How I regrew my hair back with the tips I learned over the past four years...
I've started losing my hair since high school, which has been quite painful for me for years. I've tried nearly all the methods I could find on the Internet, magazines and so on but the truth is that most of them don't actually work for me. After trying so many hair growth "tips", I finally got my hair back! I'll list the tips that are actually helpful to me, so you don't need to waste your time on the useless ones: 🌟Massage scalp with hair serums or hair oils Many of those who have bought hair growth serums or hair oils like to complain that these hair growth products or hair thickening treatments don't work at all, and I used to be one of them until I found that It's the way I apply these products hat makes them less effective! Don't just simply drop your hair treatments and then rub them your two seconds. You need to use a scalp massager or brush such as BOUCLÈME - Scalp Massager to gently let your scalp absorb them, which helps hair follicles remain active. I normally massage my scalp for at least 5 minutes before I go to bed. My favorite hair growth serum is GROW GORGEOUS - Hair Density Serum Intense in case you are interested.  🌟Take vitamin supplements Vitamins are the key for hair regrowth: Vitamin A promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp; vitamin E helps blood circulation to maintain the productivity of hair follicles. My doctor advised me to take some vitamin supplements daily. At first, I thought it was nothing but a waste of money, but I noticed a difference that some newly grown babies were growing on my hairline after taking DL.MD - Liquid Multi-Vitamin Supplement for one month!  🌟Stick with mild hair care products Keeping hair and scalp clean is necessary, but steer away from the strongly detoxing ones as these strongly purifying shampoos overly exfoliate your scalp and will harm your hair follicles. By using gentle shampoos and conditioners like Anne Semonin - Memoires D'ete Gentle Shampoo and Neutrogena - Healthy Scalp Gentle & Soft Conditioner with Micellar Water, you are lowering the risk of infections and sensitive scalp that may lead to hair breakage or loss. 🌟Carefully using the wig clips I used my lace front wig sometimes to cover my bald spots on my scalp during the period that I suffered from the severe hair fall. The lace front wig usually has clips added for steady holding. If you are using a wig, don't constantly put the clips of your wig in one area of your head, as the clip can tug at your real hair. Also, don't pull at the wig or yank get it as these actions harm your scalp and aggravate hair loss. But don't get me wrong! I'm not saying that you need to avoid wigs, but you'd better be careful with them! Very quickly, I used to feel depressed and shamed for my hair loss, especially when I was a teenager, and I guess there must be someone who is still going through something similar. Having wresting with the hair fall for about four years, I gradually learned how to accept my hair fall and reacquired my confidence. It's not something self-inflicted, and some so many women are having the same problems! Take your time, keep your head up, and follow those really helpful hair tips, you won't be troubled by the hair fall for sure! Love you guys lots xx!

Maintain my hair density, I have a secret weapon!👉👉
Hair density is the amount of hair strands on the head. It can be divided into light, medium and heavy hair density. My hair density can be classified as medium. This hair density is the regular hair density for young people and is appropriate for hair styling. I’m quite satisfied with such hair density. But, I am still worried about my hair loss and want to maintain my hair volume and density. After I tried many products, I found a secret weapon that I currently use to maintain my medium hair density. That is GROW GORGEOUS - Hair Density Serum Intense— for fuller, thicker, healthier hair! Daily hair loss is normal. According to the American Academy of Dermatologists, it’s normal to lose anywhere from 50 to 100 strands of hair per day. As hair fall every day, we also grow new hair. So one of the secrets to maintain my hair density is to motivate the growth of hair strands. My favorite product is the hair density serum from Grow Gorgeous. I’ve been using this stuff for 3 months. I can really see the growing of hair! My hair becomes fuller and more voluminous. If you read the ingredient list, you’ll find it is rich in active ingredients. Organic pea sprout extract, Chinese scullcap, soy, and wheat sprouts, all of them boost roots to restore vitality for thicker, denser looking hair. I use this almost everyday. Apply 20 drops once daily to the scalp either in the morning or in the evening. Massage evenly and thoroughly into the scalp until you feel the serum has been absorbed. A bottle of 60ml costs $50. Summer sale is now available on the official website and you can get 20% off! Have you tried it before? What do you think of it?

