5 for the Season - Fall Favorites 🍁
🌞Yes I know technically fall ended about a week ago (...week ago) and I’ve DEF been slippin on my pimpin but to be fair, there isn’t a huge difference in temperature when it comes to SoCal. That being said, even though the sun is shining and the weather is warm, we still experience a fair amount of dryness with the drop in humidity levels, fire season 🔥, and Santa Ana winds. Fighting dryness and promoting hydration is always my number one goal this time of year. LANEIGE - LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask theeeee best lip 👄 mask EVER! I only ever purchase the original berry flavor, but this is great at not only conditioning the lips, but also holds a large amount of moisture and hydration on the lips. I’d be interested to hear how the other flavors or “shades” work. Holler at ya girl. - 5.5 Licorice PH Balancing Cleansing Toner I can’t even begin to count exactly how many bottles of this I have gone through. It has become one of the major and nonnegotiable items in my routine. I live in an urban area apartment complex, and unfortunately we have hard water. Hard water can strip your face and throw off your skin’s pH level. No matter what cleanser I’m using, I always feel tight and dry. 🌵 I wipe this on my face, neck, and décolleté area. Not only does this balance the pH level and hydrate my skin, but the licorice root is AMAZING when it comes to preventing dark spots and healing acne scars. I scar SO easily and this, coupled with my vitamin C, has helped my acne marks heal twice as fast. FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream my FAV, no frills moisturizer! I don’t rely on moisturizers for anything other thanmoisture. I leave all treatments to my serums and masks. I always use this as my nighttime moisturizer to lock in my serums, but since it’s colder 🥶(relatively lol) and drier in the fall, I get to save some funds 💵 and I use this day and night. I typically buy the mini because it’s in a squeeze tube and I’m extremely paranoid about dipping my fingers in tubs of products (hello bacteria 🦠.) Since I recently found a set of adorable silver and gold metal spoons made for cosmetics I finally purchased the big tub. So much bang for your buck! MAC - MAC Prep + Prime Fix+ Finishing Mist 💕 💕 💕 this is by far my favorite setting spray. I always try new ones when they come out, and I always run back to MAC. In the summer I alternate between setting spray and setting powder (you do not need both!!!) but once the dry weather of fall hits 🍂 I won’t let setting powder touch my face and I rely solely on Fix+ since setting powder tends to be much more drying. Bio-Oil - Multiuse Skincare Oil the most underrated product. I continued using this after I had my son for fall and winter dry skin. I wear at night under my body lotion and on days when I shave 🪒, I use this like an aftershave right after I get out of the shower.

Products I can’t live without: Fur Oil
fur - Fur Oil Fur Oil is one of the only products I absolutely can’t live without. After seeing ads for Fur products on Instagram, I finally decided to try their signature product. I have dark hair and a light complexion, and I've been shaving and waxing since I was a teenager. I have always had HORRIBLE ingrowns and razor burn/irritation. It was bad enough that for a while, I just gave up on hair removal entirely. When I started using Fur Oil, I noticed a difference immediately. After the first use, I noticed how much more calm and happy my skin was after shaving! It also reduced the irritation of ingrown hairs that I already had, helped them heal, and prevented more from popping up. I've used it religiously ever since. I am so grateful for this product, and I would recommend it to anyone! Especially folks who are prone to ingrown hairs and irritation from shaving. Fur Oil is also great to put on dry or split ends, on cuticles, or dry and itchy patches*. The smell is so fresh and bright that it instantly boosts my mood when I use it. I use Fur Oil right after I get out of the shower (every night). I loved the oil so much that I decided to try their other products too, and the Ingrown Concentrate is equally as effective and amazing. fur - Ingrown Concentrate If you've been thinking about trying Fur Oil, I promise you won't be disappointed. I know it's worth it's weight in gold ($$) but it truly changed my life and made me feel so much more confident. Seriously, I swear by this stuff and now all my friends have tried it. I even keep a full sized bottle at my boyfriend’s house 😂 Fur: if you read this please make me a partner i love you so much

