Usage TipsApply with your favorite shadow brushes. Flat and firmer brushes will give the most color payoff. Fluffier brushes are great for blending. Use a small angled brush to line the eyes.
We stan Pietro in this house 🤡💗
Continuing the ACNH series, today I bring you Pietro ❤️ my favorite sheep villager and overall best boy. Products used: ⭐️ Complexion products: •e.l.f. - Poreless Putty Primer •DIOR - Forever Skin Correct Concealer •essence - All About Matt! Fixing Compact Powder ⭐️ For the teardrop, heart & nose: •Transcend Dance from COLOURPOP - In a Trance Shadow Palette •My Milkshake from COLOURPOP - Strawberry shake shadow palette •Daiquiri from the same palette as above. ⭐️ Highlighter (for the tip of the nose): •OFRA - Limited Edition Rodeo Drive Highlighter Ornament ⭐️ Brows: • ohii - Magic Hair Wand ⭐️ Lips: •The now discontinued NYX Whipped Lip & Cheek Soufflé in Molten Love 💋 ⭐️ Lashes: •I just went to my nearest beauty supply and picked the most dramatic lashes I could find! Brand is Cherry Blossom, they’re their 3D SILK LASH, style #003 For this look I did my face makeup as usual, just some light concealing, just powdering with a matte powder. I like to keep my brows sheer and fluffy when doing villager makeup lol 😅 I tried drawing the teardrop and heart on my cheeks freehanded but ya girl is not talented like that, so I decided to do cutouts of both and stick them to my face using washi tape so it’s easy to remove and won’t tug on my skin, then I just filled them in using the shadows I mentioned above from Colourpop. For my nose I used Daiquiri from the Strawberry Shake palette, which is perfect for this since it’s a pigment and you just need the tiniest bit! Then I added some highlighter just on the tip to make it pop 😋 For some reason NYX always discontinues the products I really like, so I can’t tag the exact product I used since you won’t be able to find it but honestly any red lipstick or cream you have will do the trick! Whenever I’m doing extra af makeup I like to wear extra af, dramatic lashes like these 😌 lashes always make the look in my opinion! These from Cherry Blossom are so soft, I wish the band wasn’t as obvious but the more you use them, the easier it is to apply them! And that’s it! Surprisingly, this look didn’t take as long as I thought it would but it is still cute and festive 🤡 Which villager should I do next? I already have some on my list, but I’d love to hear your favorites! 💗 #cheriepartner #cheriecreator

🍓ColourPop 'Strawberry Shake' Palette . So now that they've covered most of the primary colors, they seem to be circling through the spectrum a second time. We've landed on.... pink! I'm happy because I'm green eyed and pink is a flattering color on me. Although I wish that they would've went with some cooler pinks. I was saying last week that I would really like a mauve/dusty rose themed palette. Actually any cool tones would be dope. Amethyst/royal blue/lavender, seafoam/mint green etc. Anyway. I'm digging the palette so far. I love the shades Woke, Delish and Shake it Up. I feel like I could do a really pretty look in 5 minutes using just those 3 shades. Also the packaging is super cute with the little strawberry details.

Turning myself into Merengue from ACNH 🍓
Hi, my name’s Francine and I’m addicted to Animal Crossing!!! 🐶🐷🐱🐰🦊💗 If you guys have been following along you’ve probably seen my other ACNH inspired lewks. Someone suggested I did Merengue next, and honestly she was already on my list! Merengue is a normal rhino villager and her name comes from “meringue”, a type of dessert made with egg whites and sugar. My husband has her on his island and she’s the cutest!! 🍰 I also got inspo from @neoini on IG! They did this look a while ago, and I’m just beyond obsessed. Here’s what I used for this look: 🍓 e.l.f. - Poreless Putty Primer 🍰DIOR - Forever Skin Correct Concealer 🍓essence - All About Matt! Fixing Compact Powder 🍰essence - Satin Touch Blush 🍓COLOURPOP - Strawberry shake shadow palette 🍰CALEY COSMETICS - Beach Babe Natural Lips 🍓Glossier. - Glossier. Lip Gloss 🍰Freck BEAUTY - THE ORIGINAL FRECKLE 🍓OFRA - Limited Edition Rodeo Drive Highlighter Ornament 🍰 ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Dipbrow Gel How did I do it: • First I started by prepping my skin, so I used my favorite primer atm. The elf poreless putty primer gives me a smooth, flawless base every time. • Next I spot concealed with the Dior forever skin correct concealer, I wear shade 1W. • I like to keep my brows soft when I’m doing villager inspired makeup lol, so I only went in with the dipbrow gel, which I don’t love but I can’t find my elf wow brow 😔 • Now for the eyes I used one of my favorite palettes from CP and did a soft, shimmery pink eye bc the lil strawberry nose is the focal point here! • The nose was so hard guys, I used a white concealer and a green eyeliner from a now discontinued beauty brand and just carefully tried to draw a strawberry. Any white creamy shadow or concealer will work and any green shadow or liner is ok! I used the shade Daiquiri from the Strawberry Shake palette for the rest. Ta-da! • To set my makeup I used the essence - All About Matt! Fixing Compact Powder I purchased this powder when I did my Flora makeup and needed a white fixing powder. I went with Essence because honestly I rarely ever use mattifying powders for my regular makeup routine, and Essence is inexpensive and they’re powders are just top tier. This powder is supposed to be “invisible” so I just build up until I can no more and it works great! Its surprisingly lightweight even when I apply like 10 layers to get maximum opacity. Also the price is hard to beat! $3.99 for 8 grams 🙌 • I used the Satin Touch Blush in Coral love. • For the freckles I used the Freck BEAUTY - THE ORIGINAL FRECKLE the liquid-y formula and small brush makes it easy to draw fake freckles, but it’s a little warm for my taste and way too small. Def not a need.

