January empties !!!
Let’s start with those that I most likely would NOT repurchase: ACURE - Seriously Soothing Cleansing Cream the aspect I liked least was the smell. I just couldn’t get over it! For that reason alone, I would not repurchase. HERITAGE STORE - Rosewater Spray nothing particularly exciting about this toner. I have some other toners I’ve had my eye on so I’m going to move onto something new next! Next let’s talk about what I would repurchase: CeraVe - Resurfacing Retinol Serum very gentle retinol serum, great brand, what more can I say? COSRX - Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence this had me glowing at first! But I feel that the improvements I initially saw faded after awhile and I haven’t noticed the same results since. I do like using this as another layer of moisture in the cooler months. Finally, let’s talk about what I’ve already repurchased: The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% this serum is fantastic! I get some larger hormonal breakouts along my jaw line and I feel like since I’ve started using this product, it does a great job keeping those pesky pimples as minimal as possible. I’m not sure how it compares to other brands’ Niacinamide products but I sure do The Ordinary’s version! Have you tried these products? What do you think?

ACURE - Seriously Soothing Cleansing Cream A perfect gentle cleanse for dry, sensitive skin and does not feel like the skin is stripped at all. ll.ACURE - Ultra Hydrating Green Juice Cleanser Ideal for dry, dehydrated skin types. Very creamy consistency with a light lather effect. skyn ICELAND - Glacial Face Wash A creamy, clay type consistency that is ideal for normal to oily skin and offers a deep, refreshing clean. Kiehl's - Ultra Facial Cream Incredible cream. If you have reactive, dry, sensitive skin or are allergic to fragrance, give this a try. It feels like a light emollient texture and makes the perfect night cream if you are more oily. FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Hydra-Firm Sleeping Cream Another amazing emollient night cream rich with Peptides and ceramides to keep your skin barrier protected. Also fragrance free. PAULA'S CHOICE - Omega + Complex Serum Instant relief for a dry, compromised barrier. It pairs beautifully under a moisturizer if you want extra nourishment. This serum also has ceramides and fatty acids but feels light enough to wear during the day. Once again, fragrance free. I loved all the products mentioned and will not hesitate to repurchase them. Let me know if you love them as much as I did!

Things that are empty; these products and my piggy bank! Just a quick rundown for each product and whether or not I’d repurchase. - Laneige Water Sleeping Mask was amazing during the winter months when I felt really dry and crusty. I’m focusing on serums for even tone right now so I will not repurchase at this time, catch me in October. - Deciem The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% , you’re probably tired of hearing me shout about it but scroll back to my “Top 5 Beauty Finds of 2019” post if you want to know my feelingsss. Currently testing out Good Molecules Niacinamide so I haven’t repurchased, yet. - I Dew Care Bright Side Up opened the Vitamin C doors for me and I’m forever grateful, I have a thorough review posted as well. Though it performs well, I will not repurchase because there are so many on the market and I found another serum that I like better. - Acure Seriously Soothing Cleansing Cream cleanses well but the smell of the product is something I could not get over, and for that reason it’s a no for me dawg. Again, review posted below! - Good Molecules Niacinamide Brightening Toner is a “HELL YES, REPURCHASE FOR LIFE!”. I’ve ordered another, but currently working my way through some other brands as fast as I can before I open it! (PS, I love you, I miss you!) - Olaplex Hair Perfector No 3 detangles well but I had to use wayyy to much product to saturate my hair and this thing is pricey! I will not repurchase. Thankfully this came in a set and I love the shampoo so much! - Pixi H20 Skin Drink is a no for me, I ended up using this products on my hands because it wasn’t hydrating enough for my face. I will say that other Pixi items are slept on, and I still believe the Glow Tonic Serum is the best glycolic exfoliating serum out there! - That’s all folks. Feel free to shoot any questions about any products below!

I am a huge skincare lover and love to try out ingredients and brands. Check out my collection and my favourite brands and products. Favourite brands: Versed: this is a brand that I have tried many products and they have worked well for me. This is a drug store brand that is mid range. It is cruelty free and eco conscience, going so far as to state the percentage of usage of recycled material and having recycling instructions on their website. My holy grails are VERSED - PHOTOS, PLEASE BRIGHTENING TIGHTENING MASK and VERSED - Doctor's Visit The ordinary: this is a great brand as it is super affordable and it’s cruelty free. Tired sensitive skin to lively glowing skin
I have sensitive skin (her red and irritated by May products, heat, etc). So I started using Acure’s soothing line. Immediately I noticed my skin didn’t sting and didn’t get red. Score! (And the price was reasonable: $12-19 depending on the product). The blue tansy night oil smells amd feels amazing. Once that helped my sensitivity I decided that since I was going to be in my mid thirties soon, I better get a good retinoid. So I was going to see a dermatologist, but then I saw that I could see a derm online and get a custom made product just for me: I’m on a low dose of .03% tretinoin with hyaluronic acid . I’ve using it for three months as prescribed (had to put it on every two-three nights to make sure my skin adjusted) Now I do it every day or every other day. Also, my derm dr placed vitamin c on my regimen so I went to an Acure product because I love them and it had ferulic acid as well as vitamin c, something. I learned about form someone here! I randomly got excited about the custom aspect of Atolla so I got some. I’ve only been using it for a month so I’m not sure yet. But it feels nice! No sensitivity issues, but it might just be an extra I don’t really need. I’m very happy with my progress!
