|| S:um37 Time Energy || _______________________♥️______________________ ♥️ Skin Resetting Refining Toner: ✔️Refreshing citrus scent ✔️Moisturizing on its own (great for exercising) ✔️Bottle dispenses a drop at a time (easy to control and a drop is enough for entire face) . ♥️ Skin Resetting Softening Emulsion: ✔️Lemon scent ✔️Very smooth ✔️Spreads easily ✔️Absorbs well . . ♥️ Skin Resetting Moist Firming Cream: ✔️Super lightweight ✔️Very moisturizing ✔️Non-greasy ✔️Absorbs well ✔️Comes with its own scooper that can be magnetically attracted on the cover's top _______________________♥️______________________ . ♥️Final thought: I highly recommend these fermented products if you want to invest in your skin! These bottles are gorgeous! They didn't break my skin out rather they were the reason why my skin improved drastically from patchy eczema and acne skin to clearer skin. But ✖️they are pricey so that can be the largest drawback for these products. But they did last 8 months for me-considered long lol .
su:m37°Secret Enhancing EmulsionA Lip Tint That Packs a Hydrating, and Colorful, Punch
I picked these up in Beijing a couple years ago and they’re pretty nice! The versions I have are definitely the old packaging and the slightly changed the name. These lip tints are pretty good, but not as good as the Tony Moly ones. I find the color fades so you have to put it on in a few layers. It can also be a little drying. But the colors are nice and give a stain as well. Pretty sure mine are expired now 😬😬😬 but I don’t want to throw them away since they’re a souvenir from China. What would y’all do?
HOLIKA HOLIKAWater Drop Tint BombA Best-Selling Snail Essence
This is one of cosrx’s best-selling products and I’m not surprised why. It’s too good for words!! This is actually one of the first Korean products I’ve tried and I’ve loved it since day 1. It is super calming, hydrating, and makes my skin so smooth and supple. I love how it goes so well with other products even the strong ones! If you haven’t tried this yet then wydd!! 🙌🏼J BeautyA Powder Face-Wash With Exfoliating Enzymes
This is a perfect face wash if you have oily or combination skin like mine. It is a foaming face wash that exfoliates very gently. Texture is powder at first and once you mix with water, it lathers very nicely. DHC is a Japanese beauty (J-beauty) product line and I’ve been interested in trying them for a long time! It finally came to ULTA last year and I tried it for the first time. I’ve been in love since then. I like how gentle this face wash is and I recommend it for anyone with irritated skin. The price is affordable and totally worth it.Queen Of Hydration: A Hyularonic Acid Lotion
A J-Beauty treasure About the product: The contains five types of hyaluronic acid plus urea to lock in moisture and keep skin hydrated longer. It also has a skin pH-balanced formulation contains no fragrances, mineral oils, alcohols and artificial/added coloring. The bottle is a hard plastic. How to use: After cleansing, rub lotion between palms then pat into your face. It can be used morning and night. Best for dry, dehydrated skin. I first tried this product during the week I went to visit be family during the holidays. I went into my sister’s bathroom every day for my trip’s duration to use it. i definitely noticed a difference in my skin. When I got home and knew I had to get it. I have waxed on about my oily skin in plenty of videos and since my skin overproduces oily because it is dehydrated this helps. My skin drinks it up. It doesn’t pill when I do the rest of my skin care so that is a major plus. There are similar other products from this brand that target different concerns. Recommend? Yes!!!! Specs: 5 oz./170 mL for $14.40 on Amazon. Note: Since this product is a J-Beauty brand, the instructions on the bottle are in Japanese.
