WAYS TO SAVE TIME IN THE AM— 10 MINUTE MAKEUP✨
Whether you want to sleep in a few extra minutes or you’re waking up right before you have to turn the zoom call on doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice looking put together. Here are some ways I save time in the morning and get ready in under 10 minutes. Mixing products together This allows for two steps to be completed in one. Just because you’re trying to get ready quick doesn’t mean you need to omit skin care rituals. I do this for several different steps and never had a problem with formulas mixing in the past: Eye cream + concealer: recently I have been loving mixing OLE HENRIKSEN - Banana Bright Eye Crème and NARS - Radiant Creamy Concealer . They both have a thin consistency and work perfect for the under eye. Also, the eye cream is tinted yellow so it really helps conceal under eye circles. Sunscreen+ moisturizer: I have been using these two product together forever; face reality - Daily SPF30 Lotion face reality - Clearderma Moisturizer for Acne-Prone Skin . The sunscreen doesn’t leave a white cast and the moisturizer smells so good. Primer+ foundation: this is a new combination I have recently been mixing together; Rare Beauty - Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation MAYBELLINE - FaceStudio Master Prime . It creates a thinner, shear foundation for days you don’t want a heavy look. ** of course you can buy products that are targeted for two steps but I prefer mixing my own. Wearing false lashes/ extensions Wearing false lashes/extensions is such a game changer. You save so much time on eye makeup in the morning because the lashes make up for mascara, liner etc. Tinted brow gel I spend the most time on my makeup routine with my brows. Brow gel has saved me so much time in the morning. I run the brush through my brows a few times and they are ready to go. They are perfectly shaded and set in place for the day. I do clean up my brows with concealer for a more noticeable difference but that step is quick. benefit - Gimme Brow+ Volumizing Eyebrow Gel Storing all your makeup in one place There’s nothing worse then wasting time in the morning because you can’t find your beauty sponge etc. If you keep all of your products in one place you will save the time it takes to find the product in the first place. (this tip is for those who are always on the move/traveling) [I have combination, light-medium skin tone] What are some ways you love to save time with your makeup routine?💭⬇️ 🎶: DJ Quads at my front door #CheriePartner

Natural Glam Holiday Lewk
Happy Holiday pretties!!! Sharing my quick holiday look using the following: NARS - Radiant Creamy Concealer lovees this concealer! My ride or die for my oily skin! Great coverage and lasting power. You just have to moisturize well if you’re using it for your undereyes as it could be drying sometimes. shu uemura - Hard Formula One of my fave brow pencils because it lasttss on my oily brows lol. Not readily accessible though. And i love the formula too. It’s amazing because it only releases pigments when it comes in contact with the “skin heat/ oils”.. L'ORÉAL - Air Volume Mega Mascara On its own, not a fan. But when combined with other lasting mascaras underneath, it adds much needed volume and fan- effect. Very light too! FENTY BEAUTY - Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer Been a fan for the longest time. Love the scent, color and formula! It’s so plush and luxurious without being sticky. One of the best glosses in my book. REVLON - ColorStay Looks Book Palette Got this randomly and was pleasantly surprised! It’s very pigmented and has some cream to powder consistency. No fallouts and very compact too! I also love that i think i can finish this palette because of its miniscule size lol! BOBBI BROWN - Pot Rouge For Lips & Cheeks Have to be properly moisturized for it to spread evenly but if it sets, it stays put and i also love the soft coral color! Spreads evenly and not sticky! NYX - Slide on Eye Pencil Have to warm this up before putting it on my waterline. Color is not that pigmented but it’s an okay-ish product anyway. Has some tugging too. Still searching for a better waterline liner.. MAC - MAC Matte Eyeshadow Used cork for my eyes and as a bronzer lol! Its not patchy and stays put even without a primer. I love the shade for noseline too. Its such a versatile and long lasting product. A little goes a long way too!

Dark skin makeup favorites! ✨Who says black girls can't try pastels?
This year, pastel makeup is such a hot trend, and I love it soooooo much! I know so many people say that pastel makeup doesn't look right on dark skin tone, but it's not the thing! We black girls can also get this style gorgeously with these best makeup products! My skin type: Dark Foudation: LANCÔME - Teint Idole Ultra Long Wear Foundation$47 Lancôme really has many amazing colors for dark or deep skin tones! I love their TEINT IDOLE ULTRA 24H LONG WEAR FOUNDATION the most as this is super long-lasting and smudge-proof! Especially during this quarantine, I can wear this foundation under a face mask without worrying about the stains! Concealer: NARS - Radiant Creamy Concealer$30 NARS is an amazing brand for women with darker skin tones as they have concealers with many different undertones like golden, neutral, olive, deep, and so on. My favorite NARS concealer comes in a deep cocoa color, which can brighten up my under-eyes powerfully, even on my dark skin tones! The formula is also creamy and lightweight, leaving a natural-looking finish for a soft effect. I've used the shade in Dark Coffee with a neutral undertone here. Eyeshadow: ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Norvina Pro Pigment Palette Vol. 2 £68.00 The key to pastel makeup is the eyeshadows. To achieve a perfect eye makeup look, you must carefully choose the colors based on your skin tone. For people with reddish undertones, try pinks and yellows. If you have yellow undertones, turn to blues and purples. For we black girls having dark or deep skin, the makeup tip is that super-light pinks, blues, lavenders, and whites risk making you look ashy and washed-out, so it's important to avoid using those colors a lot on your makeup. My favorite eyeshadow palette is ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS Norvina Pro Pigment Palette Vol II! This palette has many colorful shades so Lipstick: BLK/OPL - Colorsplurge Risqué Matte Lipstick $8.75 Black Opal is an amazing drugstore brand and is really friendly to the women of color! They have so many different shades so I can find one to suit my skin tone best! My favorite shade is Bon Bon with a lovely nude shade, which is super pigmented and moisturizing. I find this color is also ideal for matching my overall pastel makeup look without leaving a dramatic finish! If you are also into pastels, these are really amazing products you can't miss! Share your favorite makeup product for dark skin below, please xxx!

