Appearance of my face is COMPLETELY different
Bio-Oil - Multiuse Skincare Oil This product is meant for: Scars Stretch marks Uneven skin tone Aging and dehydrated skin I apply this product in my PM routine because of how oily it is. I cleanse my face, i apply my serum and then i apply this very gently all over my face. Mainly i apply it under my eyes and on my cheeks because those are the most dehydrated parts of my face. This product solved my uneven skin tone and the scars from my acne. It also hydrates my face a lot so as soon as i wake up, my face feels soft and hydrated. I also apply this product on the stretch marks located on my thighs. The visibility of them have decreased ALOT. Its so surprising how ONE product can do so many things at once. I recommend this 100% .

Stretch Mark Prevention 🤰🏻🍼
During pregnancy the skin stretches a lot and it is easy for small breaks to occur due to the lack of elasticity and for unwanted stretch marks to appear. You must have your skin well hydrated throughout your pregnancy, so it is essential to apply a moisturizer or an oil indicated for pregnant women at least twice a day. Here I show you the products that helped me prevent stretch marks during my pregnancy: Bio-Oil - Multiuse Skincare Oil This magical position saved me! Bio‑Oil® Skincare Oil is the world’s leading scar and stretch mark product. NIVEA - Nourishing Care Body Wash NIVEA - Crème Tin NIVEA - Essentially Enriched Body Lotion Deep nourishing moisture Reduces the roughness of dry to very dry skin, after just 1 application. Locks in moisture & gives noticeably smoother skin. PALMER'S - Cocoa Butter Formula Oil With Vitamin E PALMER'S - Cocoa Butter Formula, Massage Cream for Stretch Marks I used Palmer’s products for the first few months of my pregnancy, they are good but NIVEA and BIO OIL products make me felt “safer”. Nivea creams and body wash are truly deep and nourishing hydration, I felt the difference immediately. The secret is prevention, the sooner you start is better. Good luck 👍🏻😉

Waste of $$$
I was so excited to buy these because I’ve heard such great things and I have always struggled with horrible ingrowns in my bikini area! I decided to try the oil there and use the stubble cream on my legs. I applied both daily, as well as using the exfoliator in the shower a few times a week. I used the entire bottle of oil in a little over a month. I was so disappointed in both of these. I didn’t see any difference in my leg stubble, and my ingrown bumps stayed exactly the same. They even became more irritated when I used the exfoliator. I was disappointed in all of this, and would not recommend. fur - Fur Oil fur - Stubble Cream

Body-hair Skincare
I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again: skincare does not stop at your face. It is extremely important that just as with our facial regimen, the rest of our skin also needs proper cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and protection. Our entire body is also covered in hair follicles, that at-times, become congested, ingrown, and inflamed by environmental irritants, clothing, and shaving. The Fur oil is for everywhere that hair meets skin! It is a super gentle acid-free formula that soothes and smooths skin and prevents ingrowns, while softening hair and refining regrowth. I’ve been applying it as an aftershave, over my bikini line, post-drybrushing, in between waxing appointments, on my underarms, and through the ends of my hair (at-night)! Because of my husband’s job, he has to shave everyday and with that comes weekly (sometimes daily) in-grown hairs! He has only had one in the last two weeks, since applying this, and it’s completely softened and healed quicker than ever! The scent is light and almost resembles a bubblegum or candy smell!! It truly feels like a luxury oil and to be honest, was super hard for me to share with my husband, but you know men👏🏼 need👏🏼skincare👏🏼too. fur - Fur Oil #cheriecreator

