I’ve been on the mission to find the perfect products for shaving and I’ve finally done it! I have dark, relatively thick hair and I’m prone to razor burn. These are the 4 products that give me silky smooth legs every single time without fail. I start by jumping in the shower and exfoliating with: frank body - Original Coffee Scrub I have been completely obsessed with the original Frank Body scrub for yeeeears. It smells exactly like coffee and leaves my skin so soft and smooth. Next, use the eos - Vanilla Bliss Shave Cream - I love the vanilla scent and it does not irritate my sensitive skin! I’ve tried many different shave creams and this is my favorite. It is just thick enough and helps the razor glide well. The razor I use does matter - my favorite is the #Gillette - Pro Glide Razor[products]#[FiveStars] Yes this is a men’s razor but it gives me THE closest shave and again, I don’t break out. I used to be unable to shave back to back days without major razor burn/irritation but this razor solves all my problems. It is pricey but I’ll tell you a secret - you can find the blade refills at Costco! I also love the FlexBall that helps get in the areas around my knees and behind my ankles. Finally, right out of the shower I’ll apply my holy grail lotion Kiehl's - Creme de Corps Soy Milk & Honey Whipped Body Butter to damp skin. This. Lotion. Is. Addicting. My best friend introduced me to it about 10 years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. It is expensive but IMO worth every penny. The lotion has a luxurious whipped texture and the scent is subtle but delicious. #CheriePartner

New Beauty Buys
This body scrub honestly does wonders for KP (keratosis pilaris). I was first gifted this and then made a purchase 2 weeks ago. FIRST AID BEAUTY - KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA A little background: keratosis pilaris tends to appear on upper arms, legs, or buttocks, and they’re those annoying tiny bumps & don’t hurt or itch. It’s actually more common than you think, and it’s not anything bad. It usually gets worse in the colder months because your skin is drier. @firstaidbeauty’s body scrub has helped my KP a lot in the past few days, and has helped me achieve that smooth skin on my upper arms. I think this product is worth it and something that I’ll keep purchasing in/for my body care routine. Have you tried this body scrub? If so, did you like it? @cherie@Cheriebeauty #cheriecreator

Body Acne Be Gone! 🔮
I started having back acne on this random day during my freshman year of college and since then have been struggling with it on and off. Recently I have found this routine and I’m so happy to report that the conditions have been stable for months now. As you can see in the second photo, I still have some scars and discolorations, but hey, better than before, at least my back isn’t bumpy anymore. I rarely get new pimples on my back, and if I do it’s a small one that can heal in days, not the big, painful, red ones that haunt me for so long. List of Products: MARIO BADESCU - A.H.A Botanical Body Soap I shower everyday and use this body wash. It smells great and leaves my skin clean but not dry. Before this I use CeraVe - SA Body Wash for Rough & Bumpy Skin. I liked that one too, but it wasn’t as foamy and I just find this Mario Badescu one more pleasant. THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Toner Ok this toner is not great for your face in the long run because of the witch hazel in it, but it works so great for body acne. I can say that since I started using this toner on my back I have been noticing huge improvements. It’s not sticky or anything on my skin and I just use my hands to pat the product on my back (daily stretch lol). FIRST AID BEAUTY - KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA I use this body scrub with AHA no more than once a week and usually after I take a bath so I can buff off all the dead skins. It leaves my skin super soft and smooth. I took off a star because it’s not a gentle scrub and for some reason some particles always stay on either my shower curtain or on the floor... CLINIQUE - Acne Solutions Clinical Clearing Gel I use this when I notice a pimple on my back. Good old salicylic acid concentrate to dry it out. I took off a star because you have to wait for it to dry down before you put on clothes and sometimes it hurts a bit. Other Tips: This is going to sound really dumb but: RINSE OFF ALL PRODUCTS that might be on your skin! I realized I actually have very sensitive skin on my body and if I don’t rinse until there’s zero trace of product on my back, I break out. This includes body wash, and especially hair conditioner, if you have longer hair and leave hair conditioner in as you wash your body. My guideline is: if I feel any slippery feeling on my back, I need to rinse more. Pick your hair and body wash products carefully. As it turns out, I cannot use a lot of products, especially those that purposely leave your skin extra smooth and slippery. Also you might be allergic to some ingredients, pay attention to those too. Be mindful of hair products: oils, serums, styling products, etc. Again, they might be great for your hair, but if they get onto your back, maybe it’s another story. Wash your beddings and towels often! A lot of bacteria might be on them! Hope this helps!!

