This is worth the hype
Yesterday I tried the Dr. Jart+ - Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment SPF 30 and as you can see my skin is literally glowing! I applied it after my AM routine, and the results make me love it and it’s a staple in my routine when I’m going out (ofc the only part I’ll show is my forehead due the mask) but the glow is real 💖
Why I purchase gift sets
When looking to purchase more product or even give a new product a try, I always look at sets/kits first. Usually, you can find an offer that is the same as you were planning to spend and typically you’ll get some free minis or another full price product to try. I choose these two examples as they were two I recently picked up. I’ve been a longtime user of the CAUDALIE - Vinoperfect Radiance Serum The Brightening Solution and the serum alone costs $79 for 1 oz When you purchase the CAUDALIE - Vinoperfect Instant Brightening Cults Set you receive the same full-size serum PLUS 2 more products to try. For me, it’s a no-brainer. I’ve always purchased the serum in the set for this very reason ⭐️ My daughter really likes the Dr. Jart+ - Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment SPF 30 $52 for 1.7 oz / and during the Sephora sale they were out of stock. So I searched for a kit and came across Dr. Jart+ - Cicapair Soothing Hydration Set that had the full-size product she wanted PLUS 3 more products for her to try for only an additional $5 TOTAL = $57 So again for me, it was an easy choice. I also scored a great deal with the Black Friday sales and purchased Farmacy’s Ultimate Best Sellers Kit (no longer available) as I needed more Honeymoon Glow and Cheer Up. • The kit included Honeymoon Glow, Cheer Up, Daily Greens, & Green Clean. • The entire kit, with discounts, ended up $84. • If purchased alone, the Honeymoon Glow & Cheer Up would have cost, with discount, $72 • This by far was my biggest savings!!! ⭐️ Don’t be afraid to shop kits! Especially during sales! Those are when you can score some of the best deals! And if you have a product in the kit you know you won’t use, you can always gift it to a friend. ❤️🍒

E.L.F Camo CC Cream🤔
Sooo, I was able to get my hands on the #E.L.F - Camo CC Cream[products]#[ThreeStars] when it was launched and I’ve been testing it since. I was SO excited to try this out, as I love cc creams! I was so sure I was going to love it, I bought two colors; one for winter and one for summer. So far, I’ve only seen this available on Elf’s website for $14. As stated, I have worn this several times, so I have some thoughts: Pros: This has pretty decent coverage. I’ve been applying one solid layer and then going back and adding a second layer to problem areas and have been satisfied with coverage. I think this could definitely be built up to full coverage. I really like the packaging, as it’s a tube with a pump, making it sanitary and easy to use. The ingredients in this are pretty nice. Some of them include: Hyaluronic acid, collagen, niacinamide and peptides. This also has SPF 30. This cc cream feels really light every time I wear it. No heaviness or anything like that. Cons: The finish on this is very odd. This is marketed as having a natural finish. This leaned more on the matte side of natural, which was surprising to me. I wasn’t expecting it to be super dewy, but I also expected it to be a little hydrating. It was not. My face appeared pretty dry every time I wore it. It also seemed to settle into fine lines and crack a lot in certain places(side of mouth, sides of nose, chin, etc), which hardly ever happens to me. Lastly, this emphasized texture as well. As my skin is super dry and a bit textured, due to a combination of weather and Accutane, I thought that maybe this was why the foundation didn’t have the best finish. BUT, I read some reviews on the website and watched a few reviews as well, and most people agreed with the above statements. Another con to me was the shade range. There are 20 shades with various undertones, which in theory, seems decent for a cc creams. Basically, they have a cool, neutral and warm option for each shade range( fair, light, medium, etc.). I have very neural undertones, so I went with the fair neutral and the light neutral. The fair was extremely fair for me, but the light was at least 2-3 , or more, shades darker than the fair. That’s a big jump. I ended up mixing the two colors, which isn’t a huge deal, but it’s annoying that if I continued to use this, I’d have to buy two products every time I repurchased. I’m going to keep playing around with this and see if I can find a combination that makes this look better. This definitely isn’t the worst cc cream ever, but I am a bit disappointed. I was hoping this could be an affordable dupe for the it Cosmetics - it Cosmetics CC+ Cream SPF 50+but it’s not. I’m going to try different primers under this and see is that helps. My dry, flaky, textured skin could definitely be attributing to the finish. Maybe this will work better in the summer when I’m not as dry and flaky? Let’s hope!🤞🏼 Has anyone else tried this? Thoughts? Suggestions?
