YOUR SCALP IS SKIN TOO!
A FRIENDLY REMINDER TO NEVER NEGLECT YOUR SCALP! ✨ People tend to forget that their scalp is skin too and so it needs to be treated the same way we care for our faces or our bodies. Scalp scrubs can be used by anyone! If you have a dry scalp, itchy scalp, ANY scalp can benefit from a scalp scrub!! OUAI - Scalp & Body Scrub I have recently been using the OUAI (pronounced WAY) Body & Scalp Scrub. I apply the scrub once a week and it has left my scalp feeling soft and nourished, and has given my hair sooo much more volume! It has also eliminated A LOT of product build up! The smell of the scrub is just to die for - the texture is quite thick and very granular so I like to apply it to a dry scalp FIRST before I get into the shower... Then I massage it in once it’s wet. An alternative/addition to a scalp scrub is a SCALP BRUSH! Using a scalp brush stimulates your hair follicles which increases blood flow and encourages hair GROWTH! 🤩 #Moyoko - Scalp Brush[products]#[FiveStars] The Moyoko scalp brush is such good quality and comes in a variety of cute colours! I often use it to massage my scalp scrub into my scalp when I’m in the shower. The silicone pins aren’t at all harsh on your scalp and actually give an unreal head massage! 😍 Try it out! Paula x

MY HAIR GROWTH TRICKS🤫💥
Healthy scalp = health hair. 💫The Kardashions love OUAI- I now know why!!!!💫 This scalp scrub exfoliates your scalp and stimulates blood flow therefore massaging this into your head stimulates follicle so that you produce thicker hair and help dilate blood vessels beneath the skin, thereby encouraging hair growth. I do this once a week to clarify and resurface my scalp from folicle build and helps with the overall health of my hair I have seen huge results myself and recommend this to anyone trying to grow thick and healthy hair! It all starts with a healthy scalp girls 💕👏🏼 (This can also be used on skin how’s the value!!!) OUAI - Scalp & Body Scrub

New Beauty Buys
This body scrub honestly does wonders for KP (keratosis pilaris). I was first gifted this and then made a purchase 2 weeks ago. FIRST AID BEAUTY - KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA A little background: keratosis pilaris tends to appear on upper arms, legs, or buttocks, and they’re those annoying tiny bumps & don’t hurt or itch. It’s actually more common than you think, and it’s not anything bad. It usually gets worse in the colder months because your skin is drier. @firstaidbeauty’s body scrub has helped my KP a lot in the past few days, and has helped me achieve that smooth skin on my upper arms. I think this product is worth it and something that I’ll keep purchasing in/for my body care routine. Have you tried this body scrub? If so, did you like it? @cherie@Cheriebeauty #cheriecreator

Body Acne Be Gone! 🔮
I started having back acne on this random day during my freshman year of college and since then have been struggling with it on and off. Recently I have found this routine and I’m so happy to report that the conditions have been stable for months now. As you can see in the second photo, I still have some scars and discolorations, but hey, better than before, at least my back isn’t bumpy anymore. I rarely get new pimples on my back, and if I do it’s a small one that can heal in days, not the big, painful, red ones that haunt me for so long. List of Products: MARIO BADESCU - A.H.A Botanical Body Soap I shower everyday and use this body wash. It smells great and leaves my skin clean but not dry. Before this I use CeraVe - SA Body Wash for Rough & Bumpy Skin. I liked that one too, but it wasn’t as foamy and I just find this Mario Badescu one more pleasant. THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Toner Ok this toner is not great for your face in the long run because of the witch hazel in it, but it works so great for body acne. I can say that since I started using this toner on my back I have been noticing huge improvements. It’s not sticky or anything on my skin and I just use my hands to pat the product on my back (daily stretch lol). FIRST AID BEAUTY - KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA I use this body scrub with AHA no more than once a week and usually after I take a bath so I can buff off all the dead skins. It leaves my skin super soft and smooth. I took off a star because it’s not a gentle scrub and for some reason some particles always stay on either my shower curtain or on the floor... CLINIQUE - Acne Solutions Clinical Clearing Gel I use this when I notice a pimple on my back. Good old salicylic acid concentrate to dry it out. I took off a star because you have to wait for it to dry down before you put on clothes and sometimes it hurts a bit. Other Tips: This is going to sound really dumb but: RINSE OFF ALL PRODUCTS that might be on your skin! I realized I actually have very sensitive skin on my body and if I don’t rinse until there’s zero trace of product on my back, I break out. This includes body wash, and especially hair conditioner, if you have longer hair and leave hair conditioner in as you wash your body. My guideline is: if I feel any slippery feeling on my back, I need to rinse more. Pick your hair and body wash products carefully. As it turns out, I cannot use a lot of products, especially those that purposely leave your skin extra smooth and slippery. Also you might be allergic to some ingredients, pay attention to those too. Be mindful of hair products: oils, serums, styling products, etc. Again, they might be great for your hair, but if they get onto your back, maybe it’s another story. Wash your beddings and towels often! A lot of bacteria might be on them! Hope this helps!!

