Product Empties! 2020 Repurchase ❤️
🌾 Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion🌾 Aveeno - Daily Moisturizing Lotion About me 🤗 and the product 🌾 Skin type/skin tone I have combination skin. My t-zone is in the range of normal to oily skin and I have dry skin on my cheeks. My skin tone is warm ivory with a slight reddish discoloration in my cheeks 🧐I also have some freckles across my cheeks and my nose bridge. My skin type for the rest of my body is dry. 🌾Product function The product claims to provide dry skin with moisture within 1 day of usage. It also says that the skin will become healthy looking and will be soft and smooth. 🌾Texture/consistency The consistency is lightweight and smooth. It is also fragrance-free! 👃 🌾Packaging The packaging is a 20 fl oz. standard plastic pump bottle. The pump on the top can be twisted to lock in place when not using. Beauty story 📖 🌾Overall experience When I was small I used to live in a dry and non humid area and with my dry skin type for my body, I constantly had dry patches and was constantly itchy 😫. However, I have sensitive along with dry skin so I couldn’t just use random products. My mom finally found this lotion and I’ve used it since. It’s been almost 1️⃣5️⃣ years since I’ve been using this product!! It’s a new year and of course with an empty bottle comes a repurchase. I use this lotion everyday after I take a shower and it has been a must in my skincare routine. 🌾Verdict❤️❤️ I love this product! I have dry and sensitive skin and the product is for dry skin and is also dermatologist recommended 👩🏻⚕️ since it includes active naturals such as soothing oats🌾. After using it for so many years, my skin has became not dry anymore. My skin is smooth and soft and has no dry spots at all. If I stop using the lotion for a bit for example when I go out of town and forget to bring it with me I start getting itchy again. So I cannot live without it 🤤. 🌾Recommend? 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I highly recommend this product for all skin types! Even though it states that it’s for dry skin, my sister has oily skin and acne prone skin. She has been using the product as well and has not seen any breakouts because of this product🧴. 🌾Worth it?💰 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Yes! It’s not overpriced and can be found in almost all stores. It is totally worth your time ⏰ because it really alleviates dry skin and does not feel suffocate the skin nor does it leave the skin feeling sticky.

Battle of the Body Cream - Aveeno vs Soap and Gl
We all want soft, supple moisturized skin all day long right? I love a rich, hydrating body lotion where I can immediately feel a difference. I put two cult brands to the test to see which one really did what it said on the tin and kept my skin soft and smooth all day. I tested Aveeno on my right arm and Soap and Glory on my left. Aveeno - Daily Moisturizing Lotion Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Lotion is “formulated with naturally derived prebiotic colloidal oatmeal”; which claims to preserve the skin's natural microbiome for healthy looking and more resilient skin from the first use. This nourishing lotion is suitable for all skin types. This lotion was incredibly fast absorbing, making it a breeze to apply after a daily shower. The smell is natural yet pleasant and immediately left my skin feeling soft, smooth and healthy looking. The best thing about this lotion is that its non-greasy and suitable for sensitive skin. After 24 hours my right arm was visibly still soft and I was impressed with the results. SOAP & GLORY - The Righteous Butter Known for their clever marketing and funky slogans this brand kills it in the skincare game. This body cream is a buttery texture and is thick when applying to the skin. It takes a little longer to absorb into the skin but you definitely feel moisturized once it's soaked in. I personally love the scent but it won't be for everyone. It has shea butter and aloe vera in it to soothe and soften the skin and it does just that! Although after 24 hours my left arm wasnt as soft and supple as my right Personally, I would choose Aveeno over Soap and Glory every time!

