The lightweight formula is designed to adjust to your unique complexion for a perfect match every time. - '06' is suitable for tan skin with olive undertones - Free from parabens, silicones, sulfates, phthalates, mineral pil, PEG, petrolatum and gluten - Offers medium to full coverage - Vegan
Why It's SpecialI had high hopes for this, and it definitely exceeded them! Perfect coverage...makes my skin look FLAWLESS. Doesn’t break up on my face or make me look oily. Plus, I also feel like it is an extra layer of skincare.
What It DoesWith 10-second application, imperceptible all-day wear and true nourishment, this tinted oil brings a new definition of the flawless face. As easily applied as a daily moisturizer, the breathable, silky, clean formula instantly evens tone, minimizes pores and erases imperfections while healing the skin underneath. Cushioning avocado oil provides deep hydration; red raspberry seed oil provides reparative and toning benefits; green tea seed oil fights pollution and free radicals; and meadowfoam seed oil locks in moisture and plumps skin. Jojoba seed oil soothes and balances while rosehip seed oil brightens and clarifies.
What It IsA featherweight, medium-coverage satin-finish foundation and deeply hydrating skin elixir in one.
Usage TipsFor medium coverage, shake Tinted Face Oil well to emulsify, then massage 2-4 drops to skin using fingertips just as you would apply a serum or moisturizer. For fuller coverage, use 4-6 drops. For lighter coverage, use 1 drop and apply directly to skin where desired.
What Else You Need to KnowThis weightless, serum-like formula provides sheer coverage and a natural velvety finish that still looks like your skin. It goes on super easy—no heavy feel, cakey look, or tricky application. Each of the 15 ingredients is doing something amazing for your skin to moisturize, soothe, and protect.
10 hours of Kosas tinted face oil!
It’s no secret that Kosas tinted face oil is my FAVORITE foundation. It’s so innovative—I love face oils, I love sheer foundations with a skin-like finish, and this is the perfect blend of both. It has ingredients like green tea seed oil, raspberry oil, jojoba oil, and rosehip oil. It honestly feels like skincare instead of makeup, and it gives me the most glowy beautiful finish (I always use a primer and finish with Milk’s blurring powder). I wear shade 3.0 and it’s perfect for me. Even though my skin is on the oilier side, this never makes me look oily—so oily-skinned gals, no worries! This product can still work for you. I love this product for a lot of reasons, one being that I don’t have to worry about touching it up throughout the day. Other foundations tend to cake around my mouth during the day, but this one never does. The only place where it gets messed up is on the bridge of my nose under where my glasses are, but that’s because they’re constantly in contact with my skin—I don’t think any foundation could stay in place there. As long as my glasses are on, it’s not noticeable anyway. Today I got ready around 8:00am, then me and my husband drove to a nearby town to have a cute exploring date in celebration of (late) Valentine’s. We did a lot of walking in the cold (and a little bit of snow as well), we had coffee and brunch, did some antiquing, then after we came back I did some homework before heading to the grocery store. The last thing I did before removing my makeup was cook dinner, which involved standing by a hot stove for quite a while. As you can see, it held up well and maintained a sheer, skin-like finish that evens out my skin tone but isn’t heavy enough to completely cover every single imperfection. The first picture is in natural light, and the second is in artificial light, for what it’s worth. This product is a little pricey for me—$42 for 1oz—so if you’re considering it, please know that it does hold up throughout the day. In addition, I only use 3-5 drops for my whole face, which is far less than I use with other foundations. I think it’s well worth the money considering this is how it holds up over 10 hours!
Kosas-Tinted Face Oil Foundation
Kosas was founded in 2015 by Sheena Yaitanes (I love a female founded company) she is a mother, wife, chemist and business owner. Her fascination in beauty was sparked at a young age, she was introduced by her mother who also worked in the beauty industry. Sheena combined her love for chemistry, art and business and brought us the amazing Kosas! ✨Tinted Face Oil: This product is described as makeup meets skincare (my dream). Three types of mineral pigment give a medium coverage delivered in a base of six active botanicals. Spoiler I have been loving this. This gives me everything I want. It evens out my skin tone, adds radiance, covers imperfections but still looks like skin. I do still wear concealer with this if I have blemishes, I like to spot conceal underneath the face oil. This just enhances my skin in the most amazing way. I pretty fair and I do wear the shade 01 this is a great match for me. This product does stay on the dewier side, it does dry down a little but I do lightly powder in areas that I need it. It never clings to dry patches or looks cakey which is a big thing I look for. I find that this tinted oil wears off naturally while still giving me a pretty good wear time which is what I prefer! ✨Color & Light Palette: The Kosas cream duos are enriched with marula oil, rosehip seed oil, apricot kernel oil, and green tea. These ingredients hydrate and condition the skin. I have the Helios palette which includes a burnt orange cream blush and a rose gold highlighter. This cream formula is so buttery smooth and luxurious. I love to wear these shades on the face, eyes and lips. The creams blend out like a dream and I still see them hours after application. I have been obsessed with this duo since I got it and I plan to pick up other shades as well. These are gorgeous!

