JET LAG MASK!! HYPEEE???? UPDATE
1/18/21 Used it on mine and my boyfriends face and it burned the sh*it out of our skin. We only put it on for 5 min and literally SO RED!!! Looks like we got sunburned! I’ll update what it looks like tomorrow! 1/19/21 UPDATE - our faces weren’t red when we woke up and our skin actually looked great!!! I received the famous jet lag mask for Christmas. It made my face feel really great, I actually gave my momma a facial and used it on her as well. She loved it! It did make her face a tiny bit red but nothing major though. I think it’s a little bit more on the expensive side but a little goes a long way. I didn’t really like the packaging but they gave me a key with it as well that helps get all the product out of it 🤍 what’s great about it, is that I can be used in three different ways. It’s best for dryness and uneven skin tones. See all info below ♥️ SUMMER FRIDAYS - Jet Lag Mask 4 stars due to the price and redness/heat WHAT IS IT? A one-of-a-kind hydrating cream face mask featuring proven, with skin-loving ingredients that deliver rich hydration and a radiant complexion in just after one application. TEXTURE - it’s more of a cream than it is a mask, it does have a medicinal smell to it as well HOW TO USE? (3 different ways) Overnight mask: - At night on cleansed, dry skin, apply a generous amount evenly to face, neck, and chest. - May be used under and over the eye area. - Leave on overnight and wake up to hydrated skin 10-minute mask: - apply a thin layer onto skin evenly with fingertips. - May be used under and over the eye area. - Leave for 10 minutes for maximum hydration. - Blot with a warm cloth or tissue if necessary—no need to rinse! I rinsed but you don’t have too Daily moisturizer and primer: - use a small amount on face and neck as a daily moisturizer or daily primer under makeup. - Follow up with SPF. ******* INGREDIENTS -Chestnut Extract: Activates the natural exfoliation process, polishing away dullness so skin looks radiant, healthy, and well-rested (even when you’re not) -Vitamin C: This powerful antioxidant brightens skin tone and behaves like a moisture-magnet, boosting the hydration barrier. -Niacinamide: A naturally occurring compound of vitamin B3 and nicotinic acid, this super ingredient visibly reduces pores, uneven skin and fine lines.
The infamous Jet Laf Mask!
Did you know this mask can also be used as a primer before makeup? PRODUCT: @summerfridays Jet Lag Mask is a creamy, noncomedogenic mask that’s meant to deliver rich hydration and soothe stressed-out skin. It is formulated with a mix of vitamins, ceramides, antioxidants, and gently exfoliating extracts. ✨Vitamin C: rich in antioxidants, promotes collagen production, reduces redness, and brightens skin ✨Niacinamide: (also known as vitamin B3) helps minimize the appearance of pores, fine lines and wrinkles. It improves uneven skin tone, regulates oil, and minimizes redness. ✨Chestnut Extract: activates the natural exfoliation process and polishes skin. MY THOUGHTS: This was one of the products I tried in 2020 and really enjoyed! I have extremely dry and dull skin at times and this mask is my go-to during those times. It has a thick creamy texture that feels very soothing once applied. I keep it on for about 30min-1hr and it really helps hydrate my skin. It can also be left overnight for extra hydration. I did get some redness on my skin the first time I tried this product but I haven’t had issues since.

