brazilian skincare 🥥
I love trying out skincare from around the world, today I’m reviewing a few cult faves from brazil! SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian 4 Play Moisturizing Shower Cream-Gel I have the new packaging, a longer bottle. I noticed it was pretty hard to get product out of the lid it has, so that was the first mark against this. I also used most of the stuff in just a couple weeks. so, either not a lot of product is included, or you need a LOT more than your average body wash. I like that it can be used as a shaving cream, but I don’t think it’s worth the price tag. SOL de Janeiro - Bum Bum Body Scrub a newer launch, I was super excited for this scrub. it’s a gentler scrub with a moisturizing effect. I like my scrubs to be a little more exfoliating than this was, but if you have super sensitive skin you may like it! SOL de Janeiro - Bum Bum Sol Oil SPF 30 this is my winner of the three. I am not very good at remembering to wear SPF on my body, so I love this spray for that. it smells amazing, had a little bit of shimmer, and makes my skin feel soft without feeling greasy. have you guys tried any of these brazilian products? #cheriepartner #cheriecreator

Sol de Janeiro - This has a buzz I swear by
I'm a fan of @soldejaneiro products! I just can't stop raving about these. The scent of these items is to die for 🤩 I created this illustration for one of my favorite goodies from them 💖✨ I enjoy fragrance, perfumes but when it comes to skincare I don't prefer it. Although, body care products are a different scenario. I really enjoy some fresh fragrance in my body care and haircare products. That definitely treats me with some aromatherapy . Featuring : @soldejaneiro Brazilian 4 play moisturizing shower cream - gel.SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian 4 Play Moisturizing Shower Cream-Gel - I really like this shower gel, it's moisturizing, doesn't dry skin out and smells divine! A little goes a long way with this one. @soldejaneiro Carnaval queen glow oil SOL de Janeiro - Glow Oils - This is their limited edition oil which smells exactly like bum bum cream. I really like body shimmer or body oils , they make skin look healthy and glowy. This has some fine shimmer just to give you that oomph of glow but nothing chunkey like liquid highlighters or some shimmery oil has. Love this color for my light to medium complexion. @soldejaneiro Coco Cabana body and hair fragranceSOL de Janeiro - Coco Cabana Hair and Body Fragrance Mist - I don't enjoy this coconut note smell as much as I love bum bum cream one. But this smells amazing when you apply it right after shower. This lasts all day and your clothes stay fresh smelling. Do you love @soldejaneiro ? 💖

Amazing product for body acne!😍
I have struggled with body breakouts for years and have tried everybody wash you can think of. And I was always looking for an AHA based body wash to help my body acne, hyperpigmentation, and discoloration from leftover body acne. I have extremely sensitive skin all over my body, physical exfoliation is not an option for me. I had never used any Mario Badescu products before buying this but had heard good things about them. This MARIO BADESCU - A.H.A Botanical Body Soap has been amazing! Within 3 weeks of using this, my skin has cleared for the first time in over 5 years. The fact that I used it more than a couple of times is astounding in itself. I use it with a shower oil and it has been a game-changer. I no longer have acne, itchy skin. It extremely reduced keratosis pilaris on my shoulders, arms, and legs, there are a lot fewer little spots on them and almost no redness. Also, spots on my back are almost completely gone. I’ve been using it a few weeks now and every once and a while I’ll have a small break out but nothing like before. It’s only been 3 weeks showers and already my back is smooth and the left behind scars are lighter than they were. I had despaired ever finding anything that didn't make my skin hurt and did alleviate my body acne after a shower. My skin is so soft that I have found myself petting my arm because of how nice it feels. I never thought I would find something that would clear my body acne and this stuff is so amazing. Between the price, fragrance, and overall confidence this bottle gives you, has almost no smell too which I'm fine with. Happy with this, there is no reason not to go for it. I’ll continue using this for a long long time.