Thigh Chafing HELP!💥
No one enjoys that prickly, painful rash that happens in the inside of the thighs from chafing. I know I always have to be careful in the summer months when wearing dresses, yikes! Sometimes, you can choose different clothing and undergarments to solve the issue. But there are treatments and tips to help you avoid this issue without having to change your clothes! What is it: ●caused by friction, thigh chafing can occur quickly and lead to a painful, red rash ●many people notice this from wearing ill fitting or loose clothing, exercising, or excessive sweating and heat *BEFORE starting the day, you can choose to use a preventative product. megababe - Thigh Rescue This stick is easily swiped on the legs before your day to prevent any irritation. It is non toxic, and has soothing aloe and hydrating oils to moisturize while it protects. This product is easy to use and can even be thrown in your bag! *AFTER the irritation, you need something to calm the rash. You can choose a diaper rash cream such as an A and D protectant ointment. This is thick and creates a waterproof barrier while the vitamins help to soothe the skin. Vaseline - 100% Pure Petroleum Jelly, Original Plain, pure petroleum jelly works great too! They both have a thick ointment texture. These work to create an occlusive barrier on the skin, preventing moisture loss and sealing the skin in a protective film. A main point with these two products is that they are thick and heavy, so you will need to apply and wear loose clothing. Preferably use right before bedtime. The next morning, the irritation should be significantly reduced, but apply as needed to heal the skin!

🚫STOP THE RUB🚫
I hate hate hate when my thighs rub together. In summertime I like to wear shorts, dresses, skirts, and rompers. I dislike when my legs get sweaty and thighs rub together. I especially hate it when I go hiking because it can be painful after a while. I saw one of my IG friends talk about a product she loved. My sister asked me for a recommendation for a product to help her with these same issues, and I mentioned it. She immediately bought it and brought it with her when she visited me last month. The megababe - Thigh Rescue is SO GOOD!! I ended up purchasing one for myself at Target after she left. It comes in a deodorant-style packaging that applies clear. It contains aloe, pomegranate, and grape seed oil. My thighs rub together but this product allows them to stay slippery so there’s no painful chafing. If I’m going to be outside for a long time I will re-apply after a couple hours. You can use this product wherever you experiencing chafing. This is my body care product of the summer! $14 at Ulta and Target. Cruelty-free. #CheriePartner

Hey I’m new here
Hey guys , so my name is krezzia. I really don’t know where to start but this is my journey I want to share with you guys. So 2018 it was the worst year of my life, my skin was acting crazy, and I got to the point where I experience anxiety and depression. It was so difficult I tried everything product likes neutrogena, proactive, aveeno, clearasil anything I can get my hands on or people will tell me it worked for there skin. Which obviously didn’t work for me, trust me I was one of them will buy a product and expect to work the next day lol or thought it’s working for a week and then try another product. Which I shouldn’t have done because it made me have an allergy reaction to it which was pretty scary. Later on my friend Hannah which is a skin aesthetician introduced me to a product called Image skincare, it was a well known product, so I tried it for at least 3 months everything was working except my acne scar. Then she recommended me a chemical peel to try and she said I might not even peel. But yes I did !! I peeled so bad lol but I was so excited to see my new skin. My skin was getting better after that peel but I had few dark spots still needs working. Some people skin usually will peel and get a total new skin. She only did half because she only did both of my cheeks. She only treat the area that needed which was my cheek and later do a laser peel. So I did 2 chemical peel and probably 2 or 3 laser. After that I’ve seen the result, plus I was taking docycline which help a lot. A few year has past after my beautiful transformation , my acne started coming back last year like 2 months before my wedding omg. Here we go again, but it wasn’t as bad like it was. So I tried different products again... Yup I know what you guys about to say.... Stop! Well my acne came back but this time my acne or pimple became hard like a cyst and whenever I have acne it turned red or purple which scarred my face more. Which is so weird because that never happen to me. Anyway I’m 15 weeks pregnant which I got pregnant during this horrible covid year. But God always has plans for you. Me and my husband are expecting for the baby to be here dec 16 th. Anyway what product would you guys recommend that is safe to use during pregnancy. Any advice will help and I know when your pregnant you can’t use a lot of product. I’ve been using CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skinmorning and night. CeraVe - AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30for morning time. DERMA•E - Scar Geltwice in a week only at night.