Best foundations for your skin 👀
I have combo acne prone skin! I have to use non-comedogenic makeup products due to avoiding clogged pores. I look for a medium to full coverage foundation that blends in nicely, isnt cakey, doesn’t cling to dry spots, but doesn’t make me super oily. Behold. These products. My favorite ever. it Cosmetics - CC+ Cream with SPF 50+ I have used this for years. It’s super full coverage, less than a pump is plenty for my whole face/neck. The formula comes out thic, almost a cream. I like to thin the formula out a little with a moisturizer sometimes! It has anti-aging ingredients and will make your skin look so flawless. It has collagen, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. it Cosmetics - Your Skin but Better Foundation + Skincare is new to me but I am in love. It cosmetics just knows how to do face base products. This one is super runny and verrrry easy to blend in. I usually need 2-3 pumps for my full face/neck. As the name suggests it has skin loving ingredients! Such as hyaluronic acid, aloe Vera, Hepes acid (gentle exfoliation), vitamin e, vitamin b5 (niacinamide). ILIA - True Skin Serum Foundation is a nice product but definitely doesn’t compare to the two above! It is light/medium coverage in my opinion. The formula is pretty thin and can be built up if needed. This also has skin loving ingredients such as aloe, mastic (refines pores), and squalane. It is also more expensive than the two above! Kosas - Tinted Face Oil Foundation is my least favorite of the three. Since I have combo skin this formula didnt exactly work for my skin type! It clung on to dry patches really bad and accentuated my oily areas (since it is an oil foundation after all). I think this would work better for someone with more normal skin types or if you have dry skin maybe exfoliate before using. As far as application I tried a beauty blender and a brush, the blender worked better for me! It is definitely a build able formula so it has that going for it (I would say this is medium coverage). Has avocado oil, meadow foam oil, red raspberry oil, jojoba oil, camellia oil, and rosehip seed oil. Hope this helps ladies and gents! 🖤 #cheriepartner

Ranking My Foundations/Skin Tints
I currently have 10 foundations and skin tints in my collection. I like all of them except 1 (keep reading), and a couple are nearing empty. I love trying new foundations and would like to purchase 1 or 2, but not until I finish some! **Ranked from least favorite to most favorite** 10. HOURGLASS - Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation Stick I have “alabaster” (a bit too light). I had a sample size I completely used up and bought a full size in 2018. It just...wasn’t the same. It is more on the full coverage side and is very creamy. It looks both dry and oily on me 🤯 Another Cherie user gave me a tip for application so I’ll try this again soon. $46 9-8. Kosas - Tinted Face Oil Foundation I have the shades 3.5 (gifted by the brand) and 2.0. 3.5 is way too dark for me (will de-clutter). I purchased a lighter shade, and it’s much better. It is a dry oil formula and super lightweight. Provides very little coverage. Unfortunately, it clings to my dry patches a little too much. $42 7. CLOVE+HALLOW - Liquid Skin Tint I have “03”. The shade range is limited and this isn’t a perfect match for me. It’s a bit too yellow. It has medium coverage and a satin matte finish. I need to prep my skin super well before using or else it can look dry around my nose. It’s about 1/2 gone and I wouldn’t repurchase. Sent as PR by the brand & I am an affiliate. $26 6. PÜR - 4-In-1 Love Your Selfie Longwear Foundation & Concealer I have a sample in “LN2”. The shade is a bit too light and pink for me. Medium-full coverage with a natural finish. I only ranked this lower due to the shade. This comes in approx. 100 shades! $36 5. YENSA - Skin on Skin BC Foundation I have a sample in “light neutral”. Pretty good shade for me. Medium-full coverage, natural finish, SPF 40. It can sometimes look a bit dry on me, but i like it. $38 4. ILIA - Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40 I have “Balos”. I love this for summer and when my skin is really dry. Super dewy finish, light coverage, SPF 40, wears well. Had good ingredients that actually help my skin look better when it’s really dry. I need to powder it if I use powder products on top. $46 3. COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Tinted Moisturizer I have light 5N. Light buildable coverage, dewy finish, feels moisturizing, and wears well. The shade isn’t perfect for me but pretty good. $14 2. CATRICE COSMETICS - HD Liquid Coverage Foundation I have light beige. Not a perfect shade match (a little more pink) but pretty good. Natural finish, medium-full coverage, very long-wearing. Shade range lacks. $11 1. URBAN DECAY - Stay Naked Weightless Foundation I have 30NN. Very similar formula + coverage to the Catrice + super lightweight. Better shade range. Wears so well! Will always have this in my collection. $39 #CheriePartner