Products for body acne You must have this one!👇
In the hot summer, the back is also a problem besides the facial skin. There will be some acne on the back, which is caused by the unsmooth skin pores. I have been looking for some effective solutions. MARIO BADESCU - A.H.A Botanical Body Soap$18/236ML This is a body soap that I like very much. It can sooth and relaxes the body, while designed to leave skin feeling thoroughly clean and refreshed. A. H. A. Botanical Body Soap is formulated with an invigorating blend of fruit enzymes, Ginseng, and Linden to revitalize skin with every shower. A. H. A. Botanical Body Soap is the best-selling body wash of MARIO BADESCU. It smells good because it is grapefruit-infused. This is the ideal shower gel for all skin types, whether you are dull and dry skin, oily and problematic skin. The cleansing ingredients contained in it can effectively reduce skin pore blockage and oil secretion. So as to suppress acne on the back or other parts of the body. The use of MARIO BADESCU A. H. A. Botanical Body Soap is also very simple. Use a soft cloth or sponge to apply body soap to wet skin. After that, rinse off thoroughly. It is important to note that this product is specially designed for the body, so do not use it on face. If product gets into eyes, rinse well with water. On the other hand, this kind of product can also be used as a hand disinfectant. After washing thoroughly, I recommend that you use a gentle body lotion to strengthen your body's hydration. For acne on the back and chest, we must not take it lightly when we are taking physical care. We must keep our bodies clean and dry. At the same time, we must change our underwear in time. Only by paying close attention to all aspects can the skin be smooth and flawless.

Body products for healthy skin
Nécessaire - The Body Wash : The fatty acid and antioxidant-rich soothing formula, the gentle lather, luxurious gel to oil texture, the packaging (bottle’s twist cap), all these make this body wash my favourite of the trio. I have only tried the fragrance-free one, but it is also available in Eucalyptus, Bergamot and Sandlewood. Price $22 for 8.4 oz Nécessaire - The Body Exfoliator This body exfoliator is both a physical and chemical exfoliator. It contains Bamboo charcoal, pumice and mix of glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and lactic acid to gently exfoliate the skin. It has a gritty gel like consistency and is not harsh (which I like). My skin feels refreshed and balanced. It can be used 1-2 times a week. Price $30 Nécessaire - The Body Lotion The body lotion is lightweight, absorbs very quickly, keeps my skin moisturized without feeling greasy or heavy. I prefer to use this in the morning. Enriched with peptides, antioxidants, multi-vitamins and essential omega 6, and 9, this pH-balanced formula is great for optimal skin health. It retails for $25. All these products work really well for my normal to dry skin. I use the the body exfoliator once a week. It keeps my skin soft and smooth. The body wash does not dry my skin and is soothing. The body lotion makes my skin soft and nourished.

PR cleanser roundup! ✨
PR cleanser reviews! ✨ I wanted to start doing more in depth reviews of skincare, especially skincare that was gifted to me. A lot of times when I post it’s about enough time for a decent first impression but I truly think it takes a lot of time with a product to form my full opinion. Anyways, I just want to be transparent with my reviews. It’s sort of an ode to Jessica Braun’s speed reviews if you watch her. goodhabit - Clean Scene Micellar Gel : been using this one as a first cleanse because I’m out of all my balms/oils. It works well to take off makeup in conjunction with my makeup eraser. It says no need to rinse but I definitely don’t think my skin would feel clean if I didn’t rinse and cleanse this off. The only downfall is I don’t love the smell. It’s somewhat fake/plastic-y smelling? But I still enjoy it! GOOD MOLECULES - Pineapple Exfoliating Powder : I love this so much! I use this 2-3x per week when I want very gentle physical exfoliation. It leaves my skin soft and hydrated but it also feels clean. 100% recommend. GHOST DEMOCRACY - Transparent Gentle Exfoliating Daily Cleanser : I really enjoy this one. I also only use this one occasionally bc it definitely has that burning exfoliating sensation when you use it (it contains 4.1% glycolic acid). But my skin feels clean and not stripped with this. Love that it’s fragrance free. Only complaint is the packaging, if pours out without squeezing when you open it. It needs a better stopper! GOOD MOLECULES - Clarify & cleanse bar : this was a no for me. The cleansing bar was messy, it didn’t remove makeup and it stripped my skin. It also left my skin with that waxy film feeling. KITAO - Matcha + Chia Cleansing Cream : I really enjoy this. It’s gentle and a nice everyday cleanser! It’s not great at taking off makeup so this is always a second cleanse. I don’t LOVE the scent of this but I believe it’s fragrance free so it’s just the natural scent of the ingredients so I can definitely get past it! *all products gifted to me but opinions are my own