HADALABOGokujyun Premium LotionA Conditioning Gel That Preps Your Skin for Moisturizer
Hatomugi Skin Conditioning Gel is a conditioning gel as the name suggests. Its not a moisturizer but supposed to be used before moisturizer or as a type of serum. It contains Job’s Tear extract which is its main and selling moisturizing ingredient. It’s super lightweight and perfect for every skin type. Where people will freak out is when I say this contains parabens. Yes that’s right. And I still find it good. It’s in a such low percentage that I really don’t care. Is this my main source of moisture though? No. But do I still like the gel? Yes! It moisturizes so well and leaves the skin so plump. It’s such a best seller in Japan and has won multiple awards over there. The price point isn’t bad and it’s a totally neutral and nice step in a skincare routine. For people not scared of preservatives, yes I would still recommend this gel. Again, is it my favorite? No. But it’s damn good. 🤷🏻♀️

Cuticle oil and energizers for Fall and Winter
I am not a huge nails person, but I like to take care of natural nails just to keep them healthy and tidy. These are some of my nails picks for today's post. Two of them are good for everyone, especially for someone who uses dash nails or gets their nails done. These will make sure your nails and cuticles are soft, nourished. Also these make your nails strong which helps in growing them long. For coming drop in temperature, I experience tremendous dryness and dehydration of my nails and hands. These are perfect to keep them nourished, moisturized and protected. I experienced my nails don't break that often anymore with these. The first one is this beautiful Cuticle revitalizing oil by @cuccionaturals. cuccio - Naturalé Milk & Honey Cuticle Revitalizing Oil It's really amazing. It's a lightweight oil that softens cuticles, makes your nails look clean and it dissipates easily without leaving any greasiness behind. It has honey which softens and hydrates cuticles before manicure while Lactic acid gently exfoliates. This also helps in making nails grow. I truly enjoy this. The scent is a bit overwhelming but I don't mind it because it's on my nails. The best part about it is it's packaging. It looks so cute with it's large bubble shape and the amount we get is huge. It will last me forever and it's only 6.19$ on Amazon. 😍 Another one is this interesting bottle I got few months back. It's @prettywoman Nailmedic Revitalizer - Nails and cuticle energizer.PRETTY WOMAN - NailMedic Rejuvenator Nail & Cuticle Energizer It is a blend of water base and alcohol which has a distinct color and because they don't mix together the bottle looks duo-tone. I found that so pretty and it smells like a good spa. It's not oil so doesn't feel greasy and dries out in a second. It nourishes cuticles and nails while making them easy to clean and repair in manicure. The rest of the products are some if favourite nail polishes. Let me know what are your favorite nail products!! ❤️ ella+mila - 3-Pack Stuck in London Set .INC. - Sending Nudes Nail Polish Collection lauren b. BEAUTY - Edie Parker X lauren B. Is Luxury Skincare Worth It? *discussion*
Please add your thoughts in the comments below! I want this to be an open discussion because our skin types and experiences are all so different. To begin: my skin type is combination sensitive dry with an oily nose and chin *and* I am prone to rosacea flare ups. Please keep this in mind when reading... Is luxury skincare worth it? Luxury can mean different things to different people—generally, luxury to me means that it costs over $40-50. It’s not really defined by designer names or anything like that. For me it’s difficult to justify spending tons of money on products without being able to test run them first...because there is no guarantee that the product will work for you and if you have to return it, it can be bad for the environment. Here are my thoughts on some luxury skincare I own: Allies of Skin Triple Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Allies of Skin - Triple Hyaluronic Antioxidant Hydration Serum First off, I won this in a giveaway—you WILL NOT catch me paying $72 for a skincare product ever. Second, I had heard rave reviews on this for a long time and was excited to try it. However, it just burned my skin and disrupted my skin barrier. It’s a thick serum and the fragrance is SO sickeningly sweet it kind of makes me nauseous. The brand said they are working on a version without fragrance but idk if I would try it since I had such a bad reaction to this one. It contains fruit acids as well which confuses me since it’s supposed to be hydrating. I used it after cleansing but before moisturizing. I can’t recommend this to anyone with sensitive or dry skin. mxt - custom mixed