Glossier. - Cloud Paint Seamless Cheek Color VS MAYBELLINE - Cheek Heat Gel-Cream Blush Although less than half the price of cloud paint, Cheek Heat is similar to glossier in all of its packaging and application but fell through with the actual formulation…”

Hunting for the Glossier ☁️ 🎨 dupe - Part 3
So, I love Glossier’s Cloud Paint! But I have continued my hunt to test out some more possible dupes from the drugstore because I think it’s just nice to have a more affordable and accessible option. And because I think the limit does not exist for cream products 🙊 Enter MILANI - Cheek Kiss Blush . I actually saw this briefly in a YouTube video from Shelbey Wilson a few weeks ago. So I thought I would try it out for myself. I believe this is actually Milani’s first liquid blush so I was excited to try it. I originally bought Pink Flirt because I thought it would be a close match for Glossier’s Puff, but as you’ll see in the second picture, Pink Flirt (bottom) is a bit more of a hot pink versus Puff (top) which is more of a baby pink. Spoiler alert: I think the Quo - Featherweight Cream Blushis probably a closer match for Glossier’s Cloud Paint, but I still really like this product. The good: + This gives your cheeks such a dewy and natural tint to the cheeks. If you like the no-makeup makeup looks, this would be a great option for you. + It does have a nice amount of pigment (seems a tiny bit more sheer than Cloud Paint), but it does blend out nicely and doesn’t look patchy at all. + It’s a super lightweight formula which is easy to apply just like Cloud Paint. + Love the colour options (seem like a very similar range to Glossier, just a little brighter). I think Berry Smooch could be very pretty. + Depending on where you get this it’s $10-$14 which is about the same for the Quo blush and it’s definitely cheaper than Glossier’s at $22. + You get a little bit more product than with Cloud Paint (10.8 mL vs 10 mL). The not so good: - I’d say this is a little bit more on the gel side versus Cloud Paint which is a little bit creamier. For me, I find that with Cloud Paint I can either go for something a little bit more pigment and natural looking OR I can add in some Glossier. - Futuredew Oil Serum Hybridand make it more glowy, sheer and dewy. With the Cheek Kiss, it’s more glowy, sheer and dewy to start with. No problem if you love that look anyways, but I do like the versatility of the Cloud Paint and Quo Featherweight Cream Blush. Worth it? For a girl who loves a dewy and natural look - absolutely. It’s affordable, a good amount of product, lots of options and I think it looks really pretty. Would I repurchase? I’m already checking out other colours. In reality I’ll probably create a collection of different shades from Quo, Glossier and Milani 🙈 Ps now that I have a plethora of cream blushes to go through, I’m on the hunt for the perfect cream bronzer. Let me know if you have any suggestions! 💕

The BEST Blush for this Summer!
Starting off with one of my all time favorite blushes. MAC - MAC Powder Blush One thing I really love about MAC’s blushes is that They have a shade to suit just about anyone's preference and skin tone. They come in an amazing color range and have great staying power throughout the day! I am obsessed with MAC blushes. This one here I got is harmony. It is such a beautiful blush. It is a little bit more of a cool tone blush. It is super flattering on all skin tones since its very buildable. Thats another benefits about MAC blushes. It is not intensely pigmented. And for me this is actually a positive thing. Glossier. - Cloud Paint Seamless Cheek Color Glossier - I really feel like this blush last on the cheeks ALL day for me without using a primer underneath my foundation. Not only does it have incredible staying power, the colour selection is stunning! The colour looks great on the skin and a little goes a long way which is great. If you are looking for more of a pigmented rosy cheek, this would be you top choice. Another thing amazing about this product is that it works over powder and cream products. For many creamy blushes, it can easily mess up your foundations. This one won’t. L.A. Girl - Just Blushing Powder If you want more of a natural flush, you will love this one. I feel the colors are perfect for fair skin. The pigmentation is really nice, It’s super natural but gives you a nice natural flush. This blush gives me such a nice flush and a healthy look, and blends beautifully. And it is also buildable, you can build it up to the opacity that you want. It has a brighter look comparing with the previous 2 just because it has this peach undertone. As a drugstore blush, it is worth every penny. It’s not chalky or too light has always been hard. I been wearing these blushes in my teen years! I definitely would recommend this product to others.