Waste of $$$
I was so excited to buy these because I’ve heard such great things and I have always struggled with horrible ingrowns in my bikini area! I decided to try the oil there and use the stubble cream on my legs. I applied both daily, as well as using the exfoliator in the shower a few times a week. I used the entire bottle of oil in a little over a month. I was so disappointed in both of these. I didn’t see any difference in my leg stubble, and my ingrown bumps stayed exactly the same. They even became more irritated when I used the exfoliator. I was disappointed in all of this, and would not recommend. fur - Fur Oil fur - Stubble Cream

Hair Growth Journey - What I’ve learned!
My hair growth journey and some tips! These photos were taken exactly 12 months apart. This is about 8 inches of growth which includes 2 salon trims/cuts and 1 self-done quarantine trim. And it feels really healthy. 2 years ago my hair was about shoulder length. Between the nape of my neck and top of shoulders is a bad length for me, it flips weird, it tangles - I hate it. It also seemed to be thinning in some places and I was shedding hair more than normal (I do have autoimmune stuff). I like to do ponytails and braids and I just couldn’t do anything with it. I wanted it to grow and it just wasn’t happening! I tried hair growth shampoo. I tried tons of conditioners. I tried leave-in treatments. I tried DIY recipes. People always ask so - Let me tell you what worked! 1. Obviously, take it easy with heat styling and coloring! If you must heat style your hair, use a good heat protectant EVERY time. I blow dry my hair maaaybe 3 times a year. When I want waves I do braids or twists. I have perfected the art of the heatless hairstyle!! And when I want to change up my color, I now use OVERTONE - Coloring Conditioner or KERACOLOR - Color + Clenditioner . Obviously this won’t work for all colors but it’s something to try. 2. Quit with the Dry Shampoo - or at least cut down! This was hard for me. I have oily hair & generally only shampoo 2 or 3 times a week. I was using dry shampoo for DAYS at a time sometimes. A very light first day dry shampoo is fine. But if you start sleeping with it in and you are using it 2 and 3 days in a row, it’s clogging up your scalp and can make your hair prone to breakage. Then you have to use more clarifying shampoos or shampoo twice for your hair to feel clean - and you just defeated the whole thing. 3. Scalp massages!!! Doooo it!!!! I learned how well this works after buying a “hair growth” shampoo and was shocked at how fast my hair grew. BUT the directions said to put the shampoo on and massage it into your scalp for TWO to THREE minutes. I did it religiously. And it worked so well. So I started doing it with other shampoos and then added an every other night hair oil massage to the mix. THIS really kicks your hair growth and hair health into high gear. Use the extra oil on your hands on the ends of your hair for extra conditioning. 4. Hair, skin & nails vitamins!! There are tons of brands. I’ve used these NATURE'S BOUNTY - Optimal Solutions Hair, Skin and Nails Gummies for about 2 years. I’ve tried a few others mixed in but these are inexpensive, I like the taste, they feel like a treat, and I think they have really contributed to my hair, skin, and nail health. It’s about personal preference I think. I’m not the best eater in the world sometimes and I’m wholly addicted to sugar! If you aren’t one of those Whole 30 diet people who eats like a saint - you should get some vitamins like these. Hope you find this helpful!!! 💙

ACV for hair loss
3 years ago I started losing hair most likely due to stress. Every time I brushed may hair with a brush or with my hair and when I washed my hair which I did almost everyday because I have oily hair, clumps of it would fall out. My ponytail went from a nickel size thickness to a less than dime size thickness. I was losing hair all over my scalp. Occasionally my scalp would get so itchy right after a wash but there wasn’t dandruffs. I tried Rogaine - 5% Minoxidil Foam for Hair Regrowth for months straight and I would get an increase of hair loss and white hairs which I never had prior to using it. I even use egg masks and coconut oil masks which I have used prior to my hair loss. I even took NATURE'S BOUNTY - Optimal Solutions Hair, Skin and Nails Gummies religiously. None had slowed down my hair loss nor promoted hair growth. I came upon a post one day on a google search about how this person used an BRAGG - Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with mother hair mask for their hair loss. Because I do already drink a ACV drink daily I decided to try it in my hair. I used it consistently for 2 months every other day now. I have seen so many baby hair sticking out of my head. And yes I look crazy but I’m so happy to share with you that it works for me so it could work for you as well. I diluted my ACV in a 2 ACV to 1 water ratio. I just used tap water. I poured a little bit into my scalp and massaged it in for about 30 seconds and left it in my hair for about 5 to 10 minutes, rinsed my hair, then shampooed my hair regularly. I found massaging to wet and dry hair doesn’t make much difference. There will be residual ACV smell when your hair is wet but after it dries the smell does away. ACV also balances the pH of you hair so lately I have been able to maintain my hair to a second day without it looking extra greasy. Today, my pony tail thickened up a little and I can’t wait to see more hair growth. I hope this post helps. Don’t forget to spot test the solution in case your skin is sensitive to ACV.