Are you dealing with butt acne? Read this!
-Hi! Thanks for reading me in advance. ✨- Buttne is a shorthand for butt acne. Which is a very common and uncomfortable skin condition so don’t feel bad about it. 😋 In addition of giving you a very bad bump in your butt it is also very painful and itchy as well. Butt acne is not usually the common acne, is a folliculitis. What is a folliculitis? Well, is a mild infection of the hair follicle that leads to pus pimples or red bumps. This non regular pimple are caused by a combination of your follicles getting blocked and a bacterial infection. Sometimes the causes are very gross, or they can be a “wait, really!?” 😳 If you keep your wet sweaty clothes after you hit the gym, then expect buttne. If you spend long hours sitting down, then this friction and irritation will cause those follicles to get clogged. If your case is wearing undies past their time, which is gross, but totally expect Buttne with this. Do not wear tight-fitting clothes too much either! This traps sweat and oil against your skin, which... you know what can happen. Let’s say you have these, well there is not problem with it. We got the solution! 😗 I suggest you to try these at home options to help your peach look better. 🙊 Try a salicylic acid body wash. This will help you to unclogged those pores by exfoliating your skin. You can also try to target your butt with a benzoyl peroxide body wash. This is very effective to treat acne and folliculitis because of its antimicrobial ingredients. You can also bright up acne marks with glycolic acid. Try to moisturize your butt with a lactic acid lotion whenever you get the chance. Don’t feel scare, this won’t clog your pores. If you shave, try to shave the right way. Don’t go against the grain of your hair. If these solutions or any other don’t work. Then a consultation with a dermatologist will help you more. :) I useful tip is to leave the acne medication sit on your skin for 8-10 minutes. This way it can penetrate the skin before washing it off. Maybe put the product before you step on the shower, shampoo your hair, condition your hair, maybe shave, sing some songs. And then wash it off :) Some good products for Buttne: PanOxyl - Acne Foaming Wash Benzoyl Peroxide 10% Maximum Strength Neutrogena - Rapid Clear Stubborn Acne Cream Cleanser PETER THOMAS ROTH - Max Complexion Salicylic Acid Pore Refining Pads skinfix - Resurface+ Glycolic Renewing Scrub Amlactin - Daily Moisturizing Body Lotion I hope this little info helps you out! Let me know if you try them, and which one worked for you! :) There is not shame on having Buttne. I myself have experience this and is totally normal! Enjoy your day! 🥰

Eczema & Dry Skin Products 💧
If you’re like me, you deal with dryness, patchiness, itchiness all over your body. This isn’t new to me - I’ve had eczema since I was 7 and it has flared up in many different ways and on different parts of my body since then. One of my major triggers for my flare ups is stress 😣 Unfortunately, once I get a flare-up, it can take me months before I’m able to get my skin calm and back to “normal” again. Two products that I started using religiously to help with my issues are the SkinFix Resurface+ Glycolic Renewing Scrub & Babo Botanicals Fragrance Free Shampoo and Wash (there is an adult version but they share the exact same formula and the adult version is $5+ more than the baby product.) skinfix - Resurface+ Glycolic Renewing Scrub I really love this scrub for getting the dry skin off my body and helping to renew my skin cells. It issues bamboo crystals and AHAs to bulldoze through that rough skin and helps it to feel smooth af 😆 One of the only hiccups with this product, though, is those bamboo crystals. I feel they are a bit too sharp & rough and they have actually cut my skin in the past 🤭 if they switched to pumice or a finer crystal, this scrub would be absolutely perfect! But for now, it’s the best body scrub/exfoliation I have used to date. babo BOTANICALS - Sensitive Baby Fragrance Free Shampoo & Wash For Sensitive & Eczema-Prone Skin, EWG Verified I really do love this body wash, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it for people with super sensitive skin. It is completely fragrance free and not harsh like other body washes can be (also can be used as a intimate wash for people with vulvas.) However, my one hiccup with this, is that I feel like I have to use A LOT of product to use on my entire body. But overall, is a great formula for those dealing with sensitivities, eczema, rosacea, sunburns, acne etc... A bit more on the pricey side ($20) but worth it IMO. What other products have you all used to combat body eczema and dryness? I would love other recommendations to try out! Let me know in the comments below 🖤🙌🏽