He want that cake cake cake 🍰 🎂
Hey Cherie Fam! 🍒 I attempted to do a Christmas look today with the cake palette from Glamlite, but I failed miserably. I used the shade “red velvet” thinking it would be red, but it turned out to be a fuchsia. My lids are supposed to be green, but it turned out to be teal so now this look turned to be a cotton Candy look 😢 Anyway, this is a great rainbow palette 🌈 but if you’re looking for a true red, there isn’t a shade in here. The shimmers aren’t a true green either. It’s not exactly primary colors of a rainbow palette, but I love the formula. To achieve this look, I used: 1️⃣ Red velvet and packed it all over the crease then I blended it 2️⃣ I grabbed a smaller brush and dipped in to cranberry to blend the edges of red velvet 3️⃣ I cut my crease and packed avocado all over my lid. This shade is from the burger slider palette 4️⃣ I placed cinnamon on my inner corner 5️⃣ Red velvet, cranberry and raspberry on the lower lash 6️⃣ Mascara and falsies. I used house of lashes in demure lite Check out out my Instagram because I’m doing 12 days of Christmas. I will be posting a look everyday until Christmas. Happy holidays all! Xoxo, Francesca

Makeup of the Day 💕
Hey, just because I’m still under quarantine doesn’t mean I can’t play around with some of my favorite products. Let’s talk about what I have on: For my base, I used the usual bareMinerals - Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 which is tried and true. I luckily don’t need much coverage, and this gives me the perfect dewy look without looking caked on. bareMinerals - BARESKIN Complete Coverage Serum Concealer is still my favorite concealer right now. It provides great coverage without drying me out or settling into my fine lines. I skipped brow powder today and just used Milk MAKEUP - KUSH Fiber Brow Gel which I am OBSESSED with. I’m going to do a more in-depth review of this in the near future, but this product reminds me of Benefit’s Gimme Brow. It gives the brows a really nice tint to fill out those sparse spots and really holds everything in place all day long. I have thick, long brow hairs, so it’s perfect for me. If you’re on the fence about it, hop off and get it already! Onto the eyes! Today, I played with one of my favorite eyeshadow palettes, the CLINIQUE - All About Eyeshadow Palette . I absolutely love this neutral palette because it has a great range of colors, and they are easy to blend and build up. I used one of the darker shades as a smoky liner. It also comes with a really nice double-ended shadow brush and mirror, so it’s perfect for travel. I’m still using and loving the Milk MAKEUP - Kush Waterproof Mascara . That length and volume are fantastic. The brush is classic in its design, and the bristles are soft, so it’s very easy to apply and work with, especially in the corners and on the bottom lashes. On the cheeks, we’ve got the trèStiQue - Blush Stick in “Moroccan Rose” and trèStiQue - Highlight & Perfect Multipurpose Stick in “Maldives Luminescent.” The blush is a cream crayon, and I’d call the color a matte coral pink. A little goes a long way, and it’s buildable which is great. I like using my fingers to apply it. The highlight is also a cream crayon, and the color is a champagne tone which works with most skin tones. It’s gorgeous, and it makes it look like you’re glowing from within as opposed to just having glitter on your cheeks. Loving it so far! Finally, I finished this look off with bareMinerals - Moxie Plumping Lip Gloss in the shade “Daredevil” which is a plummy pink tone. It has a bit of a sparkle to it, and it also has that slight plumping peppermint tingle; it’s not overpowering which is just how I like it. Overall, I am digging this look, even if you and my husband are the only ones who are seeing it. Happy almost Thanksgiving! 💕
Feeling ill?? Slap some makeup on!
I apologize for the sparse posts. Mama has been feeling under the weather with some serious health issues. Instead of wallowing in bed all day, I decided to play with my NATASHA DENONA - Eyeshadow Palette 5 in Peak. These colors are to die for, and they have quite a bit of versatility once you start playing around with them. And that blending power? *chef’s kiss* Also, I just started using Milk MAKEUP - Kush Waterproof Mascara . I’ll be the first to tell you that I HATE waterproof mascara because I find it to be too abrasive, but this product gives you incredible volume and actually comes off with my regular cleanser!