Like a dermaplaning virgin
Whoa, was my first time great! I've been doing my research on Cherie about dermaplaning and how-to at home (which isn't really dermaplaning because it isn't done by a professional)...but I decided to purchase the tool this afternoon and I had the face wash and non-scented body oil to use so I decided to give it the old college try, and I liked it! I first used the oil to get my eye make up and sunscreen off of my face. Then I washed my face with the CeraVe wash. Then I rubbed my face down with some body oil to lubricate it but not to make it slick or shiny. I used the eyebrow shaver to lightly go to work scraping my face downward from my forehead down to my chin. I found that I was most hairy around my side burn area. Also, I scraped a lot of dead skin off of my forehead. It was a really interesting process. You will hear a sound of scraping when you do it. I have a fair complexion, so my face flushed afterwards from slight irritation (you will see my flushed cheeks in the picture). I finished off by washing my face again with the CeraVe wash and then using the Honest Hydrogel Cream to moisturize. My face is incredibly soft and I look forward to my skincare routine and make up application tomorrow as people have said they've experienced improvement after dermaplaning due to better product absorption and smoother make up application. If you decide to do this, be safe, the razors are sharp. One of the most important tips I read was to throw your razor away after one use, they are disposable for a reason and this keeps things sanitary. Also, I think maybe I could have done a better job but I also think my skin was starting to get a little too irritated so know your skin's limits and stop when your body is telling you to stop. Finally, don't over do it with your skincare routine after doing this, keep it simple to just wash and moisturize... especially if you are doing this in the evening, which I would highly recommend. stay lovely my friends and make your first experience a good one 😘Neutrogena - Body Oil Light Sesame Formula Fragrance Free I love this stuff and use it to double cleanse all of the time. I use it first to get my eye makeup and sunscreen off and then use my face wash. it doesn't irritate my skin at all and washes away easily. CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin I like this facial cleanser. It works well with my skin, doesn't irritate my skin or leave it feeling stripped after having used it. HONEST - Hydrogel Cream this is nicely textured cream with two types of hyaluronic acid that seem to really be doing the job whilst placing the cream on your face and after. Your face continues to feel smooth long after application. I bought this on sale not knowing what I was getting for the bargain of $8! Love it!!

Thigh Chafing HELP!💥
No one enjoys that prickly, painful rash that happens in the inside of the thighs from chafing. I know I always have to be careful in the summer months when wearing dresses, yikes! Sometimes, you can choose different clothing and undergarments to solve the issue. But there are treatments and tips to help you avoid this issue without having to change your clothes! What is it: ●caused by friction, thigh chafing can occur quickly and lead to a painful, red rash ●many people notice this from wearing ill fitting or loose clothing, exercising, or excessive sweating and heat *BEFORE starting the day, you can choose to use a preventative product. megababe - Thigh Rescue This stick is easily swiped on the legs before your day to prevent any irritation. It is non toxic, and has soothing aloe and hydrating oils to moisturize while it protects. This product is easy to use and can even be thrown in your bag! *AFTER the irritation, you need something to calm the rash. You can choose a diaper rash cream such as an A and D protectant ointment. This is thick and creates a waterproof barrier while the vitamins help to soothe the skin. Vaseline - 100% Pure Petroleum Jelly, Original Plain, pure petroleum jelly works great too! They both have a thick ointment texture. These work to create an occlusive barrier on the skin, preventing moisture loss and sealing the skin in a protective film. A main point with these two products is that they are thick and heavy, so you will need to apply and wear loose clothing. Preferably use right before bedtime. The next morning, the irritation should be significantly reduced, but apply as needed to heal the skin!

