𝘫𝘦 𝘵'𝘢𝘪𝘮𝘦, 𝘊𝘢𝘶𝘥𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘦 🍇 ⁣ ⁣ 🍇 Every time I try a new product from caudalie I have to say I continue to understand the love so many have had before me. ⁣ ⁣ 💭 I always like to share my first impressions on products because I think it can give you such a great sneak peek into whether some products could work for us or not. Now that I’ve had a longer amount of time to really give my thoughts here they are....⁣ ⁣ 💭 𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 ?! ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 🍇 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐎𝐒 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 (vinosource): ⁣ For my babes who deal with dry skin, this is your baby! This moisturizer will make your skin feel super hydrated, supple & bouncy. I usually reach for this gem after I’ve done a peel or any kind of exfoliation. Perfect for your PM routine!⁣ ⁣ 🍇 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐒𝐎𝐒 (vinosource): sensitive skin? Dry skin? Look no more! I use this serum before I put on the SOS moisturizer. This is a magical reliever to stressed out skin. She’s gentle, she’s beautiful (as you can see from my use she’s almost gone 😭 )⁣ ⁣ 🍇 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐫(vinopure): combination skin babes, this is your baby. I’ve always been oily around my Tzone & using this cleanser every day has kept my oily party at bay (due to the salicylic acid) & controlled. I’m more than half way through the bottle & I have to say it’s really worked well for me. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Saturday Skin Probiotic Power Whipped Cream
Saturday Skin Probiotic Power Whipped Cream
SATURDAY SKIN - Pretty Pop Probiotic Power Whipped Cream I adore the Saturday Skin bright potion serum, so when they gifted me their new pretty pop probiotic power whipped cream, I expected to be equally infatuated. Cute holographic packaging? Check. Powerhouse ingredients? Check. Probiotics AND prebiotics? Check. Yet it doesn't quite measure up to the bright potion serum, even though I'm aware that comparing the two doesn't make a ton of sense since they're completely different product types. Like the rest of the probiotic power line, the cream has niacinamide (my favorite skincare ingredient) to soothe and even out skin tone, four types of probiotics to improve complexion and strengthen the moisture barrier, and two types of prebiotics to help the probiotics work better. (I know, it was hard to word that bit) There's also hibiscus extract to smoothe texture, as well as moringa seed extract to make skin glow. On paper, this sounded perfect, yet despite the light texture, it left my skin feeling greasy even though I'm on the dry side. It has been quite humid here lately, so this could very well work better in cooler weather. There are little probiotic beads that release upon application, which is fine since it goes on so easily, but that part wasn't clearly mentioned, so when I first opened it I thought mine had gone off somehow. It's too early to speak to its brightening abilities; perhaps that'll change given time and/or using it in conjunction with the serum. I'm all for splurging on a product that really works for you, but in this case the $57 price tag doesn't feel justified. Currently only available online at Sephora

Caudalie’s S.O.S Intense Moist
Caudalie’s S.O.S Intense Moisturizing Cream What is she? She’s an intense moisturizing cream made with antioxidant-rich grapes, and she’s meant to deeply hydrate even the most sensitive skin. She’s rich, super hydrating and she’s your skin’s new best friend. Organic grape water is in here to moisturize and soothe sensitive skin and redness, olive squalane is there to deeply nourish and borage oil is included for extra moisture. This formula is also high in natural ingredients, and chock-full of Caudalie’s patented antioxidant grape seed polyphenols, which protect against free radicals like stress, pollution and sun exposure. — I gotta say, I’ve thoroughly been enjoying this cream. I find that when paired with the S.O.S Thirst-Quenching Serum, my skin turns into petal soft skin! Legitimately super silky soft smooth skin, it’s amazing. I find that the cream sinks into my skin way more easily when paired with the serum, and that it just goes on way smoother. Everything you see in the first shot there, I’ve been using in my morning routine lately along with the S.O.S cream, and my skin has been so happy, hydrated and balanced. The serum and cream duo is just spectacular, and it’ll be a sad day when I run out of the itty bitty serum sample size I’ve been using! Until then, petal soft skin every day 🌷