My Favorite Foundations ✨💖 (glowy & natural)
I have normal to combination skin. So for most of the year I have normal skin but when I’m somewhere more humid and hot during the summer months (like Hong Kong or NYC summers!) I can get a little shiny in the T-zone. What I look for in a foundation is one that won’t mask my skin- a solid medium coverage foundation is probably is highest coverage I’d go for. I like something lightweight and buildable on the skin! In terms of finish, I like a satin finish for the hotter months and something more hydrating and dewy for the drier months. In no particular order, here is my foundation collection (AKA all the foundations I love): MAC - MAC Studio Face and Body Foundation in C2 This is a serumy foundation that feels lightweight and provides light coverage, at first, but when you work it more into the skin, the coverage magically builds up! It’s so hard to describe but it actually happens on the skin! This is great for a natural finish on the skin. MAKE UP FOR EVER - Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation in Y245 This is great all-rounded foundation. It’s medium coverage but feels super lightweight on the skin and looks just like skin! It has a huge range of shades based on undertones which I really appreciate. This also looks amazing in photos and videos! MAKE UP FOR EVER - Ultra HD Perfector Skin Tint Foundation SPF 25 This is like the little sister of the Ultra HD Foundation. It’s less coverage and acts like a tinted moisturizer. I love this for most days because it evens out the skin really well and looks super natural. It’s also the most lightweight feeling of my collection! ARMANI beauty - Luminous Silk Foundation in 4 This is probably has the highest coverage of the bunch but still looks so natural on the skin. It’s never cakey! It dries down to a satin finish so I never feel the need to set it but I just love how flawless it makes my skin look. This is my go-to for night outs when I want my face to look flawless and smooth. Kosas - Tinted Face Oil Foundation in 4 This foundation has the most unique formula I’ve tried. It’s an oil-based foundation and comes in a shaker bottle. When you pour it out, it’s super runny but smooths onto the skin like a serum. It’s super thin feeling but honestly gives a lot of coverage. It’s super glowy and dewy so I would definitely set my face after using it. I tend to reach for it during winter the most because my face can alwats use more of that glow. It makes your skin look smooth and flawless.

TOP 5 FAVORITE COMPLEXION PRODUCTS
I’ve been organizing and decluttering my collection and it got me thinking what were the complexion products I’ve been picking up the most? 🤔 Here are my top picks: 1. Kosas Revealer Concealer (Tone 7) : this is the most comfortable concealer I have ever worn! As I get older, my under eyes are more sensitive and I need products that are going to keep them nourished 💖 2. Elf Hydrating Camo Concealer (Medium Beige) : instead of color correcting with an actual color correct, I like to use a warm concealer with balance out discoloration. This concealer does that while also keeping my skin hydrated ✨ 3. Undone Beauty Unfoundation Glow Tint (Almond Latte Medium) : this is the only skin tint I have that doesn’t add more oil than I already have, while also being lightweight 🙌🏽 such a beautiful product! 4. Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Hydrating Foundation (320) : If I want to get dolled up (which I haven’t done in a while lol) I want to wear something that will look good on camera but not make me look cake-y... this is the foundation for it 😍 5. Kosas Tinted Face Oil (Tone 7) : this tinted moisturizer surprised me because I thought I was going to look like a shiny, oily egg. Surprisingly it does not! The oils sink into the skin so beautifully like a nighttime face oil and it’s beautiful!