🚫STOP THE RUB🚫
I hate hate hate when my thighs rub together. In summertime I like to wear shorts, dresses, skirts, and rompers. I dislike when my legs get sweaty and thighs rub together. I especially hate it when I go hiking because it can be painful after a while. I saw one of my IG friends talk about a product she loved. My sister asked me for a recommendation for a product to help her with these same issues, and I mentioned it. She immediately bought it and brought it with her when she visited me last month. The megababe - Thigh Rescue is SO GOOD!! I ended up purchasing one for myself at Target after she left. It comes in a deodorant-style packaging that applies clear. It contains aloe, pomegranate, and grape seed oil. My thighs rub together but this product allows them to stay slippery so there’s no painful chafing. If I’m going to be outside for a long time I will re-apply after a couple hours. You can use this product wherever you experiencing chafing. This is my body care product of the summer! $14 at Ulta and Target. Cruelty-free. #CheriePartner

Hey I’m new here
Hey guys , so my name is krezzia. I really don’t know where to start but this is my journey I want to share with you guys. So 2018 it was the worst year of my life, my skin was acting crazy, and I got to the point where I experience anxiety and depression. It was so difficult I tried everything product likes neutrogena, proactive, aveeno, clearasil anything I can get my hands on or people will tell me it worked for there skin. Which obviously didn’t work for me, trust me I was one of them will buy a product and expect to work the next day lol or thought it’s working for a week and then try another product. Which I shouldn’t have done because it made me have an allergy reaction to it which was pretty scary. Later on my friend Hannah which is a skin aesthetician introduced me to a product called Image skincare, it was a well known product, so I tried it for at least 3 months everything was working except my acne scar. Then she recommended me a chemical peel to try and she said I might not even peel. But yes I did !! I peeled so bad lol but I was so excited to see my new skin. My skin was getting better after that peel but I had few dark spots still needs working. Some people skin usually will peel and get a total new skin. She only did half because she only did both of my cheeks. She only treat the area that needed which was my cheek and later do a laser peel. So I did 2 chemical peel and probably 2 or 3 laser. After that I’ve seen the result, plus I was taking docycline which help a lot. A few year has past after my beautiful transformation , my acne started coming back last year like 2 months before my wedding omg. Here we go again, but it wasn’t as bad like it was. So I tried different products again... Yup I know what you guys about to say.... Stop! Well my acne came back but this time my acne or pimple became hard like a cyst and whenever I have acne it turned red or purple which scarred my face more. Which is so weird because that never happen to me. Anyway I’m 15 weeks pregnant which I got pregnant during this horrible covid year. But God always has plans for you. Me and my husband are expecting for the baby to be here dec 16 th. Anyway what product would you guys recommend that is safe to use during pregnancy. Any advice will help and I know when your pregnant you can’t use a lot of product. I’ve been using CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skinmorning and night. CeraVe - AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30for morning time. DERMA•E - Scar Geltwice in a week only at night.

Get Ready for this Shimmery Summer✨
I cannot wait to share this girls! It is the most trendy product this year and and I finally got it! I love body glow products. It was really popular starting around 2018 when there was a bunch of products in market and reviews every where. I was kind of heisted to try on cause it was so many doubts and comments. Another reason is the textured. for me it is kind of like a lipgloss for our body and looks like it is gonna get everywhere - all over the hair and clothes. This year I saw a picture on instagram and the girl wear it just blow me out and I decided to give it a try. I have to say this is so so so beautiful. Just by hold it in my hands. The textured is actually different than I thought. It is more like a gel liquid highlighter.PATRICK TA - Major Glow Body Oil These shades give sallow olive skin tones a much needed dose of brightness and radiance. if I’m tanning I add some on to make my skin glow as I’m tanning. It’s good for warm undertone and I would use it during the summer on my legs because it definitely shimmers. Honestly a little pump from the bottle goes a long way. You pump it onto your skin and just rub with fingers into your skin and it gives you this perfect shimmery dewy glowI get so many compliments on my skin luminosity and how nice my skin looks! The tiny glitter particles just catch the light. The color and glitter stays on your body all day and the best part is...it doesn’t transfer onto your clothes! Overall do like this product a lot since it makes my skin so iridescent and soft and it smells so good. I wore this feeling like in Greece and I am glows like a goddess.if you have never tried a skin luminizer, i definitely recommend you try this.