🐡Body Acne🐡
From bacne (acne on your back) to buttne (acne on your backside - yep, it's a thing) body spots can be pretty rubbish to deal with. Even worse? When the warm weather makes an appearance, your playsuits come out of hibernation and suddenly you're showing off a little more flesh than usual. How To Get Rid Of Back Acne Swap Out Your Current Body Wash That ultra-creamy, coconut-scented shower gel may feel seriously luxe, but if it doesn't contain zit-zapping ingredients such as salicylic acid (a BHA that exfoliates the skin's surface layer and unblocks pores of sebum and dead skin), glycolic acid (an AHA that dissolves the upper layer of dead skin cells to prevent spots and to blur red marks left behind by acne), and lactic acid (also an AHA with the same skin-smoothing, spot-preventing credentials as glycolic acid, just a little gentler on skin), then it might not be doing your body acne any good. Acids like these prevent dead skin cells from building up and blocking your pores. Use a non-comedogenic body lotion You don't have to give up the moisturiser to keep breakouts at arms length - just make sure you choose the right one - that means ditching the unctuous, oily creams. In layman’s terms, “non-comedogenic” simply means non-pore-clogging. This is important when choosing products that stay on your skin all day or night, such as body lotion. When applied to your chest, non-comedogenic body lotion can help hydrate the skin without causing acne. Some lotions even contain small amounts of salicylic acid to get rid of preexisting breakouts. You may also want to avoid fragrances that can irritate your skin. Try spot treatments Spot treatments can help chest acne breakouts by shrinking pimples and healing the underlying inflammation. Over-the-counter (OTC) spot treatments abound, and most of these contain either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Of these two ingredients, salicylic acid is preferable because benzoyl peroxide is a notorious for bleaching clothing. There’s a risk of toxicity when salicylic acid is applied to large areas, so make sure you limit it to spot treatments when using it in the chest area. You can also consider some of the following home and natural remedies. Before applying any remedy on your chest, try a patch test to make sure it doesn’t cause any negative reaction. Choose a small spot on your arm and wait 24 hours to see if any rash or irritation develops. Cinnamon and honey Cinnamon and honey can potentially create a powerful acne-fighter when applied to the chest. Cinnamon has antimicrobial capabilities, and raw honey can work as a bacteria-fighting agent. Together, these can reduce bacteria and inflammation that lead to acne. These are safe to use weekly or as needed for new blemishes. To whip this up, mix 1 teaspoon of cinnamon with 2 tablespoons of raw honey until it forms a paste. You can apply the mask all over your chest and rinse off after 30 minutes, or you can use it as an overnight spot treatment. Mud or charcoal If you’d rather use a natural treatment that’s already made in a bottle, consider a mask that’s made of mud or charcoal. These can work as all-over treatments or they can be used on a few spots on your chest. Both mud and charcoal fight acne by drawing out impurities. These ingredients may also soften your skin at the same time. One example is the Yes to Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Mud Mask. Use once a week for best results.

Are you dealing with butt acne? Read this!
-Hi! Thanks for reading me in advance. ✨- Buttne is a shorthand for butt acne. Which is a very common and uncomfortable skin condition so don’t feel bad about it. 😋 In addition of giving you a very bad bump in your butt it is also very painful and itchy as well. Butt acne is not usually the common acne, is a folliculitis. What is a folliculitis? Well, is a mild infection of the hair follicle that leads to pus pimples or red bumps. This non regular pimple are caused by a combination of your follicles getting blocked and a bacterial infection. Sometimes the causes are very gross, or they can be a “wait, really!?” 😳 If you keep your wet sweaty clothes after you hit the gym, then expect buttne. If you spend long hours sitting down, then this friction and irritation will cause those follicles to get clogged. If your case is wearing undies past their time, which is gross, but totally expect Buttne with this. Do not wear tight-fitting clothes too much either! This traps sweat and oil against your skin, which... you know what can happen. Let’s say you have these, well there is not problem with it. We got the solution! 😗 I suggest you to try these at home options to help your peach look better. 🙊 Try a salicylic acid body wash. This will help you to unclogged those pores by exfoliating your skin. You can also try to target your butt with a benzoyl peroxide body wash. This is very effective to treat acne and folliculitis because of its antimicrobial ingredients. You can also bright up acne marks with glycolic acid. Try to moisturize your butt with a lactic acid lotion whenever you get the chance. Don’t feel scare, this won’t clog your pores. If you shave, try to shave the right way. Don’t go against the grain of your hair. If these solutions or any other don’t work. Then a consultation with a dermatologist will help you more. :) I useful tip is to leave the acne medication sit on your skin for 8-10 minutes. This way it can penetrate the skin before washing it off. Maybe put the product before you step on the shower, shampoo your hair, condition your hair, maybe shave, sing some songs. And then wash it off :) Some good products for Buttne: PanOxyl - Acne Foaming Wash Benzoyl Peroxide 10% Maximum Strength Neutrogena - Rapid Clear Stubborn Acne Cream Cleanser PETER THOMAS ROTH - Max Complexion Salicylic Acid Pore Refining Pads skinfix - Resurface+ Glycolic Renewing Scrub Amlactin - Daily Moisturizing Body Lotion I hope this little info helps you out! Let me know if you try them, and which one worked for you! :) There is not shame on having Buttne. I myself have experience this and is totally normal! Enjoy your day! 🥰

