Why It's SpecialI so wish this didn’t work so I’d stop buying it but it just absolutely is the very best eye cream I’ve ever used. I am 61. Can’t deny the fine lines around my eyes, and a bit of dark circles I never had when I was younger. The difference in the lines is amazing. I’ve tried other creams and never see the same results. The circles are improved for sure.
What It IsA hydrating eye cream that rapidly reduces the appearance of dark circles, smooths the look of lines and wrinkles, and prevents further damage in 21 days.
Research ResultsSensory testing on 103 women ages 20–65 after using the Eye Concentrate for 4 weeks, twice per day: - 95% of women said skin felt stronger and more stable
What Else You Need to KnowThis highly active treatment contains triple-concentrate miracle broth, which helps to deliver a brighter under-eye appearance, improvement in the look of lines and wrinkles, and more skin barrier support, creating a firmer-looking eye area. The cooling massage applicator also helps support microcirculation.

Creamy Dreamy YTTP Eye-Cream! Dupe for La Mer ✨
Creamy Dreamy YTTP Eye-Cream! Dupe for La Mer ✨
I bought the YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Hydrate + Firm Peptide Eye Cream before quarantine on a whim at Sephora for 35$, and I’m so happy I decided to! I’ve been using the Hydrate + Firm Eye Cream for a little over six months, and it’s replaced one of my holy grails, the LA MER - The Eye Concentrate ! For only a fraction of the price, I see similar effects with an ingredients list free from mineral oils (one of my biggest qualms with La Mer formulas) and jam packed with brightening protective antioxidants and hydrators. I don’t get irritation or milia with this product, something that I always find myself getting with a majority of eye creams. The texture is thick and creamy, a little goes a long way! I’m talking less than half a pea sized dot per eye. It smells fresh, like the super food cleanser from the same line. The dry down is great, it doesn’t leave me oily or greasy durning the day but my eyes stay hydrated and plump. I’ve been using this even more during winter and so far I haven’t gotten any of my usual eye eczema patches either. ✨Ingredients!✨ It has a powerhouse formula filled with greens like spinach, spirulina, and kale for antioxidants, aloe and green tea for hydration/inflammation/less dark circles— along with protection from pollution, b5 and vitamin C are included for plumping of fine lines and brightening of eyes, along with peptides which are the building blocks for collagen. I’m super impressed with this formula— it has tons of ingredients I love and ALWAYS look for in my products because they are backed by tons of research and proven to work. I’m happy to say I really do notice a difference when I use this eye cream. Whereas before I never felt I needed one, this made me completely re think that! One thing I also love to do, is put a thick layer on when I’m masking or before hopping in the shower. It imparts massive glow and hydration for my eyes, something I usually forget about when doing face masks. Do you use an eye cream? Let me know down below if you do or don’t, and some of your hits and misses too!

LA MER - The Moisturizing Cool Gel Cream The moisturizing cool gel cream is meant to be a “featherweight” gel moisturizer aimed at oily to combo skin that delivers soothing moisture for a refreshed hydrated feel. It’s meant to leave your skin appearing naturally vibrant and restored. Honestly, we’ll get right out the gate with me saying I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, even if they had the coin to drop. At the $180 price tag for the smallest full size version the ingredient list doesn’t wow me. Especially for oily, combo skins, this contains so many essential oils, I can see this causing some sensitivity issues or unwanted breakouts. This product isn’t for me. I’m dry and dehydrated but this doesn’t feel like it provides even an ounce of moisture. It just leaves a veil of silicone over the skin and calls it a day. I was left feeling tight and itchy after using this product. It’s fragranced. That’s a no for me. It contains alcohol, another no. 1/5 stars. Far too expensive for what this is doesn’t moisturize, it coats, and it even only JUST BARELY does that.

💰MY LA MER HAUL: Splurge or Save?
💰MY LA MER HAUL: Splurge or Save?
Work so hard every night and day just to spend on a ton of La Mer goodies. Here’s my Christmas La Mer haul. It is expensive for sure but is it worth it? It’s been debated since like land before time. Does expensive really mean it’s better? Below, I provide some more alternatives for the same effect. LA MER - LA MER Moisturizing Cream The original moisturizing cream is thick. When you buy one of these, you must practice the La Mer ritual. Warm the pea sized cream in your hands and between your fingers then press onto your skin to apply. Since this cream is thick it feels like it stays on all day but I still couldn’t get over the thickness of it. After finishing the jar, I changed to the moisturizing soft cream. LA MER - LA MER The Moisturizing Soft Cream The moisturizing soft cream is lighter and has a weightless feel to it. It’s ready to apply without warming it with your hands or fingers and directly press onto your skin. I love the texture of this moisturizer because of how soft it is but it’s not that moisturizing to the point where I’d rebuy. In fact, I threw mine away and opted for TATCHA - The Dewy Skin Cream LA MER - LA MER The Powder I bought this finishing powder and pre-pandemic, I tried this on at the store and it looked super smooth. As always, I try to strive for a poreless look and it really felt like it gave that but it’s $95! I bought it anyway 🤦‍♀️ You could spend less for the same effect but I did feel bougie putting it on. I now use KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Lock-It Setting Powder Just use a powder brush and dust all over. I wouldn’t rebuy this at all. LA MER - LA MER The Body Crème I don’t love it. It’s a body cream that works and I’ve rebought this thinking it’s doing wonders for my body’s skin until I tried whipped argan oil like I can’t believe that shit ain’t butter and WOW. The La Mer Body Crème for $285 vs $36 JOSIE MARAN - Whipped Argan Oil Illuminizing Body Butter Save your $$$ money cash. I’ll be writing a review for the rest of the items soon! Standby or follow for Part 2 of my LA MER haul and thanks for reading. 😍

