Retinoid and double moisturizing
Dr Shah finally got a prescribed retinoid cream. 🙏👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏽Unfortunately I cannot tag the product here but we can recommend you go see you a dermatologist and they can prescribe you one. When to use a prescribed retinoid cream? Why? Prescribed retinoid creams have a higher concentration of benzoyl peroxide and adapalene. You use it to prevent wrinkles. Ideally when you turn 30 you must use one. Every skin is different. It is recommended to use every night or every other night if your skin gets too irritated. Also it is normal for your skin to hurt a bit as your skin is peeling off and getting used to the changes. It is recommended to double moisturize your face (before and after applying the cream only to the area where is needed) and wash your hands right away. Do not touch any other part of your body if you have the retinoid. It may cause skin burn or irritation. Riki is using CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion at night and Avène - Cicalfate Restorative Skin Cream in the morning. This is the first week he’s been using it and he is very excited about this. We would love to hear more about what kind of prescribed retinoid do you use and how did your face reacted... Xoxo 😘🤗🥰

Best Moisturizers
I have tried many moisturizers but here are the ones I think are best for each skin type! ❤️Best for Oily Skin❤️ CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion This moisturizer is suitable for most skin types but it is great for oily skin types because it contains niacinamide which can aid in controlling the overproduction of oil. It is very moisturizing but it doesn’t make your skin look greasy. I absolutely love this moisturizer and strongly recommend it. 🧡Best for Dry Skin🧡 FIRST AID BEAUTY - FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask This is technically a moisturizing mask but when my skin is feeling dry I use it as a moisturizer. Is is so soothing and has an interesting texture and smell. The product comes out of the tube blue and with an almost whipped texture. When you put it on your face it sinks in slowly if you apply it as a leave on mask, but if you rub it in it sinks in pretty quickly. I personally love the light natural scent it has (it is almost medicinal) but I realize it may be off putting to others. 💛Best for Combination Skin💛 GLOW RECIPE - Banana Soufflé Moisture Cream This moisturizer has niacinamide (can aid in controlling the overproduction of oil), is hydrating, and gives your skin a nice glow. At first I wasn’t a huge fan but with continued use I grew to love it! It has a light banana scent but Glow Recipe product contain extremely little fragrance. I think this would be great for combination skin as long as you don’t mind the glow. 💚Best for Sensitive Skin💚 FIRST AID BEAUTY - Skin Rescue Daily Face Cream This may be my favorite moisturizer! It is hydrating but feels very light on the skin. It sinks in quickly and has a smaller ingredient list so there isn’t a very big risk of irritation. It is very simple but in a great way! 💙Best for Normal Skin💙 FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream If you have normal skin you can use any of the moisturizers I’ve recommended, but this one is really nice, effective, and has a great formula. It is great for dry or sensitive skin as well. It makes my skin feel very hydrated and has never caused issues with my acne prone skin. 💜Honorable Mentions💜 cocokind - Matcha Face Moisturizer This moisturizer is interesting. I feel like that is the best way to put it. It is very thick but it is also mattifying. Because of this, I think it would be suitable for all skin types (including oily) if you prefer thick moisturizers. The one problem I may have with it, though, is that it may have made my milia slightly worse. The Ordinary - Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA I think this is a great moisturizer but I personally prefer other ones. If you are looking for a simple moisturizer that it inexpensive and delivers great hydration, this might be a great option. Leave a comment if you have tried these or have any recommendations!

Review: the beet shield
People have been raving about this product, so I decided to give it a try!! What is the best shield? Well, on the krave beauty website it says the beet shield is a lightweight, soothing day fluid that protects skin from environmental aggressors. Whether it’s sun damage or harmful irritants, The Beet Shield keep pollutants to keep you from getting beet-red. You’re supposed to use this as the last step in your AM skincare routine. My review: This product is great! Before this I was using the CeraVe - AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 which would ball up on my face in small white chunks. My makeup underneath looked awful and it was because of this SPF. Having the beet shield underneath was a game changer for me. This product not only leaves your skin looking dewy and fresh, but my makeup underneath was so smooth. This product does not look like a normal sunscreen. It comes out in a pale color and goes on almost invisible. It’s a very unique formula! I really love this product and I recommend giving it a go! Krave - The Beet Shield

