SKIN CARE FOR HOW MUCH😱🤩?!?
SKIN CARE FOR HOW MUCH😱🤩?!?
Just like The Ordinary, here we are with another affordable skin care brand!!! Are you excited??? 🤩 If you live in Canada like me, you can find The Inkey List in your local Shoppers Drug Mart and if you’re from the UK (also like me) you can find it at any Boots or Superdrug. In Ontario these products range between $8-13.... which is a steal if you’re used to throwing a lot of bread at Sephora💸🤦🏻‍♀️ I have been using these three for a month now and am in love the Collagen Booster and Polyglutamic Acid. Unfortunately the Caffeine Aye Cream was a huge let down for me (Stay Tuned for Why). x Collagen Booster Face Serum (30ml) A natural skin protein that helps the skin keep its firmness, suppleness and elasticity while also reducing redness, fine lines, wrinkles and pores. I LOVE this serum... it truly is worth the shot!! My face has never felt so bouncy yet firm at the same time... if you know what I mean? I use this straight after I have cleansed and toned my face making sure that I distribute the serum all around my face/neck and then pat into the skin for full benefits! YOUR SKIN IS A SPONGE LADIES🧽 x Polyglutamic Acid (30ml) Polyglutamic Acid is naturally found in the skins layers, which aids to maintain the skins moisture levels. It is also known to hold up to 4x more moisture that hyaluronic acid ... YES you heard me right!!! I never knew the benefits of this until I put it on my face! My face usually looks greasy after face oils and moisturizer, but this little guy truly change that for me😍😍😍As directed on the bottle, I use this after my serums to lock all the good stuff into my skin before I moisturizer... oh my ladies does this ever penetrate the skin! My face has never felt so soft and supple before these two lovely products! For the price you cannot knock it! x Caffeine Eye Cream (15ml) This product isn’t worth the price considering that Caffeine is listed as ingredient number 12... puffiness and dark circles are still the same! If you are looking for a better product that does the trick of making you look alive when you really aren’t? Well then head on over to The Ordinary!!! The Caffeine Eye Solution 5% + EGCG is $6.70 and you get TWICE THE FORMULA FOR HALF THE PRICE!!!

Caffeine eye serum needs more perk!
Caffeine eye serum needs more perk!
The Inkey List Caffeine Eye Serum is an eye cream that claims to hydrate the eye area and reduce the appearance of puffiness, fine lines, and bags. It contains featured ingredients like caffeine to depuff and Matrixyl 3000, a peptide, to reduce the look of wrinkles. It has the light weight texture of a water-cream. It is not thick, but not too runny either. Upon application, it sinks into the skin really easily with a gentle patting motion, which is ideal for the delicate eye area. I like that this eye cream has a refreshing, cooling sensation upon application. It is gentle on the eyes and has never made my sensitive eyes feel irritated or watery. It also hydrates nicely and helps to plump up my fine lines immediately after application. BUT I don’t find this hydration to be long lasting at all. The effect on the lines is not long lasting either. Within 2 hours my undereyes feel dry again. While it is a nice, thin base especially under concealer, it just does not provide me with enough hydration to last throughout the day. I also don’t notice any of the depuffing effects as claimed. I think this cream would be great for someone who does not have a super dry under-eye area and is looking for a simple, gentle eye cream. It is only $10 so it comes at a very affordable price point. I think this would be well suited to someone in their 20s, but it is not effective enough for those who are 30+ like me. I will continue to use the product in conjunction with a thicker cream or oil on top, however I won’t be repurchasing this one for myself. THE inkey LIST - Caffeine Eye Cream