serum for me. #mxt - Custom Mixed Serum[products]#[FiveStars] I won this in a giveaway as well, however I have very different feelings on it. This serum cost was $56 after my customizations, which is expensive for about 1oz of product. HOWEVER, mxt takes you through a skin quiz and custom mixes your products based on your skin concerns. The fact that it is mixed for you makes it worthwhile to me—it’s not like they are just selling the same mixed product to everyone—it’s just for you. Also, the bottle customization is very cute. My custom serum has a light scent (but no fragrance ingredients) but is very lightweight. I use it after cleansing and toning but before moisturizing. I highly recommend trying this brand out at least once. I WILL be repurchasing this once it runs out! BONUS: TOOL - FOREO Products. FOREO - LUNA 3 for Sensitive Skin- I purchased this with a gift card gifted to me—it costs $300 😱. I have yet to try it, but right now I use the FOREO - LUNA fofo on days when I need a little extra exfoliation on my skin without using a scrub or damaging my skin. I absolutely love FOREO products—they are silicone so they are anti-microbial and gentle enough for sensitive skin. Highly recommend to everyone!! 🚨NEW RELEASE: Rare Beauty + ND Glam Palette 💞
Hey beautiful! I got my mini Sephora haul this weekend and tested out some new make up releases. I got some products from Selena Gomez’ rare beauty and the new Natasha Denona glam palette! Not going to lie, when Sephora announces Selena Gomez’ new make up line I rolled my eyes. Another celebrity makeup release. I thought it was just another cash grab, but when I found out that some proceeds will go towards mental health, I was intrigued. I am a huge advocate of mental health so I bit the bullet and purchased it along with the glam palette. This is my first Natasha Denona palette actually. I’ve been wanting the gold palette and the biba palette, but didn’t think that the $129 price tag is worth it. I wasn’t too intrigued with the bronze palette so I purchased this as my first one! Starting off with the Rare Beauty products, I am impressed with the foundation and concealer. Both are light weight and easily melted in to my skin and I didn’t spend much time blending. I was impressed with the finish as well. It is natural and a radiant finish. It truly is a “your skin but better” foundation. It looks like skin and doesn’t look like I’m wearing any face makeup. I am impressed with the shade range too. I usually have trouble matching foundations, but the Sephora skin shade match online really knocked it out of the park. The liquid blush is beautiful and really gives that glow from within look. I got the shade “joy”. This really packs a punch so a little goes a long way. I have medium to tan skin tone and this shade is LOUD. I had to spent extra time blending it out otherwise I look like I broke out and had a rash reaction 🥴 I might have to return this and trade it for another shade. If you have lighter skin tone than me BEWARE. Rare Beauty - Soft Pinch Liquid Blush The lip soufflé is a beautiful and comfortable on my lips. I’m not a huge fan of liquid lip products because my lips are on the drier side, but this doesn’t crack and feels so soft. I’m also in love with this shade. I got the “courage” shade. However, I don’t think it’s worth $20 because NYX has a similar product so I wouldn’t repurchase Rare Beauty - Lip Souffle Matte Cream Lipstick Natasha Denona eyeshadows feels luxurious. I didn’t spend much time blending because it pretty much blended itself. I can see why ND eyeshadows are on the pricy side. I also don’t own too many cool toned shades so I’m glad I got this palette. It’s subtle enough for everyday wear so I can see myself picking this up on the daily NATASHA DENONA - Glam Eyeshadow Palette Overall, I think Rare’s foundation and concealer are worth it. They are a little bit cheaper compared to other higher end foundations. However, I’m iffy about the lip and the cheek products. I love ND’s glam palette and can see myself using it often. Francesca 💋
✨ powder + spray for the perfect base
