This is my basic morning skincare routine, and sometimes I’ll add a mask after my double cleanse - either a moisturizing or cleansing one depending on my skin that day and the climate. BTW I PROMISE I CLEANSED MY FOREHEAD BUT I HAD TO TRIM THE VIDEO DOWN TO A MINUTE SO IT LOOKS LIKE I NEVER CLEANSED MY FOREHEAD 😂 I used to have major hormonal acne problems that up until about 2 weeks ago I have been treating with Epiduo. I just started using the oil cleanser, essence, serum, and moisturizer in the video, so I’m not sure how it will react with my skin in the long run, but so far I am LOVING the results! Whenever I would use Epiduo, I always woke up with flaky and super tight skin. Since I have been using hyaluronic acid, my face has been feeling smooth and moisturizer right when I get out of bed! Let’s see how it goes in the next few weeks 🤞 I can’t wait to start using this awesome platform to discuss skincare with you!

My New Routine With Aesop And Lancome! Is It Effective?🤔🤔
I wash my face with only water in the morning, omitting the facial cleanser. I have combo skin. 1) Aesop - B & Tea Balancing Toner It has a light yellow, slightly sticky texture and a pleasant tea scent. It's refreshing, easily absorbed, and it doesn't leave you with sticky skin. However, I found its effects to be just average, so I won't repurchase this product. I will finish this bottle though. 2) LANCÔME - Advanced Génifique Youth Activating Serum It contains alcohol and has a strong smell of alcohol as well, but it's easily absorbed and refreshing. When I use it during my morning skincare routine, it doesn't leave me with sticky skin and none of my follow-up skincare products ball up. My enlarged pores improved after a few bottles, so I will continue to repurchase it. 3) LANCÔME - Advanced Génifique Eye Cream This is my first bottle and I've already finished half of it. It's more moisturizing compared with ESTĒE LAUDER - Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex Synchronized Recovery. It's also absorbed quickly around the eyes, so there's absolutely no need to worry about milia! I will continue using it although it doesn't really improve my dark circles. 4)Aesop - Mandarin Facial Hydrating Cream It has a pleasant citrus scent and a moisturizing texture that doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy. It doesn't need to be emulsified before it's applied but I like to gently rub it between my warm palms before pressing it onto my skin for better absorption. It comes in such a big bottle, so I might not repurchase it because I'd like to try some new facial creams. Since we're talking about Aesop, I'd also like to talk about Aesop - B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel. It's more expensive and it claims to minimize enlarged pores. It has a thick, gel-like texture and is sticky when applied, but after using it, I really woke up with minimized pores. However, it's really too sticky, so I don't use it a lot and didn't manage to finish it in the 9 months after opening it, and now it has expired. Therefore, I will definitely not repurchase it.

My Favourite Australian Natural Skin Care Brands
Aesop - B & Tea Balancing Toner When I traveled around Australia, I found a skincare brand is very famous around the country. I noticed this brand because some of the products are stored in its iconic amber bottles, makes these products very attractive to customers. I was introduced by the sales that Aesop uses natural ingredients. Aesop provides a few lines of beauty products from haircare, skincare, and body. It has products for different ages, genders, and skin types. I have tried some of the products. One of my favorites is Aesop B & Tea Balancing Toner. This toner is very gentle and alcohol-free with natural ingredients. I have combination, acne-prone skin. My t-zone is oily while the rest of my face is dry and sensitive. It is a good toner for my combination skin. This one contains Panthenol, Green Tea, which is great for relieving irritated skin. it contains Provitamin B5 and fortifying anti-oxidants that make it a perfect product for me to refine pores, prevent breakouts, and keep my face hydrated. The texture of this toner is lightweight. I use this every day with a cotton pad. My skin doesn’t feel dry after applying it and it makes my skin clean and clam. The scent smells natural and is not very strong. After using this for a few weeks, I found it helps me to reduce the annoying breakouts. My probe also looks less than before. It works well for absorbing moisturizer and serum. I like Aesop for its amazing all-natural products and beautiful amber bottles. The first time I entered an Aesop store, it is a unique experience. It feels like I am entering a museum exhibition for hundreds of amber bottles. It feels something special and exclusive. The brand makes me feel special.