Need New Makeup Routine
Hi! So I'm finding my makeup routine isn't working as well as it used to. I'm currently using the Nyx Pore Filler Primer, Maybelline FitMe Foundation (I've tried both the matte and dewy), e.l.f. camo hydrating concealer, Maybelline BB Cream, and the Maybelline FitMe Loose Powder to finish (all linked below). I moisturize beforehand with an oil free moisturizer and use a moist makeup sponge to apply. My big issues are cakiness/creasing, rough skin from acne and scarring, redness, lots of visible pores, visible dark circles, and some dry patches near my eyes. I have combination skin so my cheeks and nose are VERY oily but my forehead and skin around my eyes is more dry. I'm just not getting the coverage I want and my face doesn't look smooth in the slightest. I'd like to stay on the cheaper side but would be willing to spend more for a product that really works. Any help is appreciated, thank you! MAYBELLINE - Fit Me Dewy + Smooth Foundation NYX - Pore Filler Primer e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer MAYBELLINE - Fit Me Loose Finishing Powder MAYBELLINE - Dream Fresh BB Cream 8-In-1 Skin Perfector SPF 30
5 Multitasking Products!!
I start with applying the #MAYBELLINE - Dream Fresh BB Cream 8-In-1 Skin Perfector SPF 30[products]#[FourStars] I use the shade 110. On days I want the SPF factor but more coverage I will add in 1-2 drops of the No. 7 foundation drops. I use a sponge to blend this but it also blends nicely with a brush or your hands! I’ve tried so many BB creams over the years and I typically have two main issues: lack of longevity and not being able to build up the coverage. The longevity of this BB cream surprised me, especially if I’m diligent with my skin prep - I can get up to 10 hours of wear!! Next I use the #e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer[products]#[FourStars] in the shade Tan-Walnut as a contour/bronzer. I dot this around the perimeters of my face and blend with my sponge. I sometimes use this on my lids for a subtle eyeshadow. Next I do my brows with the #e.l.f. - Instant Lift Brow Pencil[products]#[ThreeStars] this product is just ok- there’s many other drugstore brow pencils that I prefer over this one (#L.A. Girl - Shady Slim Brow Pencil[products]#[FourStars] ) you can also use the elf pencil to line your eyes if it’s all you have on hand. Then I blot the #Kaja - Air Heart Lightweight Natural Finish Lipstick[products]#[FourStars] on my lips and if I don’t have a blush with me I actually use this on my cheeks and it’s a really rich plum colored tone that’s perfect for fall! Finally, I set everything with the #N°7 - Lift & Luminate Powder[products]#[FourStars] this powder is amazing!! It’s so finely milled and perfect for under the eyes and all over the face. I always carry this in my work bag to powder during the day if I get oily. I love that these products are so versatile and I can almost get a full face (minus mascara)!

⚖️ The Pros and Cons to this Cult Favourite!
So I’m a bb/cc/ tinted moisturiser addict and I was losing sleep over this. I had to try it. I may have put on a little too much, so now I know to use even less product. Way less than a pump! Only because I don’t like that foundation look I used shade medium: yellow undertones I have mature, combination skin PROS: ☀️ SPF 50 🐌 Loads of beneficial ingredients!! Snail mucin, antioxidants, peptides, niacin, collagen 💁🏻♀️Celeb make up artist Courtney Hart compares the finish to Cle de Peux ($120) ✨A little goes a looooong way ☁️ Creamy texture 💧 Dewy finish CONS 🤡Can be very full coverage if you’re not careful, but some people are ok with that 🤷🏻♀️Limited shade range. Had to go back 2 times and I’m still not sure ✨ If you have normal/combo/oily skin, you will have to oil blot a few times throughout the day I did try the it Cosmetics - CC+ Cream Illumination SPF 50+ but it was waaay too glowy for me!

Updated Foundation Collection 🌟
Yes I have a problem lol I just love trying new face formulas. My favorite here is still the Touch In Sol Advanced Real Moisture Foundation in shade 21. It’s the most skin-like of all of them so far and has great durability. It’s also one of the cheaper ones at only $18 on amazon 😀 I do like the way the ILIA serum lays down, but my god does it have a strong paint smell 😑 once it goes away it’s fine, but the first few minutes are rather rough as I’m sensitive to bad smells. Ah, the things we do for beauty 🤷♀️ Happy Sunday! 🍁 Don’t forget to hydrate and check your WiFi 😘

Pretty and Lazy? Or both!!