Cooling mask ❄️
❄️Cold plunge mask is SOO cooling! It’s a detoxing cooling clay mask that helps reduce the appearance of pores and soothe skin texture. This mask works for all skin type, but I would say if you’re on the sensitive side I’d use this once a week, it can be a bit strong. It helps reduce oils which is perfect for me! It contains AHA and BHA. ❄️I try and use this about once a week and I keep my routine pretty simple. I also like to use a very good moisturizer after. This mask was inspired by the Cold Plunge part of the Scandinavian sauna cycles. I was so curious to try this mask as soon as I saw it! Also, the color is a beautiful baby blue! I’ve been loving it! OLE HENRIKSEN - Cold Plunge Pore Mask
Say bye to large pores
Ole Henriksen’s Cold Plunge Pore Mask works wonders for my pores. I’ve always had huge, visible pores and I’m glad I finally found a product that makes them appear smaller. I use this mask 2-3 times a week and leave it on for about 15 minutes each time. My skin feels so refreshed and my pores are less noticeable after each use. I recommend using a serum or moisturizer with spf after immediately after the mask because it contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun. Key Ingredients that make this product top-tier: Clay-to clean your pores Snow lotus and alpine willowherb extracts- helps nourish the skin with its antioxidants Green Fusion Complex- a blend of green tea, eucalyptus, alge (kelp) and Irish moss extracts to absorb oil and refine pores Lactic acid (AHA) and salicylic acid (BHA)- removes dead skin that clogs pores Let me know your experience with the Cold Plunge Pore mask in the comments or if you plan on trying the mask! so i recently bought the PEACH & LILY - Super Reboot Resurfacing Mask and the claims were similar to the DRUNK ELEPHANT - T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial Mask so i wanted to see how they compare to each other!! DRUNK ELEPHANT - T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial Mask not fungal acne safe ( Sclerocarya Birrea Seed Oil , Passiflora Edulis (Passion Fruit) Seed Oil, Sorbitan Isostearate, Polysorbate 60) $80 for 50ml 20% aha 2% bha this mask BURNS like hell for like the first 30 seconds but then settles down. i personally didn’t notice a difference in my skin. although my skin felt soft the next day, i was also surprised with irritation bumps :D so yeah for $80, i was pretty disappointed. PEACH & LILY - Super Reboot Resurfacing Mask not fungal acne safe ( polyglyceryl-10 Laurate) $ 43 for 80ml 10% aha 0.5% bha this mask has a similar “ tingling” feeling however its not as bad as the DE mask. ive used this mash twice now ( you can use once to twice a week) and ive noticed little bumps on my cheecks ( prob irritation) but im sure my skin needs a few more used to get used to it. it does however leave my skin plump and dewy my overall opinion on these 2 exfoliating mask is that they are both very similar and essentially do the same thing.

Lit From Within Glowwww✨😍
I recently started using these 4 products for almost 2 weeks now & I’m never turning back!!! •YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Air-Whip Moisture Cream •YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superberry Hydrate + Glow Oil •YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superberry Hydrate + Glow Dream Mask •Glossier. - Futuredew Oil Serum Hybrid I have never had such a consistent glow to my skin since starting these! I get complimented daily! I love these products so much. The two Youth To The People creams absorb so quickly & don’t leave it feeling like you have all this junk on your face either. My previous moisturizer would always pill up once I went to put anything else on my face & these don’t do that! The Glossier serum is also extremely light & doesn’t clog pores which is something I was worried about initially. It comes out in this pinkish color but it doesn’t turn your skin any other, it just gives you a dewy look. & the Youth To The People serum is amazing of course! It literally gives me this glow like no other! A little bit goes a very long way, as with most of their products. Now I just need to clear up the little bit of texture I have left in my chin! I blame it on the fact that I went out quite a bit the last week (church, grocery shopping, random errands) & of course wore a mask the whole time! Resulting in some maskne 😢 But that is just temporary! As is every blemish! I definitely recommend trying these products guys! They are HOLY GRAILS if there ever was one! @cherie@Cheriebeauty@CheriePick
Dream Eye Cream ✨💛
When youth to the people released their new eye cream this year, I was dying to try it out but didn’t want to commit to the full size. Thankfully they had a rare gwp offer with the sample right when I was going to stock up on my moisturizers 🙏🏼 YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Dream Eye Cream With Goji Stem Cell and Ceramides What is it? yttp’s dream eye cream is formulated for nighttime use to hydrate, firm, and brighten the eye area Key Ingredients: goji stem cell: claims to stimulate skin to reduce the appearance of wrinkles THD ascorbate (vit C): yttp loves this form of vitamin c that is stable and oil soluble superberry blend: like the dream oil and dream mask, the dream eye cream contains YTTP’s nourishing superberry blend with hydrating maqui, prickly pear, and squalane Product deets: This eye cream is completely fragrance free and has a thick texture that absorbs well. The Verdict? This is the first yttp product I’ve tried that I wouldn’t repurchase. The feel of the product is amazing and it does hydrate my eye area very well, but especially at this point in my life (I’m 28) I don’t need a lot from eye cream beyond hydration and their YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Hydrate + Firm Peptide Eye Cream , which is $13 less gives me plenty of that! I am so grateful I got a sample of this so I could ease my new product fomo and then go back to my standby! ✨ One thing to note - other than the added Goji stem cells and the fragrance removed, this eye cream has a very similar formulation to the YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superberry Hydrate + Glow Dream Mask If your eye area isn’t sensitive to gentle fragrances, but you want the intense hydration and vitamin C of the dream line, you could use the dream mask around your eye area.