Herbivore: Honest Review
Hi 🙋🏻‍♀️ Here are my honest reviews for some of Herbivore’s bath/body products. HERBIVORE - Coconut Milk Bath Soak This is a definite favorite! You basically get two uses out of the container, making it a bit pricy, but on an evening when you really need to relax and pamper yourself, it’s totally worth it. Put in around 2 cups while you’re filling the bath. It’ll leave a light, swirling film on top of the water with a faint coconut scent. Even better, your skin’s gonna feel noticeably soft and hydrated once you get out. I would definitely recommend. HERBIVORE - Calm Soaking Salts I have to say, I was disappointed in this one. Directions suggest that you put a handful in the tub just before getting in. I tried using a half container for each try because that clearly wasn’t going to do anything, but the soaking salt still seemed to do absolutely nothing...there was no scent, but worst of all the granules didn’t dissolve on their own. I had to slosh them around using my feet during my bath to break them up. That pretty much counteracted whatever calming properties it happened to have. My skin did feel soft when I got out, but unfortunately that didn’t make up for the bath experience. Would not buy this again. I’d recommend doing the bath soak or trying a bath salt from somewhere else. HERBIVORE - Coco Rose Body Polish Another winner. I’ve never used a product like this that made my skin feel so soft and smooth. The tub is verrrry pricey. But because it absorbs and sticks to the skin so easily, you won’t need to use too much, meaning it’ll last longer than you might expect. Get your skin wet, apply all over, and wait a few minutes while you look through your DMs. Then rinse it off and boom. Baby soft skin. I would use this for a date or a night in with your partner for the compliments. Overall, really good products. Although these are splurges that I wouldn’t be able to buy myself regularly, I’d highly recommend the bath soak and body polish when you’re in need of some pampering. (Pass on the soaking salt.) Also, not pictured here is the HERBIVORE - Pink Clay Cleansing Bar Soap which I really enjoyed! It didn’t leave my skin feeling stripped, it made my skin soft and is the only bar soap I’ve ever used and actually enjoyed. Add this one to your shopping cart too, if you’re curious!

Winter skin MUST HAVE 🙌🏻
You wanted it, you got it!! 🧡Herbivore Coco Rose exfoliating body scrub. This scrub is a highly moisturizing blend of Virgin Coconut Oil and delicately floral Moroccan Rose. Leaves skin soft and hydrated with a light scent of coconut and rose petals. Recommend for all body types and targets dry and dull skin. 🧡 I used to be so scared of anything with coconut oil because I hate when my body feels greasy. 😩 So I was a little afraid to use this BUT OMG!! Can I tell you that my skin is so smooth and so incredibly soft!! With hypothyroidism, my skin gets really really dry and this has been a God send. The intense but not greasy moisture, lasts me around 48 hours!! I also adore the subtle rose scent. This is something you need in hand during this winter season!! 🧡This body smoothing and hydrating scrub is $36.00 for 8 oz. I think 8 oz. will probably last me about 2 months so even though it’s a little pricey for a scrub, if you have dry skin, it’s so worth it!! What’s your favorite body scrub?