First, thank you to the 100 @cherieusers that are following me so far 💙 Next, makeup-free beauty advice for the WILDLY LAZY! 1. Minimize ☀️ damage. And don’t smoke. Sun damage gives you spots crepey/leathery skin later in life and smoking gives you pucker lines, dry/saggy skin, and brittle hair. Apply sunscreen daily to your neck, chest, backs of your hands just like you do your face.. I didn’t and those are the areas where my skin will give away my age! I’m still total crap at remembering sunscreen on my face every day. When I was younger I was always afraid sunblock on my face would cause acne so I NEVER used it. To be fair they didn’t really have oil-free or face specific sunblock when I was in my teens or 20’s and I grew up in the days where broiling yourself in the ☀️ covered in baby oil was normal. If you are like me and have the attention span/memory of a 🐿, and can’t remember one more thing each day - at the VERY LEAST buy skincare/makeup with sunscreen already in them, get bronze with sunless tanner (I love Tanwise at Sally’s it’s a great MineTan dupe), then wear cute hats. Wear allllll the hats!!! 🧢👒 2. Get enough 💤 & use that time to treat your skin. If you stick to just one part of your routine - make it your PM routine so alllll that good stuff can just soak into your skin overnight. If you are exhausted & all you can do is face wipes then so be it. Try to actually wash the gunk off the majority of nights. But also, 😴 on a clean pillowcase! This is hella lazy. Pillowcases are cheap. Buy half a dozen of them. We are all out here spending $$$ on eye shadow palettes, pillowcases are like $3. Put a weeks worth of clean pillowcases on your pillow at the beginning of the week. Then peel one off each night. Your skin will thank you 👍🏼 3. Be kind to your skin. Don’t pull, pick, or tug at your skin. If you have to push your makeup into your skin it probably isn’t the right formula. Apply creams and lotions gently. Pat them on. Use your pinky or ring finger around your 👁& if your skin freaks out for a minute, just remember it’s only temporary! You are so much more than a breakout. Find that thing that you slay at - Winged liner? Lashes? A bold lip? and rock that. Throw on sunglasses. If you have a breakout one day don’t just toss your whole routine in the trash and immediately introduce a whole new set of things for your skin to deal with. And if things just aren’t working - big a$$ 🕶 (which also keep you from squinting which will cause crows feet!) and a confident 😁 will distract from whatever skin insecurities you are feeling. If you aren’t letting your skin bother you, it’s likely that no one else will notice! Here’s your excuse to buy great sunglasses! Be gentle and kind to your skin. And yourself. Somewhere out there there someone looks at you and thinks “Damn, that’s the most beautiful person in the universe” - even if you don’t always see it! 💙
Sample to Full Size - This Korean BB Nails it
This is my new favorite foundation for this season. First got it as a sample from Sephora, and just wen for a full size the following week. This is a Korean brand sold in Sephora. Dr. Jart+ - Premium Beauty Balm SPF 45 I also find this BB has a slightly luminous finish that makes my skin look so fresh and lovely. My skin looks so flawless and it covers all my dark spots. This brand is pretty new to me. I started using it around a month ago. It wears flawlessly throughout the day. This is light, moisturizing coverage with the extra bonus of being SPF 45! It has a slight grey tone to it, but it’s surprisingly very flattering and blurs out the skin beautifully. I would say this foundation provides a light but build-able to medium coverage. It's almost a demi-matte finish? This is a medium coverage foundation. It really has made me skin glow and not in the sense of it’s a glowy, satin like foundation. It is also lightweight but still has medium buildable coverage. The formula is really nice. It’s thin as is feels breathable but still provides I would say ,medium coverage that is definitely buildable. It’s one of those “your skin but better” foundations. It doesn’t cling to dry patches. Depending on how you apply the foundation, it could be light to medium. This bb cream has a natural, skin like finish and can be used with your hands, a brush or a sponge to create a beautiful finish. I really like the formula, it t has hyaluronic acid to help retain moisture. It blends beautifully whether you’re using cream or powder products It’s non comedogenic so it won’t clog your pores or make your skin break out. If you have oil prone skin you may have to blot throughout the day and I can't for sure say you would probably love it because l'm not currently super oily, but if you're dry-normal-or just oily in the t-zone like I usually am, l'd recommend it Cons I would want them to make more shades. Not pricey it’s The packaging is really nice and classy. I would recommend this to all my dewy friends

🇦🇺 SPF products review 🌞 for normal-oily skin