Brand Breakdown: Glow Recipe
Hey y’all! In today’s Brand Breakdown, we’re talking about Glow Recipe. Glow recipe was founded in 2014 bu Christine Chang, and Sarah Lee, two Korean Americans. Today I’ll be breaking down the ingredients of 4 of their most popular products. Let’s start with the GLOW RECIPE - Avocado Melt Retinol Eye Sleeping Mask with is $42 for .5 fl oz. This face mask features retinol as the title suggests, and it also has avocado oil and extract, as well as coffeeberry. Avocado oil and extract have Vitamin E and C, and are also nourishing. Coffeeberry, which is the seed of a coffee plant, has a lot of antioxidants. It also has glycerin and squalane which are hydrating, as well as Nicinamide, Hylaronic acid, and aloe vera gel. I will mention that this product has a lot of potentially irritating extracts as well as fragrance. Next is one of their most popular products, the GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon + AHA Glow Sleeping Mask which is $45 for 2.7 fl oz. This mask has has 2 main ingredients. Watermelon extract, and Hylaronic acid. By this point y’all know all about Hylaronic acid (and if you don’t, check out my Skincare Acid Cheat Sheet), so let’s talk about watermelon extract. If you read my Brand Breakdown on Clean & Clear, you’ll know that watermelon extract is an amazing ingredient, and watermelon juice isn’t. Luckily, in this product it’s watermelon extract, which is very soothing and hydrating. This product also has glycerin and Glycolic acid in it. It does however have a lot of fragrance, irritating extracts, and alcohol. Next up is the #GLOW RECIPE - Papaya Sorbet Smoothing Enzyme Cleansing Balm Makeup Remover[products]#[ThreeStars] with is $32 for 3.4 fl oz. Supposedly the main draws of this product are papaya enzymes, papaya seed oil, and blueberry extract. Now blueberry extract and papaya seed oil are not very researched ingredients that have only minimal effects on the skin. Papaya enzymes are mildly exfoliating, but don’t do much else. The cleansing balm is pretty basic other than this. And finally is the #GLOW RECIPE - Pineapple Vitamin C Serum[products]#[TwoStars] which is $49 for 1 fl oz. The marketing for this product is around its pineapple juice and Vitamin C. This product is super lacking for the price. The same way watermelon juice is less good for your skin than watermelon extract (because it’s diluted), pineapple juice is less effective than pineapple extract. Other than that, this product has Vitamin C which is great but very mainstream. This product also has fragrance. Those are all the products I have for today. I would say they got gradually worse as we went on, which I didn’t even do on purpose. This brand is quite expensive for it’s actual formulations, and I think there are better brands that are cheaper. If you can splurge, splurge on Youth to the People instead. Please cheer for this post, follow me for similar content, and comment below your favorite Youth to the People product. -Mae
Cherie Made Me But It! 🍒 ✨🍉
Hi Cherie Fam 🍒 I came across @Mallory‘s post regarding the avocado sleeping eye mask 🥑 and the niacinamide watermelon drops 🍉. I was intrigued so I did some research and ended up ordering the make your own kit. It comes with 4 sample size items and a bag for $29. I thought I would try to sample the product first and see how it works on my skin before committing to a full size products. I got the •GLOW RECIPE - Blueberry Bounce Gentle Cleanser I heard this cleanser is great for removing make up. I read the ingredient list and I am sold. I can never say no to a gentle cleanser • GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon Glow Pink Juice Moisturizer I am looking for a new day time moisturizer and this seems perfect. This smells so good. It has a thin consistency and feels cool on the skin •GLOW RECIPE - Avocado Melt Retinol Eye Sleeping Mask I HAD to get this. Dark circles and hollow under eyes are a problem. It’s generic and I love how this contains retinol Glow recipe also included lots of sample items. I didn’t pick up the niacinamide drops because I still have lots from Paula’s choice. However, I am excited to try it and glad I got a sample I will post a review in a month or so and let you all know how it worked out. Xoxo, Francesca 💋