Help!
I have been trying to figure out the best way to take control of my skincare routine. My main concern is the texture of my skin, redness, blackheads on my nose, & large pores on my cheeks. I believe I have combination skin. It can’t often get oily or dry. I’d like any advice having to do with Cerave or The Ordinary. I currently am cleansing my face each morning & night with CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser I like this cleanser, but am wondering if I should try out some other Cerave facial cleansers for my skin. In the morning I use CeraVe - AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 In the evening I moisturize with CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion Occasionally, I use the The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution but I don’t think I have used it consistently enough & often enough to tell a difference. I’ve read that this is good for blackheads on your nose & to use it two nights a week. I have also used The Ordinary - Salicylic Acid 2% Masque but haven’t used it enough to notice a difference. I’d like to look into trying a few more products to help rejuvenate my skin & give my skin care routine a “facelift” 😉 Any advice or opinions would be wonderful. Thank you! Products I’d like to try include: CeraVe - Resurfacing Retinol Serum I would like to introduce a retinol into my routine. CeraVe - Eye Repair Cream I often get dry under eyes, eye lids, & puffiness. The Ordinary - Lactic Acid 10% + HA I read this was good for textured skin & blackheads. The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Thank you in advance! ✨

Help!!
I’m not sure if it’s the products that I’ve been using or it could be hormonal?? I stayed up late one night week doing schoolwork and woke up with this. My face got super itchy and keeps breaking out. I keep my skincare routine pretty simple as I only use CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin NOXZEMA - Anti Blemish Pads OLAY - Complete All Day UV Moisturizer SPF 15 Sensitive Skin + an antibacterial soap from Amway I’ve stopped using the anti blemish pads recently to prevent irritation. I have senior pictures in a few weeks and I’m looking for the fastest but safest way possible to get rid of the redness and scars. Anything helps!!

Winter fav with FAB🥶
First, follow me for more content like this 💖😘 So if you’ve been following me or happen to see my posts you know I’ve been obsessed with First Aid Beauty lately. Their products have come in super clutch this winter for me because of the amazing hydration I get. So let’s talk about the Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer. It’s a light weight moisturizer formulated with meadow foam seed oil, Shea butter, colloidal oatmeal and avocado oil to make the skin extremely soft and smooth. It also helps reinforce the skins barrier. It gives you kind of a velvet, blur finish. I literally lather this one (you don’t have to I just love it so much). it comes in a 1.7 oz tube and it had a pump. It’s also $26. It doesn’t feel sticky and i feel hydrated all day. My face feels so protected from the cold weather. This is the most important product in my routine right now. If you get a chance please try this this winter. I promise it’ll make your face feel so good and hydrated. FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer

My go to for the last 3 months
Okay so I can’t really say 3mos as this is only my week 2 of this routine!!!! MORNING‼️ I wash with Neutrogena - Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser so far it’s been okay, I guess u get what u pay for but with that being said my skin is soooooooo sensitive that literally before finding Cherie would mostly just wash my face with a rag and 💦 ❤️I then go back in with GARNIER - SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water with Rose Water okay so I love this stuff, it don’t make my face feel nasty, I literally use a cotton pad and just wipe away what my first cleanser didn’t get!!!! ❤️I also take my Apostrophe - Spironolactone I’m supposed to take this daily but due to health issues I only take this every other day just to maintain my potassium levels, I’ve only been on this for 2wks and I have noticed a BIG CHANGE in my skin🙌🏽 ❤️I then top it off with Cetaphil - Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion it definitely drenches your face with moisture BUT it makes me oily🚱 NIGHTIME ROUTINE‼️ ❤️I follow all the same steps above but I add in my Apostrophe - Topical Formula So far I’m in love with this, I’m already seeing changes in my skin and some of my scarring, I would definitely recommend this product/company🗣🗣🗣If u can’t afford to see a dermatologist or your insurance doesn’t cover it, this process is pretty cool, u literally do everything over the computer💻 or your phone📲your dermatologist will make up a regimen and it’s sent to u via mail🙌🏽With COVID in our lives this was a game changer❤️ Of course after my topical I once again moisturize my skin with Cetaphil - Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion

Please help me, any advice will help
Hi everyone, so recently I have been getting acne all over my forehead and now more around my cheeks. My skin type is Normal-Dry Skin Also I know that my skin isn’t as bad as other people, however- I am only comparing my skin with myself. No one else. I don’t know what to do to help make it better. I have a hard time maintaining my skin to keep it clear because one day could look nice then in 2 days I break out. > I always try to drink 1500ml of water everyday > However I do struggle a bit with eating. Some mornings I will skip breakfast and sometimes even lunch. If I eat something it could also be something sugary. I always want to eat and everything however, I just don’t have time to prepare and when there’s no food at home I just skip eating. - I will for sure work on that but just eating 3 meals a day, will it change my skin? And what foods are best to eat? Skin Care Routine: CeraVe - Hydrating Cream-To-Foam Cleanser Cetaphil - Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion Avène - CLEANANCE SUNSCREEN SPF 50+ (Sunscreen for the mornings) I don’t have a solid routine and I am working on it. I just don’t want to use so much on my face. What else is best to add to my routine? How do I also take care of active acne? I know I shouldn’t pop them but sometimes they’re just so big and I feel like that’s what everyone just see when they talk to me/look at me.

easy body physical exfoliation
**not my photo! While I love a good chemical exfoliant for my face, I really find that it’s not really enough for the skin on my body. I use a glycolic acid body wash almost every day and I still end up with sticky skin even after I moisturize. I’ve tried body scrubs and while they can be effective, I feel like I waste a lot of product because it dissolves so easily. I also find that my chest, especially between my boobs, has these little bumps and it gets somewhat oily . I was listening to the “Fake Doctors, Real Friends” podcast (ANYBODY A “SCRUBS” FAN???!!!), and they mentioned washing their bodies with washcloths. So I decided to try it! I just took an old face washcloth that is a little more on the rough side rather than the soft and I lathered it up with my Dove - Beauty Bar Soap and began scrubbing all over my body. While I’m sure it doesn’t match the intensity of a Korean scrub, I imagine it’s a step toward that amazing exfoliation treatment. As soon as I stepped out of the shower, I could feel the smoothness of my skin and my body lotion went on very smoothly with minimal stickiness. I love how easy it is to use a washcloth and although all the bumps and the sweaty feeling on my chest isn’t completely gone, I love how smooth it immediately makes my skin feel. I have a ton of washcloths and I always use a new washcloth each time I exfoliate, and I always follow up with my Aveeno - Daily Moisturizing Lotion to seal in the moisture. I’ve been wanting to try a dry brush if anyone has recommendations! What other ways do you use to exfoliate your body?

Minimize trauma to the skin after picking🧖🏾‍♀️
as someone who suffers from dermatillomania, it can be very triggering when breakouts come out of nowhere and return with no warning...especially when life isn’t always easy. which may trigger you to pick even more. some of these products really helped repair the broken skin i was creating for myself from picking without further irritating. i am still trying to put together a perfect post picking routine. (Which will go up here ASAP.) However, what i do know is that HYDRATION post picking is very important. if you can’t help yourself but pop pimples or pick at your skin, pls drop the tools & use q tips!! the closer to the surface the acne is, the better! before and after picking its important to wash your hands and cleanse your skin. I go straight for theCeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser I like this for treating irritated, broken skin/ scabs on my face because it’s non irritating and doesn’t further strip the already broken skin when cleansing. This cleanser hasn’t really helped much with existing (comedongenic) acne for me. But it is good for this. Right after, i go straight for HOLIKA HOLIKA - Aloe 99% Soothing Gel & CeraVe - Healing Ointment I LOVEEEE both of these products. They’ve helped calm irritation, and resurface scars both on my face and my body but also helps the scabs fall off a bit quicker with less trauma to the skin. Add some hyluaronic acid to this mixture!! After this, I applyAveeno - Daily Moisturizing Lotion This lotion has really helped fade acne scars alone/ used with other products. The dimethicone in this product works as a skin protectant. If I am headed outside, (Though this mini routine is ideal for the night time, I would apply my BLACK GIRL SUNSCREEN - Black Girl Sunscreen SPF 30 SPF is very important for us pickers. Don’t skip the SPF! 🧴Avoid any chemical exfoliants or tugging or scrubbing at the broken skin until the lesion and scab has healed! Make sure to keep the scabs moisturized!