🎯Ingrown hairs—these two little words conjure🎯
In our quest for smooth, stubble-free skin, ingrown hairs are an annoyance at best and cause for concern at worst (trust me- you don't want to see what they look like when they get infected)🤐 The cause of ingrown hairs isn't complicated. Simply put, when your hair starts to grow, sometimes it curls inward and gets trapped back under the surface of your skin. This can happen because dead skin cells clog up your hair follicle (so always, always exfoliate), but ingrowns also exist just because of your hair's natural growth pattern—so, unfortunately, those with curly hair may suffer the most! Aspirin-Honey Treatment This recipe is a double whammy. Not only does aspirin naturally contain salicylic acid, but honey also has antibacterial properties, which can help reduce the possibility of inflammation and infection. 🔎Ingredients: 3 uncoated aspirin tablets 1 tsp. honey 1/2 to 1 tsp. water or oil Directions: Add warm water or oil to a bowl Add honey Crush aspirin tablets Mix together Leave mask on for 10 minutes Wipe off entirely with warm water Coconut Oil Sugar Scrub Coconut oil, for example, is hydrating, keeps skin moisturized, and reduces inflammation.4 It's basically our winter skin savior. Mix it with raw sugar and you've got a winner. You can use this scrub daily until you see an improvement, and then you can switch to two to three times a week. Just be careful that the scrub isn't too abrasive. 🔎Ingredients: 1 cup of raw sugar 1/2 cup of coconut oil 10 drops of tea tree oil, or your preferred essential oil Directions: Combine sugar and coconut oil in a bowl Add in essential oil Mix together Apply and then rinse using warm water Dry with a clean towel Baking Soda and Oatmeal Treatment I am huge fan of baking soda and how amazing this ingredient is! And rediciliously cheap. Baking soda, which is a great exfoliator, helps reduce and prevent ingrown hairs. Oatmeal has a soothing effect, reducing redness and irritation caused by exfoliation. 🔎Ingredients: 1 tbsp. baking soda 1 cup of water 1 tbsp. ground oatmeal Directions: Mix baking soda and oatmeal together Add water to the bowl Stir until it has a paste-like texture Using a cotton pad, scoop up the mixture Apply to the affected area and let sit for 10 minutes Rinse with warm water Oil-Based Serum if you're particularly sensitive, it's best to avoid overly harsh scrubs. Abrasive scrubs like sugar and salt scrubs do exfoliate the skin but often at the expense of causing excess skin irritation 🔎Ingredients: 1 tbsp. castor oil 1 tbsp. hemp oil (optional) 10 drops tea tree oil Directions: Find a reusable glass bottle Combine castor oil and hemp oil Add tea tree oil to mix Apply combination after shaving to prevent irritation alba BOTANICA - Acne Dote, Face & Body Scrub Oil-Free CeraVe - SA Moisturizing Cream For Rough & Bumpy Skin GLYTONE - KP Kit Amlactin - Daily Moisturizing Body Lotion

Alba Botanica - Acnedote Face & Body Scrub
After experiencing some minor breakouts on my back I picked up this scrub at my local Target. I wasn’t expecting much for $6 but two years later it has a permanent spot in my shower. Despite its claims as being a body AND face scrub I recommend this for body rather than face. I’ve used it on my face in a pinch but it’s too rough for my liking. - Ingredients include 2% salicylic acid, willow bark, and ground walnut shell - Clears acne without over drying the skin - Invigorating, slightly minty scent with no artificial fragrance - Does contain witch hazel which I know is *not* for everyone I use this scrub whenever I get a body breakout and to keep ingrowns at bay in my bikini area. It keeps me soft and smooth. Good for the body, not for the face 😊 alba BOTANICA - Acne Dote, Face & Body Scrub Oil-Free