💧Nexxus® Ultimate Moisture shampoo/conditioner
I have thick slightly wavy strands, & a whole lot of them lol. My hair tangles easily when it isn’t properly hydrated & moisturized. I always stick with moisturizing shampoos & heavy conditioners for my hair type, which rarely gets oily, & has been even dryer since I moved to the mountains this year...🏔😩 I’ve been using both of these products for a while, (several bottles each) but I’ve also been really lazy about trying any new shampoos & conditioners. When I empty these I’m going to switch it up & try some new products. Nexxus Therappe™ Ultimate Moisture ProteinFusion™ shampoo for dry hair $12/13.5 oz NEXXUS - Therappe Ultimate Moisture Silicone Free Shampoo I like this shampoo a lot more than the conditioner. The formula doesn’t dry out my hair, but is still very effective for cleansing. Nexxus’ proprietary ProteinFusion™ treatment is a blend of green caviar & hydrolyzed elastin protein. It also contains hydrating Trehalose, moisturizing coconut oil, hydrolyzed wheat protein & keratin. I may stick with this shampoo unless I find something better. I really like the way it feels & rinses without that stringy drying feeling... so important to me! The scent could be better, it’s a bit of a sharp floral perfumey smell, sort of typical salon smell but a bit extra... I think it smells slightly better than the conditioner. Nexxus Humectress™ Ultimate Moisture ProteinFusion™ conditioner for dry hair $17/13.5 oz NEXXUS - Humectress Moisture Conditioner for Normal to Dry Hair This conditioner doesn’t quite cut it for me. Definitely does the job, but I would like something to moisturize even more. This has many of the same beneficial ingredients as the shampoo, like all the hydrolyzed proteins, coconut oil & caviar. In addition is has Caulerpa Lentillifera extract: a species of bryopsidale green algae from coastal regions in the Indo-Pacific. The scent is a little too perfumey, & this product just doesn’t leave my hair as moisturized as I would like, but it does make detangling a breeze. The price is a bit high for a conditioner that performs like a good drugstore product you could get for cheaper. Hair that is less dry or more fine than mine may love this. What shampoo & conditioner are you currently using? I’d love some recommendations, spam my comments! 💟PS- my full reviews for bothANNA SUI - Rose Liquid Body Soap & HERBIVORE - Amethyst Exfoliating Body Scrub are together in a previous post.

Herbivore Jasmine Glowing Hydration Body Oil🌿
This would be a 5 star product for me, but the dispenser is pretty bad. I apologize in advance for my noisy puppy during the loop i shot (he’s playing with my kitties) but I left it in because it perfectly illustrates how crazy the dispenser is... watch my poor little finger struggle lol. Other than that aspect, I loved everything else about this body oil. HERBIVORE - Jasmine Glowing Hydration Body Oil $44/4 oz It’s got a simple, yet very effective list of only 8 ingredients! I made some informational slides about the ingredients, so swipe on through if you like✨ It was so nourishing for my dry skin, absorbed well & wasn’t greasy at all. The consistency is a bit thicker than it seems in my swatch photo... due to the difficult dispenser, I was unable to do a simple pump without it running down my arm because it shoots the product out with such force lol. I have a neurological disability that really affects my general strength, so I thought it was just me, but several other reviews I read mentioned the same issue. I think it’s the addition of Vitamin E oil adds the slight thickness to the wonderful texture. This oil blend definitely helped to calm redness & irritation caused by my hot shower. Every oil in this blend has something beneficial to offer! (check out the slides) The scent is rich & luscious Sambac Jasmine (Arabian Jasmine) naturally derived from the actual plant. Some jasmine scents are simply very sweet, but this has an intoxicating depth to it. It smells almost identical to the Herbivore Amethyst Body Polish, & the two products really compliment each other. HERBIVORE - Amethyst Exfoliating Body Scrub Is my favorite Herbivore product, my full review is in a previous post. ⚠️I usually wouldn’t mention a leaking or open product in a review, because so much can happen after a package leaves the company, anomalies & mistakes happen, but I feel like I have to mention that this body oil marks my 4th Herbivore product this year to arrive partially open &/or leaking. You should always return products that are exposed to air when you receive them, they can be dried out, have lost potency due to oxidization, or worse, cause unnecessary skin irritation. I didn’t bother returning this oil because very little looked to be missing from the bottle (& it wouldn’t affect a product like this too bad), but the box had oil spots all over & the exterior of the bottle was oily around top near the closure. So in my opinion, Herbivore needs to reevaluate some of their dispensing mechanisms & as well as better sealing protocol for their products. As a disabled person this was not easy to use & caused me a lot pain in my hands after applying to my whole body. I only knocked off a star for that drama, because the formulation & scent of this body oil are downright amazing💜 Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve ordered their products from their own site & Sephora, & it’s happened with both vendors.