A Zoom Patient Encounter ft Glossier’s Niteshine
HONEST FEMME FINDS: It’s the end of the academic year which means our final series of mock-patient encounters. Only one more year until we start rotating through the hospitals (kind of glad I slipped through the COVID-19 mess)! During these patient encounters, patient actors interact with students through Zoom, and we do get graded on a scale of 1-5 how professional and clean we look! After a month of barely leaving the house and putting on makeup, I figured today was my perfect chance to try out my bulk order from Glossier. The play highlighter in Niteshine has been one of the few new products that’s stood out to me. Here are some of my thoughts. Glossier. - Niteshine Highlighter Concentrate COLOR: ultra pigmented highlighter with heavy pink/rose undertones. A little pigmented for an everyday office look but adds a perfect amount of depth over a blurred MacBook webcam during a zoom call. Can easily make it an everyday highlighter if used lightly. APPLICATION: applicator looks like a lipgloss wand. I normally just use my finger, dab the tip and apply with my hands. The wand does come in handy if I want to line my nose or lower waterline. PRICE: I bought this in a set and on sale but it normally retails for $20 a piece, again like many glossier products, a bit pricey for the amount they give you (0.34 fl Oz). I’d say still worth it for how quickly it’s made it’s way into my light makeup routine! Before this, I solely used the NYX liquid illuminate for years and years.
GlossiYAY - 3 worth it products!
I’m branching out y’all! I have tried more glossier products in the last couple of weeks and I am pleasantly surprised. . Glossier. - Brow Flick 4/5 stars! The brow flick is a big hit or miss. This is my second time buying it because my first brow flick had to be part of a bad batch. It bled everywhere when applied and simply did not live up or perform to the standards and claims glossier had. BUT I gave it another chance and it works perfect. + comes in 3 colors. I typically use medium brown brow products, but picked up the shade BLACK based on other reviews. + easy to get the hang of. Use light strokes and focus on the very end of the tip for best thin strokes. + brush tip - be very light handed. A lot of product dispenses. - shake before using!! - if you get a faulty brow flick.. RETURN IT. Contact customer service to get a new one. Glossier. - Haloscope Dew Effect Highlighter 4/5 stars because I wasn’t expecting it to be so tacky/sticky that my hair would stick to it. + 3 shades to compliment all skin tones. + shows up like a beautiful shine, no shimmer or glitter. + center is a balm. Outside is the color highlight. + easy packaging! + can swipe right into skin or use a finger to apply. - balm in the center can get very sticky if you apply too much! My hair was sticking to my face. Glossier. - Cloud Paint Seamless Cheek Color I mean it’s the HOLY GRAIL LIQUID BLUSH. + easy to work with + buildable pigmentation + little goes a long way + apply with fingers, brush, or sponge + range of shades for all styles and skin tones - cheap packaging - a lot can squeeze out of the tube if you aren’t gentle.
My top two everyday blushes 🧘🏻♀️
• These two blushes are in my everyday makeup pouch, I choose either or. It is so hard to pick one over the other. It’s impossible for me. One is warm and one is bright for the day time. I truly do love these because they’re so essential. Milk chubby stick: - I have the tiny cute version because I received this with a few other milk products as a birthday gift from Sephora. I’ve been utilizing this 24/7 the second I tried it. I find my mom snooping through my makeup bag to put it on herself. Not only is it a blush but it is the perfect shade of color for the lips. I have it in the shade “werk” which is a dusty rose color. It isn’t too drastic or too vibrant; I would say it’s perfect for everyday use, whether it’s work or school it’s perfect. Milk MAKEUP - Lip + Cheek $28.00 (full size) Cloud paint: - This cloud paint I have been using for almost two years now and it really did last me because it is just so very pigmented. The color is so bright the packaging itself is quite unique and aesthetic but, I do love the fact that one small, small jab gives you more than enough color that lasts you ALL DAY. They do have a large variety of colors but I have to say that the shade “puff” is my favorite. Glossier. - Cloud Paint Seamless Cheek Color $18.00 These two are literally WORTH EVERY BUY!!!