Combine the two??
I received the... #dermedicine - weightless face moisturizer [products]#[ThreeStars] in an Ipsy box a while back. From the start, I was never a fan of this product, however I kept using it anyway. As part of my skincare routine, I used this several occasions before continuing on to preparing for my makeup and it always made a mess of things. It would leave a white film and then my primer just moved it around, needless to say it just made doing my makeup a not so fun experience. I recently purchased... CLINIQUE - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+ and remembered why I used to love it! When I was either a preteen or teen, my stepmother bought me my first skincare set which was by Clinique and had the bar soap, the toner and this moisturizer. Over the years, I had actually moved on and tried different products and forgotten all about that first set. Well I suddenly remembered it and decided to purchase again. For what ever reason and not paying attention to what I had done, I put a small amount of each in my hands and started mixing the two together when I snapped back to reality and decided why not. I applied to combined products and then continued on to my primer and makeup. This was a game changer! Now I can finish off this terrible spf moisturizer and not feel rushed to replace it with something better.

This Months Empties !! Dec 2020
The GARNIER - SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water with Rose Water is so much better over the original, it’s a lot less drying and sensitizing. great for dry & sensitive skin. I wish the bottles actually came in a bigger size because I feel like I go through these so quickly 😭 I like to shake my micellar water before squeezing onto a cotton pad, it actually gets a little more soapy and saves you more product that way. In all, I like this product and makes taking off makeup much easier without adding any sensitivity to my skin. Would buy again. PALMER'S - Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Cleansing Oil Face did brighten and make my skin look more radiant, gently removed makeup, and helped get up some surface level plugs!! I wish this was thicker or more viscous so that it could further penetrate the skin and draw out more impurities. Though I do like this product and it does what the label says it does, I would prefer to buy a thicker oil cleanser. I really like a lot of Clinique’s Moisturizers, but I usually don’t want to pay full price, so i really like going for the minis that this brand has available. TheCLINIQUE - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+ is usually my go to under makeup, on cold days or on the go. it has really helped with barrier repair & is dry combo & sensitive skin friendly!!🧖🏾‍♀️ it slips on easy, absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy or oily feeling. no parabens, sulfates, denatured alcohol or fragrance. 🌱Will definitely stock up on some more soon 🧴

My curology experience
There have been many mixed reviews on curology. From what I have seen, many people claim curology made their skin worse when it actually was just in the purging phase. When you start a new skincare product, your skin may purge or break out more than usual. This is the product pushing everything from below the skin surface to the top to get rid of it. So, from what I have seen, I really do think many have not understood purging and gave up on curology right away. However, some people did in fact have bad reactions/ experiences. Everyone’s skin is different, but I wanted to share my story! The pictures above are my before and what my skin looks like now! My experience: I did purge when I first started my medication. The formula I started with was 4% Azeliac acid, 1% clindamycin, and 4% niacinimide. This formula worked well at first, but my skin wasn’t clearing up as fast as I wanted it to, so I asked for a change in formula. My formula I use now is 8% azeliac acid, 1% clindamycin, and .025% zinc pyrithione. I love the formula I have now works very well for my skin and I am loving my results so far! I have been on curology for about 7 months and I plan on cutting back once my skin starts to clear. As of now, my routine is to use curology every night except for Wednesday’s and Sundays (days I use paulas choice liquid exfolaint). My overall review: The curology team is very kind and accommodating to their patients. This is a very convenient way to get a prescription and have a dermatologist to talk to. I have been seeing great results from my medicine and I look forward to finally having clear skin! I do know that curology isn’t for everyone and not everyone will have the same great experience as me. However, I do encourage anyone who wants to try it to do so! You can cancel at any time and you won’t know if it works for you until your try! I recommend anyone to try it out! Curology - Curology formula Curology - The Cleanser Curology - The Moisturizer