easy body physical exfoliation
**not my photo! While I love a good chemical exfoliant for my face, I really find that it’s not really enough for the skin on my body. I use a glycolic acid body wash almost every day and I still end up with sticky skin even after I moisturize. I’ve tried body scrubs and while they can be effective, I feel like I waste a lot of product because it dissolves so easily. I also find that my chest, especially between my boobs, has these little bumps and it gets somewhat oily . I was listening to the “Fake Doctors, Real Friends” podcast (ANYBODY A “SCRUBS” FAN???!!!), and they mentioned washing their bodies with washcloths. So I decided to try it! I just took an old face washcloth that is a little more on the rough side rather than the soft and I lathered it up with my Dove - Beauty Bar Soap and began scrubbing all over my body. While I’m sure it doesn’t match the intensity of a Korean scrub, I imagine it’s a step toward that amazing exfoliation treatment. As soon as I stepped out of the shower, I could feel the smoothness of my skin and my body lotion went on very smoothly with minimal stickiness. I love how easy it is to use a washcloth and although all the bumps and the sweaty feeling on my chest isn’t completely gone, I love how smooth it immediately makes my skin feel. I have a ton of washcloths and I always use a new washcloth each time I exfoliate, and I always follow up with my Aveeno - Daily Moisturizing Lotion to seal in the moisture. I’ve been wanting to try a dry brush if anyone has recommendations! What other ways do you use to exfoliate your body?

How to get beautiful, glowing skin :)
Here is what I do to get that nice glowy, dewy look in the morning. I start by holding an almost hot towel to my face and leaving it for about half a minute. Rub the towel on your skin to wake it up. Once dry, use a moisturizer. I use Aveeno - Daily Moisturizing Lotion because it's light on the skin, not oily, and abosrbs quickly. After I use my sukin eye cream sukin - Eye Serum to brighten up my eyes. This product is all natural without harmful chemicals like PEGs and parabens and works on all skin types. I go ahead with#Rejuva Minerals - Loose concealer powder[products]#[FiveStars] to cover up my under eye circles a bit and redness on my nose. Follow with light blush in the cheeks, I use #Rejuva Minerals - Peach Pink pressed blush[products]#[FiveStars] because it give your face that full, awake look. There you go, an all natural, less than five minutes look. Follow with mascara if you're looking for a bolder eye.

✨ nighttime skincare routine video! ✨
Someone asked me to share my skincare routine so here is a video of my nighttime routine! I usually like to shower in the evening to get the dirt and sweat from the day off my body and to ensure I am clean when my head hits the pillow. My skincare routine actually starts before I hop into the shower. I always always double cleanse, so before I hop into the shower, I remove the makeup, sunscreen, and dirt off my face with BOBBI BROWN - Soothing Face Cleanser Oil . I love this oil cleanser because it’s soothing, it melts my makeup and sunscreen off, and I can feel my dead skin flakes coming off my face. Then while I’m in my shower, I use the LA ROCHE-POSAY - Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Face Cleanser . It feels milky and gel-like for a great hydrating cleanse! As soon as I step out of the shower, I wrap my hair in a towel and get to moisturizing my body. My current body lotion is the Aveeno - Daily Moisturizing Lotion . I don’t even touch my face. It does dry up a little when I’m lathering up my body, so before I continue with the rest of my skincare routine, I splash some cold water on my face and neck so it’s prepped for my routine. Sometimes I’ll let my face air dry a bit (until it’s still slightly damp), but other times I’ll lightly remove the excess water with a face towel. Then I go in with the following products to get my nighttime glow: Toner: PAULA'S CHOICE - Pore-Reducing Toner Hydration: Curél - Moisture Facial Lotion Enrich (3 pumps) HERITAGE STORE - Vegetable Glycerin(I got min from a CVS, it’s not Heritage Store but any pure vegetable glycerin works, mix 2 drops with Curél facial lotion) The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 (can’t wait to finish this up and try out THE inkey LIST - Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum) Treatment: The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Eye Cream: GLOW RECIPE - Avocado Melt Retinol Eye Sleeping Mask Moisturizer: CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion Lips: Aquaphor - Healing Ointment Skin Protectant Let that sink in and dry for a few minutes Acne Treatment: #Perrigo - Tretinoin Cream 0.1%[products]#[FiveStars] (prescription only) #Allergan - Azelex Azelaic Acid Cream 20%[products]#[FiveStars] (prescription only) Antioxidant: dear, klairs - Fundamental Watery Oil Drop Moisturizer: CeraVe - CeraVe Moisturising Cream Oil: The Ordinary - 100% Organic Cold Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil (2 drops) #365 Everyday Value - 100% Essential Oil Tea Tree[products]#[FiveStars] (1 drop mixed in with rosehip oil) Eyebrows and Eyelashes: TROPIC ISLE LIVING - Jamaican Black Castor Oil Lmk what you think! ✨💞✨💞