RECREATING MY FIRST MAKEUP LOOK EVER✨
Makeup, for many is a creative outlet open to endless possibilities of expression. As you can see, I have always loved experimenting with makeup since a young age. I remember the best part of sleepovers was giving each other makeovers and getting all dressed up. I would use my moms makeup and always go for blue eyeshadow and a red lip 😳 I decided to recreate this childhood creation with a more wearable (not so everyday) look. Products used on eyes (seen in pictures): Eyelid prep- - NARS - Radiant Creamy Concealer for prepping the eyelid . This concealer is very thin so it well not cake up. - IlliaILIA - Soft Focus Finishing Powder is just as thin and sets the concealer up for a smooth base Shadows- 1. MORPHE - Morphe X Maddie Ziegler The Imagination Palette 2. naked cosmetics - Holographic Highlighter Collection (not as piggmented so use with a setting spray to intensify) 3.#Colourpop - Golden State of Mind palette[products]#[FiveStars] (super pigmented) 4. laura lee - Party Animal Pressed Pigment Palette (very chalky, blend well and use extra product) Lashes-ARDELL - Demi Wispies Black Bundle Lip products: -aLamar COSMETICS - Reina Del Caribe Eyeshadow Palette -COLOURPOP - So Juicy Plumping Gloss I mixed the two products together to create a blue lipstick shade and applied with a lip liner brush. How to (follow along with pictorial): * I first prepped my eyes with said products above to ensure my shadows to blend seamlessly. * Then I placed the 1st shade in the crease and blended outwards. * Next, I placed the second shade on the inner corner of my lid. * Then, I put the 3rd shade in the inner corner to highlight. * I added some depth to the outer corner with the 4th shade. * Lastly, I added the first shade under the eyelid and heavily smoked out, as it appears that way in the original picture. [I have light medium skin with a neutral undertone and almond shaped eyes] My younger self would be so happy to see this recreation 😂 When did you start experimenting with makeup and what was your first look?💭⬇️ #CheriePartner

FALL WEDDING EYESHADOW TO MATCH YOUR EYE COLOR ✨
When you think of fall wedding makeup, warm tones are usually the go-to eye look. This makeup look is personally not my style but I do feel as if it would look perfect for a fall event such as a wedding/bridal shower etc. The look I created suits brown eyes well but I will share some tips to swap out the shades to compliment different eye colors. About me: I have medium brown colored eyes I have a neutral undertone (leans towards golden) I have larger eyes with lots of lid space Products used: HUDA BEAUTY - Rose Gold REMASTERED Eyeshadow Palette (matte shades are a little chalky but the glitters work well) Charlotte Tilbury - Pillow Talk Push Up Lashes! Mascara MAC - MAC Lip Pencil (bespoken) wet n wild - MegaLast Matte Lip Color ARDELL - Wispies Lash LAURA GELLER - Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator How to eye makeup: I created a pictorial to help show the placement of the eyeshadow. - I started off by putting bae all over the lid (4) - I placed sandalwood in the crease/brow bone area as a transitional shade (5) - I then put man eater and bossy into the crease extending it to the outer corner (2) - Then I did a slight cut crease with NARS - Radiant Creamy Concealer and placed the shades #blessed and 24k in the center and inner corner lid. (1) - Next, I used black truffle and coco on the outer corner and blended. (3) - I then smoked out man eater and bossy on the lower lash line. (2) - Lastly I applied mascara, false lashes and added LAURA GELLER - Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator for an inner corner highlight. Match the look to your eye color: For brown eyes: use more of the shade #blessed on the lid as it is more bronze and will compliment the eyes nicely. Also, use more of the sandalwood as it is a warm brown and will look make your brown eyes stand out. For blue eyes: use more of the 24k on the lid as the gold will compliment the eyes. Also, use more of the sandalwood as the orange shade will make the eyes pop. For green eyes: use more of the 24k on the lid as the gold will compliment the eyes. Also, you can skip the sandalwood transition shade and swap it out for bossy. The red shadows will make the eyes pop. #CheriePartner