#watershotwednesday with @laneige_us 💧 . As most of you have already seen before, the Water Sleeping Mask from Laneige is one of my holy grail items from 2020 and even before then. LANEIGE - Water Sleeping Mask . It is the ultimate overnight moisture-rich gel mask that gives my dehydrated skin some much needed moisture thoughout the night. I wake up with recharged skin that is very soft and dewy. . Formulated with Hydro Ionized Mineral Water, it is designed to provide your skin with super high doses of moisture to replenish what is lost throughout the day. Made with an infusion of organ glower, rose, sandalwood, apricot, and evening primrose tracts, this mask not only releases and soothes the skin, but it helps to brighten and purify all layers. . This mask comes in three different flavors and while I’ve tried them all, I always come back to this particular one because it’s my all-time favorite. . The only downside is that it takes a bit of time to absorb into the skin, so I try to use it about 30 minutes before bed so by the time I lay my head down, it doesn’t stick to the pillow. . . Do you have a favorite sleeping mask? . . . . #holygrail #2020skincare #watershot #isleptwithlaneige #hydratewithlaneige #kbeauty

FARMACY HONEY POTION MASK REVIEW
the @farmacybeauty Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask was a surprising fav in 2020 this face mask is made with glycerin & honey, which is great for hydrating the skin. because of its soothing and hydrating properties, this mask would be a great addition to supplement your skincare regime with during the colder months. i can see this mask working for all skin types but i think those with dry skin or a dull complexion would especially benefit from this mask! this mask is an interesting one because it warms up after application - essentially you apply this mask and massage it for 1-2 minutes as it slowly turns into a white cream consistency. then after 10-15 minutes, you wash it off & are left with supa soft, supple skin. i feel like it's incredibly noticeable how glowy my skin looks the day after i apply this mask from my personal experience, i find that you don't need to use a whole lot - a thin layer is enough to see visible results & i think that if this is applied too liberally, i can see how the warming sensation can feel uncomfortable for some for $38 for 1.7 oz, i think this mask is priced fairly reasonably for my personal budget. it's a mask that i saw a visible difference when using & i think it would be a great mask to use before special events (when those are allowed again). i also think it's the perf mask to use before applying makeup because of the way it smooths, softens and evens out skin tone! would definitely repurchase :)
Warm and cozy 🌞🍯
This is a warming mask that will bring all the cozy feels!!💛 At the time of application, you rub in the mask until it is spread evenly over your face, and it turns into a frothy white cream. While doing this, it gets activated and begins to warm! It has Vitamin B and Antioxidants in it, which is supposed to hydrate, renew skin, and leave a glowy and fresh feeling! This has definitely worked for me, after I use it, my skin feels refreshed and soft. It is a perfect end to a busy day! Relaxation time 💛FARMACY - Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask

NIACINAMIDE: Trendy Fad or True Love?