brazilian skincare 🥥
I love trying out skincare from around the world, today I’m reviewing a few cult faves from brazil! SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian 4 Play Moisturizing Shower Cream-Gel I have the new packaging, a longer bottle. I noticed it was pretty hard to get product out of the lid it has, so that was the first mark against this. I also used most of the stuff in just a couple weeks. so, either not a lot of product is included, or you need a LOT more than your average body wash. I like that it can be used as a shaving cream, but I don’t think it’s worth the price tag. SOL de Janeiro - Bum Bum Body Scrub a newer launch, I was super excited for this scrub. it’s a gentler scrub with a moisturizing effect. I like my scrubs to be a little more exfoliating than this was, but if you have super sensitive skin you may like it! SOL de Janeiro - Bum Bum Sol Oil SPF 30 this is my winner of the three. I am not very good at remembering to wear SPF on my body, so I love this spray for that. it smells amazing, had a little bit of shimmer, and makes my skin feel soft without feeling greasy. have you guys tried any of these brazilian products? #cheriepartner #cheriecreator

Sephora Samples Haul
Self professed Sephora addict here! I recently tried out some more small samples and thought I’d share my thoughts. OLE HENRIKSEN - Glow2OH Dark Spot Toner The only toner I have used before this one is THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Tonerso when I saw a chance to try this one out, I figured I’d give this one a go. At first glance, seemed like a decent product. After several uses I noted a slight fragrance but nothing strong. It did sting my face some times and others not. It seemed to help my uneven skin tone but hard to say solely because of this product or because of my overall routine. So final conclusion of this sample: nice, simple, but not overly in love with this product either. SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian Bum Bum Cream Oh where to start with this one... I got this as a sample from Sephora as my birthday gift. I quickly went from the sample amount, to the mini amount, to the full fledge amount. This product is straight up skin crack 😆 The smell is addictive and my skin eats it up due to lack of hydration due to the humidity of home. My boyfriend has also said my legs seem more toned as of late (they aren’t- thanks quarantine). There is a reason why this product has such high ratings. Just give it a go. SOL de Janeiro - Bum Bum Body Scrub Another Sol de Janeiro product that started as a free promotion sample that quickly became a full size product that sits in my shower. This scrub feels and smells wonderful like the Bum Bum cream. I use the two products after I shave and my legs feel wonderfully smooth and hydrated. This product I feel is a little more of a splurge however- for the price and amount needed I do go through it quite easily. So, depending on your budget, try it out if able and make your own decision based on feel and budget if this is something you feel comfortable adding into your skin loves. Seeing as how this year has shut down my year of travel (again, thanks covid 🙄) I went for it. I hope this is helpful! Have you guys found any fun samples? Until next haul, 👋🏻👋🏻

