Liquid Foundations Vs Cushion Foundations
Liquid Foundations Vs Cushion Foundations
Product1: Armani Essence-in-foundation Cushion              Price: AU$105 I have to admit that the packaging of this foundation is gorgeous. It is a very classic combination of red and black, a very modern-looking. It has SPF 23. Inside, there is a big mirror which is very comfortable. It comes with a little red sponge. There are only six shades available from this foundation. It starts from No.2, so this is an excellent option as a foundation for pale skin girls because No.2 is really pale. I don’t know why there is such a limited selection of shades. This foundation is quite moisturizing and glowy. The sponge is really comfortable.  However, when you want to apply the foundation under your eye or around your nose, you still have to use your fingers or a tiny brush just to get in those areas. The coverage is like excellent medium coverage, and it is buildable. It instantly makes my face look really perfect and really fresh. It catches the light beautifully. I don’t use concealer when I use this foundation because the coverage is very decent. I love this foundation because it feels very lightweight on the skin. You don’t feel like you are wearing foundation, and your skin looks perfected and moisturized all day long. The only issue with this product, in my opinion, is the price. From my experience, I have to say that unfortunately, cushion foundations tend to run out a lot faster than a liquid foundation.   Product2: Bobbie Brown Intensive Skin Serum Foundation         Price: AU$93 This product’s packaging looks very luxurious. It has SPF 25. This product is a combination of serum and foundation, which means it can make your makeup looks more moisturized. Its applicator is like a pipette, and it is a little bit hard to get the foundation up into the pipette. The texture is not watery as other foundations but is still very lightweight. It has a light to medium coverage, and it is buildable as well. When you apply it on your face, it can give you a very natural look, and it is so easy to get in. This product has natural ingredients, so it smells nice. After using it, you can feel like your skin looks very healthy, and it will not be settled into any fine lines. It will give you a lovely radiant glow. Unfortunately, it is not a long-lasting foundation. However, it can easily last for 5 to 6 hours a day. To be honest, I prefer liquid foundations, because cushion foundations run out faster than liquid foundations. If I choose a liquid foundation, I might be able to use it for a year, but if I select cushion foundations, it might run out in 3 months.

Dewy Natural Skin! Holly Grail Serum Foundation
I cannot wait to share this with you girls about my try out for this skin serum foundation from Bobbie Brown. This is the first serum foundation I tried out and so far loving it. I want to share my first impressions as well as reviews. BOBBI BROWN - Intensive Skin Serum Foundation SPF 40 I personally don’t have many makeup products from Bobbie brown. This foundation is actually from a girl I met when shopping at Sephora. I saw her skin was so healthy and dewy. So I came to her ask what skincare product she was using. She said probably its the foundation that she was wearing and she got so many compliments every time she wear it. So no doubt, I just make the purchase right away. I knew that Bobbie Brown is always standing for using natural products to highlight your natural features instead of faking your skin. This product is actually what their aiming to do. I found many high end foundations these days to be “masky” This Skin Serum Foundation is one of those product that aiming to make you look natural and better. With this being said, you probably know already it doesn’t have much coverage. This foundation is very moisturized. It has SPF 40. Being said as a Skin serum foundation, it has a lot of skincare formulas - that combines Active Skin Energizing Complex, bamboo grass extract, mushroom extract, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Sasa Veitchii Leaf Extract any many other ingredients for moisturizing. It has that very silky an creamy texture and gives a satin finish. It feels like you don't have any foundation on. Overall it is creating that natural, dewy and glowing effect from within. it feels like your skin is naturally born like this. If you are a dry, sensitive or combination dry, you will love love love this product as much as I do. My roommate is an oily skin and she loves it. However, if you are acne pore or looking for a good coverage, this one may not be your best choice. And I also found out that it would work best if your skin is in a good condition. If you stay late or feel dull, it might not look as good as normal.

Foundation Battle! Bobbi Brown VS. Estée Lauder
Foundation Battle! Bobbi Brown VS. Estée Lauder
I have combination skin with an oily T-zone and dry cheeks, which become especially dry in winter. I am pretty satisfied with both of these liquid foundations. 💖💖They're both moisturizing and can be easily blended using a beauty blender. Estée Lauder Futurist Aqua Brilliance lasts longer and stays on the whole day. It is a life-saver for people with dry skin. I'll mix it with a drop of Aesop - Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Serum if I still find it a bit dry so that it's more moisturizing. 💓💓 BOBBI BROWN - Intensive Skin Serum Foundation SPF 40 on the other hand, is lighter and makes my face look naturally moisturized. For the same reason, it doesn't conceal well nor does it last long, so proper pre and post-makeup is crucial. 💦💦

I been loving this foundation so much since I bought it but I just don’t use it alone. I normally mixed it with my Fenty Foundation because my face is very dry and I don’t want to add extra serum to my foundation so I just got this instead and it match my skin more. And it make my foundation much more smooth and not too dry but I’m just disappointed about the packaging because I prefer a pump for foundation which is more clean. That why I didn’t give a five but it’s still a good foundation to go with.BOBBI BROWN - Intensive Skin Serum Foundation SPF 40

TWO FOUNDATIONS FOR DRY SKIN
TWO FOUNDATIONS FOR DRY SKIN
I have used Bobbie Brown's intensive skin serum foundation for about half a year. And I have tried another popular foundation for dry skin last winter. Today I want to share my feelings about them to you guys. And tell you which one I will recommend and repurchase. Product 1: Bobbie Brown Intensive Skin Serum Foundation Price: AU$93 This foundation's packaging looks luxurious. It says the serum foundation, which means it is kind of like a hybrid between skincare and foundation. It should actually get the best of both worlds. It is formulated for normal to dry skin which is perfect for me. This product is with SPF25, which is not enough, but I always wear sun cream, so I don't mind it. It has an enjoyable applicator which is like a pipette. The foundation is not a runny texture, but it still very lightweight. It gives a light to medium coverage and it's buildable as well. When you applied it on your face, it is so natural and so easy to get in. It isn't patchy and difficult to use at all. The only thing that I don't like is the applicator. The foundation is a bit thicker and not that watery. It's actually challenging to get it up into the pipette, so it can be a bit difficult to get out. It has natural ingredients in it, so it smells lovely. After using it for about six hours, it went glory and healthy. I mean, I just really felt like my skin looked so healthy. It hadn't settled into any fine lines or anything like that. However, it started to a bit fade, especially my nose area. I would say this foundation is not a long-wearing foundation. Still, it can easily last for six hours without going anywhere. Product 2: Guerlian Radiance Foundation Price: AU$132 This product's packaging is a gold and black bottle. It is very nice, and I like this color combination. It has a pump which is more convenient to get the foundation out. It comes to 12 shades, so you have many choices to choose a shade which is suitable for your skin. This foundation has SPF30+ and made in France. It's supposed to be hydrating and waterproof. The foundation's texture is quite thick with solid medium coverage, and it is creamy. You can use sponges or cosmetic brushes, which are performed with this foundation very well. After using it for about six hours, It felt great and it was very light. I didn't feel like anything is drying me out, and nothing fell apart. It went perfectly on my face. It has a very bit of a fragrance to it, but it is very faint, and it does not bother me. Therefore, I don't mind that. Overall, I prefer Guerlain's foundation. Its applicator is more convenient, the foundation can stay longer, the coverage is better, and the only downside is that it's a bit expensive.