We have all seen the rise of niacinamide in skincare marketing over the last year. So, what the HECK is Niacinamide? What’s it good for? Well, niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 that works with your skin’s natural composition to minimize the appearance of pores, improve uneven skin tone, soften fine lines and wrinkles, and strengthen your skin barrier. It’s a water soluble ingredient so it can pretty easily be added into an existing formula as an additional benefit. You’ll see niacinamide in some anti-aging products, but recently we are seeing niacinamide in a lot of acne-fighting and acne-preventive ingredients. Since niacinamide helps your pores, it can help reduce and heal acne breakouts. Niacinamide can be really powerful when combined with other exfoliating and/or acne fighting ingredients (sensitive skin beware!), but you should never mix niacinamide with vitamin c—their chemical makeup renders each other inactive/useless when combined. Let’s get into some niacinamide products and my thoughts on each: iNNBEAUTY PROJECT - Down To Tone Resurfacing Toner Exfoliating Toner I’m rating this formula a 3/5. Acid toners aren’t my favorite as someone with sensitive skin, and this formula includes AHAs, BHAs, Niacinamide, as well as a ton of other ingredients. InnBeauty Project touts this as a P50 dupe and they so say on the bottle to only use this 3 times a week. It’s just too much for my sensitive skin I think. It’s also $26 for 3.4oz so it won’t last more than a month or so with consistent use. I just think there are better options out there. PAULA'S CHOICE - 10% Niacinamide Booster this one is FIREEEE. Like. Non ironically. This product has become one of my holy grails in the past year because of its ability to mix into my serums and moisturizers without issue. It’s a 10% niacinamide formula without anything else to really give you the true benefit without overdoing it in your routine. It’s kind of pricey ($44 for .67oz) but you only need 1-2 drops of it and my partner and I have been using it consistently for 6+ months and we still have some left in our bottle! I highly recommend this to oily and/or acne prone skin types. SUMMER FRIDAYS - Jet Lag Mask I’ve talked about this product before—how it’s incorrectly marketed as a hydrating mask when the first few ingredients are “polishing.” Niacinamide being one of them! It’s my favorite “bright and tight” overnight mask and I’d recommend trying a sample or mini size before investing in a full size. I’m on my second tube and I use it 2-3 times a week strictly as an overnight mask. 5/5 (even though it’s $48) SUNDAY RILEY - Saturn Sulfur Acne Treatment Mask this one is my lesser known favorite. The sulfuric component helps get rid of painful acne while niacinamide helps keep it away. It’s pretty expensive ($55 for 2oz) but has an 18 month shelf life. I use this 1-2x monthly. 5/5 #CheriePartner
Sunday Riley Sulfur Acne Treatment Mask
This mask claims to clear up blemishes and prevent new breakouts. ❗️Note the packaging and title of this product have changed since I purchased this, but the claims and ingredients are very similar. Now it’s titled “spot treatment” instead of “treatment mask”.❗️ 🗝Key Ingredients🗝 Sulfur helps to dry up acne. It has also been shown to kill bacteria, reduce inflammation, and help exfoliate the skin. Sulfur is more gentle than some other acne fighters like benzoyl peroxide, so this can be a good alternative for more sensitive skin types. Niacinamide can treat many skin conditions. It strengthens the skin barrier, reduces signs of aging, brightens the skin, and can help prevent clogged pores. Zinc PCA helps to control oil production. It also has skin conditioning and antibacterial properties. Bentonite clay soaks up excess oil and has been shown to be wound healing. Manuka oil has strong anti bacterial and antioxidant properties. This oil is also soothing and can help fight inflammation. Tea tree oil is an essential oil that has antibacterial, anti fungal, anti microbial, anti septic... all the ‘anti’s’! I typically avoid essential oil and fragrance in my skin care, but this is one essential oil that I’m not allergic to (and I’m grateful for that). Contains other beneficial plant extracts. 🌱 No synthetic fragrance. ✅ Vegan and cruelty free. 🐒 The smell of this mask is quite strong. Sulfur smells like rotten eggs, and tea tree has a strong scent as well. Both are very noticeable in this mask. However, if you can move past that, this is an excellent product. I have used this quite a few times and my skin always looks and feels so clean and fresh when I rinse it off, but never too dry. I notice a lot of acne fighting and clay masks can be quite drying and irritating on my sensitive skin but I don’t get that reaction with this product at all. I recently used this on a new nodule and I woke up to a smaller, less inflamed spot. The anti inflammation properties of this mask are undeniable! I see this being helpful for the ‘maskne’ many people are struggling with right now. Happy healing, friends!🌻

