This is my basic morning skincare routine, and sometimes I’ll add a mask after my double cleanse - either a moisturizing or cleansing one depending on my skin that day and the climate. BTW I PROMISE I CLEANSED MY FOREHEAD BUT I HAD TO TRIM THE VIDEO DOWN TO A MINUTE SO IT LOOKS LIKE I NEVER CLEANSED MY FOREHEAD 😂 I used to have major hormonal acne problems that up until about 2 weeks ago I have been treating with Epiduo. I just started using the oil cleanser, essence, serum, and moisturizer in the video, so I’m not sure how it will react with my skin in the long run, but so far I am LOVING the results! Whenever I would use Epiduo, I always woke up with flaky and super tight skin. Since I have been using hyaluronic acid, my face has been feeling smooth and moisturizer right when I get out of bed! Let’s see how it goes in the next few weeks 🤞 I can’t wait to start using this awesome platform to discuss skincare with you!

Anyways let’s still make it work, you’ll find half of the review in pictorial form and half written as usual. To read what the product claims and my experience with this product S W I P E👉🏼👉🏼 . I have been using @cetaphilus for more than a year now and by far it’s in my Top drugstore Favs. Let’s break down the products shall we? 🧫The first two ingredients it has which means the ingredients of the highest concentrations are water and glycerin. Which are super mild and suitable for any skin type. They don’t cause irritation at all. 🧫Well we all know what sweetheart glycerin is but lemme still give you the parameter 😉. Glycerin acts as a humectant, which is a substance that allows skin to retain its moisture. Further, it increases skin hydration, relieves dryness and refreshes the skin’s surface. It also acts as an emollient, which means it softens skin. 🧫Next on the list is a math equation(pun intended )PEG-200 Hydrogenated Glyceryl Palmate which is a surfactant-solubilizing agent, cleansing, emulsifying, and solvent. 🧫Now in short we will understand the role of Butylene Glycol- is a water soluble derivative of petroleum and it has many different roles in skincare formulations. But, does it actually do something for our skin? Well yes it does. It acts as a humectant, which means it binds water and pulls in hydration to the outer layer of the skin. Enhances penetration, which means help product perform more effectively. It can also function as an emollient by creating a barrier on the skin, which prevents water loss and softens and conditions. 🧫Other ingredients are not important for our business today as they are forms of soaps and fillers. However, I’ll explain Masking Fragrance a bit before closing the deal. It simply means that it simply covers up any offensive odors naturally present in the product. Now it doesn’t means that it Is fragrant at all, got it? Will I buy it again? Definitely Worth the price? 💯 Ciao! . #themixedtapeblogger #skincareproducts #skincareguru #skincare #skincarenerds #skincareroutine
Cetaphil-Daily Facial Cleanser
Kiss 💋 Marry 💍 Kill 🔪 - FIRST AID BEAUTY 🚨
💋 KISS 💋 - FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Lip Therapy (smooth application, makes your lips feel HYDRATED 💧, that hydrated feeling lasts for a decent amount of time. No smell really at all or COLOUR 💄which I do prefer in a lip product) FIRST AID BEAUTY - Pure Skin Face Cleanser (non-irritating and very mild 🌝 Reminds me of a fancier Cetaphil - Daily Facial Cleanserremoves makeup, in general a good all purpose cleanser but nothing earth shattering) 💍 MARRY 💍 - FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream (this cream L.I.T.E.R.A.L.L.Y fixed my face 🤯 so so so moisturizing and soothing. I used to have dry, painful red skin around my nose and suffered this way for at least 10 years-NOT NO MORE 💁♀️ I recommend it to anyone who will listen) FIRST AID BEAUTY - Facial Radiance Pads (these are SUUUUPER popular for a reason, they make my skin feel and look GLOWY 💡 the only downside is that they are pre-moistened pads which is not so eco friendly 🌎 Hack I learned from a very smart Sephora lady: cut the pads in half for twice as many uses 😂) 🔪 KILL 🔪 - FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Hydrating Serum (feels nice going on but my skin feels so THIRSTY 😩 after. See above for more hydrating options) In conclusion: I refer so many friends (and even enemies) to First Aid Beauty they should probably be paying me 💸
Cetaphil-Daily Facial Cleanser
my night time skin care routine 🌜✨