In Australia we are fast approaching Summer, in fact as of the time I am writing this, the first day of summer is tomorrow, December 1st! Using sunscreen is important all year around, rain or shine, but even more especially in Summer. Here are some of the more recent face sunscreens that I have been able to buy here in Australia, and my thoughts 😊 LA ROCHE-POSAY - Anthelios XL Ultra-Light Fluid SPF 50+ This purchase was disappointing for me. The scent is so strong! Whilst I don't have sensitivity to fragrance that I have seen, I do like to avoid it where possible. The other thing I didn't like about this product is that it is so hard to flawlessly blend in! The plus of buying a tinted SPF is the ease of blending it into the skin and being able to avoid the white cast, but it is just so streaky! I have tried to use it twice, the second time I wiped it off and went in with a different suncreen, because it was that unusable! Really sad about this as I generally really love La Roche Posay products. Neutrogena - Ultra Sheer Dry-touch Sunscreen, SPF 30 I love this product! It is everything it says, 'ultra sheer', 'clear face, for acne prone skin' (which I have) and a 'water light texture.' This product is oil free and perfect for blemish prone normal or oily skin, I can't rave about it enough! PAULA'S CHOICE - Super-Light Daily Wrinkle Defense SPF 30 I love this product! It has a slight tint to assist blending in, but I wouldn't call it coverage or think of it as a BB cream or anything, it just helps with white cast, at least on me. The ingredient list is what makes this product for me. The inclusion of ingredients like willow bark extract and bisabolol is really nice to see in a suncreen. That said, I believe retails at about $33AUD? I'll consider buying it again on sale when I run out, but I know I'm happy and safe with Neutrogena. it Cosmetics - it Cosmetics CC+ Cream Oil-Free Matte SPF 40 I really do like this product, it is so much thicker than I expected, and for a BB cream, it actually has more coverage than what I see in some of my foundations! It has taken some finesse to figure out the best way to blend it in, and I have found that running it between my fingers, patting it all around my face, blending a little with my fingers and then buffing it right in with a kabuki brush had given me the best result. #Cancer Council - Face Day Wear BB Cream[products]#[FiveStars] This product would be specific to Australia, as I can't find a link to it. It's the consistency of foundation, and a little bit less coverage than the IT cosmetics product, but still very decent. It is a little bit easier to apply also. This is such a good product for quickly slapping it on when you aren't doing anything to important in the day. Overall, I love them all except the La Roche Posay, and I would consider buying the non tinted version to see how that is. I recommend the other products for sure 😊 Thanks for reading! 🇦🇺🌞
Oil free CC and anti-aging concealer review
Overall Impressions from my first 3 weeks with this product have been Really positive overall, Almost daily use unless im not leaving the house at all as this is my only SPF product outside of a tinted moisturiser that oxidises badly on my skin. So if i'm going outside its going on my face. Consistency of both is incredibly thick. In regards to the concealer I literally use a dot no bigger then the ball on my eyebrow bar. so a 3mm glob does my entire under eye section and today's dark circles are about as good as it gets so normally it's got a lot more to cover and it hasn't struggled so far. CC cream wise i use about a pump and a half to do my face, neck and ears. Shade wise this was an educated guess and i feel it may be slightly off for my skin but im the closest sephora to me is unfortunately an hour north or an hour and a half south. either way not something i'm going to be doing soon, but definitely before the next round of purchasing and i'm fairly sure i will be repurchasing at this point in time. The products both take quite a decent amount of time to dry but i prefer this as it gives me more time to work with the product and get it where i want it. If i need to set it quickly i find a translucent powder easy enough to just throw on top and it works like a dream. Vs the original formula of the IT cosmetics CC+ cream the Matte contains no essential oils, has multiple types of clay, beneficial plant extracts and snail mucin. However a lot less snail mucin than the original It cosmetics CC+ cream which does make me tempted to give the original formula ago, oily skin or no oily skin. I work both in with my hands first before going over it with a brush and as i am quite new to wearing actual makeup i do have to disclose that allot of the Texture and blending issues on my face are substantially more my issue then the products but still thought i would share my thoughts and experience so far :)

Supergoop! Sunscreens: my favs and flops