How to prevent hair loss? My secret is...🤫
Since I've been bothered by hair loss for many years and also tried many ways to treat my hair, I'm going to recommend three products for you guys! AVEDA - Invati Advanced Thickening Conditioner AVEDA - Invati Advanced Exfoliating Shampoo AVEDA - Invati Advanced Scalp Revitalizer ·Brand: AVEDA is a natural brand owned by the Estee Lauder group, founded in 1978. When the brand was founded, it adopted a pure plant series and seriously rejected all chemicals, arguing that "what you use should be as safe and healthy as what you eat". ·Shampoo: Aveda Anti-hairloss series is formulated with powerful natural herbal ingredients to treat thin hair, utilizing the natural power of turmeric and ginseng to help stimulate and restore the scalp around the hair follicles, and a blend of vitamin E ingredients proven to help accelerate microcirculation in massage therapy. ·Conditioner: The conditioner is still moisturizing and smooth, but it works really fast. This conditioner is also designed to be rubbed onto the scalp. Note here, other brands of hair conditioner is generally not directly used on the scalp ! But this one can. Then remember to massage!Massage! Massaging is really important in this series. ·Spray: The official requirement is to press 16 pump to ensure the whole scalp is evenly applied, but I don't think so. I always spray my hair in lines and then massage it with my hands to make sure it's all in essence. General spray 9 pump 10 pump can be enough. Make it twice a day! The problem is that this series of product produce less foam, but I like the feeling of rich foam, so I use a lot of doses every time, which leads to a quick use up.Aveda's quality is trustworthy. It is strongly recommended for those who’s hair loss is particularly severe. ·Scent: Strong, with a hint of spicy ginseng and a touch of ginger. What kind of products do you use to treat hair loss? I love hearing from you guys!

$67 vs. $32 Guess which one is better for hair loss?🤔
My hair is very thin because it loses too often. You can find my loosen hair everywhere in my room. I have been using scalp treatments for several years to reduce my hair loss. Some of the treatments so have a great effect, but some are not. I am going to introduce two of the scalp treatments to you. The first one is the AVEDA - Invati Advanced Scalp Revitalizer. This is the most effective scalp treatment I have ever used. After using it daily for a month, I can feel the overall volume of my hair doubles. My hair grows much thicker than before. This revitalizer smells like Chinese medicine. I am ok with such scent, but some people might not like that. You need to apply it evenly on the hair scalp every day. Its texture is like water; it is light and easy to absorb by the scalp. Although it doesn’t smell well, the scent won’t last on your hair for a long time. And the special applicator helps to spray the revitalizer right to the scalp. The only drawback of this product is its price. It costs 67 dollars per bottle, and one bottle can last less than two months. But I think it worth the price and really make a difference on my hair. The second one isKLORANE - Keratin Strength Fortifying Spray for Thinning Hair. This one is not effective than Aveda’s, however, it is much more affordable than Aveda’s. It costs only 32 dollars per bottle, and one bottle can last for about three months. I usually use this after finishing one or two bottles of Aveda Scalp Revitalizer, when my hair is fairly thick. This spray can help me to maintain my hair volume. But if I keep using it for a long time, my hair will be as thin as before. I use it only because it is affordable and sometimes, I don’t have enough money to use Aveda all the time. I use this as a transition.