If you have acne prone skin get this now!!
I am here to RAVE about this product I received this sample with two full size products I ordered from them as well and have yet to try! But this sample is something I started incorporating in my skincare routine about two weeks ago but just a week of DAILY use. At first I would alternate it with my cleansers as I do double cleanse But the fact I have decided to buy the full size AND currently carry this baby in my purse speaks volumes I use it to wash my face while at work to have a fresh canvas to reapply sunblock and ofcourse prevent mascne ! Will be posting another review when I receive the soap and the soap tray which I think is perfect as I’m lucky to have this little baggy it came in to reuse

L’occitane almond line
Like I was saying in my Shea butter review this almond line from L’occitane is amazing too! Yes smell is amazing, only downside is the milk concentrate is not as moisturizing as say the Shea body butter which makes sense because you can’t beat Shea body butter. The almond body oil is something sent from heaven it smells heavenly and when I put it on my body after my shower then put the Shea body butter on I just have the most nourished skin a dry girl could ask for. Amazing duo, sad part is the body oil is expensive as heck for a full size and I could see myself going through it within 2 months maybe 3 if I’m lucky The almond hand cream smells amazing duh, and it does moisturize my hands very well, however for severely dry cracked hands I would say go the Shea butter hand cream route. Still great product though The almond shower oil, now this is amazing too, it doesn’t lather a whole lot but enough to get the job done, very soft very good smell too. Like I said with the Shea butter shower oil if you shaved with these shower oils your legs would be soooo smooth. 5/5 the entire almond line smells like heaven, it’s just very expensive I can’t justify the price since I’m a college student and with what’s going on in the world I don’t have a lot of money to spend right now. My top picks from L’occitane are: Shea body butter, Shea hand cream, almond body oil and shower oil, Shea shower oil too, Shea light face cream What I’m dying to try is their almond body balm that looks to die for

I $130 On Skincare: 🏷 New Beauty Buys
A few weeks ago I posted about my one-on-one consultation with an expert from Avène. James spent over 30 minutes with me creating the perfect regimen for my skin. However, when I went to buy it and saw the $$ my jaw dropped. Over the past few weeks I just coming back to my shopping cart and finally just decided to go for it last week. Here is what I bought : Avène - Tolérance Extrême Cleansing Lotion$32 this will be the second cleanser in my double cleanse system. First I will use the oil based Avène - XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cleansing Oil which I already own. Avène - Thermal Spring Water Spray $18.50. I have used this in the past so I can speak to it’s worth. It’s healing mist that has soothing and anti-irritating properties. It’s the core of Avène as a company and has been healing skin for over two centuries Avène - Tolérance Extrême Cream$38 this will be my new everyday lotion. Potentially replacing my current go-to VANICREAM - Moisturizing Skin Cream Avène - Cicalfate Restorative Skin Cream $42. This was the first Avene product ever introduced to be through my dermatologist and it’s amazing. It’s used to establish and maintain a healthy skin barrier. I will be using this after work as a no-rinse mask. I work 12hr shifts as a nurse and wearing the mask all day really irritates my skin. Also, I will use as needed for eczema &/or rosacea flare ups instead of the Tolerance Extreme Cream. Total cost: $130.50

