Clear Control 60-Day Kit
Empty: Discontinued, reformulated and replaced?
The Murad Acne Clearing Solution was supposed to help you clear existing acne in no more than 72 hours and stave off the formation of more pesky pimples. It was a gel solution that’s main ingredient is salicylic acid to help fight acne and control oil. It was cruelty free. I am pretty sure it was replaced by Murad - Outsmart Acne Clarifying Treatment, which looks like a gel, but is a blueish color. The old product is not sold at any major retailer — only secondhand places like Overstock, etc. I got this product a while ago from my mother in the Murad - Clear Control 60-Day Kit because I had started breaking out a little. I didn’t use it too frequently after my skin cleared up. I tend to only use it once I get a cluster or acne that is not hormonal. It was the second step after the clarifying cleanser. I used it as a spot treatment when I would get pimples and then all over once it had started clearing up. I don’t think this should be an everyday staple, which may be why they changed it. Rebuy or deny? Meh. If I had a breakout, then I might go and get the kit again. Replacement available in 1.7 oz/ 50 mL for $44 at: 🔘 Sephora 🔘 Ulta 🔘 Murad Cruelty free? Yes.