To start, I just started seriously using SPF about 6 months ago (I’m 22, for shame) because I absolutely HATED how sunscreen sat on my skin. It was always too greasy, too weirdly dry, or waaaay too thick and a bit difficult to spread around my face (like Neutrogena - Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF30 ). I’ve tried really dermatologist recommended sunscreens like elta md SKINCARE - UV Clear Broad Spectrum SPF 46 (SORRY I know it’s a cult fav), but even that was too oily and would slide around my face all day like a slip-n-slide. I also have sensitive & acne prone skin so it was never worth it to me to put on this gross sunscreen that would forever break me out and cause redness. They were all the same. Enter: Supergoop! My holy grail. My precious. My savior. The only sunscreen that would comfortably sink into my skin that I couldn’t ever feel. HOWEVER, not all Supergoop! products are created equal, as I’ve found out. My least favorite: Supergoop! - Superscreen Daily Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 40 PA+++ . This lotion feels like soft, fluffy butter on my fingers and spreads so smoothly on my face. I was disappointed when I was left with an oily sheen that never soaked in (tested 8hr multiple times). It is greasy to the touch—my hair kept sticking to my face kind of greasy. It is superficially moisturizing instead of deeply. SAD! Maybe better for super dry skin? A truly great product: Supergoop! - CC Cream Daily Correct Broad Spectrum SPF 35 Sunscreen . This CC cream is really awesome. It’s lightweight but gives a surprising amount of coverage! Blends well and camoflouges all my redness. It’s also not drying at all. Special brownie points for not breaking me out—this is a gentle mineral sunscreen :) I find this perfect for summer because it’s hot and regular foundation would just melt off my face and crease . -1 star because after about 4 hours the product begins to break up. It also doesn’t have much oil control for my fellow combo/oily peeps. Perhaps it’ll be better in the winter when the heat won’t break it up?! • My daily sunscreen: Supergoop! - 100% Mineral Smooth & Poreless Matte Screen SPF 40 . I LOVE THIS! Shake the bottle for 5-10 seconds and the tinted sunscreen comes out like fluffy clouds. It minimizes pores, always looks like a natural matte (not a dry matte), evens skin tone, is water resistant, and sinks so naturally and comfortably into my skin. This is especially in my 🤍 because my pores are ginormous and I need that lil extra somethin. This makes my face look truly poreless. And it’s a mineral sunscreen so I never break out. Apply in gentle presses for pill-less results. A game changer: Supergoop! - Unseen Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 40 . The ultimate sunscreen. That’s it. What’re your thoughts on these four sunscreens? Are there others I should try? What are your favorites? 🤔

Flawless Base Makeup for Oily Skin
I’m back y’all with a full review on how I achieve my flawless base makeup look! For reference, I have oily combination skin. My complexion is light/medium during the summer when I spend more time outside but then more light during the fall and winter seasons. My concerns are my pores and t zone area when I am applying my base. I typically wear full makeup 3-4 days a week now that I am working from home, but before it would be 6 days a week and this has been my method for a good year now! After I apply my moisturizer, I start with my touch in SOL - No Poreblem Primer . I did a full review on this product if you wish to read more on it. I love this primer because I feel that it does a good job at masking my pores and it’s not oily or greasy on my face. I let it set for a minute or two before I go in with my COVERGIRL - Clean Matte BB Cream in shade 530 (light/medium) and retails for $6.99 on Amazon 👍🏼. I got this one because I did not want to wear a heavy foundation when I’m just home all day. Plus it’s clean matte and perfect for oily skin! A like to go for a light natural looks so I don’t ever over do it with this BB cream. That’s how I avoid caking my face too because once you put too much there’s no going back. I use a wet beauty blender sponge to apply this bb cream. Like most bb creams the coverage is light. Once I have my foundation on, I use the same wet sponge to apply my Coty AIRSPUN - Loose Face Powder all around my face to set the bb cream. I am certain I have also reviewed this product before so please check it out. This powder is mega cheap like less than $10 and it comes with 2.3 oz of product! It will last you forever and ever! I bought mine at Walgreens but I think it’s available inside many stores now! Once I gave set my face, I go in with which ever bronzer and highlighter I want to use that day. By the time I have finished applying my lip stick as well, I go back with my tarte - Sugar Rush Don't Shine, Sparkle Blotting Papers to pick up any last minute oil build up on my face. This retails for $10 and you get a tube of blotting paper that you rip out depending on how much you want. It works immediately and it’s perfect for on the go inside your purse! You can use this to also control oil on the t zone area throughout the day to ensure makeup base looks stunning all day long! The last step is my MAC - Prep + Prime Fix+ Primer and Setting Spray, Original Soothing Herbal ! I love this stuff and been a fan for years! My trick is to use a fan after spritz to ensure it locks into the face and doesn’t budge later! It’s more on the expensive side but worth the money in my opinion! I wear makeup around 9am and wipe off around 6pm, so the technique is long lasting 👍🏼 And that is how I achieve my flawless base makeup for my oily combination face 😊. #CheriePartner
It's BB Cream Season!