Dermatologist’s Top Hair Loss Tips
Hair loss is one of the most common conditions I see, and unfortunately many people have wasted time with supposed "miracle cures" before they even come to see me. Hair loss can be frustrating, worrisome and even down right depressing BUT there are many solutions that can help. Here are my top tips for hair loss! 1. Time is hair! I say this nearly every time I talk about hair loss. Time is hair! What do I mean by that? Every type of hair loss is better treated early rather than later. This is especially true of conditions like central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia (CCCA). This is a type of scarring hair loss, meaning that once the affect hair has fallen out, it will never grow back. However, when treated early, we can halt the progression and preserve as much hair as possible. That's why it's so important to see a dermatologist as soon as you notice hair loss. 2. Don’t put too much hope in supplements! While there are a whole host of supplements on the market for hair loss, many don't have convincing data supporting their use as a single agent to regrow hair. Even more important is the fact that some hair supplements may actually be dangerous. Case in point: biotin. It has been touted as a treatment for hair loss for years. However, there is no data supporting its efficacy for hair growth, and it might actually be dangerous in some cases. 3. Know that there are options! While the prospect of regrowing your hair might seem hopeless, there are plenty of options available like topical minoxidil for androgenic alopecia (male or female pattern hair loss), laser devices and prescription treatments. As I stated before, checking in with a dermatologist will be the first step to find what's right for you. Rogaine - 5% Minoxidil Foam for Hair Regrowth #cheriepartner #dermatologist #hairloss #hair

PRODUCTS THAT HELPED WITH HAIR LOSS!
Hair loss can be an incredibly painful experience. It’s embarrassing and exhausting trying to hide. Most times whatever I did to hide it caused more damage. It’s so easy not to feel beautiful when you fall outside of the traditional standards of beauty. In my personal experience I felt like no one else I knew was going through the same thing I was and I just wanted my hair to grow like everyone else. I tried so many products and would get my hopes up when I saw some progress only to be devastated again and again. My hair loss is a direct result of stress and would happen around big deadlines or when something big was happening in my life which would create even more stress! I have very dry hair brittle hair, that doesn’t do well when it is out in its natural state and requires a lot of maintenance. 2 products I use in addition using ogx - Coconut Miracle Oil Shampoo ogx - Coconut Miracle Oil Conditioner TROPIC ISLE LIVING - Jamaican Black Castor Oil Hair Therapy deep conditioning once a month, keeping my hair in protective styles like braids and wearing satin bonnets to sleep are Women’s Rogaine and Hairfinity vitamins. Rogaine - 5% Minoxidil Foam for Hair Regrowth - this is a clear watery liquid. You are to apply to the area of your scalp that you experiencing hair loss twice a day. It comes with a dropper so it’s easy to be precise about where you are placing the product. I have hair loss along my hairline so I apply the product and then Pat it into my hair to prevent it from dripping. It can get a bit sticky on your hands. This is not a product that works overnight so you have to be patient but it can have amazing results with continued use. #Hairfinity - Healthy Hair Vitamins[products]#[FiveStars] - LOVE THIS PRODUCT! This produces speedy results! Your results are based on how fast your hair grows and they may not be the same for everyone but in 3 weeks to a month of taking these pills I started seeing my bald patches starting to darken and I feel like my hair was growing at a faster rate. I started using this product first so I have seen the results of this on its own and they are amazing! My stress induced hair loss happens at the top of my head and Hairfinity helped my hair regrow in this area pretty quickly but the thin areas around my hairline still needed extra help and that’s why I started using Rogaine. This is something I wouldn’t talk about for a long time but once I realized it happens to more people than I thought I decided started to feel less embarrassed about something that is of my control. #CherieCreator