All the toners and essences I have emptied
I want to name a few products worth trying: LANEIGE - Cream Skin Refiner so hydrating for winter. You may not need a moisturizer after if used in summer time. Will get a full size some time. fresh - Rose Deep Hydration Toner super comforting just hard to get the juice out at the end with all the flower petals. ORIGINS - Dr. Andrew Weil For Mega-Mushroom Relief & Resilience Soothing Treatment Lotion Limited Edition I didn’t think I would like it. Looks like a boring product but I then realize my skin was really stabilized during the period I used it. Will I get the full size? Maybe not. But for those of you with reactive skin, give a shot. fresh - Black Tea Kombucha Facial Treatment Essence love love love the smell and the touch on the face. Will consider repurchase. LA MER - The Treatment Lotion a bit oily feeling but hydrating. With the price point I will not get the full bottle. SK-II - Facial Treatment Essence (Pitera Essence) I suppose it’s good but after over a year journey with the biggest bottle I’m not going to get another one for now. But if you never had one, try it.

💸$115 for 100ml of La Mer- worth it?
Luxury skincare has always fascinated me. I don’t mind the extravagance, as long as it’s worth the price! I was excited to get my hands on this mini version of the Treatment Lotion to see what it feels like. I’ll start by saying the bottle is a twist off cap, so you have to be *extremely* careful not to spill it or pour too much. Each drop is precious! The way you’re meant to use it is kind of like a toner, where you put some on your fingers and press it into the skin after cleansing. You can also apply it with a cotton pad, which is what I’ve been doing. I like that it doesn’t burn the skin and it’s hydrating enough to be used on its own without moisturizer on top. Must be the “miracle broth” they use! The top three ingredients are water, Algae (Seaweed) Extract and Glycerin. My main skin concerns are acne, hyperpigmentation and dryness. While I can’t say that it’s done much to fix those issues, it hasn’t hurt either! LA MER - The Treatment Lotion

How do you exfoliate? Serum or Toner?
Sometimes I feel like the more I learn about skincare, the more confused I get 🤷🏻‍♀️ I just finished reading Caroline Hirons new book “Skincare: the ultimate no nonsense guide”. I definitely recommend it. I’ll post soon some of my biggest take aways. But, the major thing it left me confused about is exfoliating and acids Caroline Hirons, the Queen of skincare, recommends acid toning twice a day. You should have 2-3 acid toners in your skincare line-up and rotate them, a stronger one followed by gentler, different kinds of acids. I was hoping her treatment section she would touch on acids and how she uses both, but she didn’t talk about acids as serums. Before my skincare journey I was using CLINIQUE - Clarifying Lotion 2 For Dry Combination Skin I had no complaints. It was gentle. I wouldn’t really call it exfoliating. But, after reading the ingredients and seeing alcohol at the top and dyes, I’ve decided to ditch it. I was also using CLINIQUE - CLINIQUE Exfoliating Scrub Again, no complaints. A gentle 7-day scrub. But, I learned that chemical exfoliation is better than physical, so I decided to stop using this everyday. I learned that adding AHA & BHA into your routine is important in your 30s. I tried SUNDAY RILEY - Good Genes All in One Lactic Acid Treatment And wow 🤩 it claims that you can notice smoother & brighter skin in 3mins. MINUTES! Not months or weeks. And it is true! I love this serum. I was using 1-2 times a week. Adding acids slowly to my routine. I never experienced any irritation. I also purchased The Ordinary - Lactic Acid 10% + HAto see how it compared to the Sunday Riley Good Genes, since it’s less than 10% the price. I’ll give a review after I’ve been using it at least a month. I’ve also tried Kate Somerville - Liquid ExfoliKate Triple Acid Resurfacing Treatment This is a strong acid toner. More similar to the products that Caroline Hirons recommends. I don’t love it as much as the Sunday Riley. It smells strong. And I find it more irritating. I’ve used it every other day and that seems like too much. I do find it stings. Here’s my questions: How do you exfoliate? Serums? Or toners? Or both? To make matters more confusing, what about night creams with AHAs??? How often? I’ve read no more than twice a week. But products recommend daily. And Caroline Hirons is recommending twice a day (although alternating between gentle & strong). I think like the serums more than a strong toner. I will try a new gentler toner for twice daily use. And continue using a serum twice weekly in the evenings. I’d love to hear how you incorporate acids into your routine! Thanks 😊

