I’d rather get COAL than this moisturizer...
I’d rather get COAL than this moisturizer...
Neutrogena - Oil Free Acne Moisturizer I’d rather get coal than this oil-free acne moisturizer by neutrogena. PRODUCT FUNCTION lightweight gel/cream moisturizer that is SUPPOSED to clear breakouts TARGET CONCERNS acne, blackheads, dull skin TEXTURE/CONSISTENCY sticky gel/cream that doesn’t take long to absorb MY THOUGHTS I had high hopes for this moisturizer, but wow did it let me down. I only used it for a week, but by the end of the week my skin was feeling dry, and I was getting little red bumps everywhere. I hated this because it left an oily film on my skin, and CAUSED breakouts, rather than cleared them. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy because it only makes your skin worse. Although it is affordable, it is not worth the price at all seeing the horrible stuff it has done to my skin.

My night time routine!
My night time routine!
Cetaphil - Daily Facial Cleanser - I use this first to get rid of most of my makeup. Simple - Micellar Cleansing Water - then I use this to remove the rest of my makeup and to double cleanse equate - 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment Gel - I then use this gel on my acne (not every day) Neutrogena - Oil Free Acne Moisturizer - I finish off with this moisturizer. I plan to get one soon without fragrance however this one does the trick.

Hi everyone! I decided to start a skin care routine in quarantine since I never had one before. So I started with cleaning my face twice a day with Clean&Clear - Daily Acne Skincare Essentials Set with Foaming Facial Cleanser, Deep Cleaning Astringent & Dual Action Moisturizer, Oil-Free, 3 And moistures with Neutrogena - Oil Free Acne Moisturizer And applying the two famous Ordinary serum The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 So the first picture is what happened to my skin after 3-4 weeks of doing this routine! And the second picture is after I stopped applying anything to my skin after 7 days! I don’t think what happened to my skin is because of the ordinary products because I started applying them one week after washing and moisturizing my skin! And I also don’t know which of the first two products ( either the cleanser or moisturizer) caused this! If anyone had the same situation or can help me and suggest what cleanser and moisturizer I should use!

Maskne? Here are some tips that can help you!
Someone told me that wearing a mask for a long time can lead to acne, I hope that I can do something to help you at this particular time. 1️⃣  Wash your face with a gentle cleanser every day. If you have oily skin, you can have a salicylic acid cleanser. This helps to kill the bacteria.   THE inkey LIST - Salicylic Acid Acne + Pore Cleanser 2️⃣  Use light, sensitive skin moisturizers to fight with your acne. Give up the irritating one! I recommend theNeutrogena - Oil Free Acne Moisturizer. 3️⃣  Add adapalene or other at night. 4️⃣  If you have sensitive skin, please minimize makeup when you go out with a mask. 5️⃣  And another important thing, you can try a different material mask to get rid of acne. Maybe you're just allergic to the material of the masks. Thanks for reading, remember do not take off your mask and mind social distancing guidelines!

This product is marketed as an oil free acne moisturizer with a pink grapefruit scent. It is advertised to clear breakouts while providing moisture to your skin. It contains salicylic acid which is used to treat acne. The product has a lightweight lotion consistency of a white color. It applies easily and smoothly. When I initially got this product a few years ago, I had already gotten my acne problem mostly under control with other products. I just needed a moisturizer that would keep my skin the way it was while preventing new acne from popping up. This product seems like it would be a good fit for me since it moisturizes well it’s ingredients help to control breakouts. I started using this daily as a moisturizer for about a month, and I did notice changes to my skin. It made my skin feel tight, but not exactly dry. It was also not moisturized. I felt like it kept my skin right in between and did not have as moisturizing of an effect as it claims to have. While using the product, I did not notice significantly fewer pimples. Honestly, it is hard to tell what this product does at all. At this point I still have the product and I only use it as a spot treatment when I do break out. Since it does contain salicylic acid, it has some effect on pimple recovery. I feel pretty neutro (gena) towards this product. I think there are better options out there. However this one is pretty affordable and has a pleasant scent. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5 stars) Neutrogena - Oil Free Acne Moisturizer