PETER THOMAS ROTH - Max Complexion Salicylic Acid Pore Refining Pads Was something that caught my eye because the dr Dennis ones were getting pricey and this just was much less waste as well Price $46/ 60ct which is reasonable as it’s meant as a daily use item so $0.76 cents/day Claims to improve look of pores ,help uneven texture and clear blemishes Ingredients that exfoliate like salicylic and glycolic acid as well as anti-aging ingredients like peach fruit extract Initial reaction to this product was wow this smells strong definitely held my breath a little when using and not in a small room but product size wise it’s more than enough for your whole face , product is on a nice round cotton , with a wet wipe like texture that comes in a plastic jar container Long term benefits/short term benefits I saw from this product were pretty efficient, felt tight and polished initially after the product dries on my face also not a daily use product for me as it does have some long term benefits helping texture on my forhead and even reducing the look of my pores so I started to use other products Only reason I really rated it a 4 was because wow that smell was very potent and hurt my nose when inhaled too much also my skin isn’t sensitive so if your skin is sensitive please do a patch test!! anese - That booty tho. The Original Booty Scrub This product has been a repurchase for me and was honestly originally done on a whim after seeing their Instagram page ads and such Luckily it was a product I got good use out of and nice results Price $29 /2oz which isn’t bad at all especially since it’s not a daily use item Claims to help with acne, cellulite and stretch marks Ingredients that exfoliate like walnut shells and hydrating ingredients such as Shea butter and jojoba seed oil Initial reaction was wow this smells different not a “nice “smell almost earthy but texture wise definitely felt like a scrub they recommend one scoop 2-3x week for a nice plump look but only used in shower so kept it there as it comes in a nice sturdy glass jar Long term benefits/ short term benefit is that initial hydration it leaves behind definitely like an oil like moisture not cream like left behind and long term I saw great improvement on my bum clearing up and even looking almost polished! And was as smooth as butter 🧈 I recommend this scrub for the bum!

🔮🏖🫐Body Scrub Battle 🥊
🕳I just emptied all the body scrubs I tried this year. I totally fell in love with body scrubs again during quarantine. I used to invest a lot in my face, but kinda neglect treating my body & hair the same way. I was suffering from so many ingrown hairs on my legs this year, I decided to start exfoliating more. It used to be more of a treat every once in a while, but I do a “soft exfoliation body-mask” more often now. This is a method I’m sure I did not come up with lol, but it’s where I use a body scrub more for the effects from the rich oils by letting the formula sit on my skin for a while (I physically exfoliate a bit while applying) before rinsing off. I leave a shower with such moisturized skin! I wrote full reviews of each product in previous posts, but I’ll run a little comparison here... 👑my reigning favorite: 🔮HERBIVORE - Amethyst Body Scrub With Epsom Salt $44/6.4 oz This one is definitely pricey & I go through it fast, but adore it so! The formula feels like fluffy sugar, but is somehow sooo moisturizing! I indulge in my “body-mask” method with this one & my skin is so hydrated & moisturized afterward I don’t even feel the need for lotion, it’s like I’ve already applied a dry oil deep into my skin! The scent is also amazing & so intoxicating! It’s a deep & complex Arabian Jasmine fragrance that comes from the real source! The physical exfoliation ingredients are hydrating Sugar, soothing Epsom salt & sort of more symbolic crushed Amethyst crystal. The most gentle exfoliation out of the 3, & also the most moisturizing. not far behind in royal ranking is: 🏖SOL de Janeiro - Bum Bum Body Scrub $42/7.8 oz Full review in my last post. I only knocked off a ⭐️ because it can be very hard to use if your shower area or bathroom stays cold lol. The formula smells like their signature Bum Bum Cream, I absolutely love the scent experience in my shower! Once I figured out how to best use this product I really fell in love! (jar may need to warm up first) It’s very moisturizing, has great oils, rivaling the hydration/moisture levels of the Amethyst scrub... but the exfoliants are the most abrasive of the 3. Not saying that in a bad way, but some may not be into it. Swipe through to see ingredients of everything & which exfoliants they utilize. Unfortunately this wasn’t my blueberry jam: 🫐TRULY - Blueberry Kush CBD Body Scrub $33/6 oz +300mg CBD I think it’s hard to harness all the medicinal properties of CBD in a wash-off treatment & since the formula contains CBD isolate & not hemp oil or anything (often used as a moisturizer), I’m assuming they hope to offer pain-relief effects, but they’re not really there- even with my body-mask method. This formula is more oily than the others. My issues were mainly with the smell & a blue-yellow residue it left behind. There are 1,000 blueberries in each jar, the blueberry oil gives it the color/scent. But kinda smelled bad on skin.

