SKINCARE: MORNING ROUTINE BASICS
Hi pretties! I'm going to be doing another two part series about what the best order is to do your skin care products! I'm also going to be sharing what products I use for each pacific step and try to go a little more in depth with why these products go in this specific order. Let's get into it.... 1) CLEANSER: cleansing helps to get rid of dead skin, pollutants, oils, dirt, and bacteria in general but many dermatologists & estheticians recommend that you should wash your face first thing in the morning so that you can prepare your skin for any other products that go on top of it. my product:CLARISMA - Cool Ocean Breeze Daily Cleanser 2) EYE CREAM: the eye area is a super fragile, sensitive part of the face so your best bet is to apply your eye cream right away. to allow for maximum moisturization, apply first and pat around the area GENTLY! also in the AM, eye cream can help tighten and depuff the eyes. my product: BURT’S BEES - Sensitive Eye Cream 3) TONER/ESSENCE/MIST: this step can help to prime your skin to absorb active ingredients, do you research on whether you should be using a toner or an essence. shameless plug, one of my first posts is about the difference between toners and tonics, check that out for help. my products: pixi - Collagen Tonic pixi - Hydrating Milky Mist 4) SERUM(S): this stuff delivers the bulk of active ingredients to your freshly primed face! if you apply serums over thicker formulas (moisturizers, etc.) they may not penetrate as well. serums DIFFER from day to night. be sure to choose ingredients that are SAFE for the time of day you're using them. (i.e. retinol should be used AT night, vitamin c during the day) my product: PACIfICA - Glow Baby Super Lit Booster Serum 5) MOISTURIZER: think of this as a way to seal in everything you just did! look for hyaluronic acid & other ingredients that lock in moisture. my products: Neutrogena - Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Gel Moisturizer (fragrance & dye free version) CLARISMA - Cali Dreaming Cream Daily Moisturizer 6) SPOT TREATMENT: only if necessary, you should be applying spot treatment on active breakouts both morning & night to accelerate the healing process. my product: JĀSON - JĀSON Tea Tree Oil 7) FACE OIL: i have a special post also on what face oils can do for oily skin! they help trap moisture in your skin & as a protective barrier. think of it like skin care topcoat. my product: BOTANICS - 100% Organic Nourishing Facial Oil 8) SPF: this is a skincare MUST cause the sun really weighs down on your skin especially over time! even on a cloudy day wear SPF. sunscreen is the LAST step. my product:LA ROCHE-POSAY - Anthelios 60 Face & Body Melt in Sunscreen Milk SPF 60 Sending love. Thanks for reading. ❤️ #cheriecreator #cheriepartner

LA ROCHE-POSAY -Anthelios Body and Face Gentle-Lotion Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50
Here is my AM Skincare routine! I have been really loving it so far! The thing that has made the biggest difference in my skin has definitely been the The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% serum. This has by far made the biggest difference in the visibility of my pores and really helped control my oily face. I’ve even noticed it helped with my dark spots from acne. The PACIfICA - Glow Baby Super Lit Booster Serum is really nice and smells great but I’m not sure if it’s the best Vit C serum I’ve used. I don’t use them in the same routine, generally I’ll use one in the AM and the other in the PM. The boscia - Cactus Water Moisturizer is a really nice lightweight moisturizer that absorbed really quickly into my skin. It hasn’t clogged my pores or lead to any breakouts. And I use The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 to add some extra lightweight moisture if my skin is feeling a little dry. It’s really nice and very affordable HERITAGE STORE - Rosewater Spray is waaaayyyyyyy better than other facial sprays I’ve used, is it necessary? No. Is it a nice product that makes me feel bougie and has some noticeable benefits? Yes. It is what it is, I like to use it when I feel fancy and it doesn’t have alcohol or other ingredients like other facial spray that dry out the skin.

LOVE THIS STUFF
This is literally the best serum! I use this every morning and my face feels looks glowy all day and hydrated. It also smells like fruit!🍓🍒. I HIGHLY recommend this product, and even the price isn’t bad for $15.99 PACIfICA - Glow Baby Super Lit Booster Serum

Fungal Acne HELP ME
I can’t remember a time before my skin was like this. Please help. I’ll tag what I currently use, but nothing seems to help me a great deal. It only seems to happen on my cheeks and chin. - makeup remover (which I think is breaking me out and I’m interested in fungal acne friendly makeup remover that is not a micellar water) BIODERMA - Sensibio H2O Soothing Micellar Cleansing Water Cleanser - Cetaphil - Cetaphil Gentle Foaming Cleanser(not foaming, couldn’t find regular on the list) OR MARCELLE - Ultra Gentle non foaming cleanser Toner - THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Toner Serums - The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 - The Ordinary - Granactive Retinoid 2% in Squalane - The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% - PACIfICA - Glow Baby Super Lit Booster Serum ( I don’t use them all at once, I kinda switch em around when I feel like it but it doesn’t effect my skin as far as I can tell) Moisturizer - LA ROCHE-POSAY - Toleriane Ultra Face Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin Spf - LA ROCHE-POSAY - Anthelios XL Ultra-Light Fluid SPF 50+ Masks - De La Cruz - Sulfur Ointment, Acne Medication, Maximum Strength(every other day usually) - HERBIVORE - Blue Tansy Mask (only used a few times) Please help, I’m sick of my skin lol