HOW TO SLEEP WITH & TREAT SUPER DRY HAIR!
My natural hair is longer than it has ever been. I have struggled with hair loss over the years but I’ve finally found a system that works for me. Washing & Conditioning: Once a month or each time I take out my protective styles I deep condition my hair with Salon Care cholesterol Cream Conditioner. I take the cream and fully saturate my hair and scalp with the product, cover my hair with a disposable plastic cap and put my heating cap on for 30 mins and wash my hair. Cholesterol is great for adding moisture to dry damaged hair. I use ogx - Coconut Miracle Oil Shampoo & ogx - Coconut Miracle Oil Conditioner . These products are amazing! They smell great and add much needed moisture to my hair leaving it looking shiny and healthy. Hydration: I add castor oil to my scalp every day and put it on my hands when I am twisting my hair for bed to add moisture and shine to my hair. I apply it from roots to ends of my hair about once a week or when I notice my hair starting to get dry. Castor oil promotes hair growth, repairs split ends, controls hair loss and helps to thicken hair. Sleep: When I am wearing my natural hair I will twist my hair before bed about 2 times during the week. When I twist my hair i wear a head scarf to protect my hair and keep everything in place. In the morning I will untwist my hair, separate the strands and use a wide tooth comb to fluff the roots. On nights after my initial twist out I will put my hair (untwisted) in my Grace Eleyae Satin Lined Cap. This protects my hair from friction when I sleep and helps my Hair retain moisture and shine. I also use a satin pillow case in case my scare or cap slips off while I am sleeping so that my hair is protected for friction damage. I use the one from Organic Olive Oil Root Stimulater. Protective Styles: This has really helped my hair to grow. I don’t keep my natural hair out for extended periods of time. I am also straying away from wigs because they can take moisture from your hair and the friction between the wig and your hair can cause breakage. When I get my hair braided it usually lasts 1-3 months depending on the style. Cornrow styles last about a month and box braids and twist last closet to 3. When my hair is in braids I put castor oil on my scalp every day or when my scalp feels dry. #CherieCreator

I Got My Hair To Grow After Years of Hair Loss❤️
For the last 10 years I’ve struggled with Androgenic Alopecia or Female Pattern Baldness. My hair would start to grow and then start thinning and falling out in patches. Hair has always been an emotional subject for me and the I have shed so many tears over the years. I’ve gone to dermatologist and hair specialists to help me treat my hair and find something that would help but nothing did! I would wear wigs to hide my bald spots and sometimes just give up on my hair all together until I started using these products together and wearing protective hair styles. Last year in May my hair began falling out again and I cut the rest off so people couldn’t see the bald spots. In the first picture you can see my hair is completely shaved. The second photo is my hair this year in April! My hair is dry and brittle so I need products that will add moisture to my hair and create a barrier around each strand to protect it from the elements especially in the winter. 💫 ogx - Coconut Miracle Oil Shampoo ogx - Coconut Miracle Oil Conditioner The OGX coconut Miracle Oil shampoo and conditioner have really worked miracles for my hair. These products are made specifically for dry damaged hair! Both the shampoo and conditioner are thick and creamy. Both products have coconut oil which is filled with fatty acids and has a ton of benefits for hair and skin: + Helps hair grow longer, thicker and healthier + Helps with Frizz control + Dandruff + Lice + Boosts Shine & Softness + Helps Protect from Sun Damage These products smell amazing and are Sulfate and Paraben free. They make my hair soft and easy to comb through which means less hair down the drain. They add so much shine to my hair and make my scalp feel like it had a tall glass of water. 💫TROPIC ISLE LIVING - Jamaican Black Castor Hair Growth Oil Sunny Isle - The Original Sunny Isle Jamaican Black Castor Oil I’ve tried so many hair oils but nothing has worked quite as well as Jamaican black Castor Oil. I used either Sunny Isle or Tropic Isle castor oil and they both are amazing! Jamaican Black Castor Oil has many benefits for digestion, skin and hair: + Promotes Hair Growth + Moisturizes Hair + Strengthens Hair + Prevents Hair Breakage + Heals and Prevents Split Ends While it doesn’t smell the best it has really has helped my hair beyond expectation. I would 100% recommend these products to anyone that is experiencing hair breakage, damage, thinning or hair loss. They are pretty inexpensive. Each product is less than $12. I also tie my hair up in either a hair scarf or satin lined bonnet at night to prevent any breakage from friction on my pillow. One of my favorite products to sleep with is Grace Eleyae satin lined caps. They hair a variety of hair care bonnets, hats, headbands, scrunchies and pillow cases so you are protecting your hair all of the time! Products can be found at graceeleyae.com.

