Therapy Session Hair Mask
Why It's SpecialThis is by far THE BEST hair product I have ever bought. I've had problems with dry hair from over shampooing and well/hard water and this hair mask makes it like I have never had any hair problems ever. It makes my hair extremely soft and bouncy, and I don't want to style it or anything afterward.
What It Doesdeep condition • strengthen • repair Argan oil feeds hair with vitamins and nutrients, while Keravis™ delivers optimal anti-breakage benefits and is scientifically proven to dramatically increase strength and flexibility.

Products + Styles for Long, Fine, Blonde Hair✨
As the title says, my hair is currently long, fine, and blonde (part natural, part bleach😜). Maintaining healthy hair while dealing with these elements can be tricky sometimes so I’m here to show you some of my favourite products for keeping my hair toned, long, and healthy. With my hair type, I mainly focus on hydration, repairing/prevention, toning, and texture (with my hair being fine + straight I like to give it a boost of texture). First up, let’s talk shampoo. I wash my hair about 2-3 times per week and I rotate between a purple shampoo, clarifying/detox shampoo, and a regular shampoo. What I’ve been using lately are - • KRISTIN ESS - The One Purple Shampoo this one works soooo well to tone all of the brassiness out of my hair AND it’s affordable. The one con IMO is it’s very heavily fragranced. • DRUNK ELEPHANT - Cocomino Glossing Shampoo this is what I’ve been using as a detox shampoo and it works pretty well - not the best and not the worst. It has a nice light scent and does leave my hair feeling very clean. Downside to this one is the price tag, it’s pretty expensive for such a small bottle. IGK - Low Key Cleansing Walnut Scalp Scrub I recently started incorporating a scalp scrub into my routine; this one works decently well but I have a hard time getting the product to my scalp. BUT if/when I do, I love the cooling peppermint feeling it leaves behind on my scalp. Next up, I try to use a mask or deep conditioner once a week. I’ve been using the eva·nyc - Therapy Session Hair Mask and it’s quite nice. It leaves my hair feeling soft and hydrated but again, it’s quite heavily fragranced which I don’t love. Now this next product is my holy-grail...seriously I am obsessed with it and sing its praises. The KEVIN.MURPHY - Kevin.Murphy Young.Again rescued my dead, bleached ends and brought my hair back to life and helped it to grow long and healthy for the first time in over 10 years. I don’t know what else to say...it’s magic and you need it. Lastly, some styling products I’ve been loving are - • davines - This is a Sea Salt Spray this isn’t a super drying salt spray like some I’ve tried in the past; it gives my hair some grip and texture without the crunchiness. It also has a light vanilla musk scent that I love! • KEVIN.MURPHY - Shimmer Me Blonde this spray contains violet reflects to help tone out brassiness in blonde hair and it’s sooo pretty. It’s like a light oil in texture and feels more like a treatment than a styling product - another Kevin Murphy product I’m in love with!! As for styles, some of my most worn are - • air dried • flat iron waves • half up pony • half up top knot • all up top knot • centre part • deep side part • scrunchies always What are your favourite hair products for your hair type?!
DRUNK ELEPHANT-Cocomino Glossing Shampoo
Today’s post is a product comparison between @amika soul food nourishing mask and @evahairnyc therapy session hair mask. ✨ Eva’s therapy session is a very whipped creamy texture with argan oil and Keravis that provides vitamins and nutrients for your hair. I’ve used this products two ways.. the first in replace of my conditioner (letting it sit a bit longer) the second, and my favorite way, is to put this in my hair and leave it overnight washing it out in the morning. My hair dries so silky smooth and with NO frizz! I really feel like this has great long term benefits. ✨Amika’s soul food is a thicker, more waxy, heavier texture that is harder to apply in wet hair evenly. The major ingredient is sea buckthorn which has tons of vitamins and nutrients and is featured in all of Amika’s products. I don’t get any results from using this product. I’ve tried a bunch of times pairing it with different shampoos and my hair doesn’t feel any different afterwards. I’ve gone through almost this entire travel size testing the product. 🤷🏻♀️ In conclusion: I recommend therapy session over soul food but both have 5 star ratings on Sephora, google etc. Therapy session is half the price and double the size if you’re on a budget! Fun fact: Amika and Eva NYC are manufactured by the same company called Heat Makes Sense.

💕caring for naturally curly hair💕
Briogeo - Don’t Despair, Repair! Super Moisture Shampoo for Damaged Hair eva·nyc - Therapy Session Hair Mask 💕 styling & caring for my natural hair is very important, as I have very thick, curly hair that is dry and also heat and chemical damaged (bleach and keratin) 💕I don’t wash my hair as often as many others do, at most I do 2 washes a week although lately it’s been more like once a week. 💕 I must deep condition my hair at least once a week. The mask im using right now seems to be working well, it’s my replacement for my Briogeo hair mask. 💕 I also tend to use shampoo that’s made to rehydrate and help restore moisture to dry, brittle hair. 💕the video shows my step by step process of washing my hair before styling it afterwards either by blow drying it or applying a leave in conditioner and allowing it to air dry. #CheriePartner

quench thirsty hair 💕
💕The eva·nyc - Therapy Session Hair Maskis a deep conditioning hair mask which promises to moisturize, repair and strengthen dry, damaged hair 💕ingredients in this mask Include keravis protein, buckthorn and Argan oil 💕i began running low on my Briogeo don’t despair, repair deep conditioner but my budget wasn’t allowing me to spend $36 to replace it 💕I saw the Eva nyc hair mask while browsing target ($14.49) and decided to give it a try especially since it has many positive reviews 💕so far I have only used it one time, as I still have some Briogeo left. Based on my first use, it did leave my hair feeling soft and allowed for easy detangling while in the shower. I may have to switch up what shampoo I pair it with though. 💕I will update in the future once I’ve used it a couple more times.

My absolutely favorite Eva NYC products are from the Mane Magic 10-in-1line. I notice a huge difference when I’ve used other products in place of the mane magic shampoo & conditioner. My hair is much shinier, less frizzy and crazy and way more hydrated. I love adding the primer and styling mouse to my routine. The primer easily detangles my knotty hair and the mouse reduces my frizz by a ton! My hair has become much more greasy this summer. Typically I’d be able to go a few days without washing but lately my hair appears dirty just after day one. The Freshen Up dry shampoo has helped absorb excess oils and make my hair look newly washed!
