Wanna get flawless makeup in summer? You can't miss these 4 products
Many girls are very upset about base makeup in summer. Today I'm going to share my daily base and favorite products, which basically guarantee a refreshing look for the whole day. First of all, the most important thing in summer is our sunscreen. Remember to apply sunscreen half an hour before you go out. The next step is to apply our primerclé de peau BEAUTÉ - Correcting Cream Veil SPF 21. Although the primer I use is a new version of CPB with SPF25, I still have to wear sunscreen due to the sun and UV rays are too strong. If it is winter, I can consider not wearing sunscreen and replace it with a primer with UV protection. CPB primer is recognized as a particularly useful one, which is about $46. My skin is oily, so the foundation I choose isARMANI beauty - Power Fabric Longwear High Cover Foundation SPF 25. It is to suit oily skin. You can brush with sponge or foundation brush. It is about $50 or so. I have high requirements for base makeup, so I usually Nars and Make up for Ever, which are also hype brands. But note that it is very important to choose a suitable foundation to make your makeup look smooth. Next is concealer and setting powder. I use ESTĒE LAUDER - Double Wear Radiant Concealerand NARS - Light Reflecting Loose Setting Powder. Concealer is something we use to cover up blemishes on our face after applying a base. And setting powder is for our full face makeup, which will keep our skin from getting oily.

Today I want to take you quickly through my foundation stash. For some I don’t have enough, whereas for others too many. 😄 Promise to be brief, so let’s jump in. 💫 hudabeauty : very high coverage, I cannot use it on its own, but is brilliant combined with Lancome Ultra Wear, thank you for the treat iloveandreea 💫 lancomel Teint Idole Ultra Wear: light to medium coverage, buildable, give the porcelain kind of look, does not accentuate pores or lines, contains fragrance, but it does not bother me. 💫 bareminerals BarePro foundation: very long lasting, light to medium coverage, buildable, a safer option for those who don’t like fragrance, etc. Best suited for combo-oily skin in my opinion. Natural finish 💫 hera Compact Cushion, beautiful, awesome coverage, I have reviewed this, if you’re curious, I can tag you. 💫 armani Power Fabric, my fav high end foundation, I nearly finished a bottle and I have a backup. I have reviewed this as well. 🙌🏻 💫 bareminerals Blemish Rescue Mineral Foundation. Very high coverage, I think it blends really well with the natural oils of combo/oily skin. Initially looks matte, but turns into a satin finish. So easily applied with a BM brush, literally 1-2 mins and I am ready. I receive many compliments when wearing this.

How to create a flawless and matte base makeup? My secret is...
Summer is the season when girls have countless reasons for not wearing foundation especially for those who live in high temperature areas or who have oil-prone skin. Actually the main reason for not wearing makeup lies on the fear that foundation will slide down when temperature rise. So do I. In summer, I wanna my foundation stick firmly to the face, and be sweat and water proof. I have oily skin. Besides, as you can see from the picture, I have redness on my face. I hope my foundation base will cover the redness and pores on my face, and show a flawless matte finish. I want to share with you girls how do I create a flawless and matte foundation base beat the heat outdoors. All I need are a Real Techniques spongeREAL TECHNIQUES - Miracle Complexion Sponge, Giorgio Armani Power Fabric Foundation, and Givenchy setting powder. These products are amazing! With them, I don’t need too much techniques or other concealers, a perfect foundation base will appear! After I finished my skin care routine and makeup primer, I apply my foundation with this Real Techniques sponge in semi-wet. It is so soft and blends out liquid or cream foundation very well. My ARMANI beauty - Power Fabric Longwear High Cover Foundation SPF 25 is creamy, so it’d better to go with semi-wet sponge for better extending on my face. This foundation provides a high coverage with light creamy texture for a naturally flawless, matte finish. With this foundation, I can simply skip the step of concealing and most redness and pores become invisible. And my complexion looks soft, smooth and satin finish. I love how it performs on my skin. Finally, I apply thisGIVENCHY - Prisme Libre Loose Powderto set the foundation. I use the shade 01 mousseline pastel. This powder is so soft, airy and ultra-fine. It brings a sheer matte finish. It totally control the oil and sweat on my face, soften my skin, and keep my face and foundation fresh and dry.

My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.Feb. 17