Freshen-Up Your Skin Without Spending $$$
It seems like chemical exfoliates are all the rage in skin-care right now. Personally, they are too harsh for my sensitive skin. Whatever your reason may be for not diving head first into the trend, don’t worry you can still exfoliate ! Here’s how you can use baking soda to freshen up <3 Baking Soda? Yes, Baking Soda Baking soda can be used as a fine-grain exfoliant It’s anti-inflammatory and antibacterial 🦠. It kills the microbes causing acne. The anti-inflammatory properties can help razor bumps and reduce the redness that comes with acne. Maintains skin pH ⚖️. Baking soda draws out the excess oil from the skin by unclogging pores which will prevent future breakouts Obviously, removes dead skin cells How to Use Very very simple 🖤 Step 1) wash your face as normal to reduce everything on the surface Step 2) I mix half a pump of my cleanser with a teaspoon (or more) of baking soda. This part is up to you. You can make a paste with the two or use a little Step 3) moisturize as your usually do Step 4) Lip balm Step 5) Go conquer the world 🌍 Avène - XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cleansing Oil BIOSSANCE - Squalane+ Rose Vegan Lip Balm @CheriePick@cherie Edit: Only do once- twice a week max. As always I only speak to what I know about dry, sensitive and eczema prone skin. This was recommended by my dermatologist Dr. David Kaplan who is a nationally recognized as a master clinical in dermatology and expert dermatologist .

Body Products ➡️ Face Products
Drunk Elephant released a body product line that is supposedly face-safe... so I’ve tested their products’ dual use, with surprising success thus far! DRUNK ELEPHANT - T.L.C. Happi Scalp Scrub is amazing on the scalp as well as the face, melding chemical and gentle physical exfoliation- but what about the other, less obviously translating products? 👀 • DRUNK ELEPHANT - Kamili Cream Body Cleanser is a 5/5 star cleanser for both the body and the face- I actually like it more than DRUNK ELEPHANT - Beste No. 9 Jelly Cleanser on my face! It’s less drying, but still gets my skin thoroughly clean on days I don’t have 4+ layers of sunscreen on. It has little lather, making it wonderful for sensitive and/or dry skin, as well as those that wash their face twice per day. • DRUNK ELEPHANT - Sweet Pitti Deodorant Cream took a while to gather the courage to test 🙈 I used it as a wash-off exfoliant mask, leaving it on for ten minutes before rinsing. Mandelic acid is thickened by arrowroot powder and tapioca starch, making this an unsurprisingly gentle chemical exfoliant. It also soaked up excess oil quite nicely, but the variety of oils (and she’s butter) included kept it from being overly drying on my t-zone. It did leave my cheeks feeling a bit tight so I’d recommend it primarily for oily/combo folks that can’t handle harsher lactic acid/glycolic acid masks- it leaves skin sooo soft but definitely does its job of keeping skin dry! • DRUNK ELEPHANT - Sili™ Body Lotion is a ceramide- and amino acid-packed lotion that manages to feel luscious and lightweight, which made it a perfect PM moisturizer some nights when I felt particularly adventurous with the body line! It soaks in surprisingly well and didn’t break me out with a couple days of use, buuuut it did leave me shiny. Very shiny, actually, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend this as an AM moisturizer unless you’re in a pinch. But the squalane and coconut alkanes make this a particularly silky lotion that would be good for dry, normal, and/or combo skin in the evening. I recommend these mainly for those that like dual-use products... or those bored at home 😂 #CheriePartner