The Inkey List Caffeine Eye Cream Review
The Inkey List Caffeine Eye Cream Review
☕️ A cup of Joe to start the day (I actually woke up at around 11 😏 'tis a good day). ☕️ I have been using @theinkeylist caffeine eye cream ever since I bought it during the @sephora VIB sale. I have been quite enjoying this cream! The consistency of it is more serum-like in that it feels quite more like a gel-cream rather than thick rich eye creams, which is what I look for in eye creams. On the Sephora website, this eye cream claims to “work wonders for the under-eye area” by assisting with de-puffing and brightening dark circles. It contains caffeine (of course) to combat puffiness, beautifeye (which is trademarked) to help with dark circles, and matrixyl 3000 (also trademarked) peptide to help support collagen production. I looked this product up on the cosdna website and it didn’t have any red flags or any ingredients that would cause acne or irritations which is a plus since I am very prone to milia around the under-eye area. I haven’t been using it for too long (about 4 days) but I absolutely love it. During that time of the month, my eye bags become seriously puffy as well as my lips. It’s pretty noticeable so my mom always points out that I started my period, just by looking at my eyes 😩. I started using this in the morning and it feels so good to just massage it into the under-eye area. It absorbs really well and the consistency is similar to the it’s skin eye creams that I love so much. It was hydrating and I definitely felt the cooling sensation calm down the puffiness. It didn’t make it completely go away but it just felt nice and I really enjoyed the feeling. I definitely think that this eye cream is worth the money because it was like $10 for 15 ml. 15ml is not a lot but I mean, it's for your under-eyes, you don’t need a lot of product there. I have a feeling I might repurchase this because I just the feeling it leaves. 5/5 recommend! A+++++! PS the last pic is just for my own giggles 😋 This was my second product from this brand and I definitely need to try more. What are your experiences with this brand? Any favorites?THE inkey LIST - Caffeine Eye Cream

My acne journey through birth control
My acne journey through birth control
In my first pic that was my face before I started birth control, pretty clear, occasional pimple here and there. But then i started the pill for my terrible periods and i started breaking out like crazy. Bumps all over my forehead and chin as you can see in the second and third pic. I’ve started to update skin routine a little and the 4th pic is where i’m at now. any tips anyone has would be great! this is my skin care routine now AM CeraVe - SA Smoothing Cleanser i started using this and i think it helped my bumps a lot. I have seen some improvement. HERITAGE STORE - Rosewater Spray i like this product i think it helps hydrate my skin. It also helped with my oily skin too. When i run out of the spray i’m going to use the HERITAGE STORE - Rosewater Facial Toner for the hyaluronic acid. so if anyone has any experience with this product let me know! THE inkey LIST - Caffeine Eye Cream Helps with my puffy eyes! Seen some improvement with my eye bags over time! CeraVe - Daily Moisturizing Lotion For Normal To Dry Skin This is a basic moisturizer and i like it. i have oily skin and i like how lightweight it is. I also like the added ceramides for my skin barrier. PURITO - Centella Green Level Unscented Sun SPF50+ PURITO - Comfy Water Sun Block i think the green level sun screen makes me pretty greasy. The comfy water sunblock is way better for my oily skin, i just have to rub it in longer since it is a mineral sunscreen. PM - Softymo Deep Cleansing Oil i like this cleansing oil it gets off my sunscreen and mascara well. it doesn’t leave a greasy residue when i wash it off either. I love to try new products lol so when i finish this i might try THE inkey LIST - Oat Cleansing Balm or BIODERMA - Atoderm Shower Oil(i know this says shower oil but on amazon it says cleansing oil, shower oil, many purposes and the reviews say it takes their makeup and sunscreen off really well) so once again if anyone has used these products let me know how they were! CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin Pretty basic i like it. Really no complaints or anything that sticks out about this product that i LOVE LOVE. When i finish this i might try LA ROCHE-POSAY - Toleriane Purifying Foaming CleanserLet me know if anyone has used this and their experience with it! Nizoral - Anti Dandruff Shampoo i use this as a face mask for about 5 mins. i don’t use this every night, i maybe use this 2-3 times a night. Kinda burns but i feel it works DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel really just did not work on my skin, i haven’t seen much improvement because of this. i’ve been using this for 2 months THE inkey LIST - Caffeine Eye Cream CeraVe - Daily Moisturizing Lotion For Normal To Dry Skin