These are a few of my favorite things 🥰🥰
Hopiping on the new beauty buys trend!! These are some products I have gotten within the past month that are amazing!!!! First up is Nature Lab. - Volume Shampoo & Conditioner Duo I have never been so excited about shampoo and conditioner before!! These beauties are made with 🍎 stem cells and rice protein and it smells better than any shampoo and conditioner I have EVER bought!! I badly need volume because I’m losing so much hair doe to health reasons and both of these give me that even when I use a flatiron! They have a line for every hair type and they are clean and vegan 🌱! All around an amazing brand!! $28 for the duo!! high - High Five Cannabis Seed Facial Moisturizer This moisturizer has a really high level of Cannabis sativa seed oil, certified organic plant oils, high-potency antioxidants and pure plant essential oils. It has a wonderful earthy plant like smell but very faint. I honestly worried about this moisturizer being a bit too heavy for my face on normal days but it really isn’t it’s just a really good nice hydrating feeling. It toned down my redness as well which I love! I think this would be great for all skin types! SAINT JANE - Luxury CBD Beauty Serum This is a seriously expensive serum let’s get that out of the way! It’s $125 for an oz. of serum 🥺🥺 So this will not be a repurchase but it’s really really great! It’s got 500 mg. CBD. Along with grape seed oil and sunflower oil amount a few other things. This is a dry skin HOLY GRAIL without a doubt! I used this on a dry patch I had one evening after probably overdoing it with the skin care products. The next morning there wasn’t a hint of flakiness or that dry spot whatsoever on my face. I’m not sure if I could call it healing but that’s what it seems like to me. This little baby will be held until I have winter emergencies!! Bumble and bumble. - Bb.Thickening Spray I know that this product has been around quite a while but this is my first try using it. Like I said above I’m having a lot of issues losing my hair and it’s almost depressing sometimes. This I have been using if I’m gonna leave the house it gives me that extra oomph that my hair needs and it stays that way! It doesn’t have much of a scent which is totally fine but it’s probably the best thickening spray that I’ve used and I’ve definitely used a lot of them. If you have flat or thinning hair I highly recommend trying this! And finally my newest fall lippie purchase, stila - Stay All Day Sheer Liquid Lipstick in the shade portofino. It’s a perfect fall mauve color and I am in loooove! I love Stila’s liquid lip formula. It’s thin and doesn’t dry my lips out! I normally apply this and then a thin layer of Dr. lips balm and it lasts a really long time! This is one of those colors that goes with almost anything so it’s a great purchase!

Fine, Straight, & Natural Daily Hair Routine
Acure ACURE - Simply Smoothing Shampoo Is a wonderful shampoo that doesn’t strip hair or leave it feeling oily. This is one of the rare bottle shampoos I actually enjoy using. It smells so good, I literally smelt it in the yoga studio bathroom and commented on it, the woman could tell I liked it so much she let me use it right then and there for my shower after class! It’s a fresh, clean smell without smelling like it was fragranced. Also, it doesn’t contain any harsh or nasty ingredients. Love this brand! Marc AntonyMARC ANTHONY TRUE PROFESSIONAL - 100% Extra Virgin Coconut Oil & Shea Butter Leave-in Conditioner I use leave in conditioner because I don’t condition in the shower. This is a pretty good one right now because I need a cut and have dry ends; although I typically prefer liquid sprays for a lighter finish. This doesn’t weigh down my hair too much and it smells good. Bumble and bumble. - Bb.Thickening Spray This is the best “hair” spray I have ever found. It magically captures the -slight- natural wave in my hair. Honestly, I didn’t even know I had a wave to capture in my hair until I tried this. It is not heavy! It keeps my hair looking good outside in breezy conditions. It allows natural movement but prevents it from flying in all different directions. The best part is that my hair settles back to the position I sprayed it. Wonderful for a natural look for fine hair. I don’t even blow dry, just spray it in before I go anywhere if I want to look decent with my hair down. Cannot recommend this product enough for girls who want hold with movement. spornette - Classic German Porcupine This is comparable to a >$100 MASON PEARSON - Handy Mixture Boar Bristle and Nylon Hairbrush It’s not as soft or luxurious feeling (because it’s like $23 on Amazon) but it gets the job done. If you have long fine hair u need to detangle but also need to move the natural oils from your scalp down your hairshaft for natural conditioning. This accomplishes both tasks in one product. It’s probably my favorite hair care item because It saves me so much time and effort. It literally glides through your hair with ease, no breakage and no tangles. What do you use or recommend for fine hair?