Get Ready for this Shimmery Summer✨
I cannot wait to share this girls! It is the most trendy product this year and and I finally got it! I love body glow products. It was really popular starting around 2018 when there was a bunch of products in market and reviews every where. I was kind of heisted to try on cause it was so many doubts and comments. Another reason is the textured. for me it is kind of like a lipgloss for our body and looks like it is gonna get everywhere - all over the hair and clothes. This year I saw a picture on instagram and the girl wear it just blow me out and I decided to give it a try. I have to say this is so so so beautiful. Just by hold it in my hands. The textured is actually different than I thought. It is more like a gel liquid highlighter.PATRICK TA - Major Glow Body Oil These shades give sallow olive skin tones a much needed dose of brightness and radiance. if I’m tanning I add some on to make my skin glow as I’m tanning. It’s good for warm undertone and I would use it during the summer on my legs because it definitely shimmers. Honestly a little pump from the bottle goes a long way. You pump it onto your skin and just rub with fingers into your skin and it gives you this perfect shimmery dewy glowI get so many compliments on my skin luminosity and how nice my skin looks! The tiny glitter particles just catch the light. The color and glitter stays on your body all day and the best part is...it doesn’t transfer onto your clothes! Overall do like this product a lot since it makes my skin so iridescent and soft and it smells so good. I wore this feeling like in Greece and I am glows like a goddess.if you have never tried a skin luminizer, i definitely recommend you try this.

Cleansing Routine to Manage Acne
I have sensitive combination skin that is acne-prone. Finding a routine to manage my acne took almost eight years. My trouble spots are my cheeks, forehead and above my top lip. I’m pretty strict with my routine, because my skin is not fond of change. AM ROUTINE I like to keep my morning routine simple and light because too many products stress out my skin, feel heavy, cause breakouts and I end up sweating them off. I cleanse with CAUDALIE - Instant Foaming Cleanser . I love this cleanser because it uses clean ingredients that don’t over dry my face and it smells great! The only reason I knock off a star is because fragrance is included in the ingredients, which can irritate some folks. My face is pretty sensitive and I haven’t had any issues. To moisturize, I pat CAUDALIE - Vinopure Skin Perfecting Mattifying Fluid on my face and neck (never forget your neck!). It works like magic! It dries clear, feels light and doesn’t leave you oily. I can literally feel the moisturizer eating up the excess oil on my skin. I love it. I definitely recommend this product for people with oily skin. Afterwards, I always always always SPF my face and neck. I’ve been using Glossier. - Invisible Shield Daily Sunscreen and I love it’s consistency. It’s super light and leaves that dewey glow that everyone loves. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. If anyone has any dupe recommendations — let me know! PM ROUTINE I go HAM during my night routine to treat any trouble spots and damage. At night, I cleanse with DIFFERIN - Daily Deep Cleanser BPO 5% . The benzoyl peroxide kills bacteria and keeps my breakouts to a minimum. I follow it with DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel . This is the secret ingredient! If you try any of the products in this post, this is the one. It has really minimized my breakouts. Before using the treatment gel, there was never a day a didn’t have at least one bump. Afterwards, I use Glossier. - Super Bounce Hyaluronic Acid + Vitamin B5 Serum to add some extra moisture to my skin overnight. I top it off with the moisturizer I use from my AM routine. ONCE A WEEK AM ROUTINE: 1-2x a week. I use Glossier. - Solution Exfoliating Skin Perfector to exfoliate. Especially after shaving. This is my favorite after shave. It’s a great chemical exfoliator that leaves your skin glowing. Use it after cleansing and before moisturizing. PM ROUTINE: For extra support and as a spot treatment, I mix two drops of TRADER JOE'S - Spa 100% Australian Tea Tree Oil into a small cup of water. I use a cotton pad and pat the mixture on my trouble spots. It minimizes the redness and irritation overnight! I don’t have perfect skin, but I’m so much happier with the state it’s in. My skin is glowing and clear. I finally feel confident showing my face to the world.

Trader Joe’s faves!!
If you are only buying food at Trader Joe’s, you’re missing out!! They have amazing personal care products that are so effective & affordable! Here are my favorites that I use to supplement my normal skincare routine (: TRADER JOE'S - Spa 100% Australian Tea Tree Oil ~ I put 1-2 drops of this on a damp cotton ball & use it every morning. I absolutely love how refreshing it is & it clears my skin of any impurities! ✨ TRADER JOE'S - Rose Water Facial Toner ~ I usually use this when I need to freshen up mid-day! I love the smell and how hydrating it is for my face 🌹 TRADER JOE'S - Lavender Salt Scrub ~ This is my latest & greatest discovery! I went to TJ’s looking for their grapefruit ginger scrub & came home with this instead! It makes my skin feel SO smooth and so moisturized! I like to put it on my legs after I shave, or on my arms if they need to exfoliate. I highly recommend it!!! Comment your favorite Trader Joe’s products!!! (: I love new recommendations!

Trader Joe’s Has Skincare?!
Did you know Trader Joe’s sold skincare products? Neither did I until TikTok told me. These 3 products have slowly but surely have been incorporated into my night time routine! 🌝 TRADER JOE'S - Ultra Hydrating Gel Moisturizer with Aloe & Green Tea Extracts This is one of the best moisturizers I’ve come across! I love the way it feels! It’s so lightweight and isn’t sticky at all. And it pairs so nicely with the oil! TRADER JOE'S - Vitamin Oil E I swear, pairing these two products have been magical. Sometimes I’ll only put on these 2 things when I don’t feel like adding a serum ~ As for serums? A couple nights a week, I’ll mix The Ordinary’s Lactic Acid and Niacinamide, then apply this moisturizer and oil on top. And I always wake up with super smooth skin! TRADER JOE'S - Rose Oil Ultra Moisturizing Hand Cream As for the hand cream, it doesn’t exactly smell like roses. It’s kind of thick and fragrancey but the smell doesn’t linger that long. I’ve really enjoyed it so far and you can’t beat $5!🌹

Trader Joe’s Skincare
My thoughts on some products: 1a) TRADER JOE'S - Nourish Hyaluronic Moisture Boost Serum ($8.99 in stores). ~ Vs ~ 1b) The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 ($6.80 from Ulta and Sephora stores). NOTES: Very similar to one another I prefer to keep both in my skincare routine because I like to switch around my products a lot. Trader Joe’s is more of a serum so it’s a little lighter than the ordinaries product, but both serum and acid products are great for an increase in skin cell production due to the extra hydration these products provide for our skin. the ordinaries product does make my face feel a bit more tight. 2) TRADER JOE'S - Vitamin Oil E ($3.99 for 4 fl oz) NOTES: I use this product in my hair (mixed with olive oil, honey, and lavender for a hair mask), I fill up a glass roller and use it underneath my eyes, and I use a small amount on my face before bed twice a week. Aids with dryness around my face and doesn’t cause extra oil build up in my t-zone. Additional benefits include healing of scars and brightening of the complexion as well. 3) TRADER JOE'S - Nourish Oil-Free Antioxidant Facial Moisturizer ($5.99 for 6 fl oz) NOTES: This is my dupe for the TATCHA - The Water Cream . It’s almost the same consistency to me and gives me that same fresh feeling. it’s so light that you can use it at night before bed and feel hydrated in the morning, but is also my favorite cream to use prior to putting on my sunscreen in the morning. it’s also one of my favorite moisturizers to use in my face after the shower.