GLOWING SKIN EVERY MORNING! 💋💫
GLOWING SKIN EVERY MORNING! 💋💫
MY HIGHLY REQUESTED EVERYDAY MORNING SKINCARE ROUTINE! I am really excited for this week’s posts because I am going to be posting about my detailed skincare routine everyday this week! Instead of giving you a LOOOONNNNGGG AF post that’s vague and not detailed and everyone likes skincare, I figured I would give you every single detail of my everyday nightime routine because every single day differs. My skincare routine differs because I like to focus on different skin concerns throughout the week. *Disclaimer. I am not a esthetician, dermatologist nor a skincare expert. These products have worked for my oily/acne prone skin. Some product may or may not work for you. Always do a skin patch test before trying on your face.* BUT my morning skincare routine remains the same throughout the week. The main focus of my morning skincare routine is brightening. I hope y’all are just as excited as I am about skincare week and if you are keep hitting the cheer and follow button so you don’t miss out on SKINCARE WEEK! Below is my step by step morning routine. ENJOY! 1. I use the DHC - Deep Cleansing Oil to “double” cleanse my face. First I use this directly then I put a little bit of water to foam it up. 2. I use the SOME BY MI - AHA BHA PHA 30 Days Miracle Toner toner. It has AHA/BHA/PHA to keep my skin bright. 3. I use the The Ordinary - Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2% which is basically a vitamin C serum to help lighten my dark spots. 4. I use the THE inkey LIST - Caffeine Eye Cream for my dark circle and to brighten my under eye area. HOLY F*ING SH*T! I love this. I can’t get enough of this product. 5. I lock in the serums with the THE inkey LIST - Vitamin B, C, and E Moisturizer . It is a very light weight moisturizer. 6. Last but certainly THE MOST important part of any daytime skincare routine is sunscreen. I love theelta md SKINCARE - UV Daily Broad-Spectrum SPF 40 . It has hyaluronic acid and has no white cast nor does it feel greasy. I hope you all enjoyed learning about my morning skincare routine and humored my attempt at a voiceover tutorial video. 😂 I hope you all achieve glowing morning skin that all your meeting attendees can be jealous of! 😉 until tomorrow, Xoxo 💋 #CheriePartner

END OF SEPTEMBER FAVORITES!!! 💋💫
END OF SEPTEMBER FAVORITES!!! 💋💫
I can’t believe we made it to September. 😳 With everything that’s going on in the world, i can’t believe we have 3 months left of one of the weirdest, craziest and probably worst year ever. If we made it this far y’all, we can get to 2021. 🤞🏼 The bright light of my 2020 has been this app and all things makeup and beauty. SO! I’m excited to share my September favorites. Hope y’all like or try out these products! 𝚗𝚘. 1 : THE inkey LIST - Vitamin B, C, and E Moisturizer - I’ve been looking for a moisturizer to add to my nighttime routine for the longest time and I’m glad I bought this one. I love the THE inkey LIST - Caffeine Eye Cream so I figured their moisturizer would be good to! And I was right! This is a very lightweight moisturizer and a great base to use underneath makeup or my sunscreen. Also the PRICE! It’s $4.99. Yeah. You read that correctly. $4.99. Drugstore moisturizers are more expensive! There’s a reason why this is always sold out! Where to buy: Sephora : $4.99 𝚗𝚘. 2 : benefit - GALifornia Blush : I’ve been wanting this blush for the longest time! It has a gorgeous peachy pink blush but adds a glow to the skin! I got this blush half off from Macy’s. So I had to buy it! I wear this on top of the glossier cloud paint to add a peachy flush to my looks. Where to buy: Sephora, Macy’s and Ulta : $30 𝚗𝚘. 3 : ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Amrezy Eyeshadow Palette : Omg. I’ve got a story for you. So I bought this palette from Macy’s online because this was on sale. When it arrived, it was cracked. Like every single shadow was broken. 😭 Nothing can break my heart more than a broken eyeshadow palette. I tried to fix it but it was a lost cause. However, I REALLY wanted this palette. Soooo I bought it at full price. 😭 i was out like $85.00 but THANKFULLY the pigmentation of this palette IS ON POINT! Buttery mattes, shimmery colors and bright colors! So gorg, the color Leo is reason enough to buy this palette. I’m a Leo as well and this color definitely speaks to my Leo soul. Where to buy: Sephora, Macy’s, Ulta: $49.00 𝚗𝚘. 4 : MILANI - Salt-N-Pepa Lip Kit in Shoop. 90s nude lips! The liner and lipstick pairs so well together and gives you 90s Naomi Campbell vibes. I can’t wait to use this in a future look post! The lipstick is very matte and the lip liner keeps your lipsticks from feathering. This pairs well with any natural or Smokey eye. Where to buy: Ulta, Milani : $9.59 If you made it this far, THANKS SO MUCH FOR CHECKING OUT MY POST!!! Y’all are awesome. If you like this post please hit the cheer button. Getting Cheries’s rising star and cheerleader this week was so unexpected but I’m so honored. Honestly if it weren’t for y’all I would just been watching Netflix all day and do nothing to fuel my creativity. So thank you for the love and the follows. Xoxo 💋 #CheriePartner