The amazing Caudalie Vinosourc
The amazing Caudalie Vinosource S.O.S Thirst-Quenching Serum 🥰 I’m so happy to finally have my hands on the full size of this baby - I’d paired a sample I had of it with the S.O.S Intense Moisturizing Cream when I was testing it out, and I’ve become absolutely obsessed with how amazingly the two pair together. 🍇 This S.O.S Thirst-Quenching Serum It is an oil-free, silky and lightweight moisturizing serum that was made to stimulate the skin’s internal hydration mechanisms and restore its water balance. It’s powered by 100% organic grape water, and it helps to instantly soothe skin and help against irritation. Hyaluronic acid is in here to provide a plumping hydrating effect and help reduce visible signs of aging. Vinolevure moisturizes and strengthens, while olive squalane heals and soothes. Grape seed polyphenols provide antioxidants protection against harmful free radicals like the sun, pollution and stress, and organic grape water moisturizes and soothes. I mean, this is one of my absolute favorite moisturizing serums. She and the S.O.S Intense Moisturizing Cream make such a dynamic duo! It’s only when I use this serum before the cream that the cream sinks in so much more quickly and smoothly. And what’s great is that she does pack a really strong hydrating punch, while remaining very lightweight and easy on the skin during these months. Sometimes I wear her out with nothing else! So so good 🙌🏻

Are these Face Creams by Caudalie worth it?
Are these Face Creams by Caudalie worth it?
Our skin is our first defense against different damaging environmental factors we are exposed to and many times we don’t take the proper care to either protect it or repair it. When this happens, our skin becomes dry, flaky and wrinkles begin to appear caused because of the lack of elasticity. When our skin is properly hydrated our skin looks fresh, young and smooth. Opposed to what some people think, it doesn’t matter what type of skin you have, you should ALWAYS hydrate your skin, even if it’s oily the skin needs enough water and components to be protected and this way slow down any aging signs. While water is probably the first and most popular option to hydrate ourselves, it’s not the only thing you should rely on. Thankfully, we live in an age in which skin care is a thing so we have all these extra products to help our skin with. Today I will talk about 2 different Moisturizing and hydrating Face Creams by the brand Caudalie, and we will compare them between each other as well and see if they are really worth it, if you really need them all, or if you can just opt for a similar and more affordable option with the same benefits. If you are not familiar with this brand yet, Caudalie is an established French skincare brand and what makes it unique is their commitment to use high quality natural ingredients, grapes to be exact, and preserve the environment creating products that don’t have much impact in our ecosystem. Since 2006 they have been paraben free, making their products really safe for use. They use natural formulas and have amazing vinotherapy based spas around the world.   1- CAUDALIE - Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet - $39 USD Caudalie gave this product the name of Sorbet because they say it will melt into your skin just like a delicious sorbet melts into your mouth. Also because of the similarity of their texture. This product appears as a cream when you first apply it and eventually turns into a cool gel that will strengthen, sooth and hydrate the skin. Boosting our natural hydration mechanism and replenishing our skin’s water. It’s safe to use if you have sensitive skin since it’s non-comedogenic. Some of its main ingredients are grape seeds, grape water and chamomile to calm the skin and any potential irritation.   2- CAUDALIE - Vinosource SOS Intense Moisturizing Cream- $42 USD This products texture is like a regular thick cream, but it’s quickly absorbed by the skin. While the previous product does provide hydration this one seems to win regarding on the amount. It leaves the skin really plumped and refreshed. It’s almost like an emergency facial but in the form of a cream, that’s why it has the words “SOS” and “intense” in its name. And if you suffer from dry skin you will notice its effects even more. It leaves the skin feelings like if you have been drinking a lot of water all day but in a healthy way. It gives you an extra glow just by applying this cream. This moisturizer is recommended for all skin types, it’s also non-comedogenic, not to mention vegan and gluten-free and the package is recyclable. While both products are good, I would say the SOS Intense Hydration Moisturizer wins this time. Simply because it’s more efficient and it only costs a few dollars more. So, if you have to choose between a Caudalie cream I would suggest the second one. Since the first one might seem still a bit pricey for what it offers. PS. Don’t forget to drink water anyways!

NOT for oily/sensitive skin
NOT for oily/sensitive skin
|| Caudalie Vinosource SOS Intense Moisturizing Cream || Claims: To deliver hydration (yes), calm redness (nope), and repair dry skin (eh). My Experience: While this did keep me SUPER hydrated, I personally didn’t see any differences with my overall redness. For that reason, I don’t think it’s worth repurchasing since I have other moisturizers that delivers hydration and repairs dry skin for a lesser value. The texture is super duper thiCC, but at the same time it doesn’t leave me feeling overwhelmed with a bunch of product on my face. It easily melts into the skin and leaves it feeling well nourished and protected, which is why I still like this product and would recommend it if you have DRY skin, aren’t sensitive to fragrance, and you’re just looking for a deep moisturizing cream and want to try something different. I def wouldn’t recommend this if you have oily/sensitive skin. All in all, I view Caudalie as an “experience” where some products work for you, and some just don’t. Like most Caudalie products, this product is heavily fragranced so I would take that into consideration.