Favorite products for soft and smooth feet
Hi y’all! I just thought I would share some products that I’ve used that help make my feet baby soft! Please keep in mind that foot peels/masks don’t work for everybody and can cause different reactions on different people so take caution if you do decide to use any of these products. EARTH THERAPEUTICS - Soft & Smooth Gentle Peeling Foot Mask I used this product last year and it was really good at quickly and effectively peeling the skin off my foot. It wasn’t painful for me and shedding started within about 2-3 days! By the end of the process I had smooth feet! #Parasilk - Parasilk Spot Peel[products]#[FiveStars] This foot peel I bought off of FabFitFun during one of their sales and it’s not all that well known but I still found it to be really effective in peeling the skin off my foot. It took about a week and a half for my skin to finish peeling but by the end of it, my feet were super soft. It’s been a month and my feet are still really soft and smooth! I recommend it. The only thing about this is that it’s expensive compared to other foot peels that are just as good! EARTH THERAPEUTICS - Tea Tree Oil Moisturizing Foot Mask I used this moisturizing foot mask and it was fine. Right after using it my feet were soft for about 2 days and then for whatever reason, they kinda went back to where they were before. I’m sure it works well for most people but for my feet the effects weren’t very long lasting. EARTH THERAPEUTICS - Soft Cool Intensive Foot Mask This foot mask was amazing! Compared to the one above, this one did keep my feet smooth for a while! Idk exactly the main difference between these two foot masks, but for whatever reason, this one worked better for me! Aveeno - Repairing Cica Foot Mask I just recently tried this Aveeno foot mask and I didn’t expect too much from it, but it completely surpassed my expectations! It’s really cheap to buy but it is really effective in moisturizing and softening your feet!!! I did a foot peel using the parasilk spot peel, and used this when my peeling process was done and my feet have been really smooth! I bought about 4 of these and I’m honestly thinking of buying more cuz it’s that good! Hopefully this helped some people! If anyone has any recommendations for any other foot peels, moisturizers, or masks, then please feel free to share 🤗

✨👣 feet lovin’ freak 👣✨
I’m a waitress, and that should be a good indicator of blistered, achey, gross and unhappy feet. That are also dry, and not so smooth to the touch. I used quarantine to up my foot game, brought a bunch of foot stuff (this is only the beginning of my journey haha) I haven’t used all the products together, but it wouldn’t hurt if you did! TONYMOLY - Changing U Magic Foot Peeling Shoes I have tried the earth therapeutics foot peeling mask as well, and initially thought these masks were gimmicks. However, I have come to learn that is not the case. I really love what the peeling mask has done for my feet. You don’t see it instantly but within a few days pieces of skin start to come off and it’s such a fulfilling experience to watch happen (DO NOT TUG OR PULL ON THE SKIN THO, that’s a bad idea don’t do it) It took approx two weeks for everything to come off, and voila brand new feet to walk with!! #Okeeffees - Healthy feet, exfoliating cream[products]#[FiveStars] Now for maintenance, even though I was using this before the peeling mask. I like how emollient this stuff is, perfect for putting over socks and going to sleep in. #Bodi pure - Keratin foot mask[products]#[ThreeStars] The keratin mask is basically a sock with some Vaseline textured “keratin” in it. It’s not what I expected but it wasn’t too bad either. I wasn’t a fan but maybe you might like it! Aveeno - Repairing Cica Foot Mask I think like with sheet masks for the face, you would have to use this repeatedly (which can prove to be very costly) to get the benefits claimed by the mask. I think it’s a good pick me up and I was left with adequately moisturized and pampered feet by the end of it. All in all, I would recommend trying these out just for the experience! You might even find yourself coming back to a couple of these products