I love my BB cream, but wearing it alone can start to look oily through the day. Plus, under eye foundation can start to crepe. Here’s the products I use to supplement it for a flawless base~ with a focus on my favorite powder & spray! 🌟 BASE 🌟 I’ve used the PHYSICIANS FORMULA - Super BB All-In-1 Beauty Balm Cream SPF 30for over a year. It’s a great BB that evens your skin tone, and looks natural. It’s also non-comedogenic, and has moisturizers like Shea butter. Only problem is it can look oily if I spend the day with no powder. 🌟 CONCEALER 🌟 I use the Too Faced - Born This Way Naturally Radiant Concealerwhich was sadly discontinued. :( But it’s not matte, nor too heavy for the under eyes. I’ve used the L'ORÉAL - True Match Super Blendable Concealer& bareMinerals - BARESKIN Complete Coverage Serum Concealer, which were both comparable. ⭐️ POWDER ⭐️ In LOVE with the Beauty Bakerie - Flour Setting Powder in Oat (Translucent). It comes in the CUTEST bakery bag packaging when you get it, and it’s a loose powder. It has never felt too cakey, heavy, or overly mattifying. It has a blurring effect on my face. In the 2nd photo, it also seemed to brighten up my skin. My skin is sensitive, but it’s never irritated it- its gentle enough to even set under eye concealer. Beauty Bakerie powders have a large shade range, so deep & olive toned peeps don’t have to worry about a white cast. I’ve bought it 2x with my own money by now. It’s vegan, silicone + paraben-free, and flashback free. After trying other powders, I think this is my holy grail. ⭐️ SPRAY ⭐️ Let’s say you DO actually put too much powder on. A setting spray that makes you glow can help. I really enjoy the COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hydrating Setting Spray It’s affordable at $12, and comes with hyaluronic acid and 🥥 coconut water to moisturize your skin. It smells like fresh coconut with every spritz. With this spray over the powder, my skin looked glowing- but not overly oily. It also helps my eyeshadow melt into my skin, and just... brings the whole look together. Colourpop’s forte has always been eyeshadow imo, but I feel like they’re killing it in the base department now, too. I’ve used a lot of other base products before. I tried the Maybelline concealer, the L’Oreal True Match Foundation, the Urban Decay Naked skin powder and TonyMoly setting sprays. Some were too matte or broke me out, or just did nothing. I will def think of repurchasing these products when I run out (unless I want to try something new !) ✨ TLDR ✨ Use these products for natural looking, glowy (not oily) skin. Suitable for sensitive skin, and the powder has a large shade range.
💅🏼removal +nail care guide (artificial nails)
Acrylic, dip, press ons, gel, you name it- I’ve tried it. But artificial nail removal can be really hard on your natural nails. I found a way to nurse mine in between manicures. 💧 REMOVING GEL, DIP, & ACRYLIC NAILS 💧 (Press ons get their own section) Get a Glass bowl, a wooden cuticle pusher, & 100% Acetone. I use the ULTA BEAUTY - 100% Maximum Strength Acetone It’s 16 oz for $4.99, which is great value! Make sure the bowl is glass or metal, because acetone dissolves some plastics. Also it has to be 100% acetone. Regular polish remover can take hours to break down acrylic or nail glue. PS: for acrylic, you should clip the extensions before the next step. Fill a bowl with enough acetone to soak your nails in. I know it’s super drying... Some people recommend putting Vaseline around the nail to protect your skin. I haven’t tried this yet. Still, let them sit in the bowl for 5-10 minutes. Take it out, push off excess acrylic, & repeat. So gel, dip, and acrylic break down differently. Gel tends to chip off, dip fades into the liquid, and acrylic turns to jelly. When you take it out, use a napkin/ cuticle nail pusher to remove stubborn loose ends. Acrylic nails need this the most. You can use a wooden or metal cuticle pusher to gently shave down the jelly. Repeat the acetone -> pusher process until it’s completely off. ⭐️ AND DONE ⭐️ 🌺 REMOVING PRESS ONS FOR REUSE 🌺 Acetone destroys press-on nails. Yes, even Soy polish remover does. :( made that mistake once already. So what can you do? Fill a bowl with soap & water to dip your nails in & soften the glue. Use your wooden stick or floss to gently separate from loose edges of the nail. DONT work from the free edge of the nail because that will damage the length. And whatever u do, don’t yank it off! This process requires a lot of patience but is worth it to keep your press ons safe. 🧖♀️ POST MANICURE NAIL CARE 🧖♀️ Two things contribute to nail health: 🌊 Hydration 💎 Hardness Hydration helps your nails bend, making them less likely to break. But they can’t be toooo soft. To achieve both those things, I use nailtiques - Nail Protein Formula 2 Plus and HERITAGE STORE - Organic Lavender Castor Oil The oil comes with 8 oz for $11.99. I just fill up a tiny bowl with it to soak my fingers in throughout the week. In my bare nails photo, you can see how it keeps my skin moist and my nails flake-free. The Nailtiques hardens your nails by giving them a protein boost. But careful- don’t use it too much. Too much hardness makes for brittle nails that can snap easily if they’re bumped. 🚨 ONE MORE THING: Avoid removing acrylic with an electric file. It’s easy to hit your natural nail without realizing, and we don’t want thinner nails! Worst comes to worst, biotin can help you grow healthy, gorgeous nails again 🥀
