and everything in between. What’s more, staying indoors has limited our exposure to vitamin D (which our skin needs to thrive), heeded unhealthy eating habits (which can wrack havoc on our skin), and turned us all into our very own (albeit mildly inexperienced) esthetician. To ensure our skin and well-being is taken care of during such a confusing time, we tapped into celebrity esthetician Renée Rouleau. Below, she’s sharing six self-care tips to practice as you social distance.May 20