Skin Update ✨✨
Okay this is a totally non filtered sun photo of my skin. Still working on minor texture this is due to my new skin routine (I posted about my morning and will post my night). I try and show my skin with new routines and products I use because I get so many ! The number one thing I will say is be consistent! I saw a post from @MelaninSkinCareAddict(great post you should go check it out) and I loved it and it inspired me to show results from some advice she saw. My last skin update was 12/22 which I showed a unfiltered close up of my skin and the breakout I had endure out of the states! I will say for texture, hyperpigmentation, and acne you need: effective vitamin C serum- should have vitamin E (tocopherol), hyaluronic acid, and Ferulic acid insta natural - Vitamin C Serum Mad Hippie - Vitamin C Serum retinol- DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel is my first go to, but now I use The Ordinary - Retinol 0.5% in Squalane GLOW RECIPE - Avocado Melt Retinol Sleeping Face Mask (I use this on nights I don’t use The Ordinary retinol oil .. 2xs a week) cleanser made for you skin: should be tailored and effective my current faves: Murad - AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser (2x week) COSRX - Low PH Good Morning Gel Cleanser (only when I oil cleanse) (3xs a weeks when I wear my night mask) PEACH & LILY - Power Calm Hydrating Gel Cleanser (mostly for nights) toner: a great toner will be your friend! This is important for removing dirts and oils. If you wear makeup this is a necessity. PAULA'S CHOICE - Enriched Calming Toner Murad - Clarifying Toner innisfree - Jeju Lava Seawater Lotion sunscreen: at least spf30 TULA SKINCARE - Daily Sunscreen Gel Broad Spectrum SPF 30 ELEMIS - Daily Defence Shield SPF30 moisturizer: a great moisturizer is your friend! So my faves fresh - Lotus Anti-Aging Night Moisturizer at night SUNDAY RILEY - Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream during the day for hyperpigmentation before sunscreen ✨✨✨✨ Other things I love that have helped COSRX - Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence I use this day and night after my toner. If you neee hydration this is my current go to! SUNDAY RILEY - U.F.O. Acne Treatment Face Oil I now use this on days I don’t use my vitamin C in the morning. PEACH & LILY - Glass Skin Refining Serum This has replaced my niacinamide from The Ordinary. If you want glass skin use this consistently! 2020 Top 5 ✨
This year has been a whirlwind! These are my 2020 top 5s: 1. Product fresh - Lotus Anti-Aging Night Moisturizer I’ve been using this for almost 6 weeks now every night and whew! This kept my skin together at night even know as I am healing my moisture barrier. Fresh is definitely on my repurchase list and out of everything this is my everyday product. 2. Trend Retinol A lot of products and routine became “popular” this year. Out of all of these I’ve found this to be the most effective! My skin has cleared up (broke out again), evened out, and reduced in lines and it’s because I have kept a retinol based product in my Arsenal since May ! DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel The Ordinary - Retinol 0.5% in Squalane GLOW RECIPE - Avocado Melt Retinol Sleeping Face Mask Some of my faves ! 3. My Best Look This was my photoshoot when my son was 2 months old 💙 I spent about a good 2 hours on my makeup and hair that morning so I take pride in it, plus my son face is priceless. 4. Favorite Creators This was super hard! The way I narrowed down my choices were based on who’s post I saved the most. I don’t save a lot of posts so when I do it speaks to me that I enjoyed reading and I know that this persons experience was honest and thorough! I also have some few close but these were my top 4: @JaNeeReviews @skinwithlau @RedheadSkincare @madihomewood 5. What I learned “Great things never come from your comfort zone” I stepped outside of my comfort zone this year. I’m sure everyone did. Mines was personal to me because I started researching more and experimenting on a deeper level with my skin. I found myself trying things I knew nothing about and it felt great! Stepping outside of my comfort zone has been an amazing feeling .. scary but rewarding. I hope to never put limits on my goals and plans !

Better than the Aztec Indian clay mask!!!