🏖Bum Bum body scrub✨
🧡 I’m a many years deep & very devoted Bum Bum Cream fan, but I only recently ventured into trying all of their body & haircare offerings. SOL de Janeiro - Bum Bum Body Scrub $42/7.8 oz At first I honestly didn’t love anything about this but the scent, which is the now quite iconic “Cheirosa ’62” fragrance. It has notes of Pistachio, Almond, Vanilla & Jasmine. Heaven. 🇧🇷 ‘Cheirosa’ means irresistible in Portuguese. Their signature scent was named after the year 1962, when the song "Garota de Ipanema" (The Girl from Ipanema) was first written & recorded. This Brazilian Bossa Nova/Jazz song was a huge international hit by the mid-1960s, introducing the world to music from Brazil. Now onto the formula! When I first used this it was really hard to get into. Like hard as a rock- It’s getting very cold where I live, so the texture Coconut oil will completely change. Cold-pressed pure Coconut oil is the 2nd ingredient. It also contains antioxidant rich Açaí, Sunflower seed & Vitamin E oils! 🥄 I used a my little metal spoons from Truly (love those) because any plastic type of skincare spatula would have simply cracked. I even used a literal kitchen spoon at one point😭 The formula is dense with Sugar (1st ingredient) so I could actually break off chunks. 🚿 This cold Coconut oil may not be everyone’s issue... But if it’s cold where you live too, I recommend running the tub under hot water in your shower or bath. Once I used up a bit of the formula it became much easier to work with, as it would warm up faster. The scrub itself is a bit rougher than some, so very sensitive skin may want to skip it. Sugar is a natural humectant, drawing moisture into the skin, which also begins to dissolve in water as you exfoliate. However, it also contains crushed Cupuaçu seeds, they’re quite finely milled, but still a bit scratchy. Personally when I use body scrubs (3-4x week) I don’t really “scrub” that hard. I actually like to more of a body-mask vibe, where I try to get as much body coverage with the formula as I can, working it in a bit, & leaving it on as long as I can before rinsing. This lets all of those great hydrating & moisturizing ingredients really do their thing! 🥥 The rich formula also includes Coconut amino acids, hydrating glycerin & Rice bran extract. ✨This product is particularly good for this body-mask method. It leaves my skin so moisturized & calmed. It also contains circulation boosting caffeine in the form of Guaraná seed extract; a 2-5x more potent caffeine source than coffee beans!☕️ Guaraná Is native to The Amazon Rainforest. Sol de Janeiro is made in the US, but utilizes a lot of native South American ingredients like Cupuaçu butter, but they are sustainably sourced! ♻️🐇 All of their products are also vegan, gluten-free, cruelty-free, free of parabens & other petroleum byproducts. Hydroquinone-free, no SLS/SLES, sulfates & the fragrance is phthalates-free. Their products also now come in recyclable packaging!

exfoliating your body regularly has many benefits; it helps to promote blood circulation, shed dry skin cells, unclog pores among other great things! it is certainly something i partake in 1-2 a week. however, there are so many methods to use, which one is the most effective? which reigns supreme, you may ask? here i am going to review two different methods i have used and explain which ones i prefer and why! 1. body scrubs!💗 most recently, i have been using the FRENCH GIRL - Rose Sea Polish Smoothing Treatment and previously used the SOAP & GLORY - Smoothie Star Breakfast Scrub and SOAP & GLORY - Call of Fruity Summer Scrubbing Cooling Body Scrub . the french girl scrub honestly does not cut it for me, it has one of my favourite smells and using it leaves a wonderful almost residue of rose-scented oil on my skin after washing away but it seriously lacks in its scrub-ability. the formula is a tad dry, and doesn’t spread well but adding water almost makes it disintegrate in your hand! soap & glory on the other hand makes INCREDIBLE and effective body scrub in various smells, you just take a palmful of it (not under direct water) and gently massage it into your skin, leaving it super smooth! i will note, using exfoliants like this (particularly soap & glory’s sugar-based scrub) can be a little harsh and you run the risk of causing micro tears in your skin. this is certainly a downside of body scrubs, but i find as long as i am gently applying them that i love them and have no issues! 2. exfoliating gloves!💗 (mine are #Quo - Fuschia Exfoliating Gloves[products]#[FiveStars] that I purchased for $3.99 CAD) i think that using exfoliating gloves are a much safer option than body scrubs for multiple reasons. first, you can choose what you are exfoliating your body with! these particular ones are made with nylon, and you can select your favourite body wash and go to town! i like using a non-scented body wash for my lady part’s sake and so i am being as gentle to my skin as possible. you can be as gentle or harsh as you want, as using the gloves allow you to select how intensely you exfoliate a little better than pre-made body scrubs that can often have inconsistent or too-harsh exfoliating pieces in them. i will note with these guys that you should be removing them to dry from your shower so they do not grow bacteria and replace them every few months!!! so there is it! body scrubs and exfoliating gloves are both great ways to treat your body to a nice exfoliation once or twice a week. it all really depends on what you are seeking from the product and how sensitive your skin is. hope you enjoyed! :) feel free to follow here and on my IG @chloebrk.mua #cheriecreator