I need help with my pores
I need help to get rid of my pores!! My acne on my forehead use to be really bad but I’ve come a long to help it, but now my lower half of my face needs help. This is my skin care routine right now. So if anyone has recommended products for pores please let me know. A.M. skin routine: CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin I like how it’s easy to use but I’ve seen lately that foaming cleansers aren’t that good but I don’t a good cleansers that is fragrance free and deep cleanses but doesn’t dry out my face pixi - Glow Tonic I use once in awhile in the morning, it hasn’t done much for me but I guess since I’m not consistent with it CeraVe - Daily Moisturizing Lotion For Normal To Dry Skin in the beginning I really liked but I talked to my dermatologist on Curology and she told me that this can clog my pores so I haven’t use it much and I’ve noticed a difference. I’m drying to find a fragrance free gel moisturizer or a fragrance free moisturizer that doesn’t leave my skin sticky Neutrogena - Clear Face Break-Out Free Liquid Lotion Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 30 I really like this, it doesn’t leave a white paste on my face and it doesn’t break my face out P.M. routine: CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin The Ordinary - Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution I used to have big under my eyes but this definitely has minimize them Curology - Curology formula in the beginning, my skin broke out because it was purging but definitely has made my skin better, it helped my forehead so much CeraVe - Daily Moisturizing Lotion For Normal To Dry Skin —————————————————————————————— I shower everyday because I have volleyball practice but sometimes while in the shower I wash my face with DR. BRONNER'S - Baby Unscented Pure-Castile Liquid Soap I use to use it as cleanser but switched to Cerave. After I get out I use Bio-Oil - Multiuse Skincare Oil I got it to get rid of dark spots on my body and my stretch marks, definitely have seen progress with the dark spots but nothing with the stretch marks, but I decided to use it for my face even though I seen people say it’s to harsh but it doesn’t irritate my face when using it. Once a week I use The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution I like using it because I feel like it renews my face and definitely has helped with texture on my face.

Forehead bumps, I need help!
Hey! I’ve been struggling with these stubborn bumps all over my forehead, between my brows and on my temples for about two years now. I’ve considered that they’re fungal acne but I tried using dandruff shampoo and other zinc products and they simply did nothing. They look to me more like clogged pores. Currently the bumps aren’t at their worst as I don’t have the stress of school but they’re still there and ruin every pic of me. I use to use the phisoderm ph + wash (contains salicylic acid) for about 6 months and FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration. This routine did nothing so I switched to the DR. BRONNER'S - Baby Unscented Pure-Castile Liquid Soapand the everyone - Face, Nourishing Moisturizer. I use the Cetaphil - Daily Facial Moisturizerwith SPF in the am. It hasn’t been long enough to see results of these new products but I’ll update if things get better or worse. On top of having these pesky bumps I also have deep rooted blackheads all over my nose, around my lips and on my chin. Hormonal pimples here and there are also common. I feel as though I am pretty healthy, I eat organic and balanced meals (obviously some processed sugar and other foods) and I exercise 2-3 times a week. I’m 15 years old so a lot of my skin concerns could be hormonal. I know there are many worse skin conditions I could have, but these bumps have caused me to be super self conscious and I always feel gross even with makeup on as the texture always shows. If anyone has any product recommendations or anything that might help my skin whether it’s dietary or a change of environment please let me know! I’d really appreciate it as I’ve never seen anyone with the same issue as me or who can give me a clear answer. Thanks!

BEST OF: Body Wash 🏆
BEST OF: Body Wash 🏆
My awards for body wash... I have pretty sensitive skin with different needs depending on what I’m doing in the bath or shower. These products just shine in my opinion! 🏆 The best everyday body wash Dr Teal's - Activated Charcoal and Black Lava Salt Body Wash The Dr Teal’s wash has been one of my favorites for a long time. I’ve used their epsom bath salts for a while as well since I exercise often and get muscle fatigue and soreness. I decided to give it a go because 1) it has a pump, 2) it’s 24oz for $6, and 3) the brand is cruelty free. Honestly I love the lather of this wash and use it as my regular wash in the shower. The scent is nice but not overpowering and it helps keep my skin from drying out in this harsh winter. 🏆 The best body scrub MANNA KADAR BEAUTY - Sea Minerals Champagne Charcoal Scrub I rarely ever use scrubs. Ever! My skin is so sensitive and irritable that I usually just gently exfoliate with a wash cloth. However, I got this in a fab fit fun box last year and I’ve been using it once every 4-6 months since. I use it on my legs as a pre-shave exfoliator to help ease any hives or bumps I always get when I shave. It’s very nice, but I’m not sure I could justify $40 (the listing price on amazon) for this and will probably just use facial scrubs on my legs after I run out of it. I do enjoy using it though!! 🏆 The best special occasion wash LUSH - Sleepy Shower Gel The sleepy line from Lush has been one of my favorites for a very long time. I’m always skeptical of products that contain many essential oils but this one does not irritate my skin and I usually use it only when I bathe or shower at night to help me wind down. A little bit of this goes a VERY long way! It’s a bit pricey at $10 for a 3.3oz bottle but it’s going to last me a long time since I don’t use it every time I shower. I recommend asking for a sample at lush to see if it irritates your skin. It’s very thin and lathers up a lot but doesn’t leave you feeling tight or dry. What are your favorite body washes?