ColourPop 'Strawberry Shake' vs 'Main Squeeze' . As per request I'm comparing the Strawberry Shake palette to the Main Squeeze and Ooh Lala palettes! But I'm doing them one at a time so that I'm able to be thorough. Main Squeeze is up first... swipe left for side by side swatches! 🍓My Milkshake and Frosè are both matte corals but My Milkshake is more pink and Frosè is more orange. 🍓Whipped is a peachy pink shimmer. Maraschino has a red base with gold shimmer. For some reason the finger swatches were showing up weird on camera so I did swatches on the back of my hand instead . 🍓Woke is a warm matte pink. The only shade remotely similar is Frosè but they're quite different . 🍓Paper Straw is a soft orange matte. Again there's really nothing comparable so I swatched it by Big Gulp which is much darker and more red. 🍓Take a Sip is a bright pink matte with subtle sparkle. Home Slice is more red and shimmery . 🍓Delish isn't comparable to anything in the Main Squeeze palette. 🍓Berry Fine is an apricot pink with a gold duochrome shift. Juicy Fruit is similar but with a more red base color . 🍓Daiquiri and Like It Hot are very similar matte reds. Like it Hot is a little lighter and slightly more orange. 🍓Shake it Up is a medium pinky brown with mauve undertones. There's nothing all that similar in Main Squeeze but I swatched it next to Red Bottoms and Seed Money So to recap- although these palettes definitely have similar vibes, upon closer inspection, I’d say that only 2 of the 9 shades are comparable: Daiquiri/Like It Hot and Berry Fine/Juicy Fruit. Imo they're different enough to easily justify having both but your perception may be different.

ColourPop 'Strawberry Shake' vs 'Ooh La La' .
ColourPop 'Strawberry Shake' vs 'Ooh La La' . A lot of you guys were interested in how the Colourpop Strawberry Shake palette compared to the Ooh La La and Main Squeeze palettes. Overall the color scheme is more like Main Squeeze but there's a few shades that are similar to Ooh La La. Swipe left for side by side swatches! 🍓My Milkshake is a matte coral. The closest thing in the Ooh La La palette is Sandbar which is a lot more pink 🍓Whipped and Big Sugar are both shimmery pinks but Whipped is a warm, peachy pink and Big Sugar is a cooler, more blue based pink 🍓Woke is very similar to Soft Core. It's a tiny bit lighter and slightly more orange but they look the same on the eyes. I also swatched Woke next to Poodle, which is much more pink. 🍓Take a Sip is a bright coral matte with subtle sparkle. I swatched it next to Sandbar even though they're completely different. 🍓Delish and Tickled are both pale, foiled pinks but Delish is more ivory and Tickled has a subtle blue shift. 🍓Berry Fine and Moon Struck are both gold shimmers but Moon Struck is a white gold and Berry Fine is much warmer, more like an apricot gold. 🍓Shake it Up is a medium pinky brown with mauve undertones. Trove is quite a bit darker and more purple. 🍓Paper Straw and Daiquiri aren't comparable to anything in the Ooh La La palette . So to recap- Overall Strawberry Shake is warmer and Ooh La La is cooler. There's one near dupe (Woke/Soft Core) and one pair that's similar (Delish/Tickled) and that's about all that the two palettes have in common. I've had Ooh La La for awhile and I use it regularly and although I've only had Strawberry Shake for a few days, so far I've been loving it. I still need to swatch the blush stix, powder blushes and glossy lips from this collection.

The circus is in town! 🎪
Hi friends! Today I want to share with you this cute clown makeup I did yesterday 🤡 Some friends and I have a group chat where we choose a makeup theme for the week and this week was clowncore makeup! It’s been a great distraction and since I’m still able to stay home its given me something to do other than work. If you couldn’t tell by now I’m a pink girl, I love pinks, corals and peaches, i think they work best on my skin tone so I kinda played it safe lol or as safe as you can go for full on clown makeup 😅 For my eyes I used my trusty Colourpop monochrome palettes in COLOURPOP - Strawberry shake shadow palette and COLOURPOP - Main Squeeze Shadow Palette and I also used these for blush and my nose! For complexion I actually used the touch in SOL - Pretty Filter Icy Sherbet Primer for the first time and WOW. This feels amazing!! You get a cooling sensation upon first applying and then it literally melts into skin. Beautiful. I also used the lightest concealer I have in my collection which is the COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Concealer and a white setting powder essence - All About Matt! Fixing Compact Powder Lastly, for my lips I used one of my favorite combos with my now discontinued (rip) COLOURPOP - Crème Lux Lipstick in 21 questions and the milkiest lip gloss LARITZY COSMETICS - LARITZY Lip Gloss that I applied just on the center of my bottom lip. For the heart negative space blush I just had to make a heart out of paper and used washi tape to gently tape it on my skin and ta-da! How did I do? 🤡🎪🎉 #CheriePartner

This Black-Owned CBD Line Puts Community At The Center of WellnessCBD that is compassionate, effective, and gives back to the community? Yes, please!Feb. 5
My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.Feb. 17