Pros Made for sensitive skin Leaves skin SUPER SOFT after rinse all natural ingredients (Coconut Oil, Vitamin E✨) Only $9.99!! Cons No cons!! I have been searching high and low for a body scrub that is for my extremely dry and sensitive skin that would not harm me in any way! I have thoroughly enjoyed this scrub! DIRECTIONS: i take a shower as i normally would and after i finish bathing, i take my body scrub in rub in the areas that I want to exfoliate (aka EVERYWHERE). I like to pair this scrub with a exfoliating glove but this is totally optional! Your hand will work just fine! I scrub it completely into my skin and once i finish I let the water in the shower rinse it all away. After I get out the shower and dry off you will be able to tell the difference! Leaves my skin silky smooth! I recommend doing this no more than 2 times a week. Rating: 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dove - Exfoliating Body Polish Crushed Macadamia & Rice Milk PRODUCT A gentle physical exfoliant meant to buff away dead skin to reveal softer, smoother skin in just one use. Though I’ve never tested it on my face before, I recommend this only be used for the body. I have the macadamia and rice milk scent and it’s so yummy and comforting. This is a creamy exfoliant with very gentle physical granules that exfoliate without irritating the skin. OPINION I have been through two tubs of this exfoliant and I am still shocked at how much I love it. It really gently buffs the skin, so it is okay to use multiple times per week. I was recommended this from an ig friend, and now I recommend it to a bunch of people around me because its affordable and just that good. The creamy abseils ensures that your skin stays hydrated while exfoliating – which is the key to baby soft skin. This is incredible, especially for the price, and I give it 5/5 stars.

Alba Botanica - Acnedote Face & Body Scrub

BUM BUM BODY SCRUB:Body Exfoliating Game Changer
BUM BUM BODY SCRUB:Body Exfoliating Game Changer
As both an avid self tanner, and someone with naturally dry skin on my body all year long, exfoliation in KEY. I have struggled to find a good exfoliating scrub that left my skin feeling smooth by removing dead skin, while also not feeling too rough. I have FINALLY found a game changer. My new Holy Grail of my shower routine is the... drum roll please.... SOL de Janeiro - Bum Bum Body Scrub I heard good things about the SOL de Janeiro Bum Bum Body Lotion, but I have many lotions, so the product never appealed to me. When I saw they now had a body scrub, I just knew I had to try it out. The first thing I noticed is the smell. I think the best way to describe the smell is if you could taste a tropical vacation. My only complaint about the smell is that it doesn’t last longer. The texture is course, but by using Crushed Cupuaçu Seeds and Sugar Crystals as the exfoliant, rather than the course micro beads other skin exfoliants use, it leaves the skin feeling gentile. This stuff literally melts on your skin after exfoliating it, something I have never experienced in an exfoliant before. No more seemingly never dissolving beads. The coconut oil in the product leaves my skin feeling so smooth after use. When I use this product on my extremely dry feet and ankles, I could see the dead skin being removed, after I rinse they feel softer than ever. My self tan goes on flawlessly after exfoliation, and there was no streakyness on my normally dry areas like elbows and ankles. My only setback to this product is the price. $42.00 is more than I would usually spend on an exfoliant, and the product was not even filled to the top when I purchased. However, I do feel like this product is a game changer for my dry skin, and I have noticed a little goes a long way, so for me it is worth it. Definitely may not be for everyone. Should I try the Bum Bum lotion next?

My thoughts on the SDJ body scrub
My thoughts on the SDJ body scrub
So here’s the thing. We all love and adore the iconic Cheirosa scent from Sol de Janeiro. I was extremely excited about this product launch in particular but I am extremely disappointed for one reason only: it has glitter. I don’t even like glitter in my makeup, let alone my skincare or bodycare. So this product was and will be a big no for me. However, if you actually like glitter - this subtle glow and gorgeous scent upon leaving the shower will have you drooling! This one is solely a matter of preference for me!