Crushed Amethyst body polish/Anna Sui body wash
🚿I’ve been slacking in the body care department lately, & really needed to exfoliate. I’m hoping I can step my game up a bit💎 I’m very good at keeping up my skincare routine, but with my disability, I kind of hate showering. These products were so luxurious, I’m actually looking forward to it. HERBIVORE - Amethyst Exfoliating Body Scrub $44/6.6 oz This was wonderful! Such a beautiful lilac shade without any artificial colors! I haven’t used a body scrub in a while & was definitely overdue (I’ve had a lot more ingrown hairs on my legs recently😞) This was super gentle, it didn’t hurt or scratch my skin. Not only is my skin quite pale, but I have a neurological condition that can make my skin flare up, so some body exfoliation products are way to abrasive for me. The first 2 ingredients are sugar & epsom salt, both are physical exfoliants & humectants that hydrate the skin while exfoliating. I love this type of physical exfoliators because they’re natural & begin to dissolve in water, leaving no residue or little beads afterwards. And did I mention, it has actual AMETHYST in it?! It also has organic coconut oil & organic shea butter as moisturizers high on the ingredients list. I know it won’t solve my ingrown hairs overnight, but my skin was so smooth, soft & almost felt moisturized enough to not reach for body lotion. (I live at a high elevation & the water at my apartment is very very drying, so I’m still impressed even though I did put on moisturizer☺️) The scent is so amazing! Main note is definitely rich, lush Sambac Jasmine, also known as Arabian Jasmine. If you like the Herbivore Orchid Oil, you will probably like this scent too. It’s a very natural product with great ingredients... I will definitely be adding this to my shower routine!! ANNA SUI - Rose Liquid Body Soap $20/8.4 oz 🌹I really enjoyed this one too. The scents paired so well together! This obviously has a rose scent; extracted from the Dog Rose & the gorgeous Cabbage Rose. A bit of that old lady style rose smell, but not deep & musky, it’s quite sweet, light & fresh. I personally love Rose (& Jasmine) Smell softens once out of the bottle. 🇯🇵This product is from fashion designer Anna Sui’s beauty line made in Japan. All her stuff is sooo cute! With hydrating honey & moisturizing almond oil, this body wash left my skin soft & it wasn’t drying at all. That’s very important in a body wash for me! But it does the job of cleansing the body well with Lauric acid as the 2nd ingredient, which is a hydrating antibacterial agent extracted from coconut that’s able to fight pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, & yeasts. Many of the benefits tied to coconut oil are directly linked to Lauric acid. All in all a really nice body wash... I wish the scent lasted a bit longer, but maybe that’s too much to expect from a body wash. Still giving it 5⭐️ a bit pricey for a body wash I suppose, but you don’t need much to get a nice lather.

