Hi guys👋🏻⁣ ⁣ Today, i’d like to share my current top three moisturizer favorites. ⁣ I still have plenty that I love, these are just ones I have been using religiously from the past months. ⁣ ⁣ These products are great for oily, rosacea and acne-prone skin🥰 ⁣ ⁣ 1. THE inkey LIST - Snow Mushroom Hydrating Gel Moisturizer (my second tube)⁣ ⁣ This moisturizer is formulated with 0.3% Tremella Fuciformis (snow mushroom). It aims to soothe, calm, and reduce the appearance of redness while providing an instant cooling effect. ⁣ The plant extract is a rich source of polysaccharides and is known to have the ability to help hydrate the skin by binding moisture to the surface. The consistency of the Snow Mushroom moisturizer is very jelly-like. It looks thick but actually is very lightweight once absorbed by skin. Although it feels sticky to the touch, it works well when applied and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. ⁣ I used to be obsessed with products which give you cooling effect but since most of my faves contain alcohol and fragrance, I had to stop using them -- the Inkey List Snow Mushroom is a very unique find for me and that’s why I love it so much! ⁣ This would also be a worthy product for your summer skincare routine!⁣ ⁣ 2. PROcure - Rosacare Gel (second bottle almost out!)⁣ My skin absolutely loves this gel cream. I did write a review on this before, in which I rated it four out five stars, but let me say now -- it has become one of the best moisturizers I’ve ever used! When I started using retinoid, this cream (and TO niacinamide) has helped my skin so much in coping with the mild irritation but also helped control my redness and flushing. I also used to work as a cook, I would always go home with an extremely red itchy face which further triggered my acne flare ups. This has always done a great job in calming as well as keeping my skin overall balanced. This is very lightweight, non-irritating and has a slight green color to it that helps even out skin tone (but does not completely cover). ⁣ I would say this works better than any other product of its kind. If you have rosacea or is prone to flushing — consider trying this one. I will definitely keep repurchasing it. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 3. Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream (just finished, third bottle on the way🤗)⁣ Seriously, who hasn’t used this one yet? This moisturizer does not disappoint. ⁣ This hydrates skin without making it oily and leaves it feeling smooth and soft. Although it glides on like silk when first applied (at least on my oily skin), this does not feel heavy or clogging at all. It also works really well for daytime and nighttime use, even under makeup. Have never experienced skin irritations or breakouts since using this product. If you’re someone who doesn’t mind a dimethicone based moisturizer, this is must-try!

A healthy skin barrier can solve your problems🌱
A healthy skin barrier can solve your problems🌱
A healthy skin barrier can solve your skin problems! 🌱⁣ ⁣ 𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫?⁣ It is the outermost layer of the epidermis - stratum corneum - which functions as both a chemical and physical shield against pollutants, bacteria, irritants, etc.. ⁣ ⁣ A healthy skin barrier can slow down aging and even help acne heal quicker while lessening its severity. When the barrier is intact, your skin appears plump, and smooth, but when it’s compromised, skin becomes dehydrated, dull, and more prone to sun damage and irritation. ⁣ Sensitivity to products, tendency to break out, acne and chronic dry skin are all signs of a weakened skin barrier. ⁣ ⁣ Your barrier’s health has a direct impact on how your skin looks, feels, and how it ages!⁣ ⁣ 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠:⁣ 1. Over-cleansing⁣ 2. Over-exfoliating⁣ 3. Washing your face using hot water⁣ 4. Using alcohol-based toner and fragrance-containing products⁣ 5. Unprotected exposure to sun’s UV rays ⁣ ⁣ 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐝𝐨: ⁣ ⁣ ~ Hydrate continuously! A damaged epidermis requires moisture, so keeping your face and body well hydrated is critical in the fight to restore your barrier. Moisture-binding humectants such as glycerin, sorbitol, and hyaluronic acid are my favorites. ⁣ ⁣ ~ 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬! An occlusive ingredient provides a protective seal over the surface of the skin and is critical to prevent loss of hydration. When choosing a face moisturizer, I always look for Dimethicone. If you have dry skin, choose a moisturizer with shea butter. For extra dry skin in the body, petrolatum will be your best friend. If you want something lighter than petrolatum, go for silicone based lotions. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐌𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: ⁣ dimethicone, glycerin, ceramides, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, oat and aloe extract.⁣ ⁣ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: p.s all fragrance-free⁣ ⁣ 𝐎𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧: ⁣ 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐬 - ceramides, niacinamide, dimethicone, HA. affordable and effective. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐍𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 - dimethicone based. Basic, lightweight, but does a great job. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐞𝐥 - my top recommendation for oily and sensitive skin. Wonderful for people with rosacea. Calms, hydrates, and protects skin with dimethicone, aloe extract and licorice root. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐧:⁣ ⁣ 𝐄𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 - has panthenol and shea butter. Pretty no-nonsense. Although it has shea butter, I find this actually lightweight enough for oily skin. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐋𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐮𝐦𝐞 - multi-purpose soothing balm for dry skin irritations. Has glycerin, shea butter, panthenol. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐤 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐢 - Glycerin based and combines signal peptides and amino acids. Has a long ingredients list, but overall still worked well with me. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐱 𝐔𝐥𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 - contains Riceramide®-3 blend of plant-based ceramides, natural essential fatty acids and cholesterol, combined with soothing emollients and hyaluronic acid to help relieve chronically dry skin. ⁣ ⁣ ❣️𝐏𝐲𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐮𝐥 is a fragrance-free brand and uses a variety of root extracts and gentle ingredients to promote barrier restoration. I highly recommend the brand too!⁣ ⁣ 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐝𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧:⁣ Vaseline, Aquaphor or 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (lanolin-free)⁣ ⁣ 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐋𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: ⁣ 𝐀𝐯𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐨 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐋𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧- formulated with soothing oatmeal and rich emollients.⁣ ⁣ 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓: Don’t forget your 𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐬! Find one you’ll love wearing every day❣️

Here’s how to take care of oily acne-prone skin☺
Here’s how to take care of oily acne-prone skin☺
Most of us acne patients suffer from oily skin. Excess sebum produced by our skin may clog pores which eventually leads to acne. In this post, I’d like to share my top tricks in controlling my oily acne-prone skin and hopefully be able to help even at least one of you 🙈☺️⁣ ⁣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐎𝐬: ⁣ ⁣ 1. 𝐃𝐎 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐲. This has always worked for me. Sometime before, I tried not washing my face in the AM and it just made me so much oilier during the day resulting in more breakouts. Importantly, remember to wash your face every after workout too. Sweat combined with sebum is a perfect recipe for acne and skin irritation.⁣ ⁣ 𝟐. 𝐃𝐎 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐡. Although salicylic acid cleanser helped tremendously in my teenage years, it isn’t necessarily beneficial for me now that my skin is more dehydrated and my skin barrier compromised. Salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide cleansers may still help on days when you’re feeling extra oily but resist using it daily. Use a gentle foaming face wash from Vanicream, Hada Labo, Cerave.⁣ ⁣ 𝟑. 𝐃𝐎 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚 𝐦𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲. You can have oily skin and dehydrated skin at the same time. Because your face is not hydrated enough, your glands may overcompensate for the lack of moisture by producing more oils. Do not ever skip this step! Your best option is to use an oil-free, non-comedogenic moisturizer like Paula’s Choice Clear Oil-Free Moisturizer, Neutrogena oil-free and hydroboost gel cream, and if you have rosacea too, use procure rosacare gel. ⁣ ⁣ 𝟒. 𝐃𝐎 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐮𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. SPF 30+ or up should always be worn especially for oily skin. Unprotected sun exposure can lead to more acne flare-ups. Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide mineral sunscreens are your top options. Zinc doesn’t only protect skin but also helps calm irritated skin. My favorites are Elta MD physical and Purito Water, Clinique Broad Spectrum, .. If you like chemical sunscreen better, I highly recommend Eucerin and Sun BUm. ⁣ ⁣ 𝟓. 𝐃𝐎 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. Keratolytic ingredients such as benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid that are available over-the-counter can be your best friends when used properly. It is important to note that when using an active, stick to a minimal skincare routine to reap the best results and use of one acne treatment at a time is a must, especially if you’re just starting out. If you have moderate to severe acne, I would go for Differin Adapalene gel or a retinoid such as Retin-A and Atralin. Retinoids may not only get rid of your acne but also heal and renew your skin in the deeper layers. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐎𝐍’𝐓𝐬:⁣ ⁣ 𝟏. 𝐃𝐎𝐍'𝐓 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫-𝐞𝐱𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞. Over-exfoliating is probably something we’re all once obsessed with. Unfortunately, this habit can only lead us to a damaged skin barrier thus, compromising our skin’s own ability to heal itself. It’s best to limit the use of exfoliating ingredients twice a week when starting or one exfoliating acid/active at a time once a day after your skin has adjusted. ⁣ ⁣ 𝟐. 