Trader Joe’s Has Skincare?!
Did you know Trader Joe’s sold skincare products? Neither did I until TikTok told me. These 3 products have slowly but surely have been incorporated into my night time routine! 🌝 TRADER JOE'S - Ultra Hydrating Gel Moisturizer with Aloe & Green Tea Extracts This is one of the best moisturizers I’ve come across! I love the way it feels! It’s so lightweight and isn’t sticky at all. And it pairs so nicely with the oil! TRADER JOE'S - Vitamin Oil E I swear, pairing these two products have been magical. Sometimes I’ll only put on these 2 things when I don’t feel like adding a serum ~ As for serums? A couple nights a week, I’ll mix The Ordinary’s Lactic Acid and Niacinamide, then apply this moisturizer and oil on top. And I always wake up with super smooth skin! TRADER JOE'S - Rose Oil Ultra Moisturizing Hand Cream As for the hand cream, it doesn’t exactly smell like roses. It’s kind of thick and fragrancey but the smell doesn’t linger that long. It’s not the most hydrating but I’ve enjoyed it so far and you can’t beat $5!🌹

Trader Joe’s Skincare
My thoughts on some products: 1a) TRADER JOE'S - Nourish Hyaluronic Moisture Boost Serum ($8.99 in stores). ~ Vs ~ 1b) The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 ($6.80 from Ulta and Sephora stores). NOTES: Very similar to one another I prefer to keep both in my skincare routine because I like to switch around my products a lot. Trader Joe’s is more of a serum so it’s a little lighter than the ordinaries product, but both serum and acid products are great for an increase in skin cell production due to the extra hydration these products provide for our skin. the ordinaries product does make my face feel a bit more tight. 2) TRADER JOE'S - Vitamin Oil E ($3.99 for 4 fl oz) NOTES: I use this product in my hair (mixed with olive oil, honey, and lavender for a hair mask), I fill up a glass roller and use it underneath my eyes, and I use a small amount on my face before bed twice a week. Aids with dryness around my face and doesn’t cause extra oil build up in my t-zone. Additional benefits include healing of scars and brightening of the complexion as well. 3) TRADER JOE'S - Nourish Oil-Free Antioxidant Facial Moisturizer ($5.99 for 6 fl oz) NOTES: This is my dupe for the TATCHA - The Water Cream . It’s almost the same consistency to me and gives me that same fresh feeling. it’s so light that you can use it at night before bed and feel hydrated in the morning, but is also my favorite cream to use prior to putting on my sunscreen in the morning. it’s also one of my favorite moisturizers to use in my face after the shower.

Cleansing Routine to Manage Acne
I have sensitive combination skin that is acne-prone. Finding a routine to manage my acne took almost eight years. My trouble spots are my cheeks, forehead and above my top lip. I’m pretty strict with my routine, because my skin is not fond of change. AM ROUTINE I like to keep my morning routine simple and light because too many products stress out my skin, feel heavy, cause breakouts and I end up sweating them off. I cleanse with CAUDALIE - Instant Foaming Cleanser . I love this cleanser because it uses clean ingredients that don’t over dry my face and it smells great! The only reason I knock off a star is because fragrance is included in the ingredients, which can irritate some folks. My face is pretty sensitive and I haven’t had any issues. To moisturize, I pat CAUDALIE - Vinopure Skin Perfecting Mattifying Fluid on my face and neck (never forget your neck!). It works like magic! It dries clear, feels light and doesn’t leave you oily. I can literally feel the moisturizer eating up the excess oil on my skin. I love it. I definitely recommend this product for people with oily skin. Afterwards, I always always always SPF my face and neck. I’ve been using Glossier. - Invisible Shield Daily Sunscreen and I love it’s consistency. It’s super light and leaves that dewey glow that everyone loves. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. If anyone has any dupe recommendations — let me know! PM ROUTINE I go HAM during my night routine to treat any trouble spots and damage. At night, I cleanse with DIFFERIN - Daily Deep Cleanser BPO 5% . The benzoyl peroxide kills bacteria and keeps my breakouts to a minimum. I follow it with DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel . This is the secret ingredient! If you try any of the products in this post, this is the one. It has really minimized my breakouts. Before using the treatment gel, there was never a day a didn’t have at least one bump. Afterwards, I use Glossier. - Super Bounce Hyaluronic Acid + Vitamin B5 Serum to add some extra moisture to my skin overnight. I top it off with the moisturizer I use from my AM routine. ONCE A WEEK AM ROUTINE: 1-2x a week. I use Glossier. - Solution Exfoliating Skin Perfector to exfoliate. Especially after shaving. This is my favorite after shave. It’s a great chemical exfoliator that leaves your skin glowing. Use it after cleansing and before moisturizing. PM ROUTINE: For extra support and as a spot treatment, I mix two drops of TRADER JOE'S - Spa 100% Australian Tea Tree Oil into a small cup of water. I use a cotton pad and pat the mixture on my trouble spots. It minimizes the redness and irritation overnight! I don’t have perfect skin, but I’m so much happier with the state it’s in. My skin is glowing and clear. I finally feel confident showing my face to the world.

New Body Care Must Haves ❄️
New Body Care Must Haves ❄️
During the fall/winter months is when you prep for the spring/summer months. Any “insecurity” or “problem area” you want to tackle on your body is best done now. Why? Unless you live somewhere warm year round, you’re probably bundled up and in the house more. Giving you that layer of protection from the sun and climate, why not start now? My focus areas for these products: Arms/legs Boobs Underarms Hyperpigmentation (L👉🏾R) DERMAdoctor - KP Duty Lotion Oooh y’all! Okay so I don’t have really bad KP (“Keratosis pilaris”), yet I love the benefits. Ingredients: Glycolic + Lactic Acids- Powerful AHAs that work as chemical exfoliants to reveal smoother, softer, more radiant skin Ceramides- Work to prevent excessive water loss due to evaporation and maintain a healthy skin barrier. Urea- Humectant Gluconolactone- Anti-aging antioxidant benefits and is a mega-moisturizing humectant able to hold 4x its weight in water compared to hyaluronic acid Squalane- Restorative , healing, Cupuacu Seed Butter- packed with essential fatty acids to protect and moisturize skin and polyphenols to combat free radical damage Anti Redness Complex- Composed of White Tea, Licorice, Boswellia Serrata + Superoxide Dismutase - works to minimize the appearance of redness at the base of affected hair follicles, erasing “polka dot” skin. Willow Bark- Natural BHA with a molecular size smaller than AHAs able to more easily penetrate hair follicles and oil glands and chemically exfoliate debris. With that all star ingredient list whew! Just be sure to wear your sunscreen ! This is on sale at Ulta ($19) retails ($38) TRULY - Acai Your Boobies Lifting Boob Serum A boob lift in a serum? Ingredients: Retinol- Helps hyperpigmentation, boob/chest acne, minimizes wrinkles and fine lines, and boost collagen! Like what doesn’t this do? Açaí- Antioxidant rich berry extract that helps keep skin glowing and hydrated. Okay I was super skeptical about this product! After having my son I miss my old girls. So I started doing boob lifting exercises and using this serum! If you look up Sanne Vander on YT work outs to make this effective! I got this from Ulta for $28 meow meow tweet - Lavender Baking Soda Free Deodorant Cream So natural skin care is starting to become my thing again! I did a post about why you should switch to aluminum free deo (🔍 dupe for native). So when I ran across this beauty I was tempted! This brand is: vegan clean organic Ingredients: Lavender: antibacterial Tea Tree Oil : antibacterial Arrow Root: alternative to talc ! Shea Butter: amazing moisturizer! The ingredients are literally this few and only organic 😍 My favorite thing about this deo is you rub it on like a body lotion under your pits! The smell is amazing and light! It’s on sale @ Ulta $7 ( I just bought 2 more) retails $14 What’s your current body routine ? ✨✨

