Hi guys!! I wanted to share how I get my everyday beachy waves!! I’m using the tigi bed head 1&1/4” curling wand! It’s my favorite because it works so well and it was only $29.99❤️ I usually curl my hair like this 2 times a week because the curl holds so well in my hair (and I have flat hair) so my hair loves this😅 HOW TO: -start with brushing your hair -I use heat protectant FOXYBAE - Cool Af Heat Protectant -then I go in with my OLAPLEX - No. 7 Bonding Oil it makes my hair so shiny! -I start with my bangs and then curl back! -I start with 1” sections to achieve that “beachy wave” look -then after I go in with NOT YOUR MOTHER'S - She's A Tease Volumizing Hairspray to hold and add some volume! -at the end I will usually brush out with my fingers to make it more loose (: Thank you guys for watching! Let me know if you have any questions ❤️❤️❤️

How to cute hairstyles 🤩💕
Lemme join in on this trending topic and spill the deets to this look! 1. Here I sectioned off 8 square boxes and used mini rubber bands to hold them. The key here is to try and make the parts super defined, straight to give an extra polished look. (I failed, but alas) Then once you have all of your sections banded you criss cross them so that they are overlapping and you end up with four loose tendrils. 2. Then I make sure to wet my hair again and begin putting in flexirods! Make sure to smooth down your ends and brush down each section before you wrap. I also used this amazing gel Ankh - True Aloe Hair Gel to help seal in and give a firm hold. I did my whole head and used different size rods to give a tousled and unperfected look. I then sat under my soft hooded bonnet for about 3.5 hours. The 🔑 is to make sure you rod set is fully dry, no skipping around this like I tried to. If your set is too wet the curls won’t hold, and your whole style will crumble 3. Once your set is dry, carefully unravel with your hands unwrapping in the direction you originally went in. I used OLAPLEX - No. 7 Bonding Oil to help tame frizz as I took them out and to also add some shine to the curls. Once you have all of your rods out, feel free to pick your roots for more volume, and separate your curls even further to give a bigger look. 4. Viola! I put those four front sections a little of the back into a half up style and spritz with a little more oil. I love this look for a night out, or even for a more formal occasion. Let me know what other hairstyles I should try 😃

Curly Hair Daily Routine
Finally I found a topic that many thin hair girl or curly hair girl might be interested in, that is how to treat my curly hair. I was straight hair for years. I’ve always wanted to go curly because of the volume and big hair that I was always dream of. I personally hesitated a long time before go curly just because of the concern of washing and taking care of curly hair. And here comes my personal hacks! Curly hair gives you the volume and easy to get a style. It is even easier to create a beautiful bun comparing with straight hair. My hair care routine is a little bit different when I went curly. No worries it is not gonna make it harder, it’s just some tips to be noticed. You know when to wash your curls when they start to get way down when they really tingly and a lot more dryer than regular hair. It is important to wash it less often than you would with regular hair. Tip #1. Condition hair first. I did the same way before getting my curls. But with curly it even more important to detangling with conditioner. I also put it on my root cus I do have tangles there. And I would put 2 coins amount all over my curls Tip #2. Be extra gentle when washing it. And let hair mask to stay longer (at least over 15 min) Tip #3. Use a cotton towel to soak your wet hair, DO NOT RUB. ! You don’t want to create extra frizz to your hair. We want the healthy and bouncy hair. Tip #4. Put treatment on damp hair. Do not wait till completely dryOLAPLEX - No. 3 Hair Perfector -Limited Edition Tip # 5 Let it dry naturally ! ! This step is gonna make your hair look healthier and more shinny. Effect would double if you apply an oil. OLAPLEX - No. 7 Bonding Oil Do not panic if you see a lot strands after washing. People lose 100 strands/ day, unlike straight hair you lose it over the washroom, your curls will hold them till you washes them. These are my tips for curly hair wash routine. Hope you like it!

MY 2020 TOP 5 ✨
I love this prompt from @cherieand was excited to start thinking about some of my favourites from 2020. It was a nice chance to really reflect on the past year, and celebrate my personal self care journey. So here are my favourites! Product - After lots of consideration I decided to choose one of my favourite products for each category of: face, lips and hair! So many great products this year it’s so hard to choose, but I would say for face: BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Marine Algae Eye Cream was my all time favourite discovery, so effective for my specific concerns (sun damage/milia)! The SUMMER FRIDAYS - Lip Butter Balm was my favourite lip product - I was addicted to the smell + really kept my lips hydrated. Plus for the price, you know I wasn’t gunna misplace this bad boy. And lastly, I would almost consider it a full on addiction how much I loved the OLAPLEX - No. 7 Bonding Oil , seriously this stuff changed my life! Trend - Sustainable packaging, and gorgeous reusable jars were one of my favourite trends. I love this shift towards mindfulness, especially because I often feel like it’s a domino effect where it can start with mindfulness to the environment, than mindfulness of people and surroundings and I believe this is a very important/healthy shift for consumers. My best look - Dark lips, always. Favourite Creators - I couldn’t possibly choose just one, there are so many creators here that are amazing, unique, lovely, smart, creative and genuine - I’m so grateful for this platform! But a few accounts I think you should definitely check out - @heynoonoofor some of the most beautiful makeup looks I’ve ever seen, just absolute works of art! @D.Bennettthis gorgeous human has an amazing page. My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.Feb. 17