𝐃𝐎𝐍’𝐓 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. I say it all the time, fragrance in skincare is BAD and does nothing good for you. The use of fragrance in cosmeceutical products is unregulated and companies are not required to disclose all components used in their products. The formulation may have a lot of unknown toxic chemicals that can be harmful to you. Without knowing and often initially not externally evident, fragrance can irritate your skin deep down, cause toxic hormonal effects, and may even cause cancer. Fragrance is a NO-NO for everyone and most especially for acne-prone people or those with other skin diseases. I have suffered the consequences of my bad choices myself. Do yourself a favor and ditch your fragrance-containing products too. ⁣ ⁣ 𝟑. 𝐃𝐎𝐍’𝐓 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐥-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬. Certain types of alcohol such as ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, and alcohol denat. are extremely drying and irritating especially to acne-prone skin. ⁣ ⁣ 𝟒. 𝐃𝐎𝐍’𝐓 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐮𝐩. Always make sure you wash away all makeup and accumulated dirt on the face before you sleep.⁣ ⁣ 𝟓. 𝐃𝐎𝐍’𝐓 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬. Change your pillowcases frequently. I always make sure I sleep on new ones every week. ⁣ ⁣ 𝟔. 𝐃𝐎𝐍’𝐓 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞. Picking at your acne can only add dirt and germs to your skin and may cause more issues. Frequently wash your hands if you’re an absent-minded face rubber or cover the pimples with acne patches. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐌 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 (𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐧𝐞-𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐞)⁣ 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐫 - VANICREAM - Gentle Facial Cleanser or CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skinor HADALABO - Deep Moisturizing Whip Foam 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 - Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream or The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐫+ 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 - sun bum - Face Lotion SPF 50 ⁣ 𝐏𝐌 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞: ⁣ 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐫⁣ 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 - Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream or Pyunkang Yul - Essence Toner 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐫 - PROcure - Rosacare Gel 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: janssen - Retino-A 0.05% Tretinoin Cream

✨🌸 What's in my bathroom? 🌸✨
✨🌸 What's in my bathroom? 🌸✨
Hey everyone! This is my first post! 🥰 I decided to start off with this kind of post because this batch of skincare is my first ever! (I have only been consciously aware of my skincare for about two months now) So I'm always reevaluating my routine 😅 My skin type: combination;mostly dry but specifically oily in the creases of my nose. Prone to sensitivity, redness, and dehydration. Lets talk products! ♡CLEANSERS♡ Dr.Ceuracle - Pro Balance Pure Cleansing Oil Love this gentle oil cleanser! I only occasionally wear mascara(not waterproof) and it takes that off no problem with zero eye irritation! ANDALOU NATURALS - CannaCell Cleansing Foam Amazing, gentle, pure foam cleanser! Does not feel drying or make my skin tight after use, even without my oil cleanser! Pyunkang Yul - Low pH Pore Deep Cleansing Foam I have only used this about 3 times; each time after use I seem to get slight irritation, but doesn't last longer than 10-15 minutes or the rest of my products calm it down. ♡TONERS♡ pixi - Rose Tonic I love the rose smell(natural fragrance) and it can be a bit sticky after applying but doesn't bother me. pixi - Vitamin-C Tonic I feel like this toner is a great introduction to Vit C in skincare. I have "virgin" skin so this even tingles a little, but zero irritation even when I do 2-3 layers. COSRX - BHA Blackhead Power Liquid Very hydrating exfoliating toner and it leaves my skin so soft. This does not irritate my sensitive skin at all!(I only use 1-2 times a week) Pyunkang Yul - Essence Toner Honestly underwhelmed for the hype I heard about it. Still giving it a chance. Fleur & Bee - Rose and Shine / Natural Rose Water Toner Just a convenient hydrating mist. ♡SERUMS/OILS♡ Pyunkang Yul - Pyunkang Yul Moisture Serum Very nice to apply, great for layering Krave - Great Barrier Relief 100% WORTH THE HYPE essano - Certified Rosehip Oil I can't rate this yet(only used once so far) but overall first application was soothing! ♡MOISTURIZERS♡ Krave - Oat So Simple Water Cream Personally not hydrating enough alone for my dry skin, but a great base cream for me to layer with others due to the clean ingredients list. Pyunkang Yul - Pyunkang Yul Moisture Cream Great cream; however, the lid does have some black flakes of something that fall into the product when screwing it on and off. Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream Mediocre gel cream, not hydrating enough for me and the ingredients aren't the greatest. ANDALOU NATURALS - Luminous Night Cream Purple Carrot + C I love the thickness of this, but sometimes I wake in the morning with a weird tight flilmy feeling on my face. #Murad - Age Reform Perfecting Night Cream[products]# Honestly just bought this because it was on clearance😅 so we'll see how it goes Up next: my first detox mask, my sunscreens and a natural deodorant! ♡🌸✨

The gel that saved my dry skin!