Critique a skincare newbie’s routine
Skins problems: I tend to get mild Rosacea on my lower cheeks and develop tons of blockheads in the creases of my nose, chin and between eyebrows. Other than that I have combination skin with an oily t-zone and normal to dry everywhere else. Where I’m at... So I kinda feel down the rabbit hole into skincare the other month and have tried using a morning routine as follows: GARNIER - Micellar Water Facial Cleanser Sensitive Skin The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% (Made my skin so smooth really quickly, love this one) CLINIQUE - Dramatically Different Oil-Free Gel Neutrogena - Sheer Zinc Face Lotion SPF 50 (leaves a really bad white tint which I can’t seem to get rid of) And a nighttime routine as follows: CLINIQUE - CLINIQUE Liquid Facial Soap (leaves my skin a bit tight-feeling) PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliator (I think it’s working I just can’t really tell) CLINIQUE - Clarifying Lotion 2 For Dry Combination Skin (a bit drying but I don’t want to waste the product) The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% (Made my skin so smooth really quickly, love this one) CLINIQUE - Dramatically Different Oil-Free Gel Outcomes so far: My skin is overall more hydrated and smoother but I still find black dots in my problem areas. Plea for help I have seen improvements but I feel like I don’t quite know what I’m doing and could use some external input. Plz feel free to add any (and I mean any) tips or critique. Thank youuuuuuu

CeraVe - Daily Moisturizing Lotion For Normal To Dry Skin Really good for oily/combo skin! I have combo skin and this moisturizer is very light but moisturizing enough. The texture is very light-weight and non-sticky, it absorbs really quickly into the skin. Pairs really well with the niacinamide or the mandelic acid from The Ordinary for people with acne-trouble skin. Also, this lotion is really great for the body! In conclusion, this lotion is a really good, beginner-friendly and affordable moisturizer.

Retinoid and double moisturizing
Xoxo 😘🤗🥰

My Go-To Winter Moisturizing Duo
My Go-To Winter Moisturizing Duo
CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion I’ve been using CeraVe PM moisturizer for about a year now. It’s safe for sensitive skin and lightweight, so it’s been perfect for my rosacea and oily skin. But in the winter I always need to kick it up a notch. LEO OIL - LEO OIL 30 Label A couple months ago I discovered Leo Oil from @astrologiens (check their Instagram account)! I wanted to support a small business and loved their short list of ingredients: meadowfoam, rosehip seed oil, and blue tansy. All great ingredients for hydrated, balanced skin. Honestly, my skin looks radiant every time I use it. It’s expensive, but there are frequent sales, it lasts a reeeally long time, and the ingredients are excellent quality. Plus, astrologiens includes cute lil stickers with your purchase :) The past month I’ve been combining two pumps of CeraVe with 2 drops of Leo Oil at night for extra hydration, and it’s proven to be the PERFECT combination for my skin. Never clogs my pores, but keeps my skin super hydrated and absorbs beautifully. I’ve literally loved how my skin has looked and felt since combining these two together. What are you guys adding to your skincare routine to stay extra hydrated this winter?

Body Acne Savers🎉🎉🎉
Body Acne Savers🎉🎉🎉
Body acne can be one of the biggest concerns for anyone nowadays. There might be many reasons that cause body acne and show anywhere. I personally have an acne problem in the back. I have used 2 products which work really well to improve this concern. 1. OWAY - Detox Body Bath Cleaning is a very important step to improve skin problems, especially for solving acne and pimples. This O way shower bath is not just a normal shower bath. All the O way products are ECO, animal-test free, and ethically produced. This body bath includes biodynamic Walnut with rich vitamin C that gives an anti-redness action, purple rice that leaves the skin silky soft. It truly worth your penny and meet its name DETOX, as it cleanses and purifies the skin while leaving it smooth and protected against external aggressors. It energizes the skin and has a valuable anti-dryness effect. 2. Cetaphil - Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion After showering, using moisturizing lotion to let skin stays hydrated. Cetaphil is well-known as a good price point and quality. I use Cetaphil as it is good for sensitive skill, fragrance-free, and fast-absorbing! I apply every night after taking shower, it contains avocado oil which really locks moisture. To use good and natural product clean first, then a moisturizer to lock it up! Within these two products, we can also have regular exercise to detox our bodies. Both skincare and physical exercise will detox the body acne faster!