Affordable empties - worth every penny!
Can you tell that I’m a big Hydro Boost fan? I swear there is always two items in my cupboard that are from the Neutrogena Hydro Boost line 🙈 Anyways, I love all of these products AND they are all affordable. I would repurchase any of these and in some cases I already have! Neutrogena - Fragrance-Free Hydro Boost Body Gel Cream Such a lovely body lotion. It glides over the skin so easily and absorbs quickly after. I always buy the fragrance-free version. Love the pump, it’s super convenient and love the price point (typically around $10-$15 and you get a lot of product). Benzagel - Acne Wash I have two empties here and I have one more in my cupboard that I’m using right now and I have back up in my other cupboard. For me personally, this product has helped so much with my stubborn acne and I can’t go without it in my evening routine. It’s just under $10 which is a great price. BIODERMA - Sensibio H2O Soothing Micellar Cleansing Water A cult classic. I love this for helping take off whatever is on my face after a workout or for breaking down my eye makeup during the evening. For some reason I feel like it works better and is gentler than other drugstore options. I have two empties here and I’m working on a third right now. It’s $15-$20 for a bottle, which is a little more than other drugstore micellar waters but it works better (in my opinion) and you typically get more product. VERSED - Keep It Supple Body Oil It’s so moisturizing and definitely does make skin feel supple. I like the convenience of the spray top, but I do find myself spraying it into my hands instead and then spreading it on just because I don’t have very good aim and typically spray some oil all over the floor of my bathroom... They oil doesn’t dry in immediately, but it’s not too greasy or wet. It lasted me quite a while and it’s just $10-$15. Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream I don’t think I need to say anything about this one. Cult fave. Great texture for oily / combo skin or for a summer routine. Always buy the fragrance free option. Good price for around $20! I keep buying, although I’m always trying other gel creams. The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% The price point on this is *chef’s kiss*, as with almost all Ordinary products. It’s around $6 and a little goes a long way with this! Incorporating this into my routine helps with brightening, oil control and the appearance of pores. It didn’t do a ton for my acne or dark marks, but overall really happy with the oil control and how it works on my pores. Bioré - UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence SPF50+ The only thing I don’t love about this product is the scent. It smells like alcohol, although it fades once it’s on your skin. I love the gel-like texture, how lightweight it is, how it reapplies over makeup and the price point, $15. 😘

Body Moisturizer Awards 🥇🥈🥉
I have to be honest, I’m not a huge fan of body care. Either it makes me sticky or i just don’t find it worth my time. However, in the past few months I have been focusing a lot of my time into my body care, specifically the post-bath or post-shower moisture products I use and where I use them on my body. Please note that my skin is SO SENSITIVE! I breakout fairly often on my body. 🥇: CANNUKA - CBD Skin Balm My favorite out of these three is from Cannuka which is a CBD skincare brand at Ulta. I have tried a few of their products and this one is my absolute favorite for my feet, elbows, and my hands. It is so soothing and healing. It smells of honey, and rubs in very easily. I have 4 cats and barely any cat hair sticks to this when I have it on! I am impressed. It is $58 for 1.6oz (I have the mini size!) and for good quality CBD products are expensive so I think this is very reasonably priced. I am also very active so I can justify this purchase for my aching joints and muscles. 🥈: VERSED - Keep It Supple Body Oil Versed is a drugstore brand available at Target. I bought this since it’s fairly inexpensive and Versed prides itself on eliminating close to 2,000 “toxic” ingredients so I thought this would work great for my sensitive skin. It’s a dry oil formula so once you apply it, it’s usually dry within 5-10 minutes. SOLD!! My only complaint is that it smells like an old lady’s cheap perfume. The main fragrant component is “ylang ylang” and it’s SO fragrant. This product also contains coconut oil so I don’t use it on my neck or chest. I think it’s a steal for $15/4oz. It loses a star for the smell. 🥉: BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil I have included this in my body products list because I have stopped using it on my face but started using it on my neck and chest a few months and and O.M.G! It has helped clear old acne marks that were on my chest and is the perfect amount of lasting moisture. I use 5-6 drops on my neck, chest, and shoulders after every shower and I love it. I can not justify this as a repurchase...it’s $72 for 1oz of oil. Ouch! I will be switching to their 100% squalane oil after I finish this bottle. It smells softly of rose but nothing harsh at all. It loses a star for the price. What are your favorite body oils?