Bought the normal size and I had to get the larger size! The Boscia Matcha Magic Super Antioxidant Mask is hella bomb and it has become one of my favs. I love it so much that it has replace my Aztec Secret Indian Clay Mask because is simply better in many aspects. First of all it does not get my face super red and irritated but instead it calms it and detoxifies at the same time. And it’s not super hard to get of my face. And last but no least it doesn’t dry out my face. Boscia Matcha Mask provides my skin with softness, smoothness while also detoxifying and calming(reduces redness) the face. After every use my skin feels more clean, youthful and brighter. Therefore, buy it (lol). I totally recommend it. You won’t regret it. boscia - Matcha Magic Super-Antioxidant Mask
I like to use my antioxidants products in the morning, even my masks. I have two antioxidant masks so choosing between the two is pretty easy, especially when they’re so different. Fresh Black Tea perfecting mask is a creamy textured mask and leaves my skin feeling soft, bright and radiant. Boscia Matcha mask is a clay mask so it dries down and hardens, leaving my skin feeling smooth but not exactly hydrated. I use the Boscia mask if I’m breaking out or when my skins really oily, and I can stand to have my oils stripped. This does a great job at minimizing oils with the clay in the formula and keeping me matte throughout the day. The matcha is a great antioxidant so using it in the morning on an acne-prone day is almost like a two in one treatment. When my akin feels soft and unproblematic, I reach for the Fresh mask, as if doesnt change that, and instead amplifies it. This mask is a great antioxidant mask to use to achieve bright, glowy, soft skin. It also hydrates and smoothes.
Watermelon Fam Pic ft: young lip pop🍉
GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon Glow Lip Pop 🍉 is honestly one of my favorite lip balms ever! It’s a 3-in-1 lip balm, scrub, and tint, which makes it the perfect multitasker to throw in your work bag or for a weekend getaway (post ‘rona😭). The cute packaging matches Glow Recipe’s appealing aesthetic, and the balm itself smells like a watermelon jolly rancher, so what’s not to love?!🥰While it’s a bit pricey at $22, the three in one aspect makes it worth it IMO. Would def recommend💖
GLOW RECIPE-Watermelon + AHA Glow Sleeping Mask
I’d heard of these brands but hadn’t had the chance to try them yet. My honest first impressions are: • • detox skinfood cleansing balm is a really smooth delicious texture made up of mostly soy bean oil and coconut oil. It also melts onto the skin beautifully. When washing it off I used a flannel, it left a slight residue but this would make a brilliant first cleanser I’d give it a 6.5/10 as it doesn’t quite beat my emmahardie cleanser when it comes to smell but overall the texture and ingredients feel nice. • • detox skinfood total face serum has many natural ingredients such as: kale, wheat grass, green tea, turmeric and more. It has a really nice light consistency and is a really nice humectant to have under an oil or moisturiser. So far I’d give it a 7.5/10 • • koconoi coconut hydrating face oil is made up of coconut oil, sunflower oil, moringa, and vitamin E. It’s a really fine oil and is lovely for facial massage. Personally being quite acne prone I don’t tend to use oils on my face but this isn’t too thick for me. Coconut oil can be comedogenic so I can’t comment on how this acts on my pores so far. First impressions I’d give it a 7/10 • • detoxbluedrops sea breeze face mask is made using diatomaceous earth which has many benefits to the skin. On application it’s nice and smooth and doesn’t dry the skin out too much. I’d give it a 7/10 • My experience with skinspace.co has been nothing but pleasant so I really do recommend ordering from them if there’s anything you’d like to try! Check out their page to see what brands they stock and their website also has many useful skincare guides skinspace.co 💕
my first boxycharm ever!
Within 48hr of subscribing to boxycharm I decided upgrading to boxyluxe would be worth the extra few bucks. It definitely was. For a $50 subscription fee my box was valued at about $380! I'm happy with most of my items, though I have not tried most of them yet. I was supposed to choose two of my items but did not get a chance to unfortunately. They definitely have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. But next time I'll get my choices! I could have done without the brushes as I have many. But I can't wait to try the 111 skin masks. I can't wait to do proper review on all of these items!

I did my full morning routine with all clarisma products and I cannot believe how confident I felt after. All I put on were some lashes and brows and I was feeling good all day!!! I do have to say that my favorite was the energizing face mask l, it made me feel so glowy and refreshed. I cannot wait to see how my skin looks in a couple weeks with my new routine!