You Can Always Find Your Eye Product Regardless Of Your Budget😋😋
I'm over 25 years old and the four eye creams below are the eye creams I use most often, some affordable, some luxurious. I have thin, quite sensitive skin with occasional puffy eyes, fine lines around my eyes, and dark circles under them. 1) la prairie - Skin Caviar Luxe Eye Cream (Luxury brand) After scooping it out and dabbing it around my eyes with my fingers, the cream and oil separated, and it was also extremely difficult to dab and spread, so I could only smear it on. The accompanying silver spatula also felt quite useless. In short, after using it for quite a while, it did nothing much for me. Neither my fine lines nor my dark circles were reduced, so it's definitely not worth the price. 2) LA MER - The Eye Concentrate(Luxury brand) La Prairie and La Mer are neck and neck in terms of their reputation and price but La Mer The Eye Concentrate is way more suitable for my skin. It neither has a thick and heavy texture nor is it greasy, and it spreads and absorbs very easily. It's very nourishing and moisturizing to the touch and it doesn't leave my skin sticky. I've just bought it recently so I've yet to see its results, but it's said to be a superstar in reducing fine lines and dark circles. Another thing worth mentioning is the accompanying spatula, a green handle with silver ball, which is used to gently massage the eye cream onto the skin. Cooling and comfortable on the skin, it helps with eye cream absorption, and I hope that I can see results after using it for a longer period. 3) Kiehl's - Creamy Eye Treatment With Avocado(Affordable brand) It is quite moisturizing but spreads less easily compared to La Mer. It needs to be emulsified between your fingers until it feels more watery before it's applied, or else it can't be properly absorbed! Gently dab from the outer to the inner corners of your eyes after it's the right texture. It does nothing much for me, maybe because it's no longer suitable for my skin age, and it might be more helpful for new fine lines. 4) ORIGINS - GinZing Refreshing Eye Cream to Brighten and Depuff (Affordable brand) This eye cream is moisturizing and lightweight, which is how I prefer eye creams to be, and it also spreads very easily. The cream itself is a little shimmery and it's said to brighten the skin around the eye area, especially for dark circles. It does nothing much for me, but it feels nicer on the skin and is absorbed more easily compared with Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. It's better to test eye creams yourself instead of just focusing on the skincare brand and following reviews, especially considering how age-sensitive eye creams are.  What's your favorite eye cream?🤩

1. LAMER the eye balm intense LA MER - The Eye Balm Intense This soothing, fast-penetrating eye balm smoothes, reduces visible puffiness and de-stresses the look of the eyes for a calm, well-rested look. Deeply emollient, this ultra-luxe balm hydrates, conditions and visibly softens lines, wrinkles and other signs of fatigue. I'd like to use the eye balm every morning because it perfectly reduce my puffiness significantly. It encourages a firmer, more lifted look and it diminishes the appearance of lines and wrinkles. I have very sensitive eyes and it never stings or feels sticky. I prefer it greatly to the other eye concentrate. It really has kept my eyes looking young. Sometimes I use this in combination with The Eye Concentrate. I always get complimented on my skin and how refreshed I look for what I do. This is a staple for life! 2. LAMER the eye concentrate LA MER - The Eye Concentrate With triple the Concentrated Miracle Broth™, this fast-absorbing treatment helps transform the delicate eye area with essential energy and healing hydration to reduce the look of dark circles and lines in 21 days. Lime Tea Concentrate, the antioxidant powerhouse, helps prevent future damage before it begins. However, considering how expensive this product is, I expected instantaneous results of some sort. It is an eye cream, a good one but not worth the price tag. Maybe long term usage will give better results. Also it smells fishy. But i need to admit that my fine lines are somewhat softer and overall brighter and my eye makeup seems to last longer too after using it. this is my sister's fav since she said she could see a change in her dark circles after just a few uses(but not that helpful to me). So in a word i think it's worth trying.