Amazing Wash Day #CheriePartner
I went swimming in the lake yesterday and though I was sleepy coming back, I ended up mastering the strength to wash my hair at 2 am 😂 Using these products, followed by doing a twist out did amazing things for my hair! I usually can’t predict what a twist out will do, as the result looks different every time but I’m so pleased with how it looks today especially because usually on the first day after wash day it’s a bit funny looking but this time it’s luscious and elegant! I washed with Pure Anada - Shampoo - Peppermint Rosemary and a few drops of tea trees oil in warmer water, then calia - Organic Intensive Conditioner in colder water, and finished the wash with Pure Anada - Conditioner - Peppermint Rosemary in cold water too. It was a good, detangling my thoughts kind of wash. After allowing the towel to gently soak in the excess water, I rubbed the GRAYDON - Intimacy Oil throughput my hair and brushed it. I then separated my hair, and did about 8 braids. In the morning, before taking out the twist out, I applied some Dahaab natural care - Glow Body Butter on the tips of my hair and then over the braids. I realize I especially like how this oil feels on my hair because after taking the braids out, my hair was lustrous 💎

Embracing My Natural Hair 🌳
Growing up, from media to “friends” in school, I felt insecure about my big, frizzy hair, so I fried it with various hair straighteners and relaxers. I spent a lot of time with damaged hair throughout high school, until I cooled it on the straightening in grade 12. That year, I would mostly wash and go and throw my hair in a messy bun, from which my curls would peel out just a little. I remember one time we were watching a french film in class, and a white actress had a head of red curls, and one of the girls in the back coughed “pubes”... I felt so discouraged, but realized this girl also had naturally curly hair that she would straighten everyday & that women have been putting themselves down for too long. As I was entering university, I leaned more and more into being comfortable with myself. At first, I relied on boxed braids, but then each time between getting my braids done, I would see my hair grow a little more and figure out ways to style it. By the time I’d get my next set of braids, I would miss my curls a little more and more. The year I had eczema on my neck, I had to stop wearing braid extensions for an indefinite amount of time, so I learned a lot during that time, such as twist outs and how the state of my hair often correlated with how I’m feeling emotionally. The first pic is taken at the end of high school, I look a bit frightened, still not fully smiling with my teeth. My hair is straightened. I’m trying to be something else really. The second pic at the end of uni, I’m flourishing, I’m finding my way in life. Full smile, gums and all. My curls are bouncING! Here’s what I use: Pure Anada - Shampoo - Peppermint Rosemary - refreshing on the scalp - rosemary supports hair growth Pure Anada - Conditioner - Peppermint Rosemary - not as thick as I’d like, but pretty good for clean product calia - Organic Intensive Conditioner - a new product I’m trying - definitely thick enough for my hair - makes my hair softer - decent for detangling GRAYDON - Intimacy Oil - nourishing hemp seed oil - gives a nice sheen to the hair - smells good

WHOA!! this baby foot peel is the truth 🦶🏾🤯
this was the most fun beauty treatment that i have done in a while!! my feet were looking rough (“alligator feet,” as my mother called them 🐊🙄) and i haven’t had a professional pedicure since february. one of my friends swears by this foot peel and i am now a convert - this will definitely be going in my regular rotation. i didn’t realize how much dead skin accumulated on my feet! i slipped my feet into the booties onto damp feet on sunday and let the product soak in for about 90 mins. the peel is mostly fruit acids, but it also has alcohols, lactic acid, and glycolic acid. i didn’t notice anything for a few days, but i soaked my feet on friday and the skin magically started falling off!! you can use a pediegg or something similar to coax the dead skin off, but some larger pieces of dead skin can also be peeled off by hand. i loved this!! like i said, i didn’t realize how gnarly my feet had become. i apply vaseline gel and sleep in socks most nights, so this was a little shocking and eye-opening (in a good way). i think that i will make this a quarterly happening for me. (note: the instructions say to avoid this product during pregnancy, lactation, or menstruation.) the product costs $25 at ulta and it was totally worth it!