BEST OF: Body Wash 🏆
BEST OF: Body Wash 🏆
My awards for body wash... I have pretty sensitive skin with different needs depending on what I’m doing in the bath or shower. These products just shine in my opinion! 🏆 The best everyday body wash Dr Teal's - Activated Charcoal and Black Lava Salt Body Wash The Dr Teal’s wash has been one of my favorites for a long time. I’ve used their epsom bath salts for a while as well since I exercise often and get muscle fatigue and soreness. I decided to give it a go because 1) it has a pump, 2) it’s 24oz for $6, and 3) the brand is cruelty free. Honestly I love the lather of this wash and use it as my regular wash in the shower. The scent is nice but not overpowering and it helps keep my skin from drying out in this harsh winter. 🏆 The best body scrub MANNA KADAR BEAUTY - Sea Minerals Champagne Charcoal Scrub I rarely ever use scrubs. Ever! My skin is so sensitive and irritable that I usually just gently exfoliate with a wash cloth. However, I got this in a fab fit fun box last year and I’ve been using it once every 4-6 months since. I use it on my legs as a pre-shave exfoliator to help ease any hives or bumps I always get when I shave. It’s very nice, but I’m not sure I could justify $40 (the listing price on amazon) for this and will probably just use facial scrubs on my legs after I run out of it. I do enjoy using it though!! 🏆 The best special occasion wash LUSH - Sleepy Shower Gel The sleepy line from Lush has been one of my favorites for a very long time. I’m always skeptical of products that contain many essential oils but this one does not irritate my skin and I usually use it only when I bathe or shower at night to help me wind down. A little bit of this goes a VERY long way! It’s a bit pricey at $10 for a 3.3oz bottle but it’s going to last me a long time since I don’t use it every time I shower. I recommend asking for a sample at lush to see if it irritates your skin. It’s very thin and lathers up a lot but doesn’t leave you feeling tight or dry. What are your favorite body washes?

Body Scrubs SHOULD BE ESSENTIAL : Exfoliation
Body Scrubs SHOULD BE ESSENTIAL : Exfoliation
Did you know that we lose about 30,000 to 40,000 dead skin cells a day ? That means that’s also how many dead skin cells we actually have on our body !! Crazy RIGHT !! Now let’s talk about why we should exfoliate our bodies and what some of the benefits are : 1. It promotes efficient circulation and skin cell turnover. 2. It removes dead cells from the skin’s surface 3. It smooths and soften rough, dry skin 4. It draws out impurities and clears congestion. 5. It frees ingrown hair on the body and smooths razor bumps 6. It leaves skin looking radiant and healthy. Proper exfoliation removed the barriers of the dead skin cells clogging the skin and uncovers fresh new cells below. This open the way for moisturizing products to penetrate more deeply into the skin, which makes them more effective. In short, a regular exfoliating routine will leave your skin looking fresh and healthy. —————— My 3 Favorites #Ancient Cosmetics - Tropical Pineapple Body Scrub[products]#[FiveStars] - Ancient Cosmetics “Tropical Pineapple Body Scrub” •• Made with : Pure Cane Sugar, Avocado Oil, & Grape Seed Oil •• It smells like Hawaii in a jar •• leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft •• HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAW SUGAR - Raw Coconut + Mango Sugar Scrubs •• Made with Raw Coconut + Mango •• No Sulfates / No Parabens •• It smells like a bowl of fruity goodness •• Exfoliates + Smooths + Revives •• HIGHLY RECOMMEND NUBIAN HERITAGE - Indian Hemp and Haitian Vetiver Hand and Body Scrub •• Made with Sugar, Vegetable Glycerin, Safflower Seed Oil •• Organic Ingredients •• Smells like Limes •• amazing for hands and the body •• Exfoliates + Smooths + Revives •• HIGHLY RECOMMEND