The gel that saved my dry skin!
No one knows the struggle of dry skin until someone asks you in the midst of winter if you’re peeling from a sunburn and you reply “no, my skin is just that dry”. 🥴😩 I have struggled with extreme dry skin my whole life! To the point that wearing any type of makeup was embarrassing because it would flake off and look ridiculous and splotchy. Well I’ve been seeing an esthetician for awhile now and I begged for an AFFORDABLE and EASY skincare routine...and she gave me just that! I’ve been using this Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream for 6 months now and LOVE IT!!! My dry skin is still there at times but it’s SOOOOO much better. What I really love about this gel, is that when you put it on, it makes your face feel glossy...you don’t actually rub it in like a lotion. You let the gel soak into your skin! (How crazy right?) it has a super mild clean smell so it’s so refreshing for your nightly routine. I only use it at night since during the day I tend to wear makeup and I don’t want to wait for the gel to soak in before I apply makeup. So thankful to have affordable GOOD products for my skin. I have tried several different products like Ponds extra dry face creams, CerVe lotion even washed my face less (I know gross but I was so dry!) extra moisturizing face washes, but nothing really worked! ✨If y’all struggle with the same thing as me, try this!!! I promise you won’t regret it. ✨

LET'S TALK GEL MOISTURIZERS! 💧
LET'S TALK GEL MOISTURIZERS! 💧
OILY SKIN FRIENDS THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! I never looked back once I introduce gel moisturizers into my routine. I used to have pretty oily skin but now it's closer to combo, most oils are in the t-zone. I spent a lot of time using products & creating a routine that would easy my oil production. Some things worked, some things didn't, such is life but I'm here to share with you why gel moisturizers are the best & rate a few I have personally tried. Here's some reasons why I've consistently kept this type of product in my routine: Non-greasy & lightweight hydration — Most days wearing a cream moisturizer can weigh down on my skin. I can swipe it on and not feel like I need to blot or even worry about checking in the mirror. They're great for oilier skin types because they absorb QUICKLY and DEEPLY! Oil-free formulation — Free of thick oils that can just worsen the situation, this will be comfortable & can even help maintain your oil. As you can see this is definitely great for keeping comfortable hydration especially in those that don't feel good about wearing anything too thick on the skin. This kind of moisturizer is also great for athletes & warmer temperatures, it'll seep into the skin with ease. Most of all, I can't express this enough it's GREAT FOR OILY SKIN! If you want to control oil production I recommend researching what products (serums, creams, mists, etc.) will help. Not just ingredients! Let's start with ratings.... GARNIER - SkinActive Water Rose 24H Moisture Cream I wanted to love this! Honestly it felt like water but it didn't feel like it was doing everything I needed. Felt like I was using more than I normally do with other products. Also, minor but there was product build up around the edges of the pot like it would dry there? I would clean it off but it was something I hadn't seen before. Simple - Water Boost Gel Cream This was okay but the bottle is TINY! I needed to repurchase way too soon. The texture was there, felt thick but smooth on the skin. I really just wish I could get more. GARNIER - SkinActive Rose Water 24H Moisture Gel I like this WAY better than the potted cream. I don't think the rose aspect made that big of a difference though. I couldn't attach fully to this only because it felt how it should but not above & beyond. It was thicker than the cream by a long shot. I love the matted packaging. Overall, it's okay but we deserve better! Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream TO BE CLEAR THIS IS THE EXTRA DRY EDITION! It contains HA (hyaluronic acid) & it's my favorite right now. I have tried both versions and with this I notice the long term hydration! My skin still feels smooth at the end of the day. As always: What works for me may or may not work for you so DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! Thanks for reading. 🤍