Can't believe it! I use this whole set to empty bottles😱😱😱
2017, I had started my new life in the United States as a graduate student. Since then, finding unique and interesting stores has become one of my interests, and Aesop has jumped into my eyes after 100 times of shopping, because of their unique stores. Then I looked up this brand online, and willing to find out the stories behind this delicate designed brand. Aesop is an organic brand from Australia, and their inspiration of the name came from Aesop’s Fable, which I think that is really beautiful. Aesop is headquartered in Melbourne. Australia is known as "one of the world's last three pure land". It has many endangered exotic flowers and weeds, and locals attach great importance to ecological protection. The founder consists natural and organic concept, and we can see his concept through the bottles. Every bottle is made by brown glass and with a beige label on it, because rown glass can isolate ultraviolet rays, reduce water loss and prevent deterioration. Also, there are nothing but brand’s name, product’s name, ingredients and direction for use on the label. You have to look really carefully to find your wanted products. Aesop has proposed that oxidation is a part of our metabolic function, which occurs every day. It plays an important role in the health of the entire human body, but oxidation will release free radicals and destroy healthy cells. Many foods contain antioxidants that can neutralize free radicals and help repair and protect the surface cells. Based on this concept, most of Aesop's skin care products contain antioxidant ingredients, and the most famous of which is the parsley seed series, which is rich in antioxidants and is suitable for all skin types. After doing all kinds of research, I had decided to give it a try of the new brand for me. I have a combination to oil skin type, and had acnes sometimes. I really need something to balance my skin and control the blemishes. Therefore, I choose theAesop - B & Tea Balancing Toner at first as a beginning product to try if this brand suit me. No surprise, this all natural made brand did not give me any allergies and redness. I did not expect any powerful effect for a toner. This toner took away oil and kept the skin moist at the same time. That is enough for my desire of a toner, and not sticky at all. This is my first Aesop product that had been used up. For every time I went shopping, I always wanted to go Aesop and bought a whole set of my skin care products in the later whole year of my graduate student life. The Aesop - Lucent Facial Concentrate, theAesop - B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel, and some masks and creams. Every skin type can find their suitable products, and hey, give it a try, and you are gonna love it! Have you ever tried Aesop products before? Which one is your favorite?

