Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice 🎃
I truly thought going “all natural” was a gimmick but hear me out... I have tried multiple different all natural deodorants including Tom’s of Maine, Kopari, Schmidt’s, and more! NONE of them worked & I even got allergic reactions... I thought going natural wasn’t for me. I chocked it up to a trend that I couldn’t participate in... THEN I found native. I got my original one of Coconut Vanilla from Target for under $13. After inky a few weeks of using, I fell in love I eventually wandered over to their website and THEY HAVE EVEN MORE SCENTS!!! Including the best scent ever: Pumpkin Spice Latte! Only in my wildest dreams did I think my armpits could smell like my favorite fall scent AND work, but this quickly became a reality 🎃🧡 Fast foward 2 years later: here we are. Every year around fall I buy the limited edition 3 pack scent of the Pumpkin to enjoy the whole entire winter long until they release their spring scents. BENEFITS: ✨ Not as expensive as other all natural deodorants ✨ Recently released plastic-free packaging ✨ No harsh ingredients ✨ Available at Target & online ✨ Small bundle discount with a package online! Save that coin while saving your pits! 💰 ✨ I have less sweat. Yes, that is correct... I sweat less now than I ever have in my life! Incredible. Overall, I am clearly obsessed with this product and I recommend! 10/10 go get you some! 🎉🎉🎉 #cheriepartner
NATIVE-Pumpkin Spice Latte
Native Basic Pack
Buying PSL deodorant has elevated me to a new level of basic 😂 it smells DIVINE though! As do the other scents I got in this “build your own” pack. Native is hands down the best natural deodorant I’ve found, and I’ve loved everything I’ve tried and smelled so far!
NATIVE-Peony & Jasmine Tea
I’ve finally found my fave natural deodorant 😍
So it’s been a long journey with natural deodorant! I decided to make the switch about a year and a half to two years ago. I’ve used Kopari, Lavanila, type: A, Schmidt’s, and Native. By far Native is my favorite! Firstly, I like the aesthetic and component of Native packaging. Compared to other brands I find the applicator perfect and easy to use without getting it all over your clothes. It feels like your typical solid stick deodorant but doesn’t feel wet (like Kopari can... though I do like Kopari) and doesnt feel like mush (like Schmidt’s despite me still liking it) when you wipe it under your arms. Secondly, the scent selection is amazing!! I decided to order a three pack on their website (personally, I used Brad Mondo’s code which made this custom three pack only come to $26 with a free mini deodorant) and the scent selection they have is insane. I chose NATIVE - Pumpkin Spice Latte in regular and sensitive formulas (I’ve never really had sensitive skin but I had a friend once get a bad rash from Schmidt’s so I get nervous) and NATIVE - Buttercream & French Vanilla Deodorant which smell spot on and delicious. Like you know it’s bad when you’re working a shift and you’re talking to your best friend and you’re like “the best part of this right now is I can still smell my pumpkin spice deodorant” 😂 Like during the day you still smell pumpkin spice which makes me happy. Thirdly, it does the best at keeping the sweat/stench away during the day. I’ve used other natural deodorants that range from this does absolutely nothing to this is okay but I do have to reapply halfway throughout the day. With this I don’t have to reapply at all which is nice. Even if I did it’s convenient to have a little mini to throw in my work bag but I rarely ever need it (only on truck days 😉). Like it may be a little pricy at $11 per deodorant but it will forever be the one I purchase. It’s well worth the price for the scent, formula, and application.

Thanksgiving Ingredients Perfect For Beauty!!
I was busy planning my families Zoom Thanksgiving when I really started thinking about the ingredients in the dishes. And boom! Out of nowhere I decided to investigate some of these ingredients in beauty. Green beans: Green beans have a lot of benefits for beauty. First, they contain proteins that can help maintain healthy hair. They also have both Vitamin C and A. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps with collagen production, and Vitamin A helps with dullness in the skin. Green beans also contain calcium, which is great for you hair and nails. Yams: Yam extract is a very newly researched ingredient with lots of amazing properties. It contains steroid saponins, which are naturally occurring molecules in plants. These saponins are great for anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant purposes. Yam extract also has diosgenin, which can help soothe your skins’ pigmentation, and make it more even. Cranberries: Cranberries are an amazing ingredient that’s often overlooked. Cranberries are loaded with antioxidants that protect your cells, as well as Omega Fatty Acids that keep skin hydrated and plump. The hydrating and moisturizing properties of cranberries allow them to help with skin issues such as dryness, looseness, and dehydration. Pumpkin: If you thought cranberries were a powerhouse, wait until you hear about pumpkins! To start, pumpkins are an AHA acid, which helps to exfoliate your skin. They also have a lot of antioxidants. Pumpkins also contain Vitamin E, which can help with a range of skin issues including inflammation, the appearance of pores, excess oil, acne, blackheads, and more. SHOP THE INGREDIENTS!!! Green beans: Couldn’t find any good ones that weren’t expensive. Get on that Cerave! My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.Feb. 17