LOC Method - Lets replenish that moisture girl.
The LOC method is : L-Liquid or Leave in O-oil C-cream. I recommend this method when you’re hair is dry & needs a pick me up & definitely after wash day. This method allows for your hair to retain its moisture, stop breakage, & gives your curls amazing definition. -**SN: I have high porosity, 4B/4C, dyed hair** Products (L👉🏽R Liquid/Leavin in: 👩🏽‍🦱Just plain water in a spray bottle. Your hair should be wet when applying these products for maximum absorption. I got this spray bottle for $2 at my local beauty supply store. 👩🏾‍🦱made beautiful - Nourishing Leave In Conditioner I absolutely love this leave in. It’s has shea butter, coconut, mango & honey. It’s also sulfate & paraben free! It’s not heavy as other leave-ins which I highly appreciate and it’s smells wonderful. I got this on sale at Sally’s Beauty ($1.50) but you can also find at Target ($9.99) Oil: 👩🏿‍🦱Olive oil. This was just from the grocery store. I buy this and it last me about 2-3 months. I apply this to my hair shaft mostly for shine & moisture. It’s helps with frizz, damage, & penetrates the hair shaft. This can be used on ALL hair types. When looking for Olive Oil it’s must be extra virgin olive oil (Pompeian =favorite brand)... just look for the red stamp. Walmart ($4) 👩🏻‍🦱Coconut oil. This is a sense does the same thing that olive oil does. I Do NOT use these together. I choose between if it’s a wash day (olive oil) or if my hair is just dry (coconut oil). Walmart ($4) 👩🏽‍🦱FRO BUTTER - With Emu Oil - Hair Growth Butter This is my hair crack. I apply this to my scalp. It’s smells so good & it’s lightweight (mostly like a grease). It’s has shea butter, coconut oil, & vegetable glycerin (pulls moisture from the air to hair). It also has emu oil, which is an Australian native bird. It has antimicrobial effects, and penetrates the hair follicle. I got mines from amazon ($18) but I think now the website is $20 Cream: 👩🏾‍🦱SheaMoisture - Red Palm Oil & Cocoa Butter Curl Stretch Pudding I rotate between this & SheaMoisture - Coconut & Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie these products are amazing and help to seal in any product I’ve added to my hair . *Curl product Curls - So So Def Vitamin C Curl Defining Jelly this stuff smells soooo good I only use this during style day but I had to include this in this post. It literally makes my hair smell like pineapples🍍