If I have to choose one skincare brand, it must be...🤫
It was the unique interiors of every Aesop store that first caught my attention. If you've ever been to an Aesop space, you would instantly notice, no two stores are exactly alike. Always designed with a minimalistic approach, each space is built with materials that match back to the locations environment. It's as if you're stepping into an art installation. You become intrigued, curious and just want to know more. I thought, if they placed this much emphasis on their store design and so much attention to detail in their visual merchandising, imagine how good their products must be. It just had to live up to the same high standards - and it sure did. 1. Aesop - Fabulous Face Cleanser Aesop Fabulous Face Cleanser is a skin cleanser that aids in removing dirt and excess oil and makeups from your face. It helps to hydrate and improve your skin tone. Nevertheless, it provides you with a calming and refreshing effect that makes you feel clean. It contains the cleansing agents that ensure that it cleanses your skin. They provide that they protect your skin from any damage from the sun as well as preventing it from drying. More so, it soothes and does not cause any effect on tone balancing of your skin. Before applying any makeup, moisturizers, serum, and cream, it is essential to cleanse your skin. Thus, the cleanser products in the markets help to solve this problem. Aesop Fabulous Face Cleanser is one of the cleansers on the market today. It claims that it helps to remove the oil and dirt from the skin. Thus, it leaves your skin clean and free of any dust.It may moisturize your skin that helps to keep it hydrated and prevent it from feeling dry after cleansing. It improves the texture making it smooth. Nevertheless, it may help to soothe the irritated skin.It also claims that its components are botanical, which ensures that it has no any adverse effect on your skin. They work in harmony to achieve this product claims in its review. Benefits: * It cleanses your skin. * It improves your skin texture. * It hydrates your skin. * It consists of botanical components. Disadvantages: * There is no mention of satisfaction guarantee. * It has irritating fragrant ingredients. 2. Aesop - B & Tea Balancing Toner I follow the face cleanser with the B & Tea Balancing Toner. Actually i had never used toner before but the salesperson at Aesop recommended this to me since I get an oily t-zone - and it’s reduced dramatically! I love the smell of this too and I would definitely recommend it if you’re into herbally-smelling/aromatherapy type of things. Also helps that they’re cruelty-free! It's gentle, it's made from B vitamins and green tea leaving my face firm, toned and with a nice glow. A great tip to make your toner last longer. Instead of patting the toner on with my fingers, I pour it on cotton rounds, then slide it all over my face. You actually use less toner and get more coverage this way since the liquid still lives on the cotton round, where as if you use your fingers, you lose the liquid because it dries up faster. Overall, the B&Tea Balancing Toner is very comforting to skin. After cleaning my face, apply 3-5 drops of it, which calm the skin down. It’s pretty good at moisturizing but may not be enough to winter and somewhere extremely dry. I'm picky and like the smoother rounds. You don't get leftover lint on your face. :) 3.Aesop - Lightweight Facial Hydrating Serum This is an aloe vera based serum that is boosted with Vitamin B and C. The texture is light liquid(y) gel. It feels slightly sticky when you apply it but it gets absorbed very quickly in the skin without leaving any residue behind. It has that herbal(y) fragrance to it. Honestly, I am not too fond of it but I have gotten used to it. Coming to the expectations I had from this serum. I was looking for a serum that could improve the texture of my skin. My skin’s texture really deteriorated with all the breakouts. Plus my La Pararie serum got over that worked wonders on my skin. So I could really notice the not-so-positive changes in my skin. I started using this serum and within a week I noticed that the surface of my skin looked so much smoother and better. I was using it once a day , now I using it twice a day and it has only sone great deed to my skin. I am so mighty happy with this product. The only thing that doe snot excite me about this serum is the weird herbal fragrance. So rather than enjoying it as a luxurious skincare, I use it more as a medicine for my skin. I also like that a little goes a long way. Just a two drops is enough to spread on whole face and neck. It is not my holy grail but it a very good serum and I’d continue using it since it has been pretty gentle and good on my skin. It has never broken me out. It has only improved the way my skin looks. Would totally recommend it if you don’t mind the fragrance. 🙂 I'm really happy with the results of both these Aesop products and am excited to test out a few more along with a trip anywhere to visit their beautiful stores. 4. Aesop - Chamomile Concentrate Anti-Blemish Masque This mask doesn't promise to cure acne. But it will help to treat eruptions quickly without drying out or stripping your skin. And I have to say that is exactly what it did. So it's clay based but it doesn't go on as you would expect a clay mask to. Its pink/brown in colour and spreads very easily. I found it slightly lighter in texture than something like the Origins A Clear Improvement and almost like I was spreading chocolate mousse on my face! You can use this as a full face mask or on a small area only. It feels lovely on this skin-very cooling and tingly-but tingly in a nice way not in a pins and needles painful type way! It also has a slight tightening effect as the clay dries. You only need to leave this one for 10 minutes according to the instructions but I left mine on for about 15 and when I went to wash it off the clay had turned grey apart from the places where your skin is most oily where it remains the brown colour-you end up looking like you're wearing camouflage! And washing it off is an absolute doddle-seriously-this just melts away on contact with water-no rubbing required unlike other clay masks I have tried in the past. Truly effortless. My skin was left velvety soft afterwards and the next day the pesky spot on my chin that just would not disappear had all but gone! I was thrilled. I have used this mask twice now 7 days apart and currently my skin is completely blemish free. This face mask has converted me back to using them regularly, I am thrilled with my first experience of an Aesop product and I definitely want to explore more of the range. Have you tried any of them before? What's your feeling? Feel free tell me below!

Sensitive skin? You CAN'T miss it!💖
Since I was in college, I have been interested in all kinds of so-called organic and natural skin care products. After years of experience and comparison, I think Aesop is a brand that makes me who hold a rational concept of skin care feel we meet so lately. Aesop is an old Australian skincare brand. If you go to their physical stores, you will feel that you are entering into an independent pharmaceutical laboratory rather than a skin care shop. I just love its unique style! I also appreciate its packaging in brown bottles. My favorite product of this brand is itsAesop - B & Tea Balancing Toner, which is the mildest toner in my view. It is an alcohol-free toner, rich in vitamin B5(moisturizing effect) , sodium gluconate(help regenerate cells) and anti-oxidant protection comes from green tea, mixing with aloe vera gel, which is friendly for sensitive skin. The toner can help calm, refresh and balance the skin, with great effect in moisturizing. What’s more, it’s ideal for all skin types. Take myself for example, my skin is dry and sensitive. My daily skin care demands are moisturizing and constantly regularizing skin. Then, for sensitive skin, we should remember to keep away from skin care products containing alcohol. So I have to say that Aesop B & Tea Balancing Toner is the best choice. For my personal experience, this is the only toner I can use that does not clog my skin and leaves it feeling refreshed and breathing. What surprises me is that after I use it for several weeks, there was slight improvement on my skin pores. Because it is a natural product, the toner has a pure plant flavor. Its liquidity is also very good and can be quickly absorbed by skin. You can use it both in the morning and at night. My advice is that use it first after you wash your face, which can better recuperate your skin. If you have any questions or suggetions, feel free to tell me below.😄