Major key alert 🚨 Your DIY pedi just got better
I love a pedi as much as the next girl, there’s something truly luxurious about splurging on the extra scrub and kicking back and relaxing. However, because of quarantine I have been doing all my nail care at home. A few tips that have really helped me: Get an electric nail file (this one was 21 on amazon and comes with SO many attachments that can be used for acrylics, gel, etc) commit to monthly foot peels. My favorite is Baby Foot - Original Exfoliant Foot Peel it’s one week of 🤢 but then your feet are buffed, moisturized and smooth! Put tea tree oil on your toenails, seriously. We all know that this oil can help acne, but did you know it can thwart of and toe fungus/ prevent it from growing? Great tip for those who live in humid climates and prefer to wear closed toe shoes Play around with nail stickers! If you can’t paint your nails, or would prefer to have the flexibility to change colors nail stickers are a great option and don’t cause any damage. 💅🏼removal +nail care guide (artificial nails)
💅🏼removal +nail care guide (artificial nails)
Acrylic, dip, press ons, gel, you name it- I’ve tried it. But artificial nail removal can be really hard on your natural nails. I found a way to nurse mine in between manicures. 💧 REMOVING GEL, DIP, & ACRYLIC NAILS 💧 (Press ons get their own section) Get a Glass bowl, a wooden cuticle pusher, & 100% Acetone. I use the ULTA BEAUTY - 100% Maximum Strength Acetone It’s 16 oz for $4.99, which is great value! Make sure the bowl is glass or metal, because acetone dissolves some plastics. Also it has to be 100% acetone. Regular polish remover can take hours to break down acrylic or nail glue. PS: for acrylic, you should clip the extensions before the next step. Fill a bowl with enough acetone to soak your nails in. I know it’s super drying... Some people recommend putting Vaseline around the nail to protect your skin. I haven’t tried this yet. Still, let them sit in the bowl for 5-10 minutes. Take it out, push off excess acrylic, & repeat. So gel, dip, and acrylic break down differently. Gel tends to chip off, dip fades into the liquid, and acrylic turns to jelly. When you take it out, use a napkin/ cuticle nail pusher to remove stubborn loose ends. Acrylic nails need this the most. You can use a wooden or metal cuticle pusher to gently shave down the jelly. Repeat the acetone -> pusher process until it’s completely off. ⭐️ AND DONE ⭐️ 🌺 REMOVING PRESS ONS FOR REUSE 🌺 Acetone destroys press-on nails. Yes, even Soy polish remover does. :( made that mistake once already. So what can you do? Fill a bowl with soap & water to dip your nails in & soften the glue. Use your wooden stick or floss to gently separate from loose edges of the nail. DONT work from the free edge of the nail because that will damage the length. And whatever u do, don’t yank it off! This process requires a lot of patience but is worth it to keep your press ons safe. 🧖‍♀️ POST MANICURE NAIL CARE 🧖‍♀️ Two things contribute to nail health: 🌊 Hydration 💎 Hardness Hydration helps your nails bend, making them less likely to break. But they can’t be toooo soft. To achieve both those things, I use nailtiques - Nail Protein Formula 2 Plus and HERITAGE STORE - Organic Lavender Castor Oil The oil comes with 8 oz for $11.99. I just fill up a tiny bowl with it to soak my fingers in throughout the week. In my bare nails photo, you can see how it keeps my skin moist and my nails flake-free. The Nailtiques hardens your nails by giving them a protein boost. But careful- don’t use it too much. Too much hardness makes for brittle nails that can snap easily if they’re bumped. 🚨 ONE MORE THING: Avoid removing acrylic with an electric file. It’s easy to hit your natural nail without realizing, and we don’t want thinner nails! Worst comes to worst, biotin can help you grow healthy, gorgeous nails again 🥀