Hair conditioners battle! This or That?
VALMONT HAIR RECOVERING MASK It's so called "Anti-Aging Hair Mask". It's a real SOS treatment for hair that has suffered from time or aggressive styling techniques, RECOVERING MASK restructures the hair from within. The scalp is stimulated, the lengths and tips lipidated and protected against breaking and split ends. Fortified and stronger, the hair is soft, shiny and full of energy. The benefits are felt immediately and increase with use. Instantly becoming easier to untangle, the hair is restructured over the long term. Regardless the price, i think it's the best mask for gone hair. To summarize, it's for soft, strong and skinny hair, and targets dry hair with split ends and loss of shine - Instant SOS care for damaged hair - Visibly repairs and smoothes the hair fibers - Bring resistance, shine and softness to the hair - Very easy detangling and styling - Restructures the hair from within - Stimulates hair growth and limit hair loss - Protects hair against brittleness and split ends - Ensures soft, shiny, bouncy and vigorous hair - Rich and creamy texture GROW GORGEOUS - Intense Hair Density Serum Grow Gorgeous Leave-in serum Grow Gorgeous Hair Growth Serum is a hair care supplement that is designed to increase hair length, thickness, and fullness. This one is also ideal for the fine hair. Unlike many supplements, Grow Gorgeous Hair Growth Serum does not go into detail about what their main ingredients are, or what amount of each ingredient there is per serving. This is frustrating, particularly for those attempting to review its effectiveness, but with a little deeper digging into the ingredients, we were able to come to some conclusions. One of the first ingredients mentioned is clover flower extract, we’re under the impression that this refers to red clover extract. The research surrounding this ingredient is interesting. There appears to be evidence that taking red clover extract can help to increase hair growth in people with alopecia, however there is no evidence that red clover extract can increase hair in people without alopecia. The Pros * Contains Acetyl-3-Tetrapeptide and Red Clover Extract, a combination that has been shown to improve hair growth * Contains Chinese Skull Cap Extract and Hyaluronic Acid which may help improve scalp health and indirectly benefit hair health * According to Grow Gorgeous Hair, two independent user trials found a 90% user satisfaction rate after 12 weeks of use. * Serum is vegan-friendly, paraben free, and cruelty free * A lot of anecdotal evidence that the product works The Cons * While some of the ingredients appear to be effective, this only seems to be the case for people with hair loss issues. * The ingredients list is not as informative as most supplements’ lists * No money back guarantee, which is almost standard in the supplement industry Actually I like both of them. Which one do you prefer?

Hair care routine for hair fall👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Hair care routine for hair fall👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
This is completely normal that a woman loses a hundred hairs a day. However, you have to worry when you wake up that the pillow is covered with hair. I noticed this horrible thing happened during the quarantine when I was super anxious, so I decided to dig into hair loss and take action against it! I read countless articles talking about hair loss and tried several treatments; finally, I curated a perfect hair routine to solve my hair issue! After massaging my scalp, I will use a volumizing shampoo without zinc pyrithione, which is good at removing dandruff but also considered the murder of hair loss in some articles. Then, I will choose a conditioner without silicones to nourish my hair. Hair serum is a must-have for preventing hair loss and stimulating new hair growth, so I bought a serum of Julien Farel this brand, which is recommended by my friend who has the same hair concern. This is a quick-absorbing serum which is ideal for hair thinning by stress, and it can energize thinning hair and support healthy hair renewal. Additionally, I’m used to eating some supplements which contain red ginseng, because some dermatologists say it can slow cell death so hair follicles can grow for a longer period of time. I also stop staying late since I know good sleep is essential for healthy hair! I don’t want to recommend any hair care products, because I think everyone has different problems. You should first find out the reason why you get hair loss, and then find the solution for your personal need.