Let's be honest... nobody wants to wear full coverage out in the sun when it's 90 degrees! Especially if you have oily skin, wearing a heavy foundation can feel gross and look gross. This BB cream from covergirl has six shades (mine is shade light/medium) and definitely has decent coverage while feeling lightweight and leaving the skin flawless! By the way, tip-apply bb cream with a brush not a sponge. It's not supposed to be full coverage. Some perks it has is that it's: -Oil Free -Won't clog pores -Suitable for sensitive skin -Lasts all day I've tested this product out on several occasions and all though it looks fabulous, sometimes I find it hard to blend because of streaks and it also causes my skin to breakout. Although this product claims to be suitable for sensitive skin, it didn't seem to work out. This Bb creme also doesn't contain any SPF but makes up for it with its cheap price of only $10.00 Drop your BB creme recommendations down below!!!💕💕
Try this tinted moisturizer for a glow!
COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Tinted Moisturizer I got this tinted moisturizer a while back at Ulta. I got it on sale for I think $9. It was so reasonably priced that I didn’t have very high expectations. I like using the bareMinerals - Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 but it’s much more expensive. I was very surprised at how well the pretty fresh tinted moisturizer worked! I like it just as much as the bare minerals. It provides nice light to medium coverage. It doesn’t have the spf like the bare minerals but I use a separate spf either way so I don’t mind! I definitely think the COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Tinted Moisturizer is worth a try, especially at such a great price point! Also if anyone is wondering I’m also wearing Kosas - Weightless Lip Color in Undone and Kosas - Color & Light: Pressed Powder Blush & Highlighter Duo in Contrachroma.

Best CC Cream 👀
This CC cream is the best, first this have anti-aging hydrating serum and also SPF 40 and this have color so its like a light foundation. I recommend this of course to oily skin type, because it is oil free! This is for the people who don’t like to use make up (like me), this is very light you don’t feel like with an excessive makeup or foundation as well. You can find these in Sephora, it cost 39.50$ it’s not that cheap but this function so well. I see differences when i go out with this product. You can see, it is like NO make up make-up! ❤️🙌🏼

Tinted Moisturizer That Works!
First off, I don't usually use tinted moisturizer because I personally think that if I'm going to put a type of colored liquid to hide imperfections, I'd prefer a liquid foundation. I was so wrong. This tinted moisturizer was probably one of the top competition with Laura Mercier's Tinted Moisturizer Natural Skin Perfector. It basically was between the two. What sold me on bareminerals was that this product is a gel cream base. It literally felt nothing on my face but at least I got a natural dewy look. bareMinerals - Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 (Color in: Bamboo 5.5) laura mercier - Tinted Moisturizer Natural Skin Perfector Broad Spectrum SPF30 I didn't rate the Laura Mercier one because I've only tried it once. the texture was a bit too heavy for what it was. The big difference is? - A huge whopping $20 dollar difference! (a reminder, in Canadian dollars). For basically the same thing. You're buying it for the brand if you prefer Laura Mercier. When I buy a tinted moisturizer I don't want to be spending that much money unless it's the Holy grail of ALL holy grails. Unfortunately, the Laura Mercier did not do it for me at all. If you enjoy a light tint to your skin, a healthy glow and a dewy look, this is a great product to achieve that. And guess what? The hydration boost I love!

3 Tinted Moisturizers for Acne Prone Skin Reviews
I have dry skin and medium skin tone. I suffered from hormonal dermatitis because of the abuse of skincare products with too much hormone. My face became sensitive with thick cuticle and got breakouts at all time. In order to save my acne-prone skin, I can not wear any makeup for a long time. After the skin got better, I began to use tinted moisturizers. Then I bought these two products, which are acne face-friendly. Tinted moisturiers are especially suitable for dry skin, because they are moisturizing and full coverage. Tinted Moisturizer Natural Skin Perfector Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen $47.00 This product is moisturizing and lightweight. The cream is not tinted and the concealing power is relatively weak. The texture is amazing with a thick layer on my skin. This cream is long-lasting and makes my skin glow all day. There are 20 shades and you can choose the one for your skin tone. COMPLEXION RESCUE™ TINTED MOISTURIZER SPF 30 $33.00 This tinted moisturizer can minimize large pores and discoloration. The texture is hydrating and very liquid. This brand is known as vegan and adds little fragrance. However, the organic ingredients are unexpectedly irritated for me. Natural ingredients are uncertain, to some extent. NARS Complete Radiant Tinted Moisturizer SPF30 $45.00 This is the most hydrating one. The fragrance is light and I really like it. It is full coverage and the concealing power is the best among these three products. I would only recommend this tinted moisturizer for dry skin because this one is too hydrating to control oil.