hey guys! so i’ve been wanting to write about my night time skin care routine for a while now because i’m just obsessed with skincare lol. so this is my skin care routine, nothing CRAZZZY , it’s pretty simple and I use affordable products! 1. okay so firstly i remove any makeup that i might have been wearing that day using the reusable cloths that are good for the environment (and trust me.. they actually work!) but, if i wasn’t wearing any makeup that day then i skip this step and move on. VENICS - Makeup Removing Cloth Duo 2. next, i cleanse my face using Cetaphil - Daily Facial Cleanser. i absolutely loveeee this product because it is very gentle and has no perfumes (which can be damaging to the skin). this cleanser is very basic and can be found at literally any drugstore ever. when i cleanse my face, i make sure to be very gentle and use warm water to open up my pores a bit. 3. after i cleanse my face it’s time for toner! this just helps to remove any excess dirt, traces of oil, and makeup. it also can correct and balance the pH level of your skin and helps control acne! i am acne prone so the toner that i use is good for my acne Murad - Clarifying Toner. but, this can get expensive over time (around $25) so if i ever want to buy a cheaper version of this... i buy THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Mistwhich is cheaper! (always make sure to get your products alcohol free!!!!) 4. nowww i use an acne serum The Ordinary - Retinol 0.5% in Squalanewhich works very well for my acne spots! 5. lastly, i use a moisturizer Cetaphil - Cetaphil Facial Night Creamwhich is very gentle on my skin and leaves it feeling healthy and refreshed! (and sometimes if i’m really feeling like going the extra step with my skincare, i’ll use VITAMASQUES - Jade Rollerto roll on my moisturizer). okay... that’s my night time skin care routine!! written out it looks really lengthy and drawn out but i promise this takes me about 5 minutes and it’s super simple!
Cetaphil-Cetaphil Facial Night Cream
Product that helped ME with acne!
CeraVe - AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 This product worked miracles for my skin, and got rid of my pimples when nothing else was helping. I used this both morning and night as a moisturizer, and it helped me so much. You can find this on amazon, or many drugstores, and is pretty affordable for a sunscreen/moisturizer. ⚠️❗️PLEASE keep in mind that the products that work for me, may not work for everyone. Everyone’s skin is different, and I cannot promise you that this will work. :) Cetaphil - Daily Facial Cleanser This is the cleanser I use twice a day. I have oily skin, so the dryness that some people might feel when using this didn’t really effect me, but if you have dryer skin, I would recommend the: Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser or the CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser I really hope this helped anyone struggling with their skin!! Remember, acne doesn’t make you any less beautiful ♥️

MY SKINCARE JOURNEY SO FAR
this is my first post lol but anyways I’ve tried sooo many products (just like everyone else who struggles with acne). i don’t have a definite answer as to the magic cure (since everyone’s skin is different and what works for me might not work for you). anywaysss MY SKIN TYPE: personally, i have combination skin. my t-zone can get pretty oily but the rest of my face (mostly my cheeks) is normal. the majority of my acne is on my forehead, nose, and chin. on my forehead i get normal pimples and a few blackheads and also i have a lot of acne scars there (i also get a lot of pimples in my hairline). on my nose is pretty much all blackheads. on my chin is mostly blackheads with a few whiteheads here and there. recently, ive also been getting these small bumps (pimples) on my lower cheeks. PRODUCTS I DONT LIKE: some products that i don’t like are: ST. Ives - BLACKHEAD CLEARING GREEN TEA SCRUB . personally, it just didn’t work like it said it would. all of my acne remained no matter how long i used this face wash. CLINIQUE - Moisture Surge 72-Hour Auto-Replenishing Hydrator i used to love this moisturizer so i don’t know if they changed the formula or what. but i feel like it’s too wet and leaves my face feeling oily and just...wet. i can’t think right now of other products i don’t like. PRODUCTS I LIKE: so i got the free trial of curology a few months ago just because i kept seeing all the ads for it being so W O N D E R F U L. honestly my face started clearing up after a few weeks. it’s not TOTALLY clear yet but it’s getting there. so for now i’d definitely recommend the Curology - Curology formula especially since it’s customizable. i personally liked the Curology - The Cleanser and the Curology - The Moisturizer BUT i didn’t wanna pay so much for skincare products every month so instead, i found that curology actually recommends face washes and moisturizers on its website. i’ve been using Cetaphil - Daily Facial Cleanser which it’s not my FAV but it does it’s job pretty well. curology basically recommends any gentle cleanser so there’s my recommendation. as for moisturizer, i’ve been using Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream and it works great! it’s not too oily and it works! i actually just ran out of it (and im planning on trying FORMULA 10.0.6 - Thirst No More Moisturizernext so yeah) That’s all for now :))