My 4b/c routine + info on my hair journey
My 4b/c routine + info on my hair journey
After a year and some change of being natural it’s taken a while to get my confidence up regarding it. There’s a lot of things they don’t tell you about first going natural. They don’t tell you that society’s acceptance and definition of curly hair is people who’s hair is 3a,b and c and the acceptance ends once it gets to coily hair. They also don’t tell you how HIGH MAINTENANCE caring for coily hair is 😭it’s honestly like caring for an entire person. The list about info that’s not discussed before deciding to go natural is probably 10 feet long, but with patience, love and lots of research, caring for natural hair can be really beneficial and can boost your confidence. My regular washday routine I have 4 key steps in my hair routine: preshampoo, shampoo, deep condition and style When I preshampoo I like to use DOO GRO - Mega Thick Hair Oil AFRiCAN PRIDE - Hair Growth Oil and other type oils. Sometimes I may heat them up for better penetration of my strands but I usually like to apply these to my scalp and strands and massage it in really good. After my preshampoo I shampoo. This is when I use my shea moisture low porosity shampoo or a really neat hair mask that many of you have heard about which is the AZTEC SECRET - Indian Healing Clay the shampoo is honestly a holy grail find for me because it tailors to cleaning my hair without adding unnecessary protein because low porosity hair can be really protein sensitive. The hair mask is also AMAZING when it comes to defining your curl pattern like ;-; it’s so great. When I shampoo I usually shampoo once rinse and then go back in shampoo again and rinse. Deep conditioning is essential for me. I love using different deep conditioners and hair masks to see how they impact my hair. So far my two favorites have been the Maui MOISTURE - Heal & Hydrate + Shea Butter Hair Mask and the aussie - 3 Minute Miracle Moist Deep Conditioner these are my favorites because they have a really great price point (the Aussie one is like 3 bucks HELLOOOO), they smell delicious and they have made my hair really hydrated and soft when I have used them. I usually keep my hair mask in overnight and wash it out the next day. Finally my styling has become very different since quarantine has begun. Since we’ve been in quarantine and I no longer physically go to school I’ve had my hair braided down since my state first locked down in like March. There have been maybe three weeks total in the last 5 months where my hair has been out because it’s really simple and easy to take care of my hair. My mom usually braids my hair down and I keep my braids for two weeks (sometimes three/four) and after that I wash my hair and get her to braid it down again. I don’t use braiding hair in my braids because I feel like it’s not necessary and I don’t mind having little chin length braids 😭

Unusual or high amounts of hair fall can be alarming. While it is normal to lose around 80 to 100 strands of hair a day, finding hair on your pillow or clogging up your drain can lead to stress and anxiety about the fullness of your hair.

What causes hair loss? 😱How to prevent it?💡
What causes hair loss? 😱How to prevent it?💡
Hair loss is predictable for some women. After 60 years, one in four women will suffer from it. The blood vessels atrophy and thereby disrupt the growth of the hair follicle, which will eventually die. But women have an advantage over men. If several gentlemen will become completely bald sooner or later, the woman will keep part of her hair system.  The causes of hair loss in women are multiple. Genetic First of all, hair loss can have a genetic cause: it is called androgenetic alopecia. This hereditary hair loss considerably reduces the lifespan of the hair. Specifically, the hair follicles shrink and the hair gradually thins. The capillary density then weakens, with more sparse areas on the top of the head and around the line. Hormonal disorders Then, hormonal disorders are another likely cause of female hair loss. In particular,  PCOS  is a common hormone disorder that can cause a range of symptoms, including hair thinning, which is referred to as female pattern hair loss. Similarly, in pregnant women, the decrease in estrogen levels can put the hair follicles in the resting phase. These hormonal changes then cause temporary hair loss during pregnancy and in the months following childbirth.  Stress It also happens that stress, frequent or occasional, causes hair loss. When we are stressed, the body produces various hormones: adrenaline, cortisol, and adrenal androgens. This higher production leads to hair loss. Hairstyles & Mistreatments Finally, you will observe a much greater hair loss if you constantly attack them: too tight / pulled hairstyles, use of unsuitable products, excessive application of extensions, repeated brushing, etc. These mistreatments weaken your hair and its roots, gradually causing it to fall out. How to prevent hair loss? Do not abuse hot showers, caps, caps, or tight elastics. The frequent use of gels and colorings, even electric dryers, may promote hair loss in women. A more balanced diet, a reduction in stressors, hours of restful sleep promote better scalp health. Keep in mind that hair loss remains a normal phenomenon. Each individual loses 50 to 80 per day. Don’t be too worried.

HOW TO SLEEP WITH & TREAT SUPER DRY HAIR!