Body Wash: Smells Good, Soothes Redness,
Body Wash: Smells Good, Soothes Redness,
I may not put fragrance near my face, but I love when my body products smell nice! Thankfully, my eczema reactions mainly only happen on my neck and face, so I can safely use fragranced body washes without much worry- and I have fallen in love with the JOSIE MARAN - Skin Dope Ultra Nourishing Daily Body Wash that Josie Maran sent over in a PR package. It smells fantastic! So fresh and citrusy, very summery. It fades down to a subtle scent after rinsing and drying, not obtrusive at all, and is naturally-derived fragrance for those that prefer it. I really enjoy this cleanser specifically because it not only leaves my skin softer than before it was when I got in the shower, but also because it soothes the chronic redness that plagues my upper arms. I’ve noticed that instead of their usual redness, the skin on my arms is instead a faint pink- a welcome improvement! The Skin Dope body wash contains gentle coconut-based surfactants (sulfate-free for those curious) plus plenty of hydrating and moisturizing ingredients like glycerin, aloe juice, hemp seed oil (hence “Skin Dope”), and their trademark argan kernel oil. They include soothing marshmallow root extract and nourishing vitamin e, as well as three hydrating-and-potentially-exfoliating ingredients. Lactic acid and citric acids are typically exfoliants, but used in low concentrations tend to provide more humectant-focused benefits, as they retain water well! White willow bark extract is soothing but contains salicin, an ingredient that is broken down by enzymes into salicylic acid. However the small amount here is likely functioning as a humectant and skin-soother versus an exfoliant. If you’re not sensitive to fragrance on your body, this may be a wonderful product to try out if you prefer your cleansers gentle and citrusy! #CheriePartner

EMPTY—my favorite body wash for sore muscles
EMPTY—my favorite body wash for sore muscles
I’m on my feet a lot—some for work, but mostly when I exercise daily. Getting older, my muscles get sore easier so I looked for a brand that could help me with my sore muscles in multiple capacities. Enter Dr. Teal’s. This brand has helped me in so many ways...they make products including the empty here: Dr Teal's - Activated Charcoal and Black Lava Salt Body Wash with Epsom salt, which is a soothing salt that eases joint and muscle pain at an affordable price that is cruelty free. After going through 800 bags of their Epsom salt, I decided to try out their body wash early last year...and it’s all I’ve used since! A huge bottle is $6 and easily lasts me 4-5 months. I usually purchase multiple at a time so I already have a backup for it ready. This particular body wash has activated charcoal in it as well, which seems kind of gimmicky to me but it doesn’t take anything away from the wash itself, that smells nice, has a nice lather, and has hydrating and soothing ingredients like Shea butter and aloe. I highly recommend this wash to anyone wanting to try something new. At $6 for 24oz, you can’t go wrong here! I give this wash 5 out of 5 stars and will repurchase it forever!

SheaMoisture - Raw Shea Butter Body Wash 🌻13 fl oz I get mine from Target for about $8.99 🌻 Has Shea Butter and Coconut Oil 🌻Frankincense and Myrrh give this a product a sweet and earthy scent. It smells amazing ! 🌻 The consistency is runny BUT a little goes a long way. 🌻 Goes on like silk and leaves my skin smooth and moisturized 🌻Extremely Moisturizing 🌻No Parabens, No Mineral Oil , No Sulfates, No Animal Testing 🌻Great for Dry Skin 🌻Leaves a light scent on the skin The only thing with this body wash is that because it’s of a thinner, liquid consistency I use a lot. Which isn’t needed a little spreads and lathers enough. If you haven’t tried this body wash I highly recommend ❤️ #cheriecreator

Body wash!
Body wash!
The Coco Cabana body cream cleanser by Sol De Janeiro smells so good!! At first I was a little nervous that I wouldn’t like the product because it is so hyped, but it lived up to its name. It smells just like the glorious body lotion which is amazing. The texture is very creamy and thick. It doesn’t lather too much which is something I don’t particularly like about it. Another negative I have is that the smell doesn’t stay too long on my body:(. Other than those complaints I love it! I would recommend this body wash to anyone that loves Sol de Janiero!