I’m so happy to have discovere
I’m so happy to have discovered these two oils from olive m - the Face Oil and the Shimmer & Glow Body Oil. The founder, Mariska, creates the brand’s all-natural, domestically sourced products in Austin and they’re SO good! ✨ Shimmer & Glow Body Oil - I’m so glad to have gotten my hands on this oil. This body oil is super hydrating, non-greasy and gives my skin the most beautiful shimmery glow. I love using it on my collarbone and shoulders to highlight my tan. I love that it gives just a hint of color and a sheen that shines, without a ton of glitter particles. ✨ Face Oil - I couldn’t believe that the main ingredient in this oil was olive oil, along with pomegranate seed, red raspberry seed & rosehip seed oils. My obsession with oils has been at an all-time high lately and this has been one of my favorites this month. I assumed that it would feel heavy, but it feels relatively light on my skin. Plus, a little goes a long way, as I only use 2-3 drops at night as the final step in my routine.

How to grow strong nails 💪🏾

📅 november 2020. after seeing @annkrisha's post on cherie, i decided to follow her steps. you can see my progress in a month. 👝 so I bought the gummies and a nail treatment. 🍓 the gummies NATURE'S BOUNTY - Optimal Solutions Hair, Skin and Nails Gummies i took the strawberry cream flavour, because it's made with biotin. 🍊 there's an orange flavor but it's made with collagen. 👩🏾‍🔬 but what is biotin? it's a water- soluble B vitamin that helps your body convert food into energy. in German, it is called H vitamin. the H stands for "Haar und Haut" which means "hair and skin". 💉 you take 2 gummies per day, a few hours before or after another medication to avoid interactions. they help to support: nail health maintain health of normal hair and skin maintain good health (wound healing, metabolism...). 🤔 in the past, I tried the Centrum - Multi+ Beauty Gummies Natural Cherry, Berry & Orange but I didn't like the taste. I did see some improvement in the nail area though. 💗 the nail treatment: Sally Hansen - Nail Rehab it is an intensive strengthening treatment. "the jasmin, rose and vitamin E formula helps strengthen and protect your nails, instantly fill in ridges and hide imperfections". 🔎 you apply 1 or 2 coats, as needed. after a week, remove and re-apply. you can also use it as a base coat. 🤗 my nails are growing strong! i recommend this. thx for reading! #CheriePartner

Believe it or not, I’m terrible at BODY CARE but super love my skin care routine for my face! 🤨 I started using this product this winter after the shower since I found I had really dry legs and my skin was getting stretch marks (or maybe I had them before and never noticed!) 🤭 I didn’t want to buy a lotion that felt greasy or heavy and it literally says on the bottle non greasy! SOLD!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 It’s a continuous spray and smells like coconuts and summer! To me at least lol I got mine at target... SHESH I gotta stop going to target 😂😂😂😂 Retails for $5.99 I love that it comes out in a light mist and that it absorbs very fast!! ✔️ #cheriecreator Vaseline - Intensive Care Cocoa Radiant Spray Moisturizer

Olive kisses is a small brand that is focused on natural high quality beauty products. I tried out some of their products and I love using it all over! *gifted* Body butter- This balm melted very nicely and left my skin supple and hydrated without without being too oily. Olive Kisses SKIN CARE - Beauty Balm Coconut & Olive Oil Lip balm- I love the flavor- juicy orange! It is light and refreshing, and keeps my lips feeling soothed especially the chapped corners of the mouth I sometimes get. Olive Kisses SKIN CARE - Olive Kisses Naked Lip Butter Solid serum- this product was super interesting, I had never tried a solid serum before and found it super easy to use. You definitely want to cleanse/sanitize your hands before applying- pro tip lol. Overall I thought this was a good option for my strictly moisturizing nights (no actives/exfoliants) as a sealant with my heavy cream. Olive Kisses SKIN CARE - Solid Serum I recommend trying this brand if you are into natural skincare, and want to support a budding business! 👏🏽