I’m so happy to have discovered these two oils from olive m - the Face Oil and the Shimmer & Glow Body Oil. The founder, Mariska, creates the brand’s all-natural, domestically sourced products in Austin and they’re SO good! ✨ Shimmer & Glow Body Oil - I’m so glad to have gotten my hands on this oil. This body oil is super hydrating, non-greasy and gives my skin the most beautiful shimmery glow. I love using it on my collarbone and shoulders to highlight my tan. I love that it gives just a hint of color and a sheen that shines, without a ton of glitter particles. ✨ Face Oil - I couldn’t believe that the main ingredient in this oil was olive oil, along with pomegranate seed, red raspberry seed & rosehip seed oils. My obsession with oils has been at an all-time high lately and this has been one of my favorites this month. I assumed that it would feel heavy, but it feels relatively light on my skin. Plus, a little goes a long way, as I only use 2-3 drops at night as the final step in my routine.

How To Upgrade Your Bath Time
How To Upgrade Your Bath Time
One thing most of us seriously neglect is our shower/bath time. Showering or bathing is something we have the privilege of doing every day so why not make it special and take that time to relax, unwind, and ease stress? Taking time for yourself is important as it helps us connect with ourselves, balance our days and improve our overall well being. Here's a great way to start taking advantage of your time and leaving the bathroom feeling rejuvenated.    To prep your bath make sure it’s filled to the temperature of your liking and drop in some bath soak. I like to use the Fur Bath Beads because they include clean ingredients such as the seaweed casing unlike most bath beads that are made with gelatin. If you are showering I like to add a bit of epsom salt at the base of my shower so when the water mix’s your whole bathroom will be filled with the refreshing aroma. Dr.Teals lavender is my favorite to use right before bedtime. Another option is to hang some fresh eucalyptus above your shower head. The steam will activate the eucalyptus helping to clear sinuses, congestion and inflammation.   Next you'll want to find a great body scrub. A scrub will give you the deep clean and help remove dead skin cells. It's important to take your time when using your scrub and pay closer attention to any neglected areas such as elbows and knees.  One of my favorite scrubs in Dove, this formula is gentle yet effective. They have a variety of scents, one of my favorites is the pomegranate that leaves my skin feeling energized and super soft.   After you've enjoyed your time soaking and giving your skin the deep clean it deserves it's time to finish up with body oil. All the hot water can sometimes leave our skin needing a bit more moisturizing. Using a body after you take your time drying off will help nourish your skin deeply as oils have a higher capacity to penetrate deeper into the skin. Frank Bod’s Booty Drops not only leaves your skin moisturized but also works to reduce the appearance of stretch marks and signs of aging.   There are so many ways you can customize your bath routine making it super intimate and special for your me time.

Believe it or not, I’m terrible at BODY CARE but super love my skin care routine for my face! 🤨 I started using this product this winter after the shower since I found I had really dry legs and my skin was getting stretch marks (or maybe I had them before and never noticed!) 🤭 I didn’t want to buy a lotion that felt greasy or heavy and it literally says on the bottle non greasy! SOLD!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 It’s a continuous spray and smells like coconuts and summer! To me at least lol I got mine at target... SHESH I gotta stop going to target 😂😂😂😂 Retails for $5.99 I love that it comes out in a light mist and that it absorbs very fast!! ✔️ #cheriecreator Vaseline - Intensive Care Cocoa Radiant Spray Moisturizer
