DUPE: MAC VS. COLOURPOP
As a fashionable girl, lip stick is a must for daily routine. In the process of pursuing beauty, we need to protect our lip and then lip base is also a necessity. Today I would share my feelings about those two similar products, MAC Prep + Prime and Colorpop lippie primer. MAC Prep + Prime ($19, 0.05oz): I bought this one since it was on sale and at a good price. At first, I thought it was the same as a regular lip balm, but this is different. It makes your lips smooth as even, and it does not change the texture of the lipstick you put right after. I love it sooooooo much! This one is truly a preparation and prime for lipsticks. In addition, it smells a little sweet which does not bother me at all. The only issue is that it is only 0.05oz but for $19, I believe it is not the most cost-efficient one. Colorpop lippie primer ($7,0.035oz): It is also a color-free lipstick base. When I apply this onto my bare lip, my slip will instantly feel smooth and hydrated, creating a perfect base without diluting the pigmentation of all lip products. If you buy this one during a promotion season, you may feel it is a real magic since its perfect product experience and low price. You should have a try of this one and I believe you would recommend this kind of lip prime to your friends. As for me, Colorpop wins!!! Although MAC has a good performance on many aspects, Colorpop is worth it due to its high cost-efficient. I mean the dupe one work beyond my expectation and it can definitely replace MAC!
Loving this trio for the perfect nude lips
Firstly, the Prep + Prime Lip is amazing! It creates the perfect base for matte lipsticks. It helps fill in your fine lines by creating a smooth canvas (eg. Smoother looking lips). It prevents the lip colour from bleeding and feathering. Application feels very smooth and it hydrates my lips well. But most importantly, it provides longer lasting colour! I found that I only need to reapply my lipstick only once after a meal! I love the colour combination of ‘Down to Art’ and ‘Boldly Bare’. It is subtle but enhances my natural lip colour, making it the perfect mlbb shade. It has been my go-to daily lip colour

Fun, Easy, and Semi Work + School Appropriate Halloween Makeup to Do at Home #3 Miley Cyrus “Midnight Sky” single cover inspired purple retro vibe makeup. For eyes, I use a purple shimmer shade all over the upper lid. Then I go in with a shimmer wine red eye shadow along both my upper and lower lash lines, blending out a little bit. Then I use a glittery deep purple eyeshadow as an eyeliner to deepen and define the outer corners. For lips, I used a blue red lipstick with a bit of gloss on top. Then in the face, a LOT of silver tone highlighter all over my cheeks, inner corners, center of the lids, even under eye and forehead. If you want to have satin lips, pay attention to lip treatments!
My lips are extremely dry in both summer and winter. In addition to using a lip base, I also need to choose the right lipstick or lip gloss. First of all, I use MAC - Prep + Prime Lip Primerwhich is about $25. The texture is paste - like, colorless, transparent and odorless, but very easy to use. At first, I bought it because I was recommended by my friends. I like matte color lipstick, while matte color lipstick is relatively dry, often showing deep lip lines. Every night I put on Lamer lip balm and let it moisturize overnight, then I need to drink plenty of water to provide my daily hydration needs. Before applying lip balm, a Mac base is used to make lips smooth and moist, followed by lipstick that you like. Most Givenchy and Armani lipsticks are dry or matte, and their colors are more suitable for winter. YSL, which is also my favorite cosmetics brand, has various colors and is very suitable for girls of different ages. YVES SAINT LAURENT - Vinyl Cream Lip Stain Today I would like to recommend the hype color of YSL -- 416. It will not be particularly sticky and greasy. It is suitable for daily makeup look. The color is like tomato with a little brownish red. Although it is lip stain, you'd better do lip treatment as I said before.

My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.Feb. 17