How to choose tinted moisturizer for your skin? ULTIMATE Guide!
Surely you have heard of tinted moisturizers, as they have been a revolution in the cosmetics market in recent years and have been popularized by many celebrities by the hand of great stylists and makeup artists. Color moisturizers arise from the need to combine in a single product the ability to moisturize and protect of a cream and the aesthetic possibility of giving a touch of color and correcting that makeup provides. Since its inception, there have been many different types of tinted moisturizers that have appeared on the market, but they all have a common purpose: the protection of the skin and bring beauty to the face. That said, when choosing a tinted moisturizer we must focus our attention mainly on the benefits it will bring to our skin. Hydration capacity Generally speaking, facial moisturizers are created with formulas that integrate different active ingredients that serve mainly three purposes: moisturize, nourish, and protect the dermis. In addition, depending on specific uses, they may be enriched with other ingredients or elements that provide them with additional properties that vary depending on the type of skin on which it is to be applied. This is going to be a determining factor when selecting one product or another, because depending on whether we have dry, sensitive skin or oily skin, the type of color moisturizer we will choose will have to meet the needs of that type of skin. Protection factor According to numerous dermatologists, the best antiaging is photoprotective, especially if it is for daily use. This is because one of the main factors of skin aging is ultraviolet rays (UV), as they are able to damage the elastin and collagen of the dermis, which favors the appearance of wrinkles, in addition to being able to cause the appearance of spots and other lesions. Color and luminosity If we are talking about the benefits of a tinted moisturizer, precisely color is an important part, one of the reasons for being of the moisturizer with color, was to adopt at the same time the characteristics of a moisturizer and provide the color and corrective capacity of makeup. Skin tone is a point to keep in mind when choosing our cream. Ideally, the cream tone is identical to the tone of our skin, so it is advisable to do tests to check it. The cheek area is the most appropriate area to do this type of test. Within the different types of color moisturizer that exist, we can meet BB Cream or CC Cream depending on their corrective capacity and other properties. The second photo is the difference between a bb cream and a foundation: As you can see, the bb cream, which is a sort of tinted moisturizer is far more natural than the foundation. I personally use the NYX bb cream. “bare with me”. I have dry skin and this is perfect for me. With this tinted moisturizer, this is the finished result that I get: a very lightweight yet radiant look that covers my imperfections.

Tinted Moisturizers Competition! Guess Who Wins!
I have combination-oily skin. Below are a few products I often use before I put on makeup. Lancôme Sunscreen LANCÔME - UV Expert Aquagel Defense Primer & Moisturizer SPF 50 Star rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This product is very moisturizing and is perfect for autumn and winter, but is a little too greasy for summer. It is milky white and spreads easily, but it doesn't really even out skin tone and easily forms a film on the skin. Chanel CC Cream 10 Beige CHANEL - CC CREAM Super Active Correction Complete Sunscreen SPF 50 Star rating: ⭐️⭐️ It's a heavy liquid which conceals well and evens out skin tone. Only a little amount is needed for the entire face. But any makeup afterwards just separates, cakes and peels off easily. It is definitely not for oily skin types.👎 Chantecaille Tinted Moisturizer CHANTECAILLE - Just Skin Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15 Star rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is suitable for most skin types. I recommended this one, the Alabaster shade, the most out of these four. It creates a really natural look, spreads easily, and makes it possible to avoid using heavy makeup. It is especially suitable for autumn and winter and there's also no issue with it peeling. However, it can be a little pricey.👍 Shiseido Maquillage Star rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is only for spring and summer use by those with oily skin types. It offers shine control, has great mattifying effect, and evens out skin tone. Sometimes I'll use it when I go to the gym and it's relatively affordable. However, it's too dry for autumn and winter.