🚿I’ve been slacking in the body care department lately, & really needed to exfoliate. I’m hoping I can step my game up a bit💎 I’m very good at keeping up my skincare routine, but with my disability, I kind of hate showering. These products were so luxurious, I’m actually looking forward to it. HERBIVORE - Amethyst Exfoliating Body Scrub $44/6.6 oz This was wonderful! Such a beautiful lilac shade without any artificial colors! I haven’t used a body scrub in a while & was definitely overdue (I’ve had a lot more ingrown hairs on my legs recently😞) This was super gentle, it didn’t hurt or scratch my skin. Not only is my skin quite pale, but I have a neurological condition that can make my skin flare up, so some body exfoliation products are way to abrasive for me. The first 2 ingredients are sugar & epsom salt, both are physical exfoliants & humectants that hydrate the skin while exfoliating. I love this type of physical exfoliators because they’re natural & begin to dissolve in water, leaving no residue or little beads afterwards. And did I mention, it has actual AMETHYST in it?! It also has organic coconut oil & organic shea butter as moisturizers high on the ingredients list. I know it won’t solve my ingrown hairs overnight, but my skin was so smooth, soft & almost felt moisturized enough to not reach for body lotion. (I live at a high elevation & the water at my apartment is very very drying, so I’m still impressed even though I did put on moisturizer☺️) The scent is so amazing! Main note is definitely rich, lush Sambac Jasmine, also known as Arabian Jasmine. If you like the Herbivore Orchid Oil, you will probably like this scent too. It’s a very natural product with great ingredients... I will definitely be adding this to my shower routine!! ANNA SUI - Rose Liquid Body Soap $20/8.4 oz 🌹I really enjoyed this one too. The scents paired so well together! This obviously has a rose scent; extracted from the Dog Rose & the gorgeous Cabbage Rose. A bit of that old lady style rose smell, but not deep & musky, it’s quite sweet, light & fresh. I personally love Rose (& Jasmine) Smell softens once out of the bottle. 🇯🇵This product is from fashion designer Anna Sui’s beauty line made in Japan. All her stuff is sooo cute! With hydrating honey & moisturizing almond oil, this body wash left my skin soft & it wasn’t drying at all. That’s very important in a body wash for me! But it does the job of cleansing the body well with Lauric acid as the 2nd ingredient, which is a hydrating antibacterial agent extracted from coconut that’s able to fight pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, & yeasts. Many of the benefits tied to coconut oil are directly linked to Lauric acid. All in all a really nice body wash... I wish the scent lasted a bit longer, but maybe that’s too much to expect from a body wash. Still giving it 5⭐️ a bit pricey for a body wash I suppose, but you don’t need much to get a nice lather.

The most decadent body scrub 😍
The most decadent body scrub 😍
This Saya - Coconut Body Polish has been making my showers feel a whole lot more luxurious lately! This huge tub contains a scrub with raw sugar, sea salt, and shea butter—in short, it’s scrubby but also very buttery and moisturizing. I usually don’t even put on lotion after using this because the shea butter and coconut oil keep my skin soft and moisturized. It also smells amazing, in a real coconut (not artificial fragrance) kinda way. Body scrubs aren’t a necessity for me, but I sure have been enjoying this one. I was hoping this scrub would help with ingrown hairs on my legs, but it doesn’t seem quite abrasive enough to make much of a difference. This is great news if you’re looking for a scrub on the gentler side, though! I use this a few times a week all over my body, and I really enjoy how soft it leaves my skin.

Whipped Body Scrub ☕️🖤
Whipped Body Scrub ☕️🖤
With warm weather right around the corner that means it’s time to make the switch to shorts! I love using body scrubs to prep my legs. I recently got the frank body - Express-O Coffee Scrub on clearance at work and this has become an instant favorite! This scrub comes in a plastic pouch (which I much prefer over their old packaging!! It used to be this plastic/paper bag hybrid that I would always end up getting water into the product. It was a mess) with a little spout on top where you push the product out. It has a screw cap that stays secure while it’s in your shower. The scrub itself feels amazing! It’s like whipped, creamy mousse consistency and when applied to the body gives such a good scrub! If you’re looking for something that’s really going to get all the dead skin cells off this is it. It’s a little bit of a harsher scrub and you definitely get more scrub granules than filler so you’re left with baby soft legs afterwards. It feels really nice and almost therapeutic while you’re using it. My only complaint is once a lot of the scrub is gone the packaging doesn’t really want to stand up in the shower. It can also be a huge pain to get the last few bits out. That being said though this leaves absolutely no mess behind which I’m a fan of. It also doesn’t leave your tub slippery. If you come across this scrub I highly recommend picking it up!! It’s probably one of the best body scrubs I’ve used. I think it’s completely worth it.

ME bath! - Moisturizing Hemp Body Scrub This stuff is a really good body scrub. It moisturizes, exfoliates, and renews the skin with natural hemp seed oil. This scrub makes my skin feel amazingly soft. I normally only use it on my legs and feet and it hasn’t made me break out like other body scrubs. This hemp scrub is paraben free, phthalate free, THC free, and cruelty free. I bought this from Walmart for about $5.
