Greek Yoghurt Foaming Cream Cleanser
What It IsAn indulgent cream-to-foam, soap-free cleanser that’s formulated with real skin-nourishing Greek yogurt.
What Else You Need to KnowAn ingredient used for centuries in Greece for its smoothing and strengthening properties, Greek yogurt contains two and a half times the protein of regular yogurt. By boosting your skin care routine with protein-rich Greek yogurt, you deliver the same benefits to your skin that protein delivers to your body—helping to nourish, strengthen, and repair. In Greece, this cherished ingredient is used by families and villages for their own unique recipes and beauty remedies that have been passed down from generation to generation. In 2003, KORRES became the world's first brand to incorporate edible Greek yogurt into a skincare formula. This product contains 86.4 percent natural ingredients, and like all KORRES formulations, it is made without petrolatum, mineral oil, silicones, propylene glycol, and ethanolamines. It is dermatologically tested and cruelty-free.

CosRx Cleanser: Honest Review
I recently ran out of my KORRES - Greek Yoghurt Foaming Cream Cleanserand I was in a panic to find something new! I have also been into K-Beauty and this cleanser has been all over the place, so I decided to try it. At $12 I thought it was a pretty good price for a cleanser. I used it for 3 days in a row and hosted my honest opinion: About this product: COSRX - Low PH Good Morning Gel Cleanser (If I could give this 4.5 ⭐️ I would) It’s marketed for all skin types and although it says morning, you can use it day or night. Ingredients: Tea Tree Oil: antibacterial BHA: contains citric acid Primerose: hydrating and nourishing pH balanced: 5.3-6.3 (ideal skin pH) Cruelty, Sulfate, phthalate, alcohol FREE MY EXPERIENCE: My skin is combo and I only really break out during my cycle (yaaah hormonal acne). I don’t have any product sensitivities and I thought I would be fine using this. This cleanser made my dryer areas tight. If you have dry, sensitive, or combo skin I would be careful with this. My oily area was great (maybe this should be for oily skin). I blame it mostly on the citric acid. This BHA has a tendency to dry me out in any product I find it in. Which, is weird because glycolic acid is twice as strong but definitely not as drying. I did notice my oily zone to clear up faster than if I was to treat my acne with CeraVe. Overall I would buy this product if CosRx took out the citric acid and made a better formula.

I Guess My Expectations Were Too High😐😐
I regreted for buying these two cleansers. They have some really good reviews online, and I have friends recommending these to me. So I bought them. After using them for a while, I am a bit disappointed. And there are my thoughts. The first is KORRES - Greek Yoghurt Foaming Cream Cleanser. I personally like foaming cleansers which lather well, but this cleanser doesn't cut it. Most importantly, it doesn't cleanse well and leaves an obnoxious greasy film on the skin after it's washed off with clear water. If I don't use a cleansing device, it might even foam up during my follow-up skincare routine! I only occasionally use it as a morning cleanser now. The other one is Kiehl's - Calendula Deep Clean Foaming Face Wash. I actually really like how it feels on my skin. It creates a delicate and dense foam and doesn't leave the skin dry, but this face wash really smells and looks like glue! Also, there's always some face wash stuck on the pump head which looks like glue once it hardens, but I will still repurchase this face wash if they improve the pump head design. Anyway, they are not bad. I guess they are just too popular these days, so my expectations are too high. You might like these, but I regreted for buying.

FARMACY-Clean Bee Ultra Gentle Facial Cleanser
desert island cleanser - the only one I’ll need!
My skin type: combo, sensitive, acne prone, rosace Skin concerns: acne, redness, hyperpigmentation Claims: + nourishing + gentle enough for sensitive skin + soap free Key ingredients: + Greek yogurt: soothing and strengthening properties, also has probiotics + amaranth seed + honeysuckle Things I like about it: + creamy, like insanely creamy!! + gently foams, but isn’t stripping + pretty basic, and I love that about a cleanser! To me, I don’t want my cleanser to do anything crazy. + smells pretty good, but I can’t place it - it’s very light and doesn’t irritate my nose or skin. + great second cleanse AND good for your AM routine, I usually don’t cleanse in the mornings but can make an exception for this one. + price is good ($26 for this size - but they make a jumbo which is better for your money and a mini so you can try it out!) Things I’m meh about: + packaging is eh, kinda hard to get product out and keep the tube clean (I like pumps for cleansers) + they rebranded and I like this older aesthetic much better unfortunately Overall: + 5/5 + probably my favorite second-cleanser I’ve ever tried.

Current skin & How I Met My Goals ! ✨

AM ROUTINE: summer to fall transition!
Have you thought to change your routine up for the seasons? Do you find yourself needing more hydration in the winter and less active? Do you like minimal AM routines? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you have something in common with me! In addition to all of these traits, my skin type is combo/acne prone/rosacea. In the summer, I sweat a lot - and I want products that (1) easily layer and (2) don’t add to my sweatiness. I look for lightweight, thin products and I don’t really focus on hydration. But for fall, my skin needs more hydration, and less actives in my routine (especially my AM routine). I look for thicker moisturizers and products that are safe for my skin type, including SPF always. Summer AM Routine: seiso JBEAUTY - Fuwafuwa Foaming Cleanser + super cleansing, makes my skin soft, not stripping but ALMOST could be; for this reason I will not be using this in fall/winter. + foams very fast and thick. FARMACY - Daily Greens Oil-Free Gel Moisturizer with Moringa and Papaya + perfect for me for summer, lightweight and oil free and gives the SMOOTHEST finish on my skin. + gently exfoliating and skin-clearing, but for fall and winter I just need straight hydration. Supergoop! - Glowscreen Sunscreen SPF 40 + good for summer because it gave me this amazing glow! + not hydrating at all, unfortunately, so I will be swapping this for something else. AM Fall Routine: KORRES - Greek Yoghurt Foaming Cream Cleanser + mega hydrating, gentle and doesn’t really foam all that much + washes off easily and leaves behind a bit of hydrated radiance schaf - Schaf Moisturizer + very basic, but incredible for the mornings! + hydrating & moisturizing, easy to melt into my skin and stay put PAULA'S CHOICE - YOUTH-EXTENDING DAILY HYDRATING FLUID SPF 50 + absolutely amazing for all seasons, but it’s ability to layer easily and weightlessly makes it perfect for me for fall. + I love how this makes my skin look (smooth, good base for makeup!) #CheriePartner